I am very happy with my move-in experience at Cortland Duluth. My unit is exactly what my family and I were looking for. It's renovated and spacious. I live on the terrace floor, so bugs are to be expected. I have not seen any roaches- thank goodness. Just the occasional rollie pollie/pill bug and pincher bug, which I'm sure can be repelled with some home defense bug spray around the perimeter. I would also like to shout out my leasing agent, Chris Orozco! He was the best during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and a great help. I would recommend Cortland to anyone!

It’s been about 5months living in this community and I'm so happy we chose this spot! The only thing I say was a bit of an issue at the beginning was having the people pick after their dogs but it’s improved ALOT ! I’m very thankful to have a community where their maintenance people , landscaping, and office team members are amazing & work efficiently! A huge shoutout to “Ashera” for always greeting me with respect & most importantly being an amazing leasing agent! She always answers all my questions & is the sweetest ever !

We’ve had the pleasure of living here for almost 4 years, and I can honestly say that Dominique is one of a kind. She’s been here for what feels like forever, and that consistency truly shows. Dominique is incredibly solution-oriented, sweet as pie, caring, and still maintains a high level of professionalism in everything she does. My family and I are so grateful to have her, she genuinely makes a difference. As for the community, while it may not be brand new, it is extremely well-kept. The office does a great job maintaining the amenities, units, and landscaping. One thing we really appreciate is the renewal carpet cleaning, it’s such a thoughtful touch that you don’t see everywhere. I’ve lived in multiple states and experienced all types of apartment communities, but Cortland Duluth truly stands out. What sets it apart for me is the sense of security and comfort I feel living here. That peace of mind is priceless.

She was incredibly kind and informative, she showed us two floorplans that met our needs and worked with us to find one at a convenient availability in our budget.

Cortland apartments is a great place to live. They’re very professional and care for their residents. Asherah is the sales agent, she is a great person and she takes time to explain everything to me. I recommend anyone who looks for a place to live. Go to Cortland at Duluth. It’s a very nice neighborhood.

Not a paid reviewer, no incentives given. I have truly never lived in a complex where I felt so at home. Listen- people are gonna people and unfortunately, sometimes you'll have crappy neighbors. But that's not the complex's fault. I have had a ROUGH year, and the office staff here has gone above and beyond to make my life easier. You can tell they actually care and honestly, kindness goes a long long way. If you treat anyone with attitude or unkindness, you may not get the results you wish you had. Then again, I'm not one that believes "the customer is always right". Personally, if you came to me and asked for a favor or exception or something off the wall and you were rude I would be following every rule exactly by the book. Meaning, you ain't getting what you want. Sorry- company policy. Not saying that's what anyone here does, just a personal opinion. As for my personal neighbors, it's pretty much always quiet with the exception of my upstairs neighbors but I believe they have a child or something, which
