Went on a tour with Victoria and she was beyond amazing! Very nice and informative didn’t rush us and had a great sense of humor! Hopefully we will be calling this our new home soon! The apartments are one of the best I have been to in the stone oak area!

After my initial contact with Crystal, Victoria was assigned as my contact agent. Throughout my apartment selection process, preparation for my move, and move-in date, Victoria has been very helpful, and patient all my questions and request. When Victoria was not available, Crystal and/or Laren showed true teamwork did not skip a beat, and politely stepped up to answer my questions. Chose this location because it’s close to work. It’s been a bonus with how quiet it is here. My dog and I love the walking trail in the park and I also like that the gym is 24/7. Staff is pretty nice too.

Lauren was great in getting us the info we needed! We ended up signing same day and so far everything has been wonderful! The team is super responsive which has been a huge change from our previous complex. I put a work order in the other day and maintenance rang the door bell in 10 minutes which was a huge shock! A great apartment complex with wonderful staff. Ask for Lauren if you’re thinking about touring!!

I can't say enough for all the help these ladies provided to a couple of very undecided 50yr olds that hadn't lived in an apartment since we were fresh out of High school.. they were very patient with us, we knew we were going to rent with Cortland properties just trying to decide what property was best for us. The move in process was seamless. Each time I enter the office they know me by 1st name and what apartment I'm in. They make us feel like family. We have not even been in our apartment for a month but it already feels like home. Tlwe had one small maintenence need when we moved in and they had it fixed with hours. The property is very clean and with the buding being built of all concrete it is very quiet and we have people above us and we are 1st floor.

Hey everyone, I have been living in this apartment since January of this year (2024) and I truly have only good things to say. Since move in we have been taken care of quickly and swiftly by maintenance and front office. Any issues or problems that arose have had prompt responses, which is something that we all wish we had when moving into a new apartment complex. The grounds are taken care of by a landscaping company weekly and the trash is picked up when they say it will be on valet days. The area is quiet and in close distance to multiple schools for kiddos. Plus the food options and shopping in surrounding areas is easily accessible. If you work on Ft. Sam or Randolph then your commute is roughly 20-30 minutes before traffic but the location and amenities of this apartment complex is worth it. I am sad to go from this apartment complex but I am not leaving because of anything wrong with the apartment. I hope this review finds you well and I hope you find interest in this place as much as I did.

I have been a resident with Cortland for a bit over a year, originally transferred from an out of state Cortland Community into Cortland Estates at TPC. From the very beginning Victoria the front office receptionist has been absolutely PHENOMENAL in her work, from start to finish and ongoing she makes sure to stay on top of resident needs. Victoria and Jordan will always make sure to take care of you as a resident no matter the case or cause, and the property in my opinion, is the cleanest and most well kept of all others. Cortland Estates at TPC is home and I’m glad to be a resident here!

Coming up on my 2nd year here. All the workers here are awesome. From the front office, to the cleaning crew, to the maintenance team, they are sufficient and really take care of their residence. My family and I have been living here for over a year and we absolutely love this apartment complex. You can tell that Cortland cares about maintaining a beautiful space for its residents. It is the perfect place to take daily strolls with the family. If you are into fitness the gym is absolutely stunning. I am shy and out of shape. I like that I can always find times where the gym is nearly empty and nobody is looking at me while I am struggling doing a single push up. But the best part of living here is the leasing and maintenance team. They are always available to help. Joe and Justice are the best. They always respond to requests in a timely manner! Special shout out Lauren in leasing for always making us feel like part of the community instead of just a number. 5/5 recommend!!

Victoria Armendariz was a pleasure to work with. She was very diligent and strived for greatness. She answered all my questions promptly and went out of her way to show me pictures and videos of the homes since I was not there in person. Her efforts made me fall in love with the area and excited me about our big move across the country. She made me feel like I was never a burden and treated us with care. Even though we didn’t get to visit the community she treated me with kindness and was very punctual even with our big time difference. I really enjoy living here. It’s been quiet and my neighbors are very friendly. I enjoy walking with my dog throughout the complex and like that the gym is open 24/7 since I get off late sometimes. No complaints here so far.

The views are amazing here, sunsets and sunrises and fireworks on holidays. The park with the half mile walking trail also has beautiful scenery especially when the wildflowers bloom. I also enjoyed the use of a fully equipped gym and large pool. My apartment had an amazing jacuzzi tub to relax in after working out at the gym. It really is a wonderful place to live!

After touring a lot of different places, this is the first place to feel like a home. Their finishes like the fireplace and wood floors make it feel less like an apartment. Very pleased with my choice.

Cortland Estates at TPC is a wonderful community. I feel safe living here since 2018. I never had any issues. Everyone is wonderful and the community is always clean. Maintaince does a great job keeping up with everything. The pool is always clean and so is the gym.

Definitely a different vibe from other larger complexes and more of a townhome type set up with a smaller number of residents, which is nice. Even routine or non-critical maintenance is often solved same day while I'm at work. This is seriously one of the main reasons I've stayed. Not having to worry about any maintenance is awesome. I'm a ticket away from it being solved. 3) Fitness Center and other amenities are awesome. They (and the residents) do a great job of keeping the areas clean and inviting for others to use. My partner loves the new fitness area and now goes regularly. Negatives: 1) Internet capped at 50mbs with no alternatives. It's high enough to handle any work or streaming needs, but if you like playing online games or need to make frequent downloads, you should probably do so at work or friends/family's place. Notice

Our Maintenance Team is the best ever. A couple of weeks ago I got up in the morning to find the rug in front of my refrigerator soaking wet. At some point my freezer had stopped cooling and everything in it was completely thawed out. In a panic, I called our emergency maintenance number, and within ten minutes there were four maintenance men in my kitchen ready to help. Once it was determined that the parts necessary to fix the problem were not available, they set out to find a new refrigerator. Two of them helped me to remove everything from my old refrigerator and freezer and then take it out of my apartment, while the other two took off to pick up the replacement. They had to go clear across town in the rain, put it in the back of a pick-up truck, and haul it back across town in rain and heavy traffic. But before the end of the day, I had a new refrigerator/freezer up and running in my kitchen. You will never find better service than that. Like I said, our Maintenance Team is the best!

This is a great place to live. After my wife died I sold our house and moved to San Antonio and to Courtland Estates at TCP. It has been the right decision for me. The people are great. The facility is wonderful --- well maintained, clean, and safe. The location is so convenient to shopping, medical facilities, and restaurants. I looked at 5 or 6 properties before choosing Courtland and when I saw it I knew I had found a home. You will love it too.

Jordan and Lauren are so sweet and welcoming. I have lived here for 3 years after my partner passed away. It was a very hard time for me but they immediately welcomed me and made me feel at home. My Family and I moved here as a transitional stopgap measure, we expected to be for a few months at best….. that was almost 3 years ago! Cortland, for the foreseeable future, is our home and this is no small part due to the management team. Over the years, my work required that I live in many different places, so I've had homes and apartments in Illinois, Florida, Ohio, and Texas. When I retired, I decided to move close to my son, but could not find a house I liked. So I came here, thinking I would only be here a short time. Eight years later and I'm still here. This is, by far, the nicest apartment in the nicest community I have ever lived. My apartment is beautiful with 3 large bedrooms (all with walk-in closets), two full baths, a large kitchen with a huge island, a laundry room, pantry, giant closet in the master suite with a jetted tub in the bath, large patio, real wood-burning fireplace, hand-scraped real wood floors, crown molding, and a door that opens directly into my attached 2-car garage. In regards to the maintenance team of Cortland Estates @ TPC : I give them the highest rating. They are always prompt with solving issues, clean and neat with repairs. And I feel confident when they show up because they know exactly what needs to be done. I’m a worrier, so they calm me down as soon as they show up. All four workers are very polite and respectful of me. And they always wave to me and say “hi”when I’m out on my daily walks. They know my name and I know theirs; it’s a good safe feeling, considering I moved across the country on my own just this past year not knowing anyone in San Antonio. I will also say one of the four, Josh, stands out as the leader and always checks to see things are done right. I’ll make sure the office managers and owner knows. Anyway I hope they all stay working here for a very long time because I’ll be renewing my lease for a long time into the future !

I’d rent here again, I’m currently in a Maple and I really enjoy the wood floors. Maintenance is very quick to respond and repair any issues, the grounds are kept clean, the gym has some fantastic equipment and the pool is always clean. Every issue I’ve ever had has been handled quickly and kindly. It’s definitely on the higher end in terms of monthly cost, but the amenities and service you receive are worth it in my opinion.

PROS -Apartments are clean, nice, & spacious. -Pool is always clean & not too crowded or noisy. -They have a pool table & a newly renovated gym with all kinds of nice equipment -Neighbors are kind & don’t cause any issues -Complex is very quiet & peaceful -Office is open on Saturdays -Trash is picked up every Monday, Wednesday & Friday -Clean washer & dryer in unit -Staff is friendly -Food trucks & events -Haven’t had any pest/insect issues CONS -Alot of the residents here have parking garages and still use the open parking spots making it harder for those that don’t pay extra

I have been a resident of Cortland Estates for a few months now! I love the location, a lot of restaurants nearby. I had a recent issue with my shower not working and maintenance was here the next morning to get it taken care of. Erica has been incredibly helpful and responsive when I have reached out with concerns or questions! She has also kept me up to date on when the renovations for the new gym will be complete, very exciting! So far so good.

I've had a wonderful experience with moving in and living at Cortland Estates on Bulverde. I’ve lived here 10 months now. Lauren and the front office staff were amazing with expediting my move in process when I had a limited time frame from selling my home and needing an apartment to move into. They’ve been wonderful with creating fun family, pet friendly, and a variety of events thru the year that residents can attend. They send a calendar to keep everyone advised of ongoing events. The gym, tanning bed, salon (my daughter loves), walking trail, park, and pool are all wonderful benefits to living here! Also, having schools literally down the street or within a few minutes is a major bonus. There's so many nearby restaurants, entertainment locations, and on property there's always yummy food trucks brought to the complex to take the burden off of making dinner that night (which is greatly appreciated by busy parents or for those just looking to try new food). I cannot begin to describe how fantastic the staff and facilities are here. Even when I first toured the grounds with Erica Vance (a complete angel) moving in was incredibly smooth and Erica did so much to help me and just took alot of stress off my shoulders. The grounds are very nice and the views are lovely. While I was walking my dog the maintenance staff stopped to introduce themselves and were very polite. I would highly recommend courtland estates @ tpc to anyone.

If you're looking for a safe and well-kept living environment, look no further! I've been at the complex for over a year now; and prior to that, I was always afraid of signing a year lease because I've always had issues with living in apartments (whether from noises from neighbors/surroundings, or that things break in the apartment). For the price of apartments, you get your own townhouse (with a garage). Lots of privacy and no rude neighbors. Lots of families living on this property as well. Apartment managers keep the property clean and beautiful. Maintenance are very prompt too as soon as you submit a work order request. Apartment itself often hosts events. If you're intrigued to move here, do it, you won't regret it!

Been at Cortland for 2.5 years now. Really like the community and location. The team here is very helpful and service is fast. Lots of amenities and constantly improving. One of the biggest GYMs in town, also oldest ;) Apartments are spacious and like new. Not much options like this around. great setup on a hill looking over the forest.

The apartments are well-equipped and luxurious. The maintenance team has been responsive, courteous, and professional. The management team here are phenomenal!! There was an cooling issue (my fault I didn’t change the air filter) in my apt… Josh the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable on what was needed to resolve my problem. I’m at ease, knowing there’s skilled technicians on deck

I’ve been living here for the past two years and haven’t had any maintenance problems with my apt until this past week. I had problems with my garbage disposal and Chris came and helped me right away. The problem was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s nice to know when problems do arise that this staff cares enough to address it right away.

I have lived in several different cities and locations and this is one of my favorite. Customer Service is top notch and Josh for Maintenance and ground crew was phenomenal. Never living in an apartment made us feel like living in a Real community like living at Cortland Estates at TPC. This apartment complex is not only beautiful and well maintained, their administrative staff and maintenance staff is just awesome. Great amenities, great service... is everything you are looking for to live and be happy. We highly recommend Leasing here! We have been here for 2 plus years and planning to stay. I love living here so much! This place has been my home for 4 years, and it just keeps getting better and better. The maintenance team works fast. The leasing team is so friendly, and management is always there to help! My only complaint is when you walk into the leasing office the Spa workers seem rude. I am glad the office moved to another unit!

My AC went out a few times and Chris was super helpful and always kept me in the loop on what was happening. I loved this place when I stayed here. Even though there was minor dingers from time to time, but I was always confident when Joe immediately resolved the issues in a timely and efficient manner. Even though I reside in Miami now, if I were to go back to live in San Antonio, I know cortland estates is the place I moved back to and it’s because of people like Joe who are great at what they do that make this place feel like home.

Living here has been amazing! Friendly staff, maintenance, and amenities. They are quick to resolve any problems you may have and respond to any emails really quick as well. Since living here, I haven’t had any issues with my apartment as far as maintenance issues or anything like that. Lauren has been a huge help with questions with leasing or rent, and is always willing to help you with any concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place!

I have known Joe for five years now and can sincerely say, it’s an honor that I can call him a friend. In those five years, I have been able to watch him develop personally and professionally. He is one of the most dependable people I know. Being able to see first hand the type of work he performs, I have never been disappointed. He has always accomplished his tasks on time and always with 100% professionalism. I am also honored to say, I have been able to follow Joe to Cortland Estates where we are new residents. Moving to Cortland was one of the best decisions I have made for myself and family. The well appointed units along with the grounds plus the added safety and security have made it an amazing decision. As a friend, he is one of only a few I trust with the safety of my young daughter. It would be hard to imagine a better experience than the one we had with Erica Vance, leasing agent at Cortland Estates TPC. We were living out of state when we learned we needed to relocate to San Antonio as quickly as possible. We phoned Erica several times and asked at least a thousand questions. She was able to answer all of our questions about the apartment options, lease, etc., and she was patient and kind each time we spoke with her. Without Erica’s help, we would not have been able to complete our move as quickly as was necessary.

Courtland Estates at TPC are beautiful and make the place feel like home. What really sold me was one of the leasing agents, Madison. She gave me a tour and it was fantastic! She was very professional, polite carried herself very well and knew how to speak to future and current tenants. We needed to move out of our old apartment within 3 days, and Erica helped us out and was so nice in the process! Everyone else in the office is really nice as well. We applied and signed a lease the very next day which is exactly what we needed because of the situation we were in. We have lived here for a couple of weeks and it has been great. We love the pool and the dog park for our little dog. The prices are great considering this is the only community in the area that is townhome style! Our floor plan feels super spacious. We’ve never lived anywhere so nice! If you’re thinking about moving to the area I would definitely recommend it here.

The office staff and the Maintenance department at this complex are amazing. I have lived in apartments before and have never had the level of responsiveness that I have received from Lauren and Madison in the leasing office and the same can be said for Chris and Josh in the maintenance department. I had a complex air conditioning problem and these guys never quit, they worked miracles late into the day to make it happen and got it done. The AC quit in the evening on Wednesday - Maintenance came out immediately after hours on Wednesday and worked from morning until almost 5:00 to make sure I didn't go another day without AC. Any issue at this complex is met with immediate concern and quick action. I highly recommend this complex, the leasing office staff and Chris and Josh - blessed to be able to write a review like this and wish I could give them 10 stars.

Moving is never an easy transition but I felt very welcomed and informed when I toured Cortland. The process was very smooth and streamlined. Maddie and Lauren are absolutely the best humans. They made the process smooth and they are both personable, caring, professional and helpful. I doubt you will find another place that operates at their standard of living. This is a community friendly atmosphere, which was important to me coming from a residential setting. This is not your typical apartment complex. It’s quiet, clean, modern, and not jammed packed. 10/10 in my opinion. It’s a great place to live because it is ran well. And, our amenities are awesome.

This property is the best I have ever leased from, if I wouldn't have become a homeowner I would still be there. The property was very well maintained and the staff was the best I had experienced too! As a multi year tennant I rarely had any service calls, but if I did there was a gentleman named Chris who would always take care of it quickly and would follow up making sure the issue was fixed. That was something I had never experienced before and I will truly miss the service. I would recomend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

I've lived in other apartments prior to Cortland & this property has the best fitness center compared to any other property. Spacious, lots of great equipment & extremely clean. The floor plans are great for any size family with attached garages & I always felt safe. Five Stars for amazing apartment living! Thanks Cortland!

Excellent place to live! In a beautiful part of San Antonio, with plenty to do in the area. Management, esspecially Lauren is very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. I will for sure be renewing my lease.

She went above and beyond in every aspect and continues to be extremely helpful with anything that we’ve needed. The property is gorgeous, the grounds are well kept and all of the staff are great. Cortland Estates at TPC is the best place to live. When we came to San Antonio to make this our home, we felt just like it from the first moment we stepped into the Leasing Office. They have the best Leasing Agents (Lauren has been amazing with us), the best maintenance crew, a great management team! We are so happy to be part of the this community. Their units are impeccable, common areas are always clean and it’s location is just supreme! If you are thinking of finding a place to live do not hesitate to take a look at this beautiful community! Everything in it is just amazing!

Just moved in about a week ago and everyone here has been extremely helpful and friendly. Our leasing consultant Lauren was very helpful in finding what we were looking for. We have had minor problems but Jose made sure to take care of all of our problems in one visit. So far we love it and we look forward to our time spent here!

I live here at this apartment complex & it’s super nice! I love going on walks with my dog and going to the pool to tan! I feel super safe living here & its great community. Lauren is amazing and super helpful!

I can’t say enough great things about Cortland Estates! I moved here just over a year ago and still absolutely love it. The girls in the office are so friendly and helpful anytime I need something. It’s a pretty quiet place which is a big thing for me since I work the night shift. I always have people telling me “your apartments are so nice” and they’re super affordable which is also a plus since ya girl is single! Thank you Cortland Estates for being so amazing. So happy to call this place my home!!

Great place to live! The staff here is fantastic. Andres, in particular, has been a great help to my family and me. He has always been available to help when needed. He keeps the pool looking amazing and makes sure everything in the community is kept. Outstanding job, Cortland team!

I've been here only a couple months and it's the best apartment complex I've lived in since moving to San Antonio. They have the quickest maintenance service and really care about their residents here. All of the ladies that work in the leasing office are absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this place and if you are looking into it contact Lauren Mcgree! She has helped me with so much & goes out of her way to get what needs to be done!
