I’ve had a great experience with Cortland Desert Ridge whenever I’ve visited Bailey Rassas, The community is always clean, quiet, and really well taken care of. The amenities look great, and every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been friendly and helpful. Overall, it feels like a really comfortable and safe place to live. Good neighborhood. If you like hiking there is a trail right behind the complex. But watch out for wildlife! I have seen a coyote or two roam around. You don't have to worry about being mugged. It's also gated. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and places of interest. There is a gas station right across the street. Friendly staff. Always cheerful and willing to help. Only thing that is lacking is available parking spaces. It can be a challenge to find a place to park on most days. I'm not sure how they would solve this problem but it would be great if they could.

Cortland Desert Ridge has been a pleasure to stay at. As a tenant of 4+ years I have 0 complaints about the staff and crew of this complex. The overall company has been fair and accommodating to all requests and conversations that I have had. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment I have stayed at is nicely designed and has great amenities, the grounds are kept clean and uniform. I have had very little issues with pests. For my first apartment, I consider myself lucky.

I spent two years at Cortland Desert Ridge. I really enjoyed living there, and sometimes wonder why I left. The two bedroom was a super nice apt. Nicely updated throughout. Soft closing cabinets, a double door with bottom freezer refrigerator. The cabinets and sink are raised in restrooms, so now breaking your back to lean over while brushing your teeth. Overall a nicely laid out apartment with plenty of space. Moreover the grounds, pool, bbq areas are nicely maintained. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and kept you informed. Paige, the Property Manager, Darren and Luis the maintenance folks were all very eager to resolve any issues that came up. Very efficient and all with a smile. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a great N. Phoenix location.

Darren could handle any maintenance problem and always did so in a timely manner. I may be basis but being a person who is extremely picky about everything, I scored big here. I was born and raised in NYC so being in an area that's peace and quiet honestly, is hands down so comforting. Now Let's jump in. I'm from NYC so keeping it buck/blunt is all I will do here. First experience I had was w/ Candice. Candice was extremely helpful with my move in process and honestly helped me more than I expected from a stranger. She made a way for me to get through the door in my own space and it was such an easy and stress-free process. She was welcoming and honestly like a "mama-bear" through the process which I appreciated and was so calming. Next, Paige, every time I've spoke to her or needed anything she was extremely helpful and always quick to respond (which is rare in my experience). Lastly, my favorite FAITH, yes favorite!!! The maintenance service techs Karina and Raul are amazing and work very hard to make sure pools and grounds look great. Work orders get done in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask for a better team. The staff in the leasing office are so receptive and helpful, they really have gone above and beyond to make this a smooth transition for us. The amenities are great and easily accessible. The interiors are updated and very trendy for an older complex. Parking has also been very flexible, as we have three vehicles and can accommodate all of them. Overall love it!

The interior and exterior of both the apartments and the complex is gorgeous and really does look like their photos. I’m really excited to move in!

Cortland Desert ridge is quite the hidden gem. It is near great shopping / entertainment / food areas but far enough to get the quiet community life also. What really makes this place stand out is the staff from front office to maintenance. In the two years I have lived here there has only been 2 things that really ruffle my feathers and they aren’t necessarily the fault of Cortland management. 1 is additional parking. If you like hosting please know your guest will need to gladiator their way on finding an available open spot, if none are available they’ll need to park across the street in the plaza. 2 is packages going missing, there have been a handful of times that a package has been taken from my door step or in the locker area where the delivery was left inside package room but not in a locker. Both have been addressed by the team. They did add additional parking in a back corner and they have tightened up scrutiny with delivery services to ensure to either leave the package inside a locker or at the do

I’ve been putting off writing a review because I almost want to gatekeep lol but I must share! There is honestly nothing I can complain about. The location is AMAZING. You are so close to everything and there are many options when it comes to food, retail, groceries, and even medical care. The community itself is well kept, quiet, so beautiful, and most importantly- safe. Landscapers come every week and there’s lots of lush green grass. I love taking hot girl walks around the neighborhood. There’s also access to the canal where you’ll see people walking their dogs or going for a run. Service requests get taken care of almost immediately like within 24 hours. Another highlight is the fact that all the apartments have hardwood flooring throughout. Also, I know sometimes apartment complexes will bribe you into leaving a positive review but this is NOT one of those situations. Cortland Desert Ridge is the best and I seriously wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!!

Our Desert Oasis! Truly a wonderful place to call home. The Cortland Team has been so gracious,caring and accomodating! Paige,Candice,Faith,Darren and Corrine are what makes this property a great place to live! The property is quiet, clean and meticulously maintained. An array of fun activities,from movie night,wine tasting and local food trucks. You will find lush green grass, lined walk ways with an array of mesquite trees, palm and ficus trees and desert flowers throughout. The two pools feature a resort like amenities, cabanas, chase lounges, stainless steel BBQ. The gym is on point! The Reach 11 Park and hiking trails are adjacent to the property. Minutes from the District,Kierland Commons and 15 min drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Plenty of grocery stores such as. Trader Joe's,Sprouts, Whole foods, Fry's Market Place, Natural Grocers within 1-3 mile radius. Cortland properties is a wonderful place to call home! We are grateful and love our Desert Oasis!

Update one year later: still love it! My husband and I really enjoy living here. We love the facilities and the maintenance team is the fastest I've ever experienced. Paige Newman in the office has been great and she always responds super quick! Some of their newer staff have been a little challenging to communicate with, but they're definitely improving. The community is super quiet and everyone is very friendly. We do have a lot of people who don't pick up after their dogs, but that's not really the apartment's fault.

Where do I begin, the community is beautiful. The office staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The pool and gym both are excellent. The apartments are spacious and very well laid out. Highly recommend.

Darren just came to fix an issue that we had with our stove. Not only did he get here within an hour of placing a maintenance request, he found the problem, went to the store to get a new part, and fixed it all within an hour as well. I’ve been living here for about a year and alf and love almost everything about it! The pools are amazing and the staff is extremely considerate and helpful when you need them. The complex is always clean and well kept, and the interior of the apartments is all up to date! One thing that is really frustrating is the parking situation. You are only assigned one spot no matter how many people you have living in your apartment. If you arrive home any later than 4pm most days you will never find an additional open parking spot, and on the weekends you might as well not even touch your car. What makes it even more frustrating is they continue to tell us there is a solution coming but it’s been months with no solution.

I love the community but the parking problem needs to be solved. If not solved I don’t think I will be renewing my lease here. It baffles me how this complex owns 2 bedroom apartments but only allows one person in the apartment to have an assigned parking space.

This complex is just perfect, nice and spacious the grounds are keep in great condition, the pool area is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. Great community to live in; fantastic location near desert ridge, SR51 and 101. Office staff and team are always available and accessible. Quiet community, solid construction where you won’t hear (or smell!) your neighbors. Beautifully remodeled units and lovely community amenities - pools, clubhouse w/ pool table and kitchen, updated fitness center, lots of doggy stations across the property, playground, courtyards, package concierge service, etc.

I absolutely love this apartment complex! It's truly one of the best, believe me. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is incredible, and the location is fantastic. My husband and I really enjoy living here. We love the facilities and the maintenance team is the fastest I've ever experienced. Paige Newman in the office has been great and she always responds super quick! Some of their newer staff have been a little challenging to communicate with, but they're definitely improving. The community is super quiet and everyone is very friendly. We do have a lot of people who don't pick up after their dogs, but that's not really the apartment's fault.

This property and the team that run it are one of the best communities in the Pheonix metro area. As a vendor for this community it always amazes me how much they embrace their residents and the care they put into keeping the community clean and inviting. I have really enjoyed my time at cortland apartments so far. I love having quiet study areas, a swimming pool, grill, gym, and fire pit. The office personnel are very quick to respond anytime I need something done in my apartment. I also love that there's a little dog park for my dogs to socialize with the other dogs around. Overall, I've had a good experience.

We have been living at Linkhorn Bay for close to 7 years. The remodeled apartments are beautifully done with wonderful property amenities. Our neighbors are always a joy too. We have been so happy here that renewing our lease is an easy decision. Being close to the beach, easy highway access, and central to all things outdoors is always a plus too.

This community is beautifully maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpfull. Its a very peaceful, quiet living environment but quite comfortable at the same time. The maintenance team are extremely accommodating and compedent .when I did have a slight issue with my air conditioning system it was quickly rectified and over appologized for. The ladies in the office always great you with a warm welcoming smile and eager to help in anyway. Again its a very comfortable place to live. It would be a huge asset to have a small playground for children in addition to the dog park and beautiful ammenities geared for adults. A small play area is also a gateway for neighbors to get to know eachother when congregating around watching the kids play, discussing schools and outside activities. Otherwise I'm very happy with my decision to chooses Barclay Element above the others to live at post relocating blindly from a different state. The staff's friendly demeanor and beautiful grounds was my overall deciding factor....

I was nervous about moving to an unfamiliar area; however, my experience has been great thus far. Maintenance stays on top of requests promptly and is friendly whether they are doing service in the apartment or passing. I especially want to commend Marianne for being an empathetic and fantastic person! She ensured my move-in experience was to my satisfaction and went above and beyond if anything was not in order.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

In my 37 previous addresses, I have never felt more satisfied in my living arrangements and am so happy to call 625 Broadway my home. I feel connected to the energy of the city but inside my well-equipped unit is a quiet sanctuary. The amenities are stellar, the building has character that's one-of-a-kind, and the impressive ceilings and design of my unit still makes me think "Wow, I get to live here," every time I walk through the door. From start to finish, and end to end, the staff at the leasing office provided answers to my every inquiry and was able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. At first, I was not sure if the property would be right for me. After the wonderful tour, I was sold on the location, with its picturesque views. The area offers many local shops and eateries that cater to almost anyone. I cannot recommend this endearing community enough.

After taking the tour with Gerrard, who was very professional and informative, my mind is set on making this my new home! The amount of amenities Paragon provides is amazing. The units are spacious with amazing views of Chicago’s beautiful skyline. Imagine just taking a few steps out of your apartment to find yourself right near Soldier Field. If you ever decide to move to the South Loop of Chicago, I would certainly recommend this place!

I have lived here since the property was built, there have been 3 changes in management since I moved in and without a doubt the new management is the best I have experienced in my time here. It was a little rocky at the beginning but after going through the previous management changes this was by far the smoothest. The manager Ashley is very hands on and attentive to resident thoughts on improvements and concerns. The gates weren't working one night when I got home around 7:30 pm, after the office had closed. I saw her office light on so I knocked on the front door to tell her and she immediately came out to see if she could fix it. Someone had hit the gates knocking them off track. I was surprised when she picked up the gate on her own, put it back on track opened the box thing that runs the gate and got the gate up and running again. I couldn't believe it, she didn't even think to call maintenance, she just did it herself. I was so impressed, I decided to renew my lease and plan to as long as she and her t

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and recently renewed for a second year. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes and stunning views, amenities are great and the community is friendly & respectful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any issues, and when they enter your unit, are always respectful and courteous. I would say the front (Marlene, Gerard & Kenya especially) team are second to none - they always go out of their way to give residents the opportunity absolute best experience and truly make living at Paragon special. We love it here!

We love living here due to the safe, quiet, and beautiful community it provides for us and our two dogs. Safe location especially as a female who lives alone. Newly updated gym with a stair-master! Clean facility right near a canal to go running. Apartment is also good at managing pests with a pest control guy who will come every Monday if you ask :) The front office ladies like Candice are very nice and welcoming. Also, they were willing to push out my move-out date by a week due to an overlap with my finals, cant thank them enough for that.

This apartment complex never looked better. Cortland is doing an amazing job in renewing everything! Apartments, pools, gym, landscaping and outside paint and roofs. I love Candis and Jeniffer who manage the property. Great customer service from both of them and always a smile on their lips. Maintenance is right up there as well. Not to forget to mention how quiet it is. And perfect location, 1 mile from the free ways and all stores one needs to get our needs met! LOVE LIVING HERE! I give it 5 STARS. Come and check it out!!!

My father is moving soon and is looking for a new complex closer to his work. I brought him to this property to see what they have available and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the office staff. Candice was helpful and very kind to my father. The office was busy but Candice did not rush us and helped answer all of his questions. She made my dad feel like he was already home. Even though he was not ready to rent because he is still in his other lease, she still took the time to explain details about the property to him and made him feel welcome. Great customer service is hard to find these days and Candice truly made my dad very happy.
