Clean facility. Maintenance staff seem knowledgeable and keep the grounds looking professional. The gym equipment in the leasing office offers plenty of resources for workouts and the pool is clean for a nice dip afterwards.

This community is safe, clean and fun I have never lived in an apartment complex that has cared for its residence as much as Covington has I will recommend this apartment complex to many of my young friends who are leaving their parents houses. I myself was recommended to Covington, and I have to say I’ve been more than satisfied.

A really good place to live for several reasons. The community as a whole is pretty good very friendly people. Prices are better than average. What sets them apart is the staff. From the Manager Keith to Alyssa every interaction is great. Also maintenance gets things taken care of and extremely friendly. Randy is one matinance guy that always goes a ove and beyond. They all take the time to know the tenants names what they do and. Also the upgrades to the facility are coming along very nicely.

Great pool, great location. Brand new pet park and very large apartments. Keith and Alyssa are very welcoming and all the new improvements are impressive.

This is one of the best managed properties I have ever lived at. A week ago I was giving y son a bath and the water was yellow. Called the fix it number and the next day the hot water heater was fixed. Then the real problem happened. My upstairs neighbor had their hot water heater leak. Of course all the water went into the boys room and soaked the carpet. Didn't realize it until Sunday. Called the fis it line again and was told someone would be there in an hour. Boom! twenty minutes later carpet guys were there to dry it out and fix it. It's not perfect and I'm still happy to live here.

I recently had the pleasure of living at Cortland Covington Ridge and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I first toured the complex to the day I moved out, the staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Whenever I had a question or concern, the staff was always quick to respond and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. They truly went above and beyond in making me feel like a valued member of the community. In addition to the amazing staff, the cleanliness of the complex was also exceptional. The grounds were always impeccably maintained and the common areas were always spotless. It was clear that the management team took great pride in ensuring that the complex was always looking its best. Overall, I would highly recommend Cortland to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. The staff and cleanliness truly made my experience there one to remember, and I would not hesitate to live there again in the future.
