Just moved from Nebraska - and love Cortland Desert Ridge. My 2BR/2BA is beautiful and spacious. Amazing pools! Manicured landscape. Super clean. Daily valet trash pick up. And so convenient to everything I need and everywhere I need to go. And Ryan is the best! So helpful, kind, and patient! Highly recommend.

I’ve only been living here for about two weeks, but so far my experience has been great! Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been taken care of incredibly quickly, and I haven’t had any ongoing problems. The maintenance team, Luis, Raul, and Julian, has been amazing. They’re quick, efficient, friendly, and always make sure everything is actually taken care of. They’ve even gone out of their way to bring packages inside for me, which I really appreciate. I also have two cats, and they are always so sweet with them and very careful when coming in and out of my apartment to make sure neither of them accidentally gets out. That little bit of extra care means a lot to me. Ryan and Maria in the front office have been just as wonderful. They’re both kind, welcoming, and actually take the time to listen if I have a question or concern. They’ve always done their best to help and make sure things are addressed. My son just moved here from Indiana and chose Cortland because of is proximity to AMEX, the apartment layout and amenities. There were a few issues with appliances and fans, so he contacted maintenance. Luis and Raul came and did a simply outstanding job on the fixes, and even put in a new fan. These two men are the most hard working and pleasant fellows, and should be commended for their customer service and willingness to make things right! If you are looking for a great, safe, and upscale apartment, THIS is the PLACE!!!

My experience living at Cortland Desert Ridge was truly amazing! Even as a more established community, the team does an incredible job keeping the grounds beautiful and the homes well maintained. Everything always felt cared for and welcoming. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing. They are fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to respond and always treated us with kindness. The office team deserves just as much recognition. Every time I walked through the door, I was greeted with a smile, compassion, and genuine care. No matter what the issue was, or even if there wasn’t an issue at all, they always took the time to listen and make me feel valued. We ultimately had to move because of a work transfer, but leaving was definitely bittersweet. I can honestly say that I love Cortland properties, and Cortland Desert Ridge will always be one of my top communities and favorite places I have lived. Update: 3/31/2026 - We have been here almost 3 years. The Residential team is amazing! Ryan always has a smile on his face and is very welcoming! He's assisted us many times and has excellent follow through. Pam,Maria, we are grateful for your help when we have needed assistance. Guest relations is top notch! Truly a wonderful sense of community. Peaceful,well kept grounds and amenities! We are grateful to call this home! Our Desert Oasis! Truly a wonderful place to call home. The Cortland Team has been so gracious,caring and accomodating! Paige,Candice,Faith,Darren and Corrine are what makes this property a great place to live! The property is quiet, clean and meticulously maintained. An array of fun activities,from movie night,wine tasting and local food trucks. You will find lush green grass, lined walk ways with an array of mesquite trees, palm and ficus trees and desert flowers throughout. The two pools feature a resort like amenities, cabanas, chase lounges, stainless steel BBQ. The gym is on point! T

I enjoy living at Cortland Desert Ridge. Ryan has been very helpful. Every problem/ issue, he has been right on top of it. I believe he is a real asset to Cortland Desert Ridge.

Its a great community to move into and the service is amazing especially Ryan he was really great in helping me move here and is of a great help. The community feels very safe and would strongly suggest moving here.

Maintenance at Cortland has been awesome. They’re always super friendly, quick, and get things fixed without any hassle. Luis and Raul are great, and I really want to shout out Julian he works super hard and always goes above and beyond. You can tell he really cares about helping people.
