We moved in a couple months ago and have been loving our apartment, the communication with the leasing office, and the community events they offer. It’s all been a very good experience choosing to live here.

I usually don't wite reviews but the team is so attentive and kind. I feel like I'm home here. I leased with my partner in a 1 bedroom with an office since I work from home. So nice Trader Joe's is right across the street. I met a few neighbors already and everyone seems nice.julie and Jamie have been sooooo caring.

Julie went out of her way to make sure my daughter found the perfect place. At first they didn't have the exact apartment size she was looking for. The next day something popped up and Julie called her right away.We were able to secure it online and she can't wait to move!

Me and my girlfriend have lived in this community for 4 years. It is overall a solid place to live. The neighborhood is quiet with tons of stuff close to walk to. The neighborhood behind up to cheeseman park is quiet and beautiful. Maintenance here is awesome as well. We always try to find something better when lease end comes up but we keep renewing because we haven't found anything close to comparable for price/ amenities.

Jesus the maintenance guy is great and fast and responsive and very professional and kind. I can always count on him to get a work order completed fast. Jason the community Manager has been helpful and professional and helped me fix my ledger amount. Julie the head manager has been professional and kind. Jamie the leasing office person has been professional and kind during my interactions with her and when I come into the office with questions. My children and I have enjoyed the pool and grill area often. I am grateful for the convenient gym to workout. My bank is close by and shopping centers. It's is blessing to live here and I get a lot of compliments from guest on the apartment floor plan.

I’ve been happy in the year and a half I’ve been here. Management is responsive when there are issues, and they do things like having Halloween parties (with treats for pets and people) and breakfast burritos. I have never had issues with other residents, and things are quiet for me (aside from traffic and ambulances - city living!).

I love the place, it's very nice and pleasant. I love the pool area and the gym they have, it's very useful. I can do all my exercises without any problem. When you have a problem, the leasing office team solves it for you super fast. It's a good place to live for at least 2 or 3 years.

UPDATE 10/14/25: I appreciate Julie and her team, as these last few weeks/months, communication from the team has improved greatly. They have regularly been addressing my concerns and have been more communicative as a whole regarding any issues/updates on the property. The garage door has finally been replaced completely, so I have much more peace of mind. While there have still been some car break-ins, they have been happening far less and the team has been open about sharing the steps they are taking to ensure our safety. *** I have been living at this complex for about two years now. When I first moved in, things were great. The management team was responsive, communicative, and quick to solve issues that came up. For the last year now, things have quickly gone downhill. As many others have mentioned, the fire alarms go off so frequently. Often in the middle of the night, but frequently during the day and I work from home. I have been interrupted during meetings because of the fire alarms multiple times. P

I originally left a very negative 1-star review due to ongoing issues and poor communication under the previous management. But I’m happy to update this review because since Julie became the new community manager, things have genuinely turned around. Julie has brought a fresh, hands-on approach that the community really needed. She listens to resident concerns, communicates clearly, and most importantly, takes action. When I reported off-leash dogs roaming the property, she quickly reinforced the leash policy with multiple emails — and I haven’t seen an unleashed dog in weeks. Another major concern was the broken garage door, which had been out of service for six months under the previous manager. During that time, my car window was smashed — a very unsettling experience. Once Julie stepped in, the garage door was repaired quickly, and when some break-ins continued, she arranged for courtesy security patrols at night. We moved in a month ago and have have really loved our experience so far! The staff have been very quick to get back to us to help resolve any concerns/issues. We really love our unit, and the pool and fitness center are great bonuses. We were a little concerned reading some Google reviews about fire alarms going off, but we have had had absolutely no issues with this since moving in. The location has also been great! A ton within walking distance, but still a residential feel.

I recently moved in with my girlfriend a few months ago. The apartments are huge and I love the 24 gym. The garage does have a door issue at the moment but from the emails it should be fixed next week. The property is kept up well. I did read about the alarm reviews before writing this but this hasn't been an issue since I joined my partner 4 months ago. It is pretty quiet.

I am so Happy to be a part of this Community. The approval process took a while and that just let's you know that they do not just let anyone in. When I first called I spoke with a Gentleman that asked me what my Purrr Babies names are and that was the icing on the cake. Ms Julie Management was part of the whole process and was very Attentive along the way. I had a unique situation and they worked with me Beyond My Expectations. I know this is home for me for a while. I have moved 3 times over the past 3 years and by far this place for the price and square footage is worth the wait. Update 6 months in. The new team here consists of Alex, Anthony, and Jesus and I really think they are trying to turn things around! But you see that I mentioned there are only 3 people running this property. I think it's turning around but please hire more workers to run this many apartments. Edit after living here for 4 months. The leasing team tries to care but management does nothing to back them. Do not live here unless you expect to routinely be woken up by maintenance projects starting with leaf blowers and other loud equipment every morning. No exaggerating. Facts documented over months and supposedly Mitch from the company's internal landscaping division has no power since it's still happening. I've tried to avoid changing this and airing for the Internet. I have give the opportunity to correct it, nothing has happened, and I am desperate from lack of sleep. You've been warned. We are really enjoying our time here at Cortland Congress Park! The location is amazing and the recent renovations are lovel

We are really enjoying our time here at Cortland Congress Park! The location is amazing and the recent renovations are lovely. Seriously, there is a Trader Joe's across the street and an adorable neighborhood with restaurants the other way! Best of convenience and a neighborhood feel. The thing that helps make it feel like a home is the kind team and quiet friendly vibe. We had a couple little things in the apartment that need to be addressed including an accidental overflow (on our end) and Josue did an amazing job! He addressed everything quickly and is a wizard at dry wall! We are happy to call this our new home thanks to the team. I’ve been here a month and I am enjoying my new home. The appliances are new and gorgeous and everything works well. The tiny maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed quickly and well. The floor I’m on is very quiet in regards to neighbors. The one thing I’d love to be different is a lack of stairs in the hallways - it makes getting more than one or two grocery bags in and out from the parking garage really hard (or two elevator trips and lots of walking). Aside from that, the location is amazing, the interior design is beautiful, and the office staff helpful and friendly.

Wow. The office staff has been a refreshing surprise. Both Arlena & Claudia take the time to listen to my problems & complaints. When something needs fixing they arrange for the maintenance staff to take care of it promptly. And they follow up to make sure that I'm completely satisfied. Where can I start with Cortland at Congress Park? I was in the process of moving from Buffalo NY to Denver and only had 3 days to look at apartments. I didn't have an appointment with Cortland at CP but after some calls they were more than willing to work around getting me a tour. Alondra was more than happy to tour me around and she even got me into see the apartment I would applying for since renovations were happening at this time. As my move in date got closer, Alondra was more than helpful and responsive with any and all questions I had. Even during move in she was going to stay a little late just so I got my keys, thankfully my lead foot got me there quicker than anticipated. During my stay everything has been amazing. All my service orders are completed timely, the neighborhood is exactly what I want, and the staff is so warm and inviting. I encourage anyone looking for a place to come here and check it out! Cortland Congress Park is an amazing place to live!! Very friendly staff who throw fun events to get the community engagement going!! The newly renovated apartments are very functional and the atmosphere is very open and clean. If there are any issues, their maintenance team is quick to help out. Where can I start with Cortland at Congress Park? I was in the process of moving from Buffalo NY to Denver and only had 3 days to look at apartments. I didn't have an appointment with Cortland at CP but after some calls they were more than willing to work around getting me a tour. Alondra was more than happy to tour me around and she even got me into see the apartment I would applying for since renovations were happening at this time. As my move in date got closer, Alondra was more than helpful and responsive with any and all questions I had. Even during move in she was going to stay a little late just so I got my keys, thankfully my lead foot got me there quicker than anticipated. During my stay everything has been amazing. All my service orders are completed timely, the neighborhood is exactly what I want, and the staff is so warm and inviting. I encourage anyone looking for a place to come here and check it out!

Cortland Congress Park is in a great location. Our dog absolutely loves the two amazing parks in walkable distance, the food and bar scene is great, and the security of the apartment makes us feel very safe. The office staff is very helpful, from moving stressors to everyday needs they are on top of it (shoutout to Alex and Evelyn). The Cortland company really makes you feel like a community with their great newsletters and several monthly events and contests they arrange for an inclusive and fun time. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in and would highly recommend to friends!

Cortland Congress Park is an amazing place to live!! Very friendly staff who throw fun events to get the community engagement going!! The newly renovated apartments are very functional and the atmosphere is very open and clean. If there are any issues, their maintenance team is quick to help out. There are a few minor downsides - the gates to get into the building sometimes do not function properly. The garage door or other gates are left open to the public. Lastly the gym has been under construction for a long time, with no clear reopening date.

I have really loved my time living at Cortland Congress Park! I knew the layout of the apartments from friends who had lived here in the past, and the management has been incredible since I moved in in June of 2022. It sounds like the previous management may have let things get really bad, but the responsiveness, flexibility, and diligence of the new managers is incredibly. I've loved every encounter with them. They've been doing a lot of work to improve the building and remodel units, but I haven't experienced any challenges or annoyances from construction. My apartment is ridiculously spacious and tranquil and my neighbors are kind and keep to themselves. I feel lucky to have a home this big at my price point!

This community is in the heart of Congress Park and has so many things to do within an arm's reach. The apartments are gorgeous, and my neighbors are really nice. The new renovations are superb. I have really enjoyed living here!

I have lived at Cortland Congress Park for a little over three years and It has been great. The community inside and out is very clean which is very important to me. The amenities alone is great perk in living here. All the staff members are friendly professional and helpful if I have any questions or concerns about anything. I would definitely recommend you to move here and see what all the exciting things we do and how nice the neighbors are. P.S. pet friendly.

Update: I'm thrilled to say that the new management company has really stepped up in an unprecedented way. The people working in the office are kind, thoughtful and helpful. They have put some serious love into this place. While the hot tub was unrecoverable, the updates to the pool area, common areas, hallways and general community experience have been perfect!! New, beautiful furniture, new landscaping, the pool is always clean and the grills finally work again... It's like a new place. I asked for help with things broken in my apartment that the previous management company basically told me to "get over it". This new management has updated anything I've needed with a smile. I can tell the maintenance team, who have been here the whole time, are happier too and that matters to me (as it should anyone). The directory is finally fixed and I can allow people into the building as necessary, safely. The parking garage is safe, new mailboxes, clea, well lit hallways. I'm a very happy resident. Since Cortland took over management at Colorado Pointe, they have made a lot of upgrades such as remodeled the pool area with new features and furniture, landscaping, new gate equipment, parking arrangements, new security patrol, updated website features, fixed building fire alarm and new maintenance and front office staff. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests and does a great job at fixing any issues. The front office staff is friendly, welcoming and accommodating to residents and their pets. They plan to remodel the fitness center, each apartment as it comes on the market and the hallways. The building is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping just across the street with plenty of places to walk your pets safely too. While the building isn't brand new the upgrades, staff and location make it a great place to live with comparable prices to other complexes around town.

Since Cortland has taken over there have been a significant number of improvements, amenities are being redone in a very nice and modern way, all while keeping the price point less than competitors for similar sized units. I'm sure a number of the older reviews will mention the fire alarms going off frequently and I will agree they did, until Cortland took over and fixed the issues that is. Since then I've been working from home for quite some time and have had zero issues during the day or night. Long story short, it's worth a look if you're in the market for a conveniently located, modern apartment complex with good amenities and awesome surroundings.

I have lived here for 3.5 years now. It was bought out by Cortland about a year ago and they have been a wonderful change for this property. The location is amazing with so many new food places going in. The property is finally going through some construction to update some parts of the property as well. The management team has also responded to any questions/requests I have had in a very timely manor and follows up to make sure everything I needed was complete.

I've lived here for 1.5 years now. The prior management company was average at best, but since Cortland took over, we've seen immediate improvements. Cortland actually seems to care about the residents. The staff is friendly, professional, and personable. And we've already seen so many upgrades to the complex, including a new pool area, parking system, and fresh exterior paint. I love living here, and I look forward to renewing.

Great place to live. It’s improved a lot since Cortland took ownership a little while back. Eve, Alex, and Sirena in the office are all great and the maintenance staff is as well. They’re fixing things that the last ownership/staff left behind while improving the place beyond that.

My husband and I loved our time at Colorado Pointe Apartments - had we not purchased a house, we totally would have stayed! The property was always very well kept, the office staff was always super friendly and helpful, and the facilities/amenities were great. I recently accidentally had a package shipped to my old address and Alex was SO helpful in helping me track down my shipment.

My boyfriend and I took a look at the apartments and they are huge! So much space, especially for the area. Everyone was so nice. My boyfriend will rent there if something come open for June. I am renting my own place right now so I may end up renting an apartment there when I have to move in December. Nice place and a great location!

If you’re looking for a great location to live Colorado Pointe is it! Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. The staff is unbelievable, the girls in the office are professional and very informative. The Maintenance guys are just as incredible! Couldn’t ask for a better community.

I have lived here for 3 years and the previous company never got anything done. Now that Cortland has taken over this apartment complex is amazing to live in. The new apartment manager Evelyn, is one of the main reasons I feel that way. Not only is she extremely efficient and productive at meeting my needs as a tenant, she is a joy to talk to as well. It’s nice to know that when I walk into the office, I will be greeted by this wonderful staff. Highly recommend living here and especially talking to Eve to make you feel comfortable and at home!

I just wanted to start off by saying how grateful I am of the new management and especially maintenance. You all have been so on top of it! Overall I’m very pleased because I submitted two maintenance request on 10/06. Andrew and Josue came and completed the request in less than a hour after I submitted it. I liked our property management before because from where I used to live it was already better. The complex recently got taken over by Cortland and oh my gosh the individuals they hired and put in the office have exceeded my expectations from any property management company. Have a problem? Maybe the person you talked to on the phone can't fix it but someone who can will respond to your issue, and most likely have it fixed, within that day or at least the next morning. There are lights in the parking garage I never knew existed ( I have lived here for over a year) and communication about anything happening in the community is done both via email and with a letter so there is NO WAY you will be surprised. All in all I am super glad I signed another lease with this place.

Ive been renting here for about 6 months, The apartments are spacious and property is very clean. Cortland management has really worked hard since taking over, they are open to suggestions. They are honest and are very transparent. I look forward to the progress they make to keep this place awesome to live.

I’ve been a resident for a little over two years and I’ll be the first to admit I had my share of issues, but since Cortland took over it’s been night and day. Things are actually getting fixed, problems are getting resolved and communication nightmares are a thing of the past. The location is great and is within walking distance of tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping - and the neighborhood is quickly expanding. The apartments are reasonably priced and amenities are good. I cannot stress enough how much of a difference the new management has made in less than a month. Keep it up and thank you!

I like this place a lot, so I’m staying for another year. I was really stressed out when it came time to move to a new unit. The good news is that this place is under a new management company entirely. Eve, who manages the front office was so kind and helpful in making sure that the process was as smooth as possible.
