I’ve toured plenty of places and i was the most impressed with this community, you definitely get what you are paying for. I’d recommend this community over most in the area. I love living here! I love everyone who works here. Could not be happier. I had a few boards on my deck that were bad so I put in a ticket. Next day when I got home- I had a brand new deck! How amazing is that? They could have gone the cheaper route and replaced one or two boards- but they redid my entire deck.

I have been a resident here for about nine months, and I just renewed it for one more year! The community is very quiet and nice—it absolutely feels like home. The walking trails are beautiful, offering great views. My lakeview unit also has an amazing view, and it's wonderful to have a cup of coffee on the patio in the morning. It’s a very green place, with flowers and trees making it especially beautiful. The apartment is really nice, with great appliances and a stylish look. Maintenance service is fast and reliable—they always come the same day or the next day if you submit a request late at night. The leasing office staff are amazing and always helpful. I really like living here, I like the view that my balcony has, but the only thing that makes me extremely sad is the smell of marijuana that enters my apartment from a resident who smokes inside his apartment and that's all I ask be resolved, if it weren't for this everything would be perfect. I hope you take this into consideration and resolve this case as soon as possible, because I believe I won't be the last resident to complain about this. Besides, I love living here

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I couldn’t be more grateful for everything Laura did for me during my process and still do. This is my first home and she was/is so professional, helpful, patient and kind as well as Gerardo from the maintenance, so it took my experience here to another level! I love living here, I am sad that they changed how the front office is working. We haven’t had an event since they did that, we were having at least one a month, but usually two. I liked when there was always someone in the office. The staff that they do have in the is absolutely amazing at their jobs though! We love MeAtta and Laura! Maintenance is amazing, and very quick at getting things fixed!

I’ve lived at Cortland for about 2 years and all I can say is this place is amazing. They care tremendously about us and the community. If you ever need maintenance, they are there within 24 hours. If you ever need to speak with the leasing office, they are they are super friendly. You’ll get a solution within 5 minutes. I’ve never seen an apartment complex take such good care of pipes, ventilation systems, etc. I feel that they constantly go above and beyond for us. AND prices are always reasonable! I’ve loved living here!

At 40 yrs old it is by far the nicest apartment I have ever lived in before in my life! The maintenance staff are Amazing, Kind and Friendly. And Gerado (maintenance) is so hardworking and always available when I need help with the apartment. Francis (also maintenance) super sweetheart. Chelsea Dubelle (leasing) is the agent you want to get if you want to get any business handled, if you want it to be taken care of. She is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, timely and does the majority of all the resident work. Calling the office is not a good way to get contact, so make sure and email her. Also, ask for a walk-thru before signing the lease so you don’t get any surprises. If you’re like me and have no clue how to quantify the floor plan square footage, that’s the only safe option. I am leaving Cortland East Cobb after two full years, and only because I’ve accepted a job that requires relocation to another state. I have loved living here. My apartment was beautiful, modern, and comfortable, and really felt like a home. The amenities are awesome—best pool I’ve ever seen, and the lake is lovely. The maintenance guys are wonderful and I extremely timely, and the office staff are personable and warm. I am taking the time to write this positive review mostly as a thanks to the Cortland team because I really did feel well taken care of during my time here. I saw neighbors come and go, and some were better than others, but generally, the community feels quiet, respectful, and pleasant. 10/10 recommend Cortland.

My family enjoyed living at Courtland East Cobb apartments for the last six months. It’s a wonderful pet friendly community with beautiful lakes and pools .They have a very modern club house with a very nice gym . This community has a very relaxing atmosphere . Office staff is wonderful. We worked with Stephanie Rivera a lot when day- to-day questions came up. She is very helpful, a great communicator and a wonderful professional. I highly recommend this community!

Spent a weekend looking at apartments in the area and out of my list East Cobb had no competition. Stephanie showed us around and was such good help with all questions we had, both at the viewing and later on over email. The complex and grounds were exactly like the photos, which no other apartments I saw that weekend did.

I'm six months into a 15 month lease at Cortland East Cobb. I'm in my mid 50's and have not lived in an apartment complex or building for nearly 20 years. I leased my apartment sight unseen from Colorado. I relied on the staff and the photos and floor-plans to make my decision. I was not disappointed - the apartment is well appointed, very clean and updated/ modern. The maintenance staff and the leasing / management staff have been fantastic to work with. They are all friendly, helpful and attentive.

Great apartment complex so far! Maintainance is always on top of everything and have never had to wait long to get anything fixed, office staff is super friendly, Stephanie was especially great in helping us with any concerns/needs we had. Renovated units and a renovated community are very well done and the overall complex is kept clean. They also have done a great job keeping the community together through covid times through safe virtual events and always keep residents posted on all important things in a timely manner! Also have very nice and clean amenities (awesome pool and gym)

I moved in last week and I could not be happier. Stephanie was awesome to work with. I hounded her for months asking all kinds of questions about my apartment and she was always so wonderful. When I moved in, I could not believe how lucky I was. It is like living in a resort. I overlook the pond and there is a trail that goes around the pond to the really nice dog park. The apartment is awesome as well. The deck is a great size and I love the quartz countertops and cabinets. I especially love the garden tub. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this is my new happy place.

I wanna show some appreciation for the professionalism, niceness, and communication both Josh and Stephanie demonstrated while helping us move into our new apartment. We downsized from a house, so the process has been stressful trying to simultaneously sell our house and move into an apartment at the same time, but the transition was made easier by them. The apartments are cute and refinished, even for the standard ones. Everything is working well inside the apartment. No bugs which is a big one for me. We have a private garage which is also hard to find. So far, so good.

I have renewed my lease at cortland a third year and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon! I’m obsessed with the pool area and fitness center is brand new. I love to work out and it’s open 24 hours has everything I need and I get to look at the beautiful view of the pool while I’m doing it.

I have been living here at cortland east Cobb for 3 years! I must say this is my first apartment where I loved the staff and the apartment it self. When I moved in my building it was in the process of being renovated which I didn’t mind because I was excited about the new look. Every thing from the floor and amenities are fresh brand new up to date. My apartment and patio is so beautiful and spacious with tall ceilings and a fire. The staffing is very helpful as well sometimes I stop by the office for the free fresh Starbucks coffee!

Also , it's an extremely new place, clean and calm. i am very happy living here for the last almost 3 years. The price is a little expensive but for sure you will be living at a great place

Cortland from start to finish has been a breeze! Stephanie assisted us with the move in process and since then has always been available to assist our needs. The pool , gym & dog park is always clean & COVID compliant. Guest are quiet , and the valet trash is extremely. Will definitely be renewing my lease!

I've been a resident for several years now and the staff is what makes Cortland East Cobb amazing. I am from the POV that things will happen when you live in an apartment community, (especially an older one, but one that has undergone top notch renovations, I might add) but how you respond to the needs of your residents is EVERYTHING! It allows the residents to live with ease and not sweat the small stuff. Josh, MeAtta, Chelsie, Stephanie, Andrew, Mr. Francis and the SUPERSTAR Gerrado are courteous and quick to respond! They follow through to ensure your needs are met. Especially during COVID, our office staff has stood in the gap like family; checking in to ensure we are still sane, helping with our business needs and just overall being amazing humans while still being safe. I'm not sure what the next year will hold, but I can say that living at Cortland East Cobb has made this last 12 months bearable. Thank you for all you do!

This review is solely based off my experience with Rodolfo, and Alex Rodriguez the two maintenance staff members that are assigned to my building. Lets start with how remarkable they are. Extremely respectful and a pleasure to interact with. I work from home currently and they are so thoughtful and have figured out the "type of resident" I am and they cater to my needs so I am VERY VERY happy. They deserve so much credit for all of their hard work, they make sure they don't leave a mess and are quiet as possible in case I am on a call or in a meeting. They have even won my dog Tunde over. He loves them. I also like the fact that it is the same two staff members every time, it allows us to build trust and I know that my home and belongings are safe.

Josh and Meatta are like Batman and Robin....they’re unbelievable! They treat you like family and not just a number, if there’s ever any issues with your apartment,they’re on it in a jiffy! Words really cannot describe how GREAT these two are, especially during these trying times with COVID, they’re always on top of things making sure our community is safe...again thanks Josh and Meatta for all you guys do. Cortland has been a haven for me during these unprecedented times. The staff is professional and friendly, and aim to ensure your happiness is valued and prioritized. Josh is an incredibly patient, kind, professional and understanding property manager here, always seeming to go the extra mile for residents. The homes are just that - homey. I feel right at home, and am very much enjoying the 3 bedroom apartments. Having to work from home, the extra space is nice, and knowing that Cortland has great connectivity in the space leaves you with certainty that you can get your work done. The staff is friendly, and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. They happily and proudly complete service ticket items, and become your buddies. Gerardo and Kaede have become familiar faces in the complex, and are always waving to say hello whenever they spot you - it's welcoming and inviting. Cortland has been more than understanding and supportive during Covid, and I see they strive to uphold Cortland Community Standard.

The leasing office team is very nice and helpful. They give great customer service and are very punctual on promises! The maintenance team is amazing as well. They are diligent and prompt to requests! The community is beautiful and safe, a genuinely great place to call home :)

Someone in Management please give Ashley Varner a raise. She’s been awesome to work with in our transition to the new place. She’s been super kind to me and my brother, informative, clear in communication, and has gone the extra mile. Greeting us at our neighborhood smores event, following up on work orders, making sure our apartment is in top shape, and communicating all the way through. Jefferson is a beautiful community. People seem friendly but not nosey or in your way. Beautiful scenery with the lake, woods, and walking trail. Excited for the new pool/rec center development! UPDATE: Now I work for Cortland. Lol I liked it that much so here I am. My experience in my apartment the last year has been fantastic. Special shout out to Josh and his front office staff, the beautiful new gym/leasing office and pool, and the amazing residents at East Cobb. This is such a friendly community and a beautiful one to live in!

Cortland East Cobb has outstanding customer service and maintenance team! We were in the biggest pickle when moving to Marietta from Texas and the originally apartment community fell through and we needed to find a place within hours! The team went above and beyond to make it happen and since we have moved in they have done an amazing job at communicating!

I am very happy with the staff, maintenance timeliness and community cleanliness. Very quiet neighborhood. The geese are my only complaint as they cross the street from the water in packs. I realize they have no where to be but it slows me down. They however bring peace and serenity to the neighborhood.
