Ms. Karen was the leasing consultant who gave me a tour of the property, and out of what feels like a hundred apartment tours I’ve been on, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, Karen made the tour feel personal and welcoming. It never felt like just a business transaction. Instead, it felt like I was already becoming part of the community. She took the time to get to know me, shared a little about herself, and thoroughly explained the property, which made the entire experience feel genuine and comfortable. Not only is the property beautiful and well-maintained, but Karen’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this tour apart. She consistently made sure all of my questions were answered and encouraged me to reach out directly if I needed anything else. After the tour, she promptly sent me additional information and even followed up with a phone call to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and customer service is rare. Apartment h

Karen, was great she did a wonderful job with the tour of the community and clubhouse. Karen mentioned the little things about the apartment that were helpful. Also, everyone who worked there were friendly and cordial. The size of the apartment unit were spacious and the grounds are maintained and quiet, a nice area for taking a walk anytime in the morning or afternoon. The tour was very enjoyable and Karen added to the experience.

Tina Ham and her crew deserve a special shout-out for going above and beyond to be understanding and accommodating, and they actually know/interact with their residents in the office and at residential events! I'm generally not too impressed with apartment complexes, and none are immune to issues (the walls/floors here are thin, and sometimes there unsupervised kids running around and dogs off-leash), but out of all the places I've lived, my unit here and the office staff was my favorite.

The staff are all very friendly and always holding fun community events. The maintenance staff are very nice and responsive to requests. The grounds are pretty and the units are updated. Very friendly community. Fair rent pricing for the size of the space and amenities!
