I would move here just because Drew was so knowledgeable and gave a great view. The place is beautiful and I am waiting for a pool view to open up! :)

I have visited my friends in this community several times and im now considering moving here. Selena in the office is so nice and always helpful. Pool area is gorgeous always clean and so relaxing. Facilities are well maintained and secure looking forward to my next visit

Honestly at this point, give the staff at Cortland Deerfield a raise. They have been so helpful and kind. Chris is incredible and professional as well as timely with the service requests. All the staff is pleasant and friendly! 10/10 service so far; they are the best!

I had a great experience living at Cortland. Maintenance was always fast and responsive whenever I needed help in my unit. The staff was consistently friendly and professional, and the community felt welcoming. It’s also a great place for dog owners very pet friendly, and all the pets and owners were great to chat with

Cortland Deerfield Station is always beautifully maintained, and the community looks fantastic. Denise is amazing — friendly, responsive, and truly on top of everything. This is a perfect place to live in Deerfield Beach.

This is a great place. I visit my friend in this community all the time and the grounds are always kept well. Amenities are good and the staff is always smiling and friendly. Will be moving in as soon as my lease is done at my current place.

I love this apartment building! I have lived here for about 3 years and I can honestly say to not hesitate to move here! It is pet friendly and the grounds are well kept and apartments are cozy and clean. The management team of Katrina, Denise, Kimberly, Chris & Joel treat you like family and provide exceptional customer service. This is such a lucky gem and their events are so fun and so well thought out. I am never leaving this place!

UPDATE: We recently moved out of Cortland and I wanted to update my review to reflect our full experience. While we did face ongoing challenges with noise from neighboring units, I truly want to recognize the staff who supported us throughout this process. Denise, Katrina, Diego, Chris, and Joel were consistently kind, patient, and willing to help us find the best possible resolution. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to come to an amicable agreement and transition out smoothly. Apart from the noise situation we experienced, the community itself is well maintained, and the maintenance team is excellent. They were always quick, attentive, and professional. The property has many great qualities, and I believe it is important to give credit where it is due. Thank you again to the team! Wish you the best always. UPDATE: It’s now Thursday night (technically Friday), 12:47 a.m., and the upstairs neighbor has been making noise non-stop. This has been going on for over a week with zero action taken by management.

Very clean community. I toured with Selena and she showed me the model, pool and gym. Ive been looking at apartments for a while now and this is one of the few places that I see all facilities kept clean. They are gated which is also a plus, enjoyed my tour!

I accompanied my girlfriend on a tour of the community with Denise, who was super courteous and knowledgeable. She showed us two homes and really made us feel at home. The community is beautiful and well-kept, and my girlfriend was so impressed she applied on the spot! She’ll be moving in very soon and will be closer to me. Highly recommend!
