Moved in site unseen from Vermont in December. Macie was amazing to work with, as she made accommodations to have a lock box on the door as I would be arriving in Columbus very early in the morning on a weekend. Once meeting a few of the staff they were wonderful. Answered any questions I had and were very friendly. Been here a month and besides the frigid temps - the apartment and complex are amazing.

I have had a wonderful experience thus far living at Cortland Dublin. The amenities are nice and generally not super crowded. There is always parking available relatively close to my unit. Everyone in the community and office are very kind, and maintenance requests are taken care of extremely quickly!

I have been utterly satisfied with Cortland properties since relocating to Columbus, Ohio in May 2020. In this review, I specifically want to highlight Dylan. I run into Dylan almost every day by way of the parking lot or clubhouse. His visibility and friendliness have made it easy to build rapport with him, which I truly appreciate. Dylan is committed to making sure the property stays in good shape, I know this to be true because every time I run into Dylan, he asks if there are any services I need to be completed and if there aren't, he encourages me to not hesitate to reach out if any issues arise. With that being said, I love the entire team at Cortland Dublin (Macey, Dylan, Jessica, and Adrian) and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Having recently moved in to Cortland Dublin, I can say this is an extremely nice and high quality apartment complex. The complex is in excellent condition and well maintained. The leasing agents/staff have provided excellent service that has far exceeded my expectations as they have been very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Any question I have is always immediately answered. The apartment itself is very nice and of high quality. The appliances are new and the layout makes for a very homey feel. Nice and spacious and perfect for what I was looking for.

Cortland Dublin is a nice little apartment complex. The people here are very nice and respectable. If you have a dog, this place is perfect. There is a lovely little dog park right in the center courtyard. And they just put in two new grills that are a short walk from my apartment and I love using. Overall it is a good place to live, competitive rent prices, nice amenities, lovely pool, etc. but what really sets this place apart is the leasing agent Macey. I genuinely have not had such a nice and caring leasing agent at any apartment I have ever lived at. Macey genuinely cares about every resident and is always in a bright mood when I stop in the office. She is always happy to help me out when I need anything. You can find other apartment complexes, but you can’t find another Macey, I promise you that.

This property is amazing. The exterior, interior, and amenities are excellent. Extremely well kept and great apartment views. Very homey and high-end. The leasing agent Macey is extremely nice and welcoming. She has done a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations with helping me throughout my application and move-in process. I recently moved in and and have been very impressed with the leasing staff service, which adds to the overall high quality of the apartment complex. Since moving to Cortland Dublin in June 2023 I’ve enjoyed my stay. From the beginning of the application process, The leasing consultant, Macey, was Knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. She made the process very easy and provided updates in real time. The community is well kept and Very quiet. The only downside for the community is that the trash compactor is very far and that there is limited parking at night time. Most nights I have to park my car over 1000 to 2000 feet away. Other than that, I plan to stay for many years to come

We absolutely love our apartment, and our decision to renew it was an easy one. The standout feature for us is the dog park. The staff in the front office, especially Macey, has always been incredibly welcoming and helpful. My fiancée and I have had the best experience working with the team at Cortland Dublin even before our move-in started. Macey has always gone above and beyond to make sure we feel like welcome members of a community rather than merely tenants. Her, and Jessica, were able to assist with a less-than-helpful leasing office from my previous place of residence, and were even more helpful again when it came time to upgrade from our one-bedroom unit to a two-bedroom unit within a few months of our initial move-in. Any problems we've had (none!) or questions on policies, paperwork, move-in dates, etc. have been answered and resolved promptly. We've had minimal need for any maintenance requests, and the two times we've needed some very minor issues resolved the service technician on site (Pilot) was able to tend to them quickly. He's even been nice enough to take our trash down when he completes the requests (thank you!) As for the community itself, to summarize in a pro/con list: Pros: - Friendly, helpful, communicat

My boyfriend and I just moved here and we have had a fantastic experience so far. Macey the leasing agent has been wonderful throughout the entire process. From taking the time to answer all of of specific questions during the tour to accommodating us as we moved in. She has really helped lessen the stress of moving and has been extremely kind along the way. The apartments themselves are exactly how the show room looks, so we got exactly what we saw. I moved into Cortland Dublin recently and I absolutely love my new home. The management team here is so easy to work with and Macey goes above and beyond during the leasing process. We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

Left Bank is truly the place to when considering a “home” in downtown Chicago! Left Bank exceeded our expectations in great part because of the staff who take great pride in what they do and in providing outstanding service. My family is so pleased and happy that our older child selected Left Bank to call “home”. Our virtual tour was confirmed with and hosted by Garth Johnson in early July for a projected Sep 2022 move in date. Garth was/is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive and professional who clearly loves what he does! Thank you again, Garth for your help throughout the application process up until our move-in last weekend. It was/is truly a pleasure to finally meet you in person. We really appreciated your gracious offer of the chilled drinks upon arrival, quick pick up of our keys to ensure a smooth move- in with Benny’s invaluable help at the Concierge station. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

The living experience here for us is pretty good. Maintenance crew is great, office staff is friendly. However I sometimes feel that their hands are tied a bit by corporate management. The playground needs to be spruced up so that it is a safer place for the kids to play. The wood chips are so low around the swings and the jungle Jim that the landscaping material is exposed and weeds are growing. One swing has been missing for at least two years.The tables, grills and benches are in bad shape as well. A little attention to this area is needed. The gym is probably the best thing in the whole complex. It is always pretty clean. The rent here is high as well, but I guess it's high everywhere.

I lived at this property for 2 years and every single day from the moment I looked at the apartment while apartment hunting, Cortland Mountain Vista had always felt like home. I have lived at the Commons for 4 years and enjoy having my own garage attached to my apartment. I have never had any safety concerns since being a tenant. I loved my experience. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

I am rating the complex 5 stars for one main reason. Mary Anne has been the most helpful leasing agent I could have ever asked for. I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. Positives: Nice apartment for the price. Gigantic closets, large bathrooms, ample storage. No roaches in apartments. Nice landscaping. Good location. Neighbors aren’t partying types. Negatives: Forgot grubhub doordash etc. The delivery service will never find you or be able to get in. This place has fob access and is super complicated to navigate but has no concierge to accept deliveries. Well, despite that security is abysmal, see below. New security system is a must or get rid of it. As is, it annoys on all levels. As of 8/21/22 The “security fob controlled” door outside my apartment won’t shut on its own unless you yank it shut. If you walk through and let the door shut on its own accord, it won’t shut and will stay propped open. This has been going on for over a month despite multiple complaints and work orders and the door is therefore left perpetually propped open. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking room to room very easily. Ear plugs and better yet noise canceling head phones necessary to sleep.

This is my first time living in an apartment. I’ve heard the horror stories of apartment living and the management and living conditions that can happen. That is not at all true for the reserve at kingwood luxury apartments. I’ve lived hear 6 months and every request has been taken care of in less than 4 hours. The management is excellent at communication. The staff is very professional and I would recommend this apartment facility to anyone looking for your home away from home. I’ve never experienced any high noise levels. It stays very quiet and peaceful around here. The gym is also always in tip top shape.

We love Northlight community. The combination of Hines as a developer and Bozzuto as a management company can't be beat. Our unit has beautiful design, high quality construction, outstanding amenities, and a management team and staff that bend over backwards to make sure we're satisfied and build a community. I am a first time ever apartment renter in South Florida. Plantation Colony apartments stood out on top from the time that I visited as a prospective renter. Their front office staff with Cathy and Shontell were so welcoming, accommodating and stellar when providing the information needed to assist me in making a very easy decision to rent with them. They were very patient and not pushy when I asked for time to consider. The facilities are well kept and the apartments are exactly as advertised online.

Clean community and quiet community. Noise only heard when people are at the pool. Enough parking space. Problem is false secured community sales. The doors are broken. Anyone can literally get in. You don't even need an acces key. One of the major reasons why I got this apartment was how secured it was. All the access doors need to be fixed. That's false advertising

The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful during our move! There was a problem with our unit, but the leasing staff made sure they found another one for us within our price range to make for a seamless switch. We have lived here for 1 month. Our apartment is great and so is everything else. The pool, hot tub, social events, card games, crafts, educational seminars and entertainment and residents are all wonderful!! Brian helped us find the perfect apartment, Rebecca helped us with our move in, Mike and John have taken care of any maintenance issues and Diana has helped to provide wonderful events for us to enjoy. They have all gone above and beyond and we appreciate it very much. We moved here from Virginia Beach to be near our grandchildren and love it. The Town Center is great with all the restaurants, shops and even Wegman’s within walking distance. We are very, very happy here!!

I have lived here for one month so far and I love it! It is in such a great location - I easily walk to parks, hiking trails, the grocery store, bars/restaurants, the mall, and public transport. It is super clean and well maintained. Something that was really important to me about living in an apartment was finding a building where I couldn’t hear my neighbors because I work night shift a lot. I live on the second floor and have never heard people walking above my apartment or in the hallways or anything. It is a really solidly built building with thick walls/floors so it’s definitely quiet and feels more like I’m living in a house rather than a huge apartment complex. The management/staff is also great - Brittney will solve any issue you may have!

We lived here in 2019-2020, and came back in 2022 looking for the same comforting environment. The management is amazing and very helpful ! A Walmart and Indian Grocery store just next door, makes life easier too. Antwone at leasing office and Liz from the maintenance team are champs! They have many layouts for the 2 bed apartments and you are sure to find something for you! Give it a chance!

My boyfriend and I moved to Raleigh this summer and prior to our move we toured another apartment complex and had a terrible experience. We came to Wakefield Glen after and had a completely different experience. The staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. This apartment complex is in an amazing area and is very well kept. I have and will continue to recommend Wakefield Glen to others!

The trash around the whole place! You see the same trash for weeks and unless it blows away or a resident picks it up it stays. It looks terrible and that is what new residents would see on a tour !

This building is fairly new. I have been here for a few months now and I chose the apartment for the location. You can’t beat it! I feel things are going a lot better. There has been more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness and even getting a prompt reply for any of my concerns or questions (Candice was helpful). Also some of the amenities here you can’t find other locations. My significant other really looks forward to the monthly events held Play management.

Mesa Verde is better than expected. We moved from NYC, where we paid the same for a studio apartment with zero amenities and even worse experience with our landlord/super. Now we’ve been spoiled with a gorgeous gym, two swimming pools, and amazing neighbors. I also appreciate all of the activities Mesa Verde puts on. I wasn’t kidding when I said we’re spoiled :) Recommendations: - Go back to sharing important update via email. I can never remember my password to the app so I never log in. I’m only able to see the first line of updates sent through email. - add a reflector or a light at the back gate turning point. It’s so dark at night it’s hard to see the turn. - exclude the shipping app fee. I don’t think we should have to pay for an app we’ve never used.

Outstanding architectural masterplan from the grand entrance to the covert plaza gate and multi-level central garage, a near utopic community of residents from numerous corners of the globe all seemingly pleasant and respectful. Truly an oasis and resort feel of living space. Let me not start on the arched walls and vaulted ceilings I know my homeowner bosses are jealous of during Zoom calls.

Ocean 500 is the best designed building on Revere Beach. Ocean 500 provides everything anyone could ask for. Fancy restaurants, the beach, & easy transportation. Ocean 500s community is one of a kind with friendly neighbors & a well qualified staff that always says, just let us know if you need anything. I honestly don’t know who would want to miss out on Ocean 500.

I love my place. The main selling feature was the gym. I cancelled my memberships soon as I moved in. The roof is beautiful and everyone including the staff is so friendly. I got lucky to get a east facing apartment with lots of light. I work from home so designed it perfectly to my personality and needs. This place is truly my sanctuary!

I've only lived at Gallery Bethesda I for a couple months and so far, my experience has been great. I find the staff to be friendly, professional and ever present if something comes up. I've had a few maintenance issues that have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The building and surroundings are always clean and the surrounding area is a great neighborhood to live in. I feel very safe and secure in the area as a whole.

Living at the Overture Domain is like living in the Museum of Fine Art. There is a prevailing feeling of joy and contentment. Everyone always says hello or asks, "How are you feeling today?" I am constantly busy and never lack for some activity that is always available. The building is immaculate and cheerful. I just love living here.

Symphony is a very pretty place to live. The residents are nice and so are the workers on the complex. Biggest concern with Symphony is the amount of time it takes to get things fixed. I moved into an apartment that was not "maintenance ready", therefore we had to put in a couple requests to get things fixed... the day we moved in, and some of those things still have not been fixed.

Hampton Greens in Bellevue, WA is a safe well maintained community. It's like living in the South Hamptons. You have pools, tennis court, new gym and easy access to work and play. I highly recommend as now a resident for awhile.

I’ve lived at Greydon House for 3 years now and it’s been really good! The amenities inside the apartments, the garages, free coffee in the clubhouse; it all makes for a good living experience. It’s a nice quiet community and even though it’s on Avery, it feels hidden, adding the homey feel.
