Great place to live! Management is great and is always super responsive if you reach out. The apartments themselves are beautiful. We live closer to the train tracks too and it’s really not a disturbance by any means. Maintenance is always great and quick too if needed! Highly recommend this property!

I couldn’t be more impressed with Amber’s presentation of the property and apartments—it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she brought a level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm that immediately set the tone. Amber wasn’t just showing apartments—she was creating an experience. Every detail was thoughtfully explained, every question answered with confidence and grace, and every interaction felt personal, not transactional. In a world where great service can be hard to find, Amber delivered it effortlessly. Quite simply, she is the gold standard. Five-star service doesn’t even begin to capture it.

The apartment community itself is very nice — modern, clean, and well maintained, with great amenities and a solid overall feel. Ultimately, it ended up being a bit outside of my budget, which is the only reason I didn’t move forward. That said, I really want to highlight the touring experience. Alycia did an excellent job showing the property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the tour, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I toured a lot of apartments during this process, and she definitely stood out in terms of professionalism and how well she represented the community. Even though I didn’t end up choosing this property, the experience itself was very positive. If you’re considering this community, you’ll be in good hands with Alycia.

We absolutely love Cortland Delray! Amberly R showed us around and she answered every question we had and told us everything we wanted and needed to know! We love the updated kitchens and bathrooms. We toured the 3 bed 2 bath and every room was spacious and bright with an open floor plan. You get luxury living for an affordable price, especially being college kids this is perfect! 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to call this home!

I toured 12+ apartment communities in a single day, plus several more the week prior, so I had a lot to compare against — and Alycia genuinely stood out. From the moment we started the tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. She answered every question thoroughly, never rushed the process, and made sure I felt informed rather than “sold to.” I’m in sales myself, so I can immediately tell when someone actually has strong sales skills versus just going through the motions. I’m also not an easy close by any means, and Alycia handled the entire interaction exceptionally well. Her follow-up was thoughtful and consistent, and her approach felt genuine, not pushy. Although I ultimately didn’t move forward with this community solely due to pricing, I still wanted to go out of my way to recognize Alycia. Amazing community to live in. The amenities are 10/10. The pool is always very clean as well as the gym. The maintenance is extremely quick and efficient, especially Jose who fixes any maintenance issues within the same day.
