I have been a resident of Cortland Farmers Market for almost 2 1/2 years now and don't plan on moving any time soon, if ever. The staff and maintenance are excellent and residents are friendly. Location is great, across the street from Dallas Farmers Market, and walkable to restaurants, churches, Central Library, Post office, downtown businesses, etc. Nice location for freeway access too.

Toured yesterday Was so impressed how clean and well kept the building was for being built in 2021. The leasing staff is amazing. The apartments were super nice. Love the soft close cabinets and draws. And the washer machines were top end with no agitator. Ended up applying for a apartment for march.

this is going to be my second year staying here and its the first apartment I've stayed for 2 years i normally like to upgrade every year and change the scene.. i love cortland! they have set the standard for apartment living i believe in the entire DFW metroplex every cortland property i have seen is well kept. maintenance solves issues literally fast. i have not seen any car break in at all since being here which is great! the last place i live was ran by kaiori and i hate them with a passion! i have a background in pest control and i have had 0 issues and have not seen any issues at all around the property! hats off to cortland for achieving this ! and man the maintenance guy who cleans the dog park and shampoos the carpets i want to give him a special shout out for keeping this place together the best you can! the office stay is great man! common areas stay clean while open of course if someone's dog pees in elevator at 10pm when office is closed its going to be there until they open but soon as its seen

Thrilled to share my review and experience. Very well secured apartment complex. The gym is open 24 hours, packages are easy to pick up, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I had visitors recently and as we walked the hallway they commented on how clean the complex was kept. Shout out Genesis for providing exceptional service from our tour to date.

After a few months of living in the community, I can say that I’ve been really happy with the decision to move here. My biggest reasons for that include Genesis and Michael in the leasing office, the responsiveness of the maintenance team, and the convenient location of the apartments. Since touring, Genesis has shown such kindness and professionalism towards my family. She’s quick to help, even for the smaller requests. Her and Michael are always at the resident events, and it’s been a big difference from other communities we’ve lived in. The events are frequent and cater to what the residents want. The apartment itself is pretty, modern, and has all of the features I look for including a dishwasher, efficient washer/dryer, and water/ice dispenser in the fridge. As an out of towner, I don’t know much about the Dallas area yet, but I’ve enjoyed having easy access to the farmers market when I need a quick bite or item. I read reviews prior to move-in about the homeless population, which I’ve found to be true.

From when we first came to do our tour, Genesis' vibrant personality really captured the tour of this place! She elevated the brightness and really capitalized the beauty of the common areas! Cortland Farmer's Market has been nothing short of a great experience! Genesis in the leasing office gave us not only one but two tours to help make the decision for the new home easier for us! The apartments themselves are super spacious and modern and the location is walkable to the Farmer's Market. Fire alarm goes off at least once a month..they email every time saying they have figured it out are making fixes and nothing changes. Parking is scarce and tight, and the walls scuff if you look at them too hard. Amenities are nice (if they exist..we were promised a bar over a year ago). Great location, but that’s about it. Update: 5/20/24 -I have been living here almost 3 years now and the team has made great strides in fixing the problems that existed in the beginning. The fire alarms and parking are no longer an issue, and we finally got some stability in the leasing team. Michael and Genesis are very nice and always willing to help with anything. Lastly the maintenance team is A1 and will fix anything in the apt within 2 days

I recently moved into the Cortland Farmers Market. I previously stayed less than a mile away in a townhomes and was ready to downsize. On my initial tour of the building, Genesis was amazing, she dealt with my picky wants and needs. She showed me 3 apartments and the final one was the one for me. It was like a sign from God. Since moving in, it's been a good time. Its very quiet, even with the Farmers Market is busy on Saturday and Sunday. Neighbors have been nothing but nice, I even got a free dresser from a neighbor as I moved in. So far it's been the best apartment experience that I've had.

I’m honestly VERY disappointed with how my moving process has been going, I haven’t even moved into my apartment yet and have already been having issues. I’ve talked to so many different people at the leasing office and at this point it seems like no one cares. I came to view the apartments on Aug 3 with Clay, everything was great he told me I would receive my lease agreement closer to my move in date September 13th, okay great. The apartment wasn’t going to be ready until Aug 13th and I believe on the 16th was when I physically went to the office and spoke to Ashley to see if I could view my apartment. She told me that the apartment was not ready and she would call me the next morning. She didn’t call me, I called a couple of days later and another lady told me that she was going to do a walk through of the apartment and call me back an hour later. She didn’t not call me back. While all this is happening I did not know that my leasing papers were emailed to me. I was going based off of what Clay told me and

By far the BEST experience I’ve had with an apartment since moving to Dallas 5 years ago! The staff is absolutely incredible. Michael made my application and move in process so smooth I didn’t have to worry about anything. Maintenance responds quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is running properly. Where do I start!? I’ve been with the Cortland company for 3 years now and my experience hasn’t been nothing but amazing! I transferred from the Frisco one to Farmers Market a year ago. My transition was so smooth! Everyone was so kind and helpful to make sure that I was comfortable and my move in was smooth. Everyone in the front office are AMAZING! Always there to help, they listen well, and very personable. They work super hard to make sure that the residents are happy. Very nice and quiet living spaces. That was a big shock for me with it being downtown. Once I’m in my unit I don’t hear anything. Our neighbors are super respectful when it comes to managing their noise to make sure there is no disturbances. Farmers market keeps the community very clean and fresh. I moved here from Seattle in November 2023, renting long distance without even viewing the apartment (except online). My daughter lives in Dallas, took a tour of Cortland Farmers Market, and knew I would love it. She was right! Genesis was very helpful in keeping me on track with all the paperwork through phone calls and many g-mails. This is a fun place to live (even for this old lady). The staff, Genesis, Mike, and Marissa, regularly host events for the tenants. They are very friendly and enjoyable (and Marissa makes a mean White Russian beverage!) The amenities are stunning, the finishes inside each unit are beautiful. The staff is very helpful. I had my eyes set on a specific floorplan but it wasn’t available when I was looking. Michael and Anthony continuously checked in with me to see if something else might have caught my eye there; but the floorplan I wanted finally came up and Anthony called me to let me know. Michael was able to show me the unit when it was ready and answer all my questions. Definitely worth the wait! I love it here and everyone is so nice.

I have been looking at this community for the last 2.5 years now. Due to community availability and my company timeframe it never panned out. When I did have an opportunity to live here, I didn’t take it because of the reviews from a couple of years ago. BUT my company referred your community to my business colleague and he LOVES it. I’ve visited him a few times and wish I made the decision to rent here when I had the chance. The manager was laughing and engaging with people in the lobby which was nice and different to see. The building has its issues, but I enjoy living here. The people in the building are great, the neighborhood is perfect with the Farmer’s Market, & the maintenance & custodial staff are extremely timely & helpful. Many of them I have gotten to know, they are always helpful…they also know & love my dog which I appreciate. Again, the building is definitely not flawless (fire alarm issue, flawed parking space system, & some securities hires aren’t the most diligent), but then again every apartment community will have its issues. My first encounter at Cortland Farmer's Market was amazing. Michael took us around the property and was super attentive and answered all 8 million of our questions. I ended up choosing this property to live in and get closer to work. During the leasing process, I had 4 million more questions and Michael and Anthony answered every one of them timely and with care and patience. The make ready team had my apartment looking great on move in day, just a few minor fixes that were taken care of ASAP by the great maintenance staff. Our concierge, Mr. James, is also amazing. He gets things done and is there to discuss any issues or answer questions in the evenings. The cleaning crew are awesome. It takes a special bunch to clean up after lazy and often nasty people. Thank you! I'll admit, the fire alarm issue is nerve-wracking but I'm hoping it gets fixed forever and soon. Thanks to all of the staff here at Cortland Farmer's Market. My husband and I moved into these apartments recently. Before moving in and signing our lease, we were told about all the upgrades being completed to the complex since there has been an issue with the fire alarms and piping. Although construction can be an inconvenience, we knew what we were getting into ahead of moving in, so we were prepared to deal with it. From previous residents it seems these upgrades are much needed and we are glad something is being done about the issue! The office has been very transparent about what to expect from the construction, parking, and alarms going off (which has only been twice!) The complex itself is gorgeous, a great location, and has many wonderful amenities! Since moving in, all the residents, staff, and office personnel have been so helpful and friendly! We have loved the socials the office puts together to get to meet our neighbors and community. (It seems these happen fairly often!) Viewed the community last week. It was really pretty and the staff was very helpful and professional. Apartments were beautiful! Michael made me feel more comfortable than the other places I looked at and Anthony stepped out and made me feel welcome. Not many managers come out their office to introduce themselves and he did. Maintenance team is always working hard to keep this place clean. I see them everyday on their A game and asking me if everything is good. The amenities were stunning! It was so clean everywhere. Definitely feels like management takes care of the building. Mario was very sweet and was able to answer all my questions. Also, everyone was all dressed up and matching. Made me feel like they know what they are doing. Stood out to me. Didn’t lease here because they didn’t have the floorplan I wanted, but will come back for sure when it comes available!

The building has its issues, but I enjoy living here. The people in the building are great, the neighborhood is perfect with the Farmer’s Market, & the maintenance & custodial staff are extremely timely & helpful. Many of them I have gotten to know, they are always helpful…they also know & love my dog which I appreciate. Again, the building is definitely not flawless (fire alarm issue, flawed parking space system, & some securities hires aren’t the most diligent), but then again every apartment community will have its issues. I would like give a review on the maintenance guys that run this property here. David and Hector are amazing they are on property as early as 7:30 am walking the property and making sure things are taking care of. Every time I submit a maintenance request they handle things right away. These guys are true professionals. I have to say I really enjoy interacting with them. Such great leadership by David and his team including the cleaning crew follows his great leadership!!

I moved into Cortland Farmers Market in July of 2021. When I first moved into my apartment I was a little frustrated because the amenities were still under construction. Clyde and the team did a great job of managing expectations and communicating. The amenities are fully completed and they have exceeded my expectations, by far. Cortland does a great job of providing top tier customer service. I just renewed my lease for another term because I love it here (location, service, features, space, value). Maintenace is great. I’ve had pleasant engagements with Hector, David, Clyde, Anthony and Michael. Great team!

All properties have there pros & cons especially with this one being a fairly new property ,of course they had to iron out a few kinks here and there . Overall the apartments are really nice & I can’t speak on all staff cause I haven’t met everyone but Michael was definitely a gem during my move in process . Extremely nice & went above & beyond . As far as the alarm situation , I’ve only heard it once or twice it’s not an every day thing however they are in the process of getting this situation fixed.

I absolutely loved living at Cortland Farmers Market. The entire staff was super friendly and caring especially their property manager, Anthony Miller. My favorite part, however, was that the Farmers Market is just steps away (literally)! There's a lot of things to do in the area and are conveniently super close. If it wasn't for my ambition to becoming a homeowner, I would've renewed again.

I moved in 3 weeks ago, and I can’t share enough how exceptional this new build is. I love seeing how this new property is coming together! It’s like Christmas every week because something new and fantastic happens! Our new Sky Lounge has opened and the views are GORGEOUS!!! The new first floor full bar is coming and I’m so excited for that! Imagine having a drink brought directly to your home…yes! That’s happening here. My neighbors are so friendly. I love my place here. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The staff is getting better as time moves on. I met the manager when I moved in but except mass texts I haven't heard from anyone. The alarms and so on are the price we pay for being in a new building . Maintenance has been responsive and efficient. The parking is tight and very limited. . Otherwise the building and amenities are great residents are kind, a multy story building so you always hear the people above you. Updated from first review:. Manager called within 48 hours and explained the parking and immediately took care of the situation. Clyde was very responsive and provided a solution . Very happy with the response

I pay for a spot and when someone parks in it there is no response from security or from on site courtesy patrol. 7 times I've had to park in street,but when I parked my new car in open parking to unload they towed it in 10 minutes, My fault, but still annoying, , they won't tow unstickered vehicles parked in reserved spots, but they will tow new vehicles in open spots in 10 minutes. . I love this place but they definitely need to do something about parking. My guests are afraid to park in open spots because of my tow. I understand, who wants to pay 180.00 to unload groceries?. Everything I wanted in an apartment. Floor plan was beautiful, pricing was reasonable especially for brand new downtown living. Moved from a different city and I love the prime location. Some stuff still being worked on because it is brand new but that’s expected and the leasing team is super helpful. Every single one of them.

Went on a hard hat tour of this beautiful new property. There will be a lot of luxury amenities, but just being able to see the one bedroom unit gave me a good feel for the apartment. It's definitely going to be a great place to live! The leasing agent, Lourenzo, was so nice and helpful. Love it!
