My husband and I have been living here for 2 months now and Lauren is a very big help if I needed her she was there, if something was wrong she was there. All the people here are nice and the property is really beautiful. I just think this place is AMAZING!!! I do not regret choosing this place.

Having lived here for almost 8 years I can attest to the quality and consistency of this property. The management team has been involved since before I showed up and their passion and concern shine through daily with community events and a sincere concern for upholding the high quality experience this property delivers. From food truck Wednesday’s to the massive fitness facility, it is truly a “community” and something that it is hard to describe to others. I have a lot of choices in my life and this is one of the best I’ve ever made.

Came to tour this property to have options in case we need to move and the property and staff are 5 star! Amenities very well maintained, clean (this is the first thing I notice when searching for an apartment). The staff answered all the questions, they were very attentive, knowledgable. I didn’t felt like they were rushing me to get to the next person (past experience on other complexes), they took the time with me making sure I had no questions un-answered. When the time comes to move, this property will be my first option.

I highly recommend this property! I visited this property about a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a very friendly as well as helpful staff! My spouse and I visited the property due we thought we might be needing to find an apartment due to some unforeseen home repairs. The property staff (especially the manager) was very accommodating and answered our every question and concern. We ended up not needing to get the apartment however I will say that if we ever do, we will definitely be moving into Cortland Estates at TPC.

Love living here. Lauren in the front office is awesome! So is Alexis. Everyone is very helpful. Never had any problems. The apartments are very nice!

Very well kept property. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The inside of the unit is beautiful. Feels more like a home than an apartment.

Me and my husband live here and have had the best experience possible. The staff is always nice and friendly. The property is always maintained. The maintenance personal is always helpful when needed and go above and beyond. Highly recommend.
