Macy and Kristi have done an awesome job of managing this property. I’ve lived here for seven years and they are by far the best management team. Anything that comes up they’re more than willing to help and do what they can.

I cant say enough about this place. Ill start with the staff, amazing. The apartment are beautiful. The community is friendly. I love the gym but the pool..... thats my happy place.

I love courtland Dublin been here for almost 2 years, the maintenance is always on time and respectful, they take care of anything you need done, I love all the ladies in the rental office especially Macy she is so sweet and kind and so understanding. Definitely a good place to live

I have lived here for over 2 years and just renewed for a third. The facility is kept very clean and the staff are especially responsive and helpful. I originally worked with Macey when I first moved to the complex and she has continued to be a huge help to me my entire time being here. She is truly the best and Cortland is very lucky to have had her for so long!

I recently moved in and my experience has been great. They are quick to respond when I make a maintenance request. The pool and workout area is really nice and clean. My apartment is very spacious and new. Kaitlyn and Macey have been great since I’m new to the area! It’s also really nice they offer community days to get people together. Overall I’m happy I have a great apartment in a new city!

I love this community. I've been here for almost a year and I am loving it so much that i am moving into a bigger unit at the same complex. Macey and Kaitlyn on the office team are so friendly. I have never lived somewhere where the team is so attentive and treat you like family the way Cortland Dublin does. They are so helpful without being super nitpicky and or micromanaging your every move. They want you to feel like this is your home, as long as you are being a good tenant they do not bother you. Another thing, most places feel like you have to wait days to even weeks for maintenance issues or for a returned phone call. I have not had to wait longer than a day for a call back or for Austin the fantastic maintenance member to come help me. I truly cant see myself leaving this community.

I don't have any bad comments about Cortland Dublin, it has very good areas, everything is clean, I love that they are fast and responsible to answer questions, if you need to repair something, the apartments are comfortable, I love living here

Customer service is very amicable and accommodating. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable of every question I asked, and if they didn’t know, they made sure to communicate efficiently to find out the answer for me. Lauren and Chantel were especially helpful for my move in process!
