First off: wow. Cortland really knows how to turn a property around. The change in the maintenance hours is huge! They have gotten so fast at addressing complaints. And they care very much about fixing the problem correctly and not jimmy-rigging it like these other jokers around town. Kenny and Larry go above and beyond all the time. My mom had a mattress delivered, and the delivery guy accidentally left it the mail room at the front office rather than her front door. My mom asked Kenny if he'd help, and he stopped what he was doing without hesitation and carried a 95lb mattress for my mom. He threw it over his shoulder and walked it half way across the property by himself and placed it in her apartment. Everywhere I've ever lived before would have told her to eat rocks. Or would have expected some kind of payment. It is very rare to see a whole management team be so great. I'm so thankful my mom is being taken care of. The ladies in the office are the most down to earth people you could ever meet. You will not find a better community to call home!

I’ve lived here going on 9 years. The office staff are friendly and considerate. Maintenance is constantly on the move to keep on top of service requests. Keep up the great work, team!!!

I love this community. Cortland just took over, and so far things are the same as before. The property is very safe and well maintained. I would highly recommend living here at Cortland Desert Ridge.

I have lived a Cortland Desert Ridge for 5 months. I love it here. The community is very quiet, and the office staff Candice & Jessica are great. The new service team is great as well. They even give dog treats out at the office!

Cortland is a great apartment complex! The staff is very friendly, and the complex is very clean! The maintenance people are awesome and very fast and efficient! I've enjoyed living here and recommend it highly!

I have experienced nothing but pleasant thing since moving in. The staff is great the grounds are wonderful, and the apartment was in great shape upon move-in. Convenient shopping and dining is also a plus.

What a great place, the location is perfect. I'm close to everything. The office staff is amazing, and they actually take interest in what you have to say, which is a huge plus.

Great place to live. Managed professionally. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on top of things. Apartments are upgraded. Beautiful grounds. Great area of Phoenix.
