I've been here for a few months and I've had such an amazing experience. Moving in day, I was very nervous but Brittney was awesome. She was very attentive and warming. It's a blessing she speaks Spanish, which is my first language. Also Josue and the maintenance team are great! Very responsive and quick to fix things in a timely manner.

Updated review: We’ve had a very positive experience in our three years here. Things mentioned in my initial review remain true today. Brittney at the front office and the maintenance staff have been wonderful and reliable (shoutout to Robbie). We’ve been here for about a year now. We love the apartment and it’s super nice to be walking distance to the grocery store and the light rail. The complex is great if you have dogs because of the dog park and multiple grassy areas to walk around in. The maintenance team is also great! We appreciate the work they’ve done. I know it’s a small team, but they address urgent things promptly and have been keeping the complex clean.

The apartment I toured was so roomy and spacious. It had plenty of storage too. We only chose a different apartment because it is closer to where we work.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The onsite leasing manager and maintenance team have both been great—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The community is kept pretty clean, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home. My dogs especially love the dog park—it’s one of their favorite spots! Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this complex to others.

We just moved out after living here for about a year. We were very satisfied with this place! The apartment was so nice and renovated! Scott from the leasing office was very supportive and great! He always checked in with us, addressed any issues we might have, followed up with maintenance orders immediately if we called to follow up! They offer community events every once in a while and it was fun! They also offered a gift wrapping station for residents during Christmas time and it was the best! The only thing that we had an issue with was how messy the community was, there were trash and cigarettes around although this was a non-smoking community, and also recently on fourth of July, people who were attending the firework show at carpenter would park their cars here and it was impossible to find parking, wish they could block it off to the community. But other than that, we were sad to leave but so thankful for them to allow us to call this place home for a while! ❤️

TL/DR: This property was certainly a step up from our first apartment in Colorado. It may have some issues, but usually I notice that they are resolved quickly. Pet waste: There are certain areas that can be 'dangerous' to walk around, and I admit I've even been part of the problem sometimes (Colorado is cold man!). But the management takes it seriously and will dole out notices to those suspected of breaking the rules - as they should! There was a time when the waste in the dog park became.....overflowing..to say the least. But the situation was resolved within a week or two, and we don't notice it getting as bad nowadays. It could still do with a bit more attention from time to time. Maintenance: They are usually pretty quick to fix things. I did have an incident where the refrigerator broke, but maintenance team did their best to deal with it as quickly as possible. It took about 10 days to get the replacement, and so we lost a pretty large amount of money in groceries, but them's the breaks. Had to have a

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 6 months and I have had an excellent experience with the staff. Allison is very helpful as well as personable. All of the maintenance staff are amazing. Billy is excellent, he is not just a staff member and my neighbor but he is also my friend. I moved out of state by myself and as a young woman, it means a lot to feel safe where I am living. I am very thankful to all of the staff for making Cortland a great place to live.

Been living here for a couple of years and really enjoy the property and its proximity to a light rail, park and grocery store. Recently there have been further improvements around the grounds. Additionally, the maintenance team is typically very responsive with work orders. Casey and Billy were able to fix a broken door quickly and efficiently, and were very friendly throughout the process.

We had a smooth move in experience, they left a lockbox for us to access over the weekend. Once we where settled on Monday my wife broke her water and need to turn in there lock box but they where more than willing to work us until we came back with our new one

The tour went well. Everything went smoothly with the processing forms and first day move in. Management is very responsive from the office members to the maintenance team. They will notify tenants of anything new going on. Apartments are well kept, and clubhouse and gym are like new and have modern style. Everyone is nice & friendly. For being my first apartment I honestly am pretty satisfied! I would totally recommend this place to friends or family. The people at the office are awesome, they made the moving in process as easy as possible. I love the communication; if there is anything we need to know as residents they make sure to send out emails and texts. The place was in good condition when we moved in, neighbors arent bad, parking isnt bad, the gym is great! I cant see myself getting a better deal than this for a first apartment. 9/10 from me

A really good place to live for several reasons. The community as a whole is pretty good very friendly people. Prices are better than average. What sets them apart is the staff. From the Manager Keith to Alyssa every interaction is great. Also maintenance gets things taken care of and extremely friendly. Randy is one matinance guy that always goes a ove and beyond. They all take the time to know the tenants names what they do and. Also the upgrades to the facility are coming along very nicely.

This is one of the best managed properties I have ever lived at. A week ago I was giving y son a bath and the water was yellow. Called the fix it number and the next day the hot water heater was fixed. Then the real problem happened. My upstairs neighbor had their hot water heater leak. Of course all the water went into the boys room and soaked the carpet. Didn't realize it until Sunday. Called the fis it line again and was told someone would be there in an hour. Boom! twenty minutes later carpet guys were there to dry it out and fix it. It's not perfect and I'm still happy to live here.

They're working on a lot of different construction projects around, and I'm looking forward to all the nice and new things happening here. This is my third time living in these apartments and this time around is absolutely the best experience with this complex I have ever had. I applied to move back from Utah last year and I had some issues with a past experience I had when they were under an old management team from 2017. The management here did everything they could to help me get into the apartment I wanted! Newly renovated and beautiful apartments in a quiet community close to everything I need! Keith, Alyssa, and Karen (who has since moved on from the company) went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve lived in a lot of complexes around Thornton, Westminster, and Nortglenn and this team and complex are by far The BEST around! The crew that renovated these apartments did an incredible job! Of course there are little things here and there but no one can be perfect! I’ve been living at this complex for 3 years now and I highly recommend them! Management is awesome and easy to get in contact with if a problem would arise. I recently moved into one of the newer remodeled apartments and was very impressed with the finishes. Brand new Samsung appliances, granite countertops, and even a WiFi compatible thermostat. The trash valet is one of favorite perks. Leave your trashcan outside your door and it’s collected daily. I wouldn’t think twice when considering this location.

We have really enjoyed it here at Cortland Covington Ridge. The new pool and dog park are wonderful additions and the resident events they hold are super fun and helpful. We love breakfast on the go!

The Arbors is my favorite place! I feel like I live in a beautiful park,surrounded by mature shade trees, where families of turkeys graze in the morning and evening. My "house" has a big storage shed and a front fenced in patio and a back yard covered & fenced in patio. I feel safe waking my dog at night or day. They have a nice dog park, but I prefer to walk my dog so we both get exercise.

The features and location of this building sells itself--incredible, unrivaled views, top-tier amenity spaces, friendly staff and neighbors, fun and frequent resident events, well-maintained and always clean, the list goes on and on. What sets this apartment community apart from all the other buildings of its caliber is the management and leasing staff. You will never find a team that will go above and beyond for you the way the Sentral team does. They will always have your best interest, safety, and your well-being at heart and are quick to accommodate each of our needs (specific shout out to Volkan, the General Manager). They are responsive when you reach out to them, they organize awesome events for the residents to meet and mingle, they resolve any issue you may have (which will be very few and far between), and they make a point to genuinely care, value, and appreciate each resident of this building. You will not find that anywhere else, I am certain. I moved in as soon as it was built and intend to stay

I have been a resident here at Highland Ridge from the beginning. It’s a very clean and peaceful community with a friendly management team. Management communication is good they listen to make sure all tenants are working together to keep the community safe and clean. I love the area the community is in and it’s very convenient with expressway right here you have access to all directions.

Cortland at Coyote Ridge is home! I have live in a few towns and apartments since moving to DFW. Coyote Ridge provides excellent service from management staff, to the maintenance staff. Living at the Arbors has many family-friendly benefits, from large yards to gorgeous grounds for walking/picnicking. In addition, the ability to use an App to submit work orders is very efficient - and I have never waited more than 24 hours to have a work order completed. Living here removes the worry and stress of private landlords, as you have professional staff dedicated to assure your 'home' is comfortable and safe.

Cortland Covington Ridge has been an amazing place to live. My husband & I moved in a two months ago. Apartments are nice & spacious, super clean, & not loud (you don’t hear your neighbors). When I say spacious I mean it, these apartments have the most sq ft then all the newer apartments in Thornton, it took us a while to settle on what apartments we wanted, but seeing how big their apartments(sq ft) are it was an easy pick. They’re also in a nice calm neighborhood where only sometimes you hear the commotion of the firetrucks/cops passing by on the main street. We love going to the pool & hot tub especially when they’re open late & year round! Also,content with all the updates & upgrades they’re doing to make the community even better. It’s good to see something happening & getting done then to see a community get comfortable & letting it fall apart. We couldn’t be happier being part of Cortland Covington Ridge. We’ve found everything we’ve wanted in a apartment.

The unit we live in is spacious and well taken care of. Our neighbors are very quiet and respectful. We are very happy and can see ourselves staying here for at least another lease. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They are always courteous and get things taken care of effectively. 5 stars for them. Mail is delivered to an Amazon Hub which is awesome. No lost or stolen packages as of yet, we get many packages delivered weekly. The buildings got a new paint job and they look great. The parking lots had potholes that were fixed. I am excited to see of all the other improvements in the community. Trash valet has always been great for us. I knocked off a star for the parking. They have been renovating units and there are dumpsters and materials in the parking lot. In front of our building at least 10 spaces are taken up by all this. Now I understand there isn't any other place to put it. My frustration has been there is absolutely no patrolling of parking permits since the new management took over. I have emai

I’ve been a resident here at Cortland for a few years now. This property has gone through many changes and I definitely consider this place home. Our new property mgmt is really on top of things and takes care of any issues we may have in a timely manner. Maintenance guys are friendly and always come through when we need something fixed (which isn’t often). I really enjoy all the community activities they do here also. Free breakfast, food truck, gift wrapping, rewards system etc. I love the view from my unit too :)

Great living experience! Have been here for 5 years and appreciate the maintenance team, especially. They are always friendly, prompt, do a good job, and seem to know and care about their residents. The place is overall quiet and we have been able to make good friends out of our neighbors. The office management has changed recently but my overall impression is that they're friendly, helpful, and making great decisions and improvements for the community.

As far as Apartment living goes, Covington Ridge definitely lives up to the standards. They do a good job of keeping the neighborhood clean and they have an extremely friendly staff that’s happy to help you as well as they are pleasant to be around..in the office and maintenance-wise. They are newly owned but you can tell there will be changes for the better on this property. Upcoming renovations on the gym as well. Not really any complaints. It’s not the company but more-so the trash service doesn’t always take care of you and that needs to get sorted out, but overall a great place to stay and I never have problems with the neighbors .. seems like a nice community from my past year living here

What a wonderful experience. I have worked with Bailey from the tour of the apartment, through all of the paperwork and lease signing. She is AMAZING. The communication from her side is outstanding. her patience level is that of a saint. Bailey went above and beyond every time. She made this the best experience. I can honestly say I have never had such perfect Customer Service. Bailey is the best ambassador, any company would be lucky to have someone like her representing them. I just want to see that Bailey is phenomenal and I'm so grateful to her for everything.
