Been here for about 2 years now. At first it was rocky! Since Nakita and her team took over the place has done a complete 360! If you lived here a while, then you can tell the difference. Between the office team and maintenance, this place is kept up very well and it feels like home. I haven’t had one unanswered email or maintenance request. They remember who we are and what apartment we live in. Great management makes a difference, especially in a place like this! I’ll stay as long as they will!

We went to view the 3 bedroom apartment today with Kris. He was friendly, very thorough and answered all my questions. Love the apartment, lots of closet space , a great size for family’s . Community is clean and well maintained. We signed a lease. I can’t wait to move in.

My brother a roomate and I just moved in and we absolutely love it so much! The entire staff is wonderful and prompt with maintenance request. The entire property is gorgeous! If you’re thinking about moving here; DO IT.

Soooo, 1st and foremost EDDIE, EDDIE, EDDIE! From the moment I walked in and spoke with him he was so amazing. He really took his time to explain everything and he went above and beyond to show me little details that really capture the best of this beautiful place, the time and efforts that were made to make this entire complex as beautiful as it is. I lived in this area from 2019-2021 in a different complex, and to see how much it has grown is mind blowing! This complex is so nice so beautiful and I am so excited to move in! Thank you Eddie <3

My brother and I didn’t get in yet but we just signed the application with the help of Kayla! Her attention and friendliness are what got me from the beginning. I’m crossing my fingers and toes and sending positive energy. I really love this property

My wife and I have lived at 2 other Cortland properties in NC prior to moving to this location. This has been the best Cortland move in experience we’ve had. I can’t say enough good things about Joi, Cynthia and Kayla! They were amazing. I drove from NC straight here I think 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday because I really wanted to see the unit before applying and they made it happen. Then I was having difficulties with the portal and with a new job didn’t have time to call before closing so I had to wait until Wednesday to submit everything and they still made it possible for me to move in that Friday. I feel very confident that we will be here for a very long time to come. Also side note, the pictures on the website don’t do the property justice. Come take a tour, this place is amazing!

I’ve had a great experience living here! Jeannie has such an incredibly positive energy and is always willing to help — truly the best customer service I’ve received since moving in. I also want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance and cleaning team. Good energy, good people all around. Really appreciate everything they do!

My parents recently moved in, and so far it’s been a great apartment complex. Management is responsive, maintenance is quick, and Elizabeth has been especially helpful and always attentive.
