Jessie, our beloved maintenance man is at Cortland Fossil Creek has been our most trusted maintenance I’ve had ever experienced at a Cortland property ( disclaimer this is my 2nd Cortland and about 3.5yrs of being a resident) He’s always greeted us with a warm, “Hello!”, and is super courteous. He’ll inform and update us on any issues we may have and is so prompt in responding to maintenance request.

My husband and I have lived here for 8 months and truly love it! The apartment is perfect for us, and our neighbors are kind and friendly. In the front office, Vanessa and Rahni couldn't be more sweet and helpful and the Maintenance Team is always there when you need them! They're all professionals who do their work quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be more pleased living in a quiet, well-kept community overlooking a beautiful golf course! Our dog loves the bark park, which is also well maintained! Besides all of the wonderful amenities and people, it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood here in Cortland Fossil Creek!

I love my home at Fossil Creek because it is beautiful, and the people that work there are more beautiful, kind, professional and polite. This is my 3rd year there, and I always want to be here. Our.community is diverse , pet friendly, healthy, and you feel like you’re on a vacation resort everyday . They keep this place clean and lovely all year long. The staff , Vanessa and Rohni and all of management are super kind and always has a smile to help you! No place without a great maintenance team would be anyplace you want to live, but their team is best lever, they answer almost immediately every time you need service .Their team leader E Bryant and his team Jesse and the rest are very. Smart and fix things right the first time , and some of them even helped me carry groceries to my 3rd floor unit without me asking if they see me. If you come there, you’ll want to stay there. I've lived here for seven years. The maintenance staff here is fantastic. The grounds are kept really nice and really clean. Whenever I've had a request, I've always had a prompt response, either within hours or within 1 day. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and patient with my questions. This has been the case even with staff turnover, which tells me the training is very good. The outside of my apartment is very well lit, I feel very secure here anytime of day or night. There are families here with kids, but I've never been bothered by them. It's a pretty quiet complex. I have a reserved carport parking right near my apartment, which is great. The apartment itself feels very open and spacious, and all of the appliances were brand new when I moved here. The fitness center is great. The one thing that has changed for the negative is that the on-site office is now open only a couple of days a week. Courtland Fossil Creek is a beautiful, well-kept community. It’s safe, comfortable and located only a few miles from Alliance Town Center. The view of the golf course is also nice.

Kind and responsive staff via in person and email! The phone is often not answered and I don't know why but the email and in person options get the job done just fine. The maintenance staff are all incredibly nice and professional and its always a joy to say hi or have a little chat with them. My my favorite aspect is the constant communication of amenity status, due dates for important things like renewing your license registration before getting towed, community events, event space rentals, and reminders of community requirements. Pretty well maintained and quiet. No place is perfect but this place is pretty nice! The prices are definitely pretty dang high but that's the main drawback I see.
