UPDATE: My original review is below, but I am very impressed with the responsiveness from the management! I had a great experience living in a 2-bedroom apartment, then downsized to a 1-bedroom apartment in July 2025. I was originally quite dismayed as the new unit had an active German roach infestation. However, the pest control contractors that they use do a fantastic job! They did a thorough cleanout of my apartment, and the incidences of roach activity gradually became less frequent, and it has now been about 2 months since I've seen a single one!!! Practically a miracle! As before, the management continues to be very responsive in filling out maintenance requests of all kinds, and they were very helpful in the process of adding a roommate to my apartment. The past two months living here have been lovely, and I'm hoping that this will continue through the rest of my time at Copper Springs! First I want to say, this by far is the most clean apartments I've lived at. Property is well kept and maintained daily. Everyone is so nice and polite! Customer service is superb! I want to thank Ramsy for always being on top and over the top when it came to maintaining and fixing anything wrong with my apartment! He always made sure everything was done CORRECTLY and fixed the right way. A lot of properties "botch" things up and call it a day. So I really appreciate him for always being honest and fixing the problems and treated it like it was his home he was fixing. Thank you!!! Definitely would recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a new home! :)

I l’ve haven’t never had a quick same day turn around time for maintenance repair, Ramsy went above and beyond to fix my garbage disposal expeditiously and not only a quick fix but excellent customer service and friendliness as well.

Its a nice place to live. I enjoy sitting on the balcony and walking around. Its very peaceful. The package delivery process is very good. The pool area is really nice. The gym is a nice size and always clean.

Supportive staff! I am leaving here for about a month. Seems people who work here care about residents. Maintenance team quickly reply for requests. Beyond it, when I have troubles with my car Ramsy helped me a lot with replacing car battery. It's a beautiful place with amazing gym. Low moments: it's next to railways, so sometime you hear the train (it doesn't bother me much). Also, there is a wastewater treatment nb, which also does not bother but take it into account. The thing which annoys me: there is no gate remote. They offer to download an app or use pass key. Or wait for someone who open the gate for you. Overall, it's a great place to live in.

I have been a resident here for 7 yrs. and I must say, this has been a great place to live. I love that it is right off of 290, your right at the freeway! But... the customer service is exceptional, if I call for maintenance, it is completed within HOURS!! If I call the office and it goes to voice mail, I will get a call back saying I noticed we missed your call, how can we help you? WHAT Apt. Office does that (Not Many)!! If an appliance goes out, they are there with a new one the same day!! The office staff has ALWAYS been more than kind and polite, and willing to accommodate all your needs. NO NEED for me to move!!! 😉

I have been living in the apartment in cortland copper springs for the past five years with my family. The management team is very supportive and helpful. However, I am writing to share a serious concern regarding an incident that took place at the pool on Saturday evening (June 21). My children and I went to the pool around 7:30 PM, and while we were there, a group of individuals — who clearly were not residents — entered the pool area. From their behavior and conversation, it was evident that they were visitors from outside the complex. This group behaved very aggressively. They were loud, rude, and used extremely inappropriate and offensive language, including in front of children. As a parent, I was deeply disturbed and upset by this. My son became frightened, and we had to leave earlier than we had planned. This experience left us feeling very unsafe in a space that is supposed to be family-friendly and secure for residents. We strongly believe that the pool area needs better supervision during weekends,

I haven’t really had any issues. You put a request in for maintenance they’re pretty much on it quickly. Still waiting on my ceiling to get fixed though every time it rains my ceiling leaks but I think they’re working on getting it fixed, fingers crossed before it rains again. The community is quiet and clean. The gates always work to my knowledge I’ve only been here since 4/11. Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming and the process was easygoing. The pool is nice as well as the gym. Can’t really complain I’m happy I moved back.

We have lived here for almost 18 months in building #16. The community is quiet there are outdoor grills and many grassy areas. We have reserved Parking never had an issue with someone parking in our spaces. The otherwise open concept for parking is nice for visitors so we don't have to worry about them getting towed. The 1 bedroom unit is spacious and maintenance comes right away to fix things. Parcel locker is a wonderful service so I don't have to worry about packages being stolen from my door. The pool is pristine and we enjoy it in the spring and summer as much as possible. Landscaping comes twice a week and does a great job picking up. Door trash pick-up is reliable. Car wash/vacuum are appreciated. If gate is broken they fix quickly. App to open gate works great. The office addresses issues quickly also sending emails or texts to notify residents of any issues and resident events. Wish there was a playground area for kids.

I have been living here for almost two years, i will say i love it but the parking lately has been soo baddd, i had to park at the front of the complex and walk all the way to the other side, i might look into getting a garage reservation but other than that i’ve had no issues!

I enjoy my apartment although not the parking. If you get off past 7 you will have to walk past several buildings to get to yours or if you come home late from a night out there is no parking. You will be forced to park in a reserved spot if one is even available. I should not have to rent a reserved spot just to have one at the end of the day when I already pay rent here. Many of the cars don’t live here or have been abandoned. The same blue vehicle has not moved in front of my building since I moved in almost 2 years ago which I have already reported long time ago.

This place is all together lovely! The staff is excellent and reliable . Timothy Carter provided with excellent service, a smile on his face and really made us feel welcome. Great location and staff! Very fun and helpful group at this community. Huge fitness center. The location is awesome! I had a great interactive tour with Kevin. The property manager is always available which is an added bonus with how they often like to hide away in the back. I'm still old school so I drop off money orders and Heather makes sure they get posted ASAP. The maintenance team gets work orders completed quicker than my last community. The only complaint that I have is that people have to be reminded to pick up after their pet. It's quiet and not rowdy and any issues are addressed pretty quickly. Another thing I love about this community is it's easy to get in touch with someone from the office. I would like to see them implement electric vehicle charging stations.

I was a previous tenant here and although I was only able to live here a few months, my experience has been nothing but amazing. Heather B. and Sonya were super helpful and kind from the beginning and so is the rest of the staff. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath are very spacious. The complex is overall quiet and clean which is important. If you need a place to stay, I definitely recommend choosing Cortland Copper Springs.

We have lived at this community for 3 months. From the first tour Kevin was very polite and knowledgeable. I love the parcel locker and the valet trash service. Not having overfilled dumpsters and trash everywhere really keeps the grounds looking nice. Our unit is modern and spacious with lots of upgrades and the patio is HUGE, we love all the closet space. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. We have had maintenance out a few times and they have responded quickly. The office send out text messages with resident events or general info and I appreciate the communication also they offer online payment and to report maintenance requests. The location is very convenient to 290 while omitting the freeway noise and there is even a walking gate to Starbucks. The grounds are well kept and we can't wait to use the pool once it is warmer outside. We are overall very pleased we chose this community to call home.

I’ve been here 3 weeks and so far so good. The reason I’m leaving this review is because of the manager Heather! She’s been great since I’ve viewed the complex. Kept in touch my entire move. Yesterday USPS delivered my package to the wrong locker parcel. Heather found my package immediately upon reaching out. She didn’t have to do that but, I’m glad she did. I also feel safe in this neighborhood. Not too much going on pretty quiet. Only complaint I have is sometimes I have to park far from my building if I come home after 7pm. And having carpet in the dining room / trash can area is kind of awkward. Which are minor issues.

The fitness center is huge and the staff in the office are very quick to respond via email and assist you when visiting the management office. Kevin made my tour very fun and informative. I love that you do not have to go all the way to the third floor to not have anyone above you! Maintenance is very quick to respond. Ramsy makes sure everything is fixed properly. Heather has always been super helpful with any questions I have had with my account. The property manager Sonya is always available to speak or communicate with which can be very rare! Jake has already helped me twice with helping me navigate around the property. There is a 24/7 maintenance hotline. The stairs are very few and it's great exercise honestly! Very close to Cypress where there is great shopping and dining options.

Def saves me money each month being able to cancel my gym membership. My former complex charges $35 monthly for amenities, and $50 monthly for washer and dryer. The staff are surprisingly easy going and are not stuck up, everything was easy peasey. Kevin was my tour guide, Jake helped with my move in and Sonya got me approved fast.

I think it's awesome that the second floor on the end buildings are the top unit so you don't have to lease a third floor to not have anyone above you. It's too hot in Texas for all those stairs! It's nice that the fitness center is open 24/7 because of work schedule. Close to Beltway 8 so super convenient for getting to IAH. Big shout out to Kevin, Heather, Jake and Sonya in the office for everything! Mad love.

This is by far the best apartment complex I have resided in. I’ve been here a little over 8 months and the way they take care of their tenants is amazing! Every time I put a ticket to service my apt. Their maintenance team is so quick to fix everything. I’ve recently had an issue with my air conditioner not cooling and as soon as I woke up i made sure to submit a ticket. Thinking it would take them the whole day or even a few days. I was worried about my fur baby since she would have to stay home while I went to work. However, they were on it in less than 30 mins. Of me submitting that ticket also, Keep in mind this was a bright and early situation. I digressed a bit but yes 10/10 Would recommend!

I originally was going to move to another property but stopped by this location and had such a blast on tour with Kevin and Jake that I ended up moving here instead! Very big fitness center space and great pool! I love that the grill is hooked up to a gas line, super convenient. Heather, Sonya, Ramsy and all office staff are very down to earth and friendly. Great vibes and energy. I do wish we had stainless steel appliances, that would be my one complaint.

We moved in a couple months ago and we have been loving it, yes there have been a few people who are too loud at the pool at night but it’s easy to deal with and the office promptly took care of it. Jake our leasing agent was amazing, and the rest of the office as well are super super nice. Whenever I called they answer and try to help me with any questions or concerns I have. The amenities are nice, the gym is always clean (and they have cute little water bottles in the fridge for you), the pool is nice and clean as well and I haven’t used the game/community center but I can tell other people enjoy it all the time. I Can tell they care about their residents and I really appreciate it, like today they had a cute little event for their residents. Thank you Cortland copper springs I truly appreciate it.

This apartment community is what I have been looking for for a while now. Quiet, fast maintenance, amazing office staff. Its clean, its quiet, its beautiful. The pool is gorgeous. The office staff responds to messages and emails almost immediately. Maintenance gets work order complete within 48 hours if not sooner. I highly recommend Copper Springs to be your new home!

Copper Springs has been my borrowed home for 2 years now. I absolutely love it here. It’s quite clean. Maintenance is fast and the office staff are kind and very helpful. They truly love what they do. Wish we could have stainless steel appliances but that’s not a huge issue. Love feeling safe where I live. They just got new pool furniture which looks fabulous. What a lovely property, I must say! The staff are beautiful and have great personalities and actually do care. I am happy that I chose this property and having a twenty four seven package room is so helpful when working overnights. Kevin and Heather always make me laugh and Ramsy makes sure that when I have any service issues that they are fixed. My leasing process was quick and easy. They also have a deposit replacement program to lower move-in expenses.

I have been here for 2 years in May Being from the Midwest I was worried about Texas bugs every apartment had reviews about roaches which is partly Why i chose cortland copper springs because they did not ..I have a true phobia of bugs lol anywho the application process was easy and fast the office staff where responsive and professional.. the maintenance team team is fast, reliable and show they truly care. Which is a huge plus in an apartment complex for me .. the on grounds maintenance is immaculate from trimming the trees, cutting the grass, refreshing paint,power washing the hallways , refreshing the mulch, planting new flowers is always consistent, trash never piles up .. the location is great surrounding multiple grocery stores, food restaurants, a couple Walmarts, Kroger, Aldi target , Home Depot, and everything in between ..I love the amenities fairly large gym and resort style pool I only gave a 4 because I love water and swimming but often I don’t get in the water because they don’t leave the pool

Cortland Copper Springs has been such a great place to live that we renewed our lease. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff that help us whenever we need anything. Even in the middle of the night when our door lock wasn’t working. We are very grateful to have such a friendly community that also holds small events at the front office during the holidays. The floor plans are spacious and modern. I like the tall ceilings and crown molding. And modern kitchen with granite countertops. There are a ton of trees which I love to watch from my balcony. It’s a really nice community with a awesome looking pool and really nice large gym. If anything goes wrong (dishwasher breaks) it gets fixed right away. People working here in the office and the maintenance staff really care about the residents. I definitely recommend living here.

Moving in here? Here is a honest review of everything. I was driving by on west road and I was fascinated by the complex on how clean and luxurious it looked. Came in the office and told Natalia that I did NOT have an appoinment and she was really professional to say she was working with a custumer and will take care of me afterwards. I told them what my needs were and they were really knowleageable to help me out. Started the application process and during the process she followed up properly. And when I moved in everything was smooth and easy. The gym and all the amenities are really nice. Would be nice that the billard table was open 24/7. The service team is awesome, they work on a timely manner and they have etiquette. They do NOT leave a mess on anything. They are so professional. They are so communicative when performing any jobs over the community etc etc. 100/100

I've stayed at Cortland Copper Springs for over 2 years now and I absolutely love this location. It's close to my favorite crab place and the complex is quiet. The leasing staff are always friendly when I go in with questions. Kevin was my original leasing consultant when I moved in and he made the transition to the property and the area a breeze. Maintenance has also been extremely helpful in resolving any issues that I may have had with my unit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to move to the area. Than you!

Copper Springs is a great property! It has many trees and lots of shade/greenery. The office staff is very helpful and caring, they have great personalities and make you feel welcome. Kevin has always went out of his way for me. Natalia has helped me sort out my confusion with packages. Any issue that is brought up, is addressed. The maintenance team is very quick. I wish they had more resident events! But I know that people have been less interested in mingling since Covid.

This is such a great property. The staff are very down to earth and kind. Kevin was amazing with getting me all the information that I needed and made me feel very welcome and at home! It has lots of trees and nature which I prefer over new construction. A gem in the area!

Great place to live. The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. They always take care of any requests or problems very promptly. Everyone is friendly and has a great attitude. I have lived here going on 2 years and really enjoy it. I have no plans to move.

EDIT: I am thrilled that we have a new Manager, Sonya. She actually answers calls and visits with the residents to discuss property concerns and the maintenance team is awesome! Office staff Kevin and Natalia have always been helpful and addressed concerns in a courteous and timely manner. I'm thankful they are still here! I'm looking forward to this new beginning and seeing this property flourish once again!

I love this property so far! I toured and the office staff were so fun and down to earth. Kevin made me feel so at home and Natalia has helped me thought my many annoying questions.! I can’t wait to use the beautiful pool and grill area when it warms up

Great apartment complex. New and cozy. Rooms aren’t too open floor plan but it does feel like home. Definitely get a tour before you remove it from your options. Also, there’s a Starbucks walking distance from it which is awesome.

First off I want to say that Kevin in the leasing office is awesome, by far the nicest most helpful apartment staff I have ever worked with! He went above and beyond with helping me with moveout and is the only apartment staff member I have ever had that has helped refund some of the bs fees that auto-apply at every apartment complex. The over all apartment complex is well kept, fast turn around on fixing things etc. Kept very clean and well taken care of. 4 Stars is mainly because the apartments are semi remodeled and some of the appliances and bathrooms are dated. For 1700 a month you should at least have a full sized fridge i feel.

It was the first time I attended to an event in the Complex and I had a great time sharing with the neighbors and the office staff. Charcuterie and cocktails were the best choice for the evening. If you are looking for a place to move to , talk to Lauren she is the best leasing agent in Cortland Copper Springs.

Beautiful complex apartments. Great Location. You’re pretty much close to everything. Great Maintenance work. Very nice Staff especially Kevin. He is very dedicated, hard working , friendly and sweet person. He puts so much effort and makes sure everything is up to standard. He always answer my calls and helps me right away.

We’ve lived here for a little over a year and though we’ve decided not to renew our lease, I would highly recommend this place to anyone apartment shopping in the area. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, neighbors are friendly, front office is helpful, and maintenance is attentive. We had an issue with our AC compressor going out and they credited our rent for the inconvenience after replacing the unit. For the most part, the apartments are well kept. Parking can sometimes get tricky and some pet owners are definitely better about cleaning up than others. But, great community, great atmosphere, pricey but worth it.

The maintenance staff here is simply amazing. I came home from a long weekend and the apartment was 86°. Even though it was after 9pm George was here right away to check it out. It can’t be fixed tonight but he installed a portable AC so I can sleep comfortably. And he’s not the only one. Ramsey and the rest of the staff are always so helpful and cheerful. I feel so lucky to have found an apartment complex that takes care of the residents so well.

It’s crazy to say that I just moved here not too long ago and I remember saying to myself, I want to renew my lease already. It’s such a safe, clean, welcoming community/environment to stay in. The area is so convenient!! It’s right next to the highway and even better, NEXT DOOR to Starbucks. I enjoy my morning strolls to get coffee. The neighbors are great, everyone also get their daily steps in around the apartment complex. Not to mention, the staff and maintenance team are always ON IT. At times, the staff do get busy but manages it well. Especially, Kevin. Kevin LaFreniere was very professional and helpful. He is very detailed and cares about tenants. We also get notifications for scheduled Food Truck Days. I appreciate how much the staff puts in to make it our own little community and shows how much they care. It’s truly refreshing!

We have been living at this place for over a year now. Safe and beautiful apartment, wonderful location, amazing staff especially Manager Mark, Kevin and Rosa are very courteous and helpful even during covid-19. Maintenance team is very quick and helpful, especially Ramsy and KJ are a young team, they resolve the issues same day that we raise our maintenance requests. Living here has been fantastic.

Been here more than 15 months, renewed my lease in July and live living here. Maintenance and staff in the off are all great. Manager Rosa in the leasing office is fabulous and a great person who has been there for us through it all. Any questions or concerns she has made the time and effort to give it guide us to the answer or help we have needed. Apartment complex is amazing. Dog park for all the fur babies, the pool has always been an all summer getaway. Especially having barbque pits near by.

My time here has been great. The apartment grounds here are very clean, maintenance workers are efficient, nice & professional. If there are problems here the office works with if you communicate with them. Their communication is great they have a daily letter that goes out and let you know what'sgoing on in the community & the tenants can communicate as well daily. They also have great activities. This was the right decision for me on moving here.

I have had a great experience w/ Cortland so far. Leasing agent Kevin LaFreniere has been a rock star. Any issue I have had has been addressed w/ haste and professionalism. The complex feels safe and clean, not to mention the great location at 290 and West. Two thumbs up my friends.
