Submitted maintenance request on Tuesday afternoon. Was completed next day before returning home from work. Home was clean, nothing left behind and couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Best maintenance team I have ever had living in an apartment.

I’ve never stayed somewhere where everyone on staff made such an effort to be welcoming. The maintenance crew is super friendly and quick to respond. They even make an effort to remember your name. Same goes for the leasing staff and the manager. Also the apartments are really nice, great finishes, nice views, but a great support team really makes a huge difference.

Cortland Chisholm Trail is a great place to live. As a former homeowner, I can attest that living in this community is as comfortable as being in a house. Everything that you need is within arm’s reach, from ample parking spots that are close to the buildings, to a 24 hr workout facility and cable tv (included), dog park and pet spa. All of these amenities make this community a very nice place to live. Staff is responsive and issues are addressed quickly. The property is very clean and well maintained.

The dishwasher wasn’t working. I put in a request and Shane came right away to repair it on the same day. It took a few hours to repair it but Shane was very thorough and very knowledgable.We are so grateful for his excellent, thoughtful service.

Amazing! This morning I called to get blinds, primary bedroom, countertop, & for a complaint about someone leaving their trash on our door, and people letting their dogs poop right outside our apartment. EVERYTHING got taken care of today including adding in a new pet waste station.

Haven’t had many but the biggest issue I have seen is PARKING!!! I have a handicap placard but rarely can park there or anywhere close because in this building parking is slim. Our building definitely needs more parking close to our building.

This has been the best renter’s experience I have ever had. Trista is amazing, and has been nothing but attentive, accommodating, and considerate throughout our whole application and leasing process. Trista truly takes pride in her job, and goes above and beyond for her clients. A month after our initial meeting, Trista still remembers the little details, preferences, and needs we spoke of. The gym is honestly high class, the rentable office work spaces are so convenient, the saltwater pool reminds me of a beachside getaway, the pavillion area with corn-hole and ping pong ✨️decorated with string lights✨️ is the perfect evening hangout spot, with hammocks waiting nearby! The resident events here are also top tier, can you say frozen piña coladas?! 👀🍹 To top it all off, the staff truly takes pride in keeping the community beautiful and cared for. I would like to take a moment and share my experience living at Cortland Chisholm Trail. I have been a resident for some time now. Even when the Apartments were previously known as The McCoy. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall living conditions have been nothing short of being above reasonable accommodations. One exceptional aspect that truly sets Cortland Chisholm Trail apart is the maintenance service. It's very reassuring to know that if something goes wrong, it will be taken care of promptly and professionally. They have a formidable system in place where they handle any maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours of submitting a work order. I must particularly commend the efforts of our maintenance worker/person, Breon. He has been an absolute gem to the community and has handle probably 95% of any and every work order I have ever submitted. There are no words to describe the joy and peace I have had since I’ve signed my lease at Cortland Chisholm trail. The amenities are always available and properly working. The grounds are well kept. Also there is always something being added on the property that the tenants can enjoy. The icing on the cake is the amazing office staff. They do whatever to let you know that they appreciate you being here. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that’s looking for a place to call home. Definitely five star worthy in my eyes.

This is bar-none the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Now that I have your attention, here's why. 1. The complex is the perfect size. It's not one of those mega-complexes that takes an hour to walk from end to end, it's smaller. That means the staff and management can keep an eye on everything and really get to know you. 2. The STAFF! Liz, Holly and the team are all fantastic people. They are responsive, friendly, and genuinely want to make sure that everything is really good! 3. Maintenance. Let's talk about maintenance. I have never waited more than 24 hours for a maintenance request to be fulfilled, and they do their work well. I have never had to call them back and say that the problem wasn't fixed properly the first time. 4. The rent is pretty solid for what you get. 5. The location is great! You do back up to the freeway and it is admittedly loud but honestly it's not that bad. You're right across from a huge park that just got recently renovated, and you have a ton of food and shopping

I toured the community and had such an amazing experience. I was assisted by leasing consultant Sandra Mayorga. She was extremely helpful and very attentive. I liked all the amenities they had to offer and everything that comes included in the apartment. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend stopping by for a tour.

This apartment is perfect for all types, families, dog owners, young or old. We have a dog and there is a great dog community. All of the staff is very friendly and attentive and love on our pup! There is lots of events. The grounds are always kept clean. They are always updating things. And the location is great, next to everything you could need!

To start, the amenities are wonderful. We have stayed here for over a year now and must say that we are impressed with the hospitality and the quality of service from the staff. Liz, the property manager is always quick to address a concern or to help fix an issue and accommodates her tenants. Another shout out to how quickly and efficiently the property handles their maintenance requests!! Very impressed. Positive experience so far, service requests are responded to quickly and apartment is quite nice. I am a bit frustrated with the internet, since there is only one option which is through the apartment, and speed is not very competitive for the price.

The staff here has been excellent from the start. They are always super helpful and knowledgeable. The complex has plenty of amenities and it's also in a fantastic location. They put on lots of resident events and are some of the friendliest people I've ever met.

I love living at Cortland Chisholm Trail. This is the first place I've lived that has a sense of community. Liz, the community manager, is always outside her office helping residents and taking care of everyone's needs. The place has gotten so much cleaner and better since they hired Matt to pick up grounds. He's always smiling and waving when he sees me walk by. The staff overall is really friendly and unlike anywhere else I've ever lived.

fitness center is great and so is the snack shop. They’ve made a lot of upgrades the last year like putting in a pergola, disc golf, fenced in yards, and more. The staff is super nice and always planning events for the community.

The girls at Cortland Chisholm Trail are simply amazing. It’s so relieving to have an entire team of people committed to excellence! Holly is my agent so I’ve had a chance to work with her multiple times. She has helped me with every single question I’ve had since moving in. Holly and Christy went above and beyond to assist me with transfering units recently and made the whole process, which is usually painful, a breeze. I am blessed to be a part of the Cortland Chisholm Trail community and don’t see myself moving out anytime soon! Sandra, Holly and Christy, you are all amazing at what you do, never change!

We love Cortland Chisolm Trail Apartments in Fort Worth!! We love Holly, Sandra and the rest of the staff here! They are very attentive, very kind and hospitable to the residents and help resolve any issues quickly. We love the actual property. The staff keep it clean and are constantly upgrading the property—since we moved here, they have built a brand new canopy for the hotter months complete with picnic tables, purchased and upgraded the corn hole toss equipment, added a beautiful frisbee golf course, upgraded the landscaping at the pool and many other amenities. We were having trouble with the shipping carriers inputting our packages correctly but Cortland decided to completely remodel the package room into this sleek, digital Amazon room. And don’t get us started about the gorgeous gym—they didn’t grab an old stair master and stick it in a closet and call it a gym. The gym is beautiful. We have lived the past decade in our home and we were anxious about living in an apartment again…but this was the best

Moved in just over a week ago and have loved it so far. Very quite gated community lots of families, couples, and a good mix. A couple of good areas if you have pets as well including a washing station and dog park. Always fun events thrown by the great staff here, speaking of which Sandra Mayorga was our leasing consultant and she was perfect! She stayed on top of everything and was very communicative regarding what information/documents were needed and when and was just overall very friendly/helpful through the whole process. Signing and moving in process was a breeze with her!

Literally an amazing place, very quiet and safe. Being from California this place feels like a little piece of home. Great staff from top to bottom, extremely helpful and never too busy to just listen even if there’s nothing to fix. We love it so much here that our lease is up soon and we can’t decide if we want to leave or just upgrade to something larger since more space is all we need. Thanks for being awesome guys❤️🙏🏽

The Cortland Chisholm Trail staff is wonderful. I want to give a shout out to Sandra Mayorga, Christy, and Holly for exceptional service. Sandra has been there to answer questions, walk me through an app or two, and more. Christy has been great from the minute we walked in to look at an apartment. Holly went above and beyond to help us when we had a family emergency. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and quiet living here at Cortland Chisholm Trail. This is a great place to live.

My son and I went in to enquirer about leasing a apartment. Ms Sandra gave us the most excellent experience when showing us the property. They offer so many amenities an mind you, you are in walking distance from food, shopping and even a movie theater then they are steady building more places. These are the first apartments that I have lived at that actually have the luxury amenities they advertise. Holli, Liz, Sandra, and Christy are all absolutely amazing and they always ensure the property is well maintained. They’re the most diligent and professional staff that I have had the pleasure of working with. I couldn’t be happier with how my move in went and the fact that I was able to move in earlier than anticipated was a big plus. So happy to finally have a place that I can be proud to call home!

"Sandra Mayorga" has been an absolute jewel going above an beyond her reasonable service she took the time to not only show us the details of specific areas of the community she patiently answered myself an my husbands questions and walked us through the application process. I have not had one request un-met or had long response time. I love the feel of the community this is TRULY apartment Home living.

The front office staff is welcoming and so sweet! Holly, Christy, Sandra, and Liz work as a team and are always on the same page. They are always ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. I have been here over a month and I love it. My husband is deployed and they have been so incredibly helpful during our transition. 10/10 would recommend!

I was helped by Sandra who was very kind and attentive she gave a quick in-depth tour it’s a gated community so it makes me feel safer and they have a pool and a 24hr gym plus the property is in a good location so it was one of the better properties I visited this week. It’s also in a very good location and easy to find on maps I would 100% recommend this property Sandra was great!

I love these apartments with all of the amenities and things that are available to the tenants. Liz and Holly are the best, they make sure everything is safe and secure around the apartment complex. Was here for the summer on a work lease. Holli, Liz and staff did an amazing job at making it an amazing place to live. I travel every summer and this is my fav place I’ve lived in 7 years. The staff always was available to help with whatever complaints or issues. Plenty of amenities, the gym is really nice, the pool is well maintained and there’s a great dog park available. Only complaint was my neighbors above me were either in an Irish jig club or had starred in the 2000’s hit movie, ‘stomp the yard’ with some of the foot noise I had to hear above me.

Beautiful property and spacious floor plans. The two bedroom plan had lots of kitchen cabinets, more than I’ve seen in some single family homes! I didn’t see a one bedroom but that’s not what I would be getting anyway. Highly recommend. Lots of convenient shopping and eating close by. Super nice staff too.

Amazing amenities, best gym I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex. They even have office spaces for rent! Chelsea in the office was very helpful and attentive in showing me around. May have to move closer to Dallas for work but if I can be anywhere near Fort Worth then I’ll be at The McCoy!

Chelsea Pollard was an excellent help when it came to picking out the perfect apartment for me. Chelsea was extremely open with me about the whole move-in process, the community, and advised me of everything I needed to know before deciding on my final place to move.
