Great complex with awesome amenities. Can’t beat the 2 car attached garage and ample living space. Staff is responsive, understanding, and helpful if ever any questions or issues arise.

Been here for a couple of years now, it’s a nice and quiet community. Definitely a different vibe from other larger complexes and more of a townhome type set up with a smaller number of residents, which is nice. Lauren has been great to me and my family and always assisted to her best ability with any issues that arose.

They work diligently to take care of any situations that might arise. During sever weather they work hard to make sure everyone was safe and had the necessities like the snow storm they would leave packs of water and goodies for residents and that showed they have heart for their residents!

Lived here a few years now and haven't had any serious issues. Positives: 1) Leasing/Propery Staff is top notch and quickly helps you solve any issues. Lauren M. has helped me on several occasions with questions/issues I've had. 2) Maintenance is fantastically quick. Emergency fixes are completed within a couple hours. Even routine or non-critical maintenance is often solved same day while I'm at work. This is seriously one of the main reasons I've stayed. Not having to worry about any maintenance is awesome. I'm a ticket away from it being solved. 3) Fitness Center and other amenities are awesome. They (and the residents) do a great job of keeping the areas clean and inviting for others to use. My partner loves the new fitness area and now goes regularly. Negatives: 1) Internet capped at 50mbs with no alternatives. It's high enough to handle any work or streaming needs, but if you like playing online games or need to make frequent downloads, you should probably do so at work or friends/family's place. Notice

Our Maintenance Team is the best ever. A couple of weeks ago I got up in the morning to find the rug in front of my refrigerator soaking wet. At some point my freezer had stopped cooling and everything in it was completely thawed out. In a panic, I called our emergency maintenance number, and within ten minutes there were four maintenance men in my kitchen ready to help. Once it was determined that the parts necessary to fix the problem were not available, they set out to find a new refrigerator. Two of them helped me to remove everything from my old refrigerator and freezer and then take it out of my apartment, while the other two took off to pick up the replacement. They had to go clear across town in the rain, put it in the back of a pick-up truck, and haul it back across town in rain and heavy traffic. But before the end of the day, I had a new refrigerator/freezer up and running in my kitchen. You will never find better service than that. Like I said, our Maintenance Team is the best!

This is a great place to live. After my wife died I sold our house and moved to San Antonio and to Courtland Estates at TCP. It has been the right decision for me. The people are great. The facility is wonderful --- well maintained, clean, and safe. The location is so convenient to shopping, medical facilities, and restaurants. Jordan and Lauren are so sweet and welcoming. I have lived here for 3 years after my partner passed away. It was a very hard time for me but they immediately welcomed me and made me feel at home. My Family and I moved here as a transitional stopgap measure, we expected to be for a few months at best….. that was almost 3 years ago! Cortland, for the foreseeable future, is our home and this is no small part due to the management team. Besides the great apartments , the amenities are fabulous. The gym just recently remodeled has all brand new equipment including peleton bikes , fresh towels and lots of weights. Also has a game room and sitting area with a pool table. Come check it out and you’ll be amazed.

I've noticed many of the reviews are from people who have only lived here a short time, so I am writing from a different perspective. Over the years, my work required that I live in many different places, so I've had homes and apartments in Illinois, Florida, Ohio, and Texas. When I retired, I decided to move close to my son, but could not find a house I liked. So I came here, thinking I would only be here a short time. Eight years later and I'm still here. This is, by far, the nicest apartment in the nicest community I have ever lived. My apartment is beautiful with 3 large bedrooms (all with walk-in closets), two full baths, a large kitchen with a huge island, a laundry room, pantry, giant closet in the master suite with a jetted tub in the bath, large patio, real wood-burning fireplace, hand-scraped real wood floors, crown molding, and a door that opens directly into my attached 2-car garage. We have a pool, a huge state-of-the-art fitness center, rec room, and park. But most importantly are the staff. The

I've been living at Cortland over 3 years and absolutely love it! It's a perfect location, everything I need is close by. Property is so clean and the amenities are outstanding and very high end. The gym has quality equipment! Curbside trash pick up is so convenient. Customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time and the friendly staff in the office is always quick to respond to our needs. Maintenance is always so professional and efficient anytime I have a concern.

Where to start… I have lived at many apartments in my life, but I have never been at one like this. The staff is so friendly, I truly feel like they are my friends. Jordan and Lauren are incredible! The amenities are so breathtaking. The attention to detail with the office decor is incredible. The gym has ever piece of equipment you could need. It is better the golds, lifetime, or any other gym. My husband and I have been living here for little over a year after downsizing from a large home. We love the management team, especially Lauren, she is always helpful and understanding 😍. The amenities are great, which for us include a two car attached garage. The only concern we have is a few neighbors don't pick up after their pets and one neighbor is loud late at night or very early in the morning.

Every time I walk into the leasing office Sam always greets me by my name. The maintnace staff always waived hello when out and about. The managers are always helpful. I feel like everyone that works there is my friend. My home is beautiful. I have real hardwood floors, and a garage. It feels more like a house then an apartment. Where to start? Living here at Cortland Estates has been the most amazing 3 years. I love my apartment, it is set up like a house. Having the garage and drive way makes it easy when I have friends over. They never have to hunt for parking. The property is always clean, even on trash day! Maintance is fast, it is a breeze. Any time I need something done, they have me taken care of. The office staff is so kind. Every interaction with them is great. The whole staff goes out of there way to make sure my experiance here has been amazing. I couldn't imagin living anywhere else. I love it here!!! I moved from Georgia to Texas for military, and the staff is very catering towards the service members as well as everyone else! Neighborhood is very quiet with no disturbances, and I love how everyone comes together for the clubhouse events!

This is by far the best placed I've lived since moving to San Antonio. First, the staff is amazing and is truly dedicated to customer service! In regards to the maintenance team of Cortland Estates @ TPC : I give them the highest rating. They are always prompt with solving issues, clean and neat with repairs. And I feel confident when they show up because they know exactly what needs to be done. I’m a worrier, so they calm me down as soon as they show up. All four workers are very polite and respectful of me. And they always wave to me and say “hi”when I’m out on my daily walks. They know my name and I know theirs; it’s a good safe feeling, considering I moved across the country on my own just this past year not knowing anyone in San Antonio. I will also say one of the four, Josh, stands out as the leader and always checks to see things are done right. I’ll make sure the office managers and owner knows. Anyway I hope they all stay working here for a very long time because I’ll be renewing my lease for a long time into the future !

We love our apartment. Lauren helped us find the perfect apartment in a pinch. After weeks of searching the area and other complexes she was the first person to make us feel like she really cared about finding us the right space. I’d rent here again, I’m currently in a Maple and I really enjoy the wood floors. Maintenance is very quick to respond and repair any issues, the grounds are kept clean, the gym has some fantastic equipment and the pool is always clean. Every issue I’ve ever had has been handled quickly and kindly. It’s definitely on the higher end in terms of monthly cost, but the amenities and service you receive are worth it in my opinion.

The maintenance crew deserve special mention, the crew : Josh, Joe, Jorge and Chris have shown a high level of professionalism throughout the 12 months that We’ve lived here. Coupled with this, they’re a good spirited group of guys… always respectful, always pleasant and always jovial. Keep it up lads, you’re both a credit and an asset to the estate.

I've had a wonderful experience with moving in and living at Cortland Estates on Bulverde. I’ve lived here 10 months now. Lauren and the front office staff were amazing with expediting my move in process when I had a limited time frame from selling my home and needing an apartment to move into. They’ve been wonderful with creating fun family, pet friendly, and a variety of events thru the year that residents can attend. They send a calendar to keep everyone advised of ongoing events. The gym, tanning bed, salon (my daughter loves), walking trail, park, and pool are all wonderful benefits to living here! Also, having schools literally down the street or within a few minutes is a major bonus. There's so many nearby restaurants, entertainment locations, and on property there's always yummy food trucks brought to the complex to take the burden off of making dinner that night (which is greatly appreciated by busy parents or for those just looking to try new food). Staff and Maintenance are very responsive to problems and request. I have lived here over nine years and feel safe and love the amenities. The pool is wonderful in summer. I'm a walker and like the quietness of the complex. My apartment is so warm and homey.

I cannot begin to describe how fantastic the staff and facilities are here. Even when I first toured the grounds with Erica Vance (a complete angel) moving in was incredibly smooth and Erica did so much to help me and just took alot of stress off my shoulders. The grounds are very nice and the views are lovely. While I was walking my dog the maintenance staff stopped to introduce themselves and were very polite. I would highly recommend courtland estates @ tpc to anyone.

My five star review is definitely due to the manager at this complex, Lauren, for helping whenever we have an issue. I’m sure it’s easy for other complexes to be overwhelmed by all the tenants but here, Lauren knows us, remembers our apartment number, and always makes it a point to acknowledge our kids if they’re with us. She’s the best.

Love my apartment! If you're new to the area , and looking for a new home, 10/10 would recommend! The management staff is very accommodating, as well as the maintenance staff. The grounds are very clean, and kept up with. GREAT area to live!

I have nothing but good things to say about living here. The complex feels very luxurious. The entire staff is great to deal with especially Lauren, she's always eager to help no matter what the concern is. Maintenance is very fast a throughout. Highly recommend living here.

Lauren is absolutely amazing. She is super friendly and very helpful. The location of the property is close to schools, shopping, and to both Hwy 281 and 1604. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Definitely recommend and ask for Lauren.
