I moved here during pandemic and ended up staying. Apartments are very well designed, complex is dog friendly, love the mix of people living here. Management is responsive to any and all complaints. Close to 95 and two miles to beach. Amenities are top notch, pool area is beautiful as well as gym, clubhouse. Only complaint is please re-paint interiors, and power wash exteriors. Other than that, happy here.

UPDATE: We recently moved out of Cortland and I wanted to update my review to reflect our full experience. While we did face ongoing challenges with noise from neighboring units, I truly want to recognize the staff who supported us throughout this process. Denise, Katrina, Diego, Chris, and Joel were consistently kind, patient, and willing to help us find the best possible resolution. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to come to an amicable agreement and transition out smoothly. Apart from the noise situation we experienced, the community itself is well maintained, and the maintenance team is excellent. They were always quick, attentive, and professional. The property has many great qualities, and I believe it is important to give credit where it is due. Thank you again to the team! Wish you the best always. UPDATE: It’s now Thursday night (technically Friday), 12:47 a.m., and the upstairs neighbor has been making noise non-stop. This has been going on for over a week with zero action taken by management.

Loved My Visit! I visited Cortland Deerfield Station in August for a resident event, and it was incredible! Denise and Katrina were so welcoming, even as a guest. The clubhouse and amenities were spotless, modern, and felt like a resort. My friend always raves about this place—and now I see why. Great value for the money. There’s a very nice pool, nice outdoor lounge chairs, a nice gym that’s open 24/7 (with a side room to practice yoga / cycling). The maintenance team is amazing. The only thing they’re missing is a hot tub.

12-31-24 Update: I've adjusted my 1-star review to a 4-star review based exclusively on the efforts of property manager Odette, who's made a genuine effort to find a solution for my concerns. Unfortunately, her hands have been tied behind her back. I now blame corporate leadership EXCLUSIVELY for this issue. They were presented with a proposal to modify the trash compactors by the manufacturer, but they CHOSE to reject it. The cost would have equated to less than 0.27% of their yearly revenue (that's less than one-third of 1%, just so we're clear), and that's being EXTREMELY liberal in my estimates. This is even accounting for their massive ~$1.34M property tax bill. I stand by the rest of my review. Short version: I just had to climb halfway into the garbage chute opening to reach for the trash compactor's emergency shut off switch with a clothes hanger because it would not stop cycling. It regularly gets stuck in an endless loop. It's loud, it's adjacent to my unit and it operates at ALL hours of the night.

I felt the need to update my review: Kanisha was the only person who helped us during an incident that no one else took the time to resolve. She was the only one who took the care to call me, understand, and solve the problem. She was very empathetic and clearly cares about ensuring that residents feel comfortable. She was the only one who cared about what happened as if it had happened to her and was the only one who took responsibility for the situation. Honestly, I feel that she works harder than anyone and has numerous responsibilities, yet she was still willing to help. What stood out the most was that during our conversation, she was genuine and took the time to write down our concerns to improve the aspects that worried me. I’ve been here for three years and I’ve had a great experience with the management office and neighbors. They offer a lot of community additions, like food trucks and holiday parties. I would recommended to anyone. Kanisha is great! If you are thinking about checking it out, you should.

I really enjoyed my time touring at Cortland Deerfield station, kanisha she has great hospitality. I am looking for a large spacious. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, and even though they don't have it available for me right now. I will be coming back because one will become available soon. I really do love the apartments, it's the perfect location for me down the street for my job next to my family. The amenities is amazing. The office staff is great. The managers are there so nice and easy to talk to I definitely will be coming back to tour the second 2 bedroom. I am so excited, thank you, Kanisha, so much.You are amazing

🥰 I absolutely love it here. I did a tour today with Kanisha. She was super friendly, very kind and answered all of my questions. The pool is beautiful. The gym is everything. Someone is looking forward to the outside is very clean and well-maintained. The best part is to finishes in the apartment very modern very updated and well kept. I really enjoyed my tour and I really love Cortland is a brand and looking forward to submitting an application.

Events are always FUN here at Cortland! Who knew we have such great Karaoke talent here?!? Great time seeing neighbors you know and meeting several new neighbors! MUSIC kept us all dancing. FOOD was really good - chicken parmesan sliders / mozzarella, tomato and basil / ham / spooky cupcakes and cookies. DECORATIONS were BOOOO-tiful every where you looked! Cortland management team are fun, talented singers and really interested in our community gatherings being fun and engaging. GREAT event. 🎃

Kanisha is always great at the office helping out. The community party was great. I love the community and have been here for a while with a renewed lease. The community always keeps up with making sure there is a food truck, event, etc. I look forward to future events and living at the complex along with awesome amenities.

Kanisha was very helpful with everything and a great host for the party. Great location with modern amenities. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable living experience. However, parking can be limited which is frustrating. Noise from neighbors is usually never an issue. Overall, a good option for the area with many events going on including a good truck every week.

We really enjoyed our time living at Cortland Deerfield Station and are so sad to be leaving. Kanisha at the front desk has been so helpful with all our moving and transfer needs. Maintenance always comes next day to fix anything asap. The amenities are always clean and in pristine condition. Overall Cortland Deerfield Station is a great place to live!

I am so glad I moved to Cortland Deerfield Station. The area is clean and well-maintained, with wonderful apartments in the city center, conveniently located near I-95. There are all the essential stores nearby. The complex offers a great pool with a grill area, and a 24/7 gym. A huge thank you to the staff, especially Kanisha, who is absolutely amazing! She answered every question thoroughly and was always available to assist with any additional queries. She gave me a tour, helped with my move-in, and is always ready to help with anything else. I’m truly grateful for her. She is such a professional with an incredible attitude. I’m thrilled to have moved into my new apartment.

Wonderful apartments and centrally located next to I-95. Has a beautiful pool deck and nice fitness gym. They offer fitness classes for residents. Denise and Office personnel are so friendly and does everything they can to ensure the residents are happy and comfortable with their stay. Chris and Joel are a top notch maintenance crew and can be counted on quick and competent maintenance needs. Even the latest addition to the Cortland Team, Diego, the grounds keeper, makes sure the apartment grounds and parking lot are always clean. It's been more exemplary clean than ever.

Cortland Deerfield Station sells itself! It is an extremely beautiful community with wonderful amenities, and it's in a very convenient location. After touring the property, I couldn't imagine myself signing a lease anywhere else. What really cemented my decision, was how I was treated by the staff. Kanisha is absolutely amazing! She answered every single question I had in great detail and always made herself available for any additional inquiries I had- God knows I had plenty. I must've called her and Denise at least 20 times prior to me moving in, and they were always eager to assist. Great property, great staff, 10/10 recommended.

I lived at Cortland Deerfield Station for five years and it was a great experience! The complex is centrally located and it was convenient to have the tri rail close by. My apartment was a perfect size with a walk in closet, great appliances and the community amenities like the pool are amazing. The management team is beyond helpful, particularly want to thank Denise as she was super helpful with my move out process. If I wasn’t relocating I would have happily remained a resident. We recently stayed in the guest suite at Cortland Deerfield Station and we had such a great time! Our friends live there and have only had wonderful things to say about the community and the staff. Our check into the suite was smooth and the apartment was in an immaculate condition. Everything we needed was there! Such a special amenity and bonus that they offer. Extremely convenient and clean. We just booked another visit for May!

I am thrilled with my decision to live in this community. The overall experience has been fantastic, from the amenities to the friendly atmosphere, since the new management came in. I’ve been with this community for three years and I’ve never had better experience. Denise, the agent, is THE BEST!! I recently went to the office to speak to someone about a potential transfer. Katrina was extremely informative and provided a great step by step on the process. She was able to show us a similar floor plan and we are so excited to be transferring to our larger home! We love the community and our growing family will love it here too!

Our move in experience was exceptional! The follow up from Denise and the team was great. Anytime I had a question, the office picked up or responded to my emails almost immediately. We have just signed our renewal with Denise and we are extremely happy! The service team was able to address some of the service requests that we wanted to get done before we renewed and everything was completed immediately the same day. We really enjoyed ourselves during Bingo Night recently! This was the first time the community held this event and Denise and Katrina made it exciting, fun and very neighborly. The wine and cheese pairing was perfect. They even walked around and refilled our wine glasses as the numbers were being called… talk about an elevated service! We’ve never seen that many residents at an event before and the Amazon prizes were awesome!! The team asked us for our feedback and it really shows that they care and want us to feel appreciated. We cannot wait for the next events to come!!

I have been living at Cortland Deerfield Station for just over a year. I am very happy with every aspect of the experience. The staff is superb, shout out to Bill in the leasing office, for always being available to address any concerns I may have. The maintenance staff is spot on, any service requests I have put in are addressed immediately. The location is great for access to 95 and the Sawgrass. The pool area is well appointed and always clean. I don’t use the gym much but I can definitely say it is awesome and very clean. Overall I would recommend Cortland Deerfield Station to anyone looking for a relatively new, very clean and safe place to call home. Update - The "new" front office team, Katrina, Denise and Kimberly have brought an unprecedented level of kindness and awesome customer service to Cortland at Deerfield Station. The maintenance team, which I believe is headed up by Chris, shows an attention to detail that refelects in the clean and beautifully kept property. Very happy here...

I have lived at Cortland for almost 2 years and have loved it! The amenities are wonderful, and the staff goes above and beyond for the residents. There is always something to look forward to with the monthly social calendar consisting of food trucks, fitness classes, social events and more! We love it so much that our friends decided to move here as well. Couldn’t recommend more!

Cortland is a great place to live all around! From the staff to the amenities and living environment. Our time here has and continues to be beyond pleasant. Late but wanted to review about the thanksgiving event that we had. The ladies at the front office did a great job. We met some new neighbors and are all super excited for the December event as well! Anytime my fiancé places a work order, we usually get it taken cared of the same day or the next the latest. The office sends us consistent, up to date information and we love the idea of not having to continuously guess or go out of our ways to know about these things. We really enjoy living here!!

The December calendar looks cool and I’m excited for the ugly Christmas sweater event. My roommates and I attended the Friendsgiving event that the community had last week. We are so happy that we did because the catered food really helped me feel like I was home and for them to throw in a raffle with a great prize was so sweet. Denise Kim and Katrina really did a great job with the event and we met our first neighbors at the event. We cannot wait till the next one! I just renewed my lease :) I have been very happy here over the last year. The staff iare ALL amazing. They are all really nice and the property is always kept up really well. Maintenance is fast to respond and the management is always responsive and accessible. They have a fantastic pool area with tvs and nice grills… easy to make friends. The pool is heated and beautiful and they don’t use chlorine! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 stars!!!

I typically reserve my reviews until my experience with a place is fully complete. Over the years, I've seen this complex managed by 5/10 Management, Buzzuto, and now Cortland. So, let's dive into my detailed review. THE APARTMENT: The location of this apartment is truly outstanding. It's conveniently located right next to the highway, close to major shops, a nearby Wawa gas station, Home Depot, and even within reach of the mall and the university (FAU) for students. I toured over 20 apartments that had leasing offices who were rude, not caring, not helpful, and it felt like they were doing me a favor just to show me their apartment complex. Luckily, Katrina didn’t follow suit. Despite not having an apt, Katrina was kind enough to show me around and made sure to tell me all about the complex. Not only that, she was very diligent and walked me through the onboarding process with step by step email instructions and call updates on my application. I love this place! My view is amazing. This is the best upscale place to stay in Deerfield beach hands down!!!!!. No other place to be. Jonathan is amazing and works very hard. He makes sure the guest are taken care of and try to help with any issues to the best of his ability. The staff is amazing they love their job and helping get things done as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. The place is clean and my dog loves it here as well. I moved here from Atlanta, Georgia and I don’t see my self leaving this community anytime soon. The area is quiet and safe. Neighbors or friendly and nice as well. Gated community!!!

My experience with Cortland in Deerfield so far has been WONDERFUL !!!! I came in last week to lease an apartment and Bill Johnson took care of everything in no time. He explained it could take up to 48 hours but I received a call the next day after submitting my application and an approval not too long after that. Bill went above and beyond my expectations, excellent customer service, he stays on top of things and I’m very grateful for all his help and assistance. The apartments are also beautiful, modern, super clean… there are 2 outside kitchens with a grill, the gym is brand new and it even has a yoga room, I love this place !!! It was literally love at first sight, I was not interested in seeing any other places after I went there, my boyfriend as well. Cortland is now our home and I’m very happy !!! On Saturday I went in to give my deposit and Lauren was there, she showed my boyfriend and I the apartment again, she patiently helped me sign electronically on my cell. Lauren is a sweet heart !!! I transplanted from Maryland to Florida just recently and I chose Cortland as my new home. What drew me to this property was the reviews about the superior customer service from the leasing office. I have to say, the reviews are accurate. Bill and Lauren are genuinely kind people and it’s obvious that they both take great pride in their work. I called them so many times prior to my move (to the point where I found my calls to be annoying) and they always went above and beyond to answer any questions and to make the transition quick and easy. They have been nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful, the maintenance staff is great and my place feels like I am the first person to live in it. I have dealt with many rental companies before and this place has far exceeded any expectation I had. The reason is because it is well run and maintained, the beach is only 3 miles away, easy access to the I 95 and Saw Grass, I would say the office staff are the A team hands on and friendly, I want to give a shout out to Jerson and Andres who handle all the maintenance they are friendly and helpful, Jerson runs the property as if it’s his own keeping law and order well done guys great job to everyone

I have been living at Cortland Deerfield Station for just over a year. I am very happy with every aspect of the experience. The staff is superb, shout out to Bill in the leasing office, for always being available to address any concerns I may have. The maintenance staff is spot on, any service requests I have put in are addressed immediately. The location is great for access to 95 and the Sawgrass. The pool area is well appointed and always clean. I don’t use the gym much but I can definitely say it is awesome and very clean. Overall I would recommend Cortland Deerfield Station to anyone looking for a relatively new, very clean and safe place to call home.

The staff here at Deerfield are exemplary. They are always friendly, respectful and effective with communication. The pool and gym and wonderful. The buildings are lovely and the accessibility to I95 is awesome! So easy to get to work. Also the Boca Brightline Station is close by.

Cortland Deerfield Station is a Quiet Hidden Gem in the community of Deerfield Beach. I love the resort style pool area and modern styling for the interior of the units. I love the 24hr gym and friendly neighbors. I always enjoy local resident events for holidays. I would definitely recommend this as a place of interest if looking for a new apartment to stay.

I'm extremely happy with the maintenance in this community. The past day I have a terrible liking in my A/C that flooded the floor around and was only a call an the maintenance guy Andres was there very polite and professionally to check and solve the problem. Also he dried all the wet area and after that ask if I had another problem , like as if what he had just done were a piece of cake.

I have been with Domicilio since last year and just renewed my lease again. This is a great place specially for someone studying at Santa Clara or even otherwise. The community is close knit with all the facilities like good swimming pool, gym and a lovely view of the SCU stadium at the back. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance work is always very quick and efficient. It’s a short walk to safeway and many restaurants/costco/grocery stores are hardly 7-10 mins drive. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

After having problems with a neighbor, Jessica was able to move us to a new apartment and accommodate everything we needed! Jersin and the other maintenance men are great and always make us comfortable when they come. Definitely recommend the top floor, the sunrise/set views are great.

This review has been a long time coming! My family and I recently moved out of Cortland Deerfield Station after 20 months of leasing a two-bedroom apartment. The reason we left was that we built a new home. But the time spent there was great. I want to start by recognizing the management team. Bill, Jessica, and Diana always greet you with a smile, always answer any question you have or concerns, and they always make you feel like no problem is too big or too small and it will get handled. The maintenance team was top-notch. Not many things break in these apartments as everything is high quality and new, but if anything happened, ever a lightbulb was out, they would be there immediately. They would always be very professional and efficient. The apartment was beautiful, with excellent finishes, and it was comfortable enough for our family until we grew by one and became a family of four. From start to finish my experience with Cortland Deerfield was exceptional. Bill was my leasing agent and to be honest, I’ve never met an agent with such a great spirit and down to earth personality. Andres is incredible. He is extremely friendly and accommodating. He responds immediately to any maintenance issue, big or small, within the same day. He works quickly and efficiently. He has helped me multiple times and always solves any problem I have. He is kind and friendly when you see him around the property. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Andres is!

I would like to give 2 thumbs up for both Jessica Hammond and Bill Johnson both person know how to care for customers and provide a top service. I called them both my Cortland US family, they are always ready to help and go that extra mile whenever it is necessary. Because of their kindness and special way to care, I do not want to move another place. People like Jessica and Bill is hard to find especially if you are from another country . Wished the prices did not went so high at Cortland pushing me to look for another place to go. I really do not want to move from Cortland Deerfield station despite of its wonderful location, nice apartments it is a place where you feel save and appreciated by the staff. Would highly recommend living here!

Last Sunday June 5 I was visiting the Property located at 67 SW 12 Th Ave, Cortland Deerfield Station I forgot the key inside my car. Thanks to Mr. Andres, who is a member of the Maintenance Staff of that property, I was able to open my car, helping me to open it without altering any of the car's doors in the slightest. Great apartment community! Bill, Jessica, Gina, and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful, and truly care about their residents. Deerfield Station is well maintained, and priced compared to every other luxury apartment in the surrounding area. I am on my second lease agreement here, and love the community. Apartments are spacious, and designed well - combined with the location... Hard to beat.
