I’ve had a great experience living at Cortland Chisholm Trail. The leasing team is incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents.. they made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. The service team deserves a huge shoutout as well. Maintenance requests are completed promptly, and the team is always courteous and respectful of your space. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community in top shape. The amenities are a big highlight! Everything is clean, well maintained, and actually enjoyable to use. From the pool area to the fitness center and shared spaces, it really feels like a place you can relax and unwind. Overall, it’s a well run community with a great atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to live!

I did a virtual tour today and it was amazing! I’m moving from out of state and when looking for apartments I have struggled with apartment complex’s being willing to do a virtual tour of a couple units (that I pre selected). But getting in touch with Cortland they were willing to do a FaceTime tour with no issue! Jordan was helping me and was so friendly, kind and upfront on everything. I loved the tour and her so much I decided to go ahead and apply for a unit. I will also mention these are the best apartments I have seen in Fort Worth and the prices are great for the size and amenities!

Love this place! They really care about the residents and try to continuously improve the property. Their repair staff are amazing! Kelvin & Rodrigo are always extremely prepared, professional and helpful. They ALWAYS get the job done right the first time. It is quite astounding to me that they always arrive so quickly after I put in my repair request; typically they arrive to repair the same day the request is made! Their work ethic is so inspiring and frees up our family schedule to do other things rather than waiting on repairs. Again we love this place!

This community is amazing. I’d say it’s the best apartment community I’ve lived at, and I’ve lived at quite a few. The amenities are great and the property is really spacious, which is great if you have a dog. The staff is also extremely helpful and prompt with great communication - and Tiara specifically has been a rockstar all the way back to when we did our first tour of the property. No complaints whatsoever.

I was fortunate to get a chance to work at this property for a short time. It was definitely one of the most beautiful and peaceful properties I have ever been. It’s private, well kept, clean, safe, and has a very friendly neighbor atmosphere. When completing service requests I got to experience this first hard. I chose to stay working at the property I was originally at just because the drive was too far to Chisholm and I enjoyed Valerie as my manager. I was bummed out, but she explained to me to look further ahead and see that all things happen for a reason. She also explained that just because you don’t walk through a door, mean a better one won’t open up. She told me to stay determined, always stay growing and learning, and never give up on what you want to become. Cortland Chisholm was an amazing apartment complex with and outstanding staff. I lived here for a year before moving out of state and then back for 5 months for work again before moved out of state for work again. Jordan and the team made moving in and out so easy. My experience at Cortland Chisholm Trail has been amazing. The office staff has been wonderful. Tiara and Jordan truly care about their residents. You are always greeted with a smile and and concerns are resolved promptly. They are very community orientated and often host fun community events (Bingo Night, Yappy Hour, Valentines Day Bouquet Bar, Gingerbread decorating... just to name a few). The property is very well kept and they also have a wonderful maintenance team as well.

I used to live nearby in a place that was run and managed very differently than this place and it is night and day! I became injured at my old place when I slipped on ice taking my dogs to the dog park to go potty and needed a first floor in a place that wasn’t so run down. I showed up on crutches to do a tour and Tiara was super sweet and helpful. We found a first floor that fit my needs and I moved in shortly after. My porch has a large drop but no steps so I asked if we could maybe get some more pavers and mulch to make the step down easier on my injured knees and they installed a ramp with handrails! Then I won the porch decorating contest in March and got a nespresso machine for winning first place! This complex is amazing and I am so happy I moved here. Everyone is so nice, quick to respond, quick to help, quick to fix things and be accommodating. It’s really be amazing, especially that they remember you and are always so kind and seem to be excited to see you in the front office.

They went through a management change but I’ve noticed a lot of efforts from the new team in getting to know their residents - even knowing names by heart. They host a lot of events and I notice them out on property a lot more and it looks very beautiful much like the photos online. What you see is what you get!

I’ve lived here for almost a year now and I’m very pleased with the leasing office and the maintenance team. Anytime I have a question they respond quickly. I even needed helping installing a bidet and asked if they’d come take the toilet lid off for me, they actually went ahead and installed it completely for me. Very thankful for them and love living here!

I am so grateful for the wonderful team at Cortland Chisholm Trail! They consistently come up with fresh ideas and activities for residents every month. For Christmas, the kids had a great time decorating ornaments and wrapping gifts together. During Thanksgiving, the team did an amazing job preparing the turkey, and it was delicious! The maintenance crew here is super friendly and quick to respond. They even make an effort to remember your name. Same goes for the leasing staff and the manager. Also the apartments are really nice, great finishes, nice views, and they have two Blink chargers for charging your EV. Ivan on the maintenance crew is very thoughtful and generous and you can tell he cares. Same goes for everyone else on staff that I’ve interacted with.

I have been here for two months so far, and I am happy to call this place home. I viewed the property way in advance prior to signing and the leasing staff was wonderful from then throughout today. Brooklyn and Christy were very welcoming during the onboarding process. This complex is VERY well-kept and welcoming to pets, especially dogs. It is peaceful here and on around probably 3 acres, maybe more - all fenced. There are lots of kids and young adults using the amenities and still keeping it clean. The groundskeeper and maintenance tech are both awesome and whoever they contract out to do their landscaping is top-notch for a rental property. The pictures on Google are sub-par but in person, the outdoor spaces are beautiful. As soon as I visited I knew this was the place! The only downside I could even come up with is how thin the walls are, and you can hear most actions of your neighbors around and above you. I downsized from a downtown apartment to move further away from the city and there are so many good

Me and my girlfriend have currently lived here since June and it’s been a pleasant and great experience with the staff since before move in date! these buildings being some of the new builds offer great layouts and space! The amenities that Cortland offers are amazing and very inviting. Luckily we haven’t had many issues and the couple that we have had have been addressed the same day within the span of a hour or two, the team is great and their communication towards us has been fantastic.

I have lived at Cortland Chisholm Trail now for about 2 years. I am happy to call this place my home. I feel safe here, and I know that the staff (both office and maintenance) truly care about me as a resident! I love the fact that the entire team gets to know you by name. I also have enjoyed the numerous events that are held each month. This really makes me feel appreciated & adds value to my living experience overall. Cortland Chisholm Trail is a very nice property, it's very clean and well kept up, as far as landscaping. The office staff is very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me a good vibe as to knowing that I am looking to rent from them in the near future. The maintenance staff very polite as well. The personalities of the people working there, overall, is amazing. I wish there were more people in the world with personalities and manners like the staff at Cortland Chisholm Trail. They make one feel like they are part of the Chisholm Trail family.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a couple of weeks and everything has gone great! Brooklyn was superbly helpful and responsive since I toured with her to get the needed documents for my move in. She communicated everything and would always respond and answer any questions I had. The amenities are very well maintained and they do many events to keep the community involved. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex especially for any pet owners as they have their own track as well!!!

The complex is beautiful! I love the workspace offices! It gives me an opportunity to get out of my apartment but not leave home! I love the gym, the dog park and the walking trail! It’s like resort style living that looks and feels like a cozy homelike community.

This place is an absolute dream to live at! The unit itself is so homey and modern. The layout is perfect for us empty nesters. The kitchen is my favorite!! So many cabinets, sooo much countertop space. The community is great! It’s very peaceful here. The staff is amazing! Super friendly and they genuinely care about their residents. Cortland Chisholm Trail is a great place to live. As a former homeowner, I can attest that living in this community is as comfortable as being in a house. Everything that you need is within arm’s reach, from ample parking spots that are close to the buildings, to a 24 hr workout facility and cable tv (included), dog park and pet spa. This has been the best renter’s experience I have ever had. Trista is amazing, and has been nothing but attentive, accommodating, and considerate throughout our whole application and leasing process. Trista truly takes pride in her job, and goes above and beyond for her clients. A month after our initial meeting, Trista still remembers the little details, preferences, and needs we spoke of. The gym is honestly high class, the rentable office work spaces are so convenient, the saltwater pool reminds me of a beachside getaway, the pavillion area with corn-hole and ping pong ✨️decorated with string lights✨️ is the perfect evening hangout spot, with hammocks waiting nearby! The resident events here are also top tier, can you say frozen piña coladas?! 👀🍹 To top it all off, the staff truly takes pride in keeping the community beautiful and cared for. I love this place! When I visited, I was greeted by Vikki who showed me the loveliest apartment. Since I am not looking to move until November so other places would not give me a tour or information since they knew I was not going to lease that day. The other ladies in the office have been keeping in contact with me and keeping me updated on the community. I can't wait to move in!

I would like to take a moment and share my experience living at Cortland Chisholm Trail. I have been a resident for some time now. Even when the Apartments were previously known as The McCoy. The level of service, attention to detail, and overall living conditions have been nothing short of being above reasonable accommodations. One exceptional aspect that truly sets Cortland Chisholm Trail apart is the maintenance service. It's very reassuring to know that if something goes wrong, it will be taken care of promptly and professionally. They have a formidable system in place where they handle any maintenance requests within 24 to 48 hours of submitting a work order. I must particularly commend the efforts of our maintenance worker/person, Breon. He has been an absolute gem to the community and has handle probably 95% of any and every work order I have ever submitted. His work ethic is commendable, and he goes above and beyond to ensure that every maintenance issue is resolved swiftly and efficiently. His profes

I toured with Christy and she showed me all the amenities and the Worth floor plan. It was the smallest apartment they had to offer but it had a ton of space. The kitchen was nice and spacious, with amazing closet space. I am going to love living here. I can't wait to host the next game night.

There are no words to describe the joy and peace I have had since I’ve signed my lease at Cortland Chisholm trail. The amenities are always available and properly working. The grounds are well kept. Also there is always something being added on the property that the tenants can enjoy. The icing on the cake is the amazing office staff. They do whatever to let you know that they appreciate you being here. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that’s looking for a place to call home. Definitely five star worthy in my eyes.

One thing I would suggest is a better more thorough clean after a previous resident has moved out, especially if they had an animal. The apartment wasn't as clean as we would have liked; it also had a smell. We were able to clean up and get everything situated pretty quickly though! Holi was the first person I met when I first came to this apartment community. She is super professional and friendly! She even helped me find the best floor plan for my needs. This is bar-none the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. Now that I have your attention, here's why. 1. The complex is the perfect size. It's not one of those mega-complexes that takes an hour to walk from end to end, it's smaller. That means the staff and management can keep an eye on everything and really get to know you. 2. The STAFF! Liz, Holly and the team are all fantastic people. They are responsive, friendly, and genuinely want to make sure that everything is really good! 3. Maintenance. Let's talk about maintenance. I have never waited more than 24 hours for a maintenance request to be fulfilled, and they do their work well. I have never had to call them back and say that the problem wasn't fixed properly the first time. 4. The rent is pretty solid for what you get. 5. The location is great! You do back up to the freeway and it is admittedly loud but honestly it's not that bad. You're right across from a huge park that just got recently renovated, and you have a ton of food and shopping

Went down to the leasing office had one of the maintenance/facility guys help me request a work order through the app. Very simple and easy next day fixed the area with some touch up paint. I love living at Cortland Chisholm Trail. This is the first place I've lived that has a sense of community. Liz, the community manager, is always outside her office helping residents and taking care of everyone's needs. The place has gotten so much cleaner and better since they hired Matt to pick up grounds. He's always smiling and waving when he sees me walk by. The staff overall is really friendly and unlike anywhere else I've ever lived.

The girls at Cortland Chisholm Trail are simply amazing. It’s so relieving to have an entire team of people committed to excellence! We love Cortland Chisolm Trail Apartments in Fort Worth!! We love Holly, Sandra and the rest of the staff here! They are very attentive, very kind and hospitable to the residents and help resolve any issues quickly. We love the actual property. The staff keep it clean and are constantly upgrading the property—since we moved here, they have built a brand new canopy for the hotter months complete with picnic tables, purchased and upgraded the corn hole toss equipment, added a beautiful frisbee golf course, upgraded the landscaping at the pool and many other amenities. We were having trouble with the shipping carriers inputting our packages correctly but Cortland decided to completely remodel the package room into this sleek, digital Amazon room. And don’t get us started about the gorgeous gym—they didn’t grab an old stair master and stick it in a closet and call it a gym. The gym is beautiful. We have lived the past decade in our home and we were anxious about living in an apartment again…but this was the best

Moved in just over a week ago and have loved it so far. Very quite gated community lots of families, couples, and a good mix. A couple of good areas if you have pets as well including a washing station and dog park. Always fun events thrown by the great staff here, speaking of which Sandra Mayorga was our leasing consultant and she was perfect! She stayed on top of everything and was very communicative regarding what information/documents were needed and when and was just overall very friendly/helpful through the whole process. Signing and moving in process was a breeze with her!

Literally an amazing place, very quiet and safe. Being from California this place feels like a little piece of home. The office staff is great! Always friendly and helpful! And the Apartments themselves are very well taken care of!

Was here for the summer on a work lease. Holli, Liz and staff did an amazing job at making it an amazing place to live. I travel every summer and this is my fav place I’ve lived in 7 years. The staff always was available to help with whatever complaints or issues. Plenty of amenities, the gym is really nice, the pool is well maintained and there’s a great dog park available. Only complaint was my neighbors above me were either in an Irish jig club or had starred in the 2000’s hit movie, ‘stomp the yard’ with some of the foot noise I had to hear above me.

This is an awesome place to live. Sandra, Liz and the other ladies are the absolute best. This is not a cheesy review written by staff. Its real oh and we have an awesome snack shop.

Beautiful property and spacious floor plans. The two bedroom plan had lots of kitchen cabinets, more than I’ve seen in some single family homes! I didn’t see a one bedroom but that’s not what I would be getting anyway. Highly recommend. Lots of convenient shopping and eating close by. Super nice staff too.

Went by Cortland Chisholm Trail today looking for my new apartment and love the staff and spoke with Liz the community manager and she was so helpful with me and showed me around the beautiful community so looking forward to making a decision soon.

Took my son to an resident event with a friend. The kids had such a blast and can’t wait for another event to attend. The area is so beautiful and well taken care of. I love how open the community is. The staff and residences were super nicely and welcomed us right on in.

Love these apartments, the 2 bedroom has a ton of space. There are a lot of amenities, great staff and maintenance is very helpful; I recommend living here.

Amazing amenities, best gym I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex. They even have office spaces for rent! Chelsea in the office was very helpful and attentive in showing me around. May have to move closer to Dallas for work but if I can be anywhere near Fort Worth then I’ll be at The McCoy!

My move in process was seamless. I relocated here from North Fort Worth and I'm really happy with the location I chose. This complex is so new and clean. My favorite amenity is the Gym- the equipment is updated and new. Chelsea and Sharmane are super friendly and I appreciate all your help!

Chelsea Pollard was an excellent help when it came to picking out the perfect apartment for me. Chelsea was extremely open with me about the whole move-in process, the community, and advised me of everything I needed to know before deciding on my final place to move. Overall I am impressed with the community and what it has to offer and it starts from the front office. Excellent staff and a beautiful community!

I have been here for 1 month now, and it has been amazing. The facility is clean, quiet, and has a great little convenient store. The staff is friendly, responsive always easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a place to call home that is spacious, calm and near everything you need, look no further.
