I had went downstairs to get something out of my car came back upstairs and realized my battery was dead on my door lock. I had called the leasing office and Elizabeth picked up, she quickly put in an emergency maintenance order. Jose was at my door in less than five seconds. Absolutely love the place I call home. I’ve been here about a year and half now. They offer all amenities necessary and then some. The aesthetic is definitely pleasing and the staff provides, excellent service. Only suggestion is assigning parking by units or something similar.

For the reviews that are saying this place is bad, I’m here to say it’s not. We are new residents and I can say the place has been quiet, clean, and stunning! Elizabeth, Kayla, Marco, and Nate have been wonderful and held our hand throughout the application and move-in process. I want to address those bad reviews… they all moved in before the complex was complete. The Cortland ChampionsGate complex is brand spanking new, about 2 years old now. The first-movers should have expected a NEW COMPLEX to have some faults at first. However, I can say Cortland ChampionsGate has really worked on themselves. There are cameras in the mail room (I checked) and I did not see any pests. The WiFi worked just fine and from what I heard from the other residents, the WiFi works 99% of the time (they only had 2 outages that were not their fault. A semi truck hit a pole). If you’re a remote worker, you shouldn’t rely on your apartment complex’s WiFi anyway. I also have not seen any animal waste anywhere and again, everything was

No complaints so far. The service calls are amazing. With the maintenance staff, I have had minor situations and didn’t want to attempt to mess with anything in the apartment myself. I have had help from maintenance multiple times with Cheo. He is great. He does not make me feel silly for calling for any of my requests or stopping him for general information. Every time the job is done, very friendly on the job and also when I see him out and about the community. Ps We did move in when no amenities was available but it didn’t take long to become available nor was I bothered as The apartment is beautiful. Kids love it. Thank you to the maintenance staff Cheo. You have made us feel at home and helped us enjoy our place more. 💚

New review update … After careful consideration of living here for months, I have decided to update my review Clearly, my review was based on mostly the maintenance guy Cheo Specifically. Now I have come to the realization this is not a luxury apartment. Poop everywhere, glass everywhere, garbage food everywhere, and I mean on the parking lot on the sidewalk in the grass. Definitely not safe for your pets. Internet cuts off randomly. I’ve been living here for a year now, and I had disconnection more than a handful of times causing me to not work from home for days in at a time. Even when the Internet is working, the connection is terrible. Package stolen missing.!! When lockers are full?, weed smell in the hallways. Also, definitely love being called all the time when someone is at the gate trying to get inside as if they can’t contact the person who they are trying to reach inside the gate!! As a prospective resident looking to lease an apartment I was very impressed with this community. As a community it is well maintained and has some great amenities that makes it stand out like the clubhouse sky bar. I work from home and having a place to switch up and answer some emails somewhere else is great. Wilfredo, the leasing associate, who took me on my tour was very friendly and kind. I had a list of questions that he answered without hesitation. You can tell he enjoys the community he works for and knows everything about it. Great property and great staff, I would recommend taking a look here if you like quality and good amenities.

I want to start by saying what an amazing leasing consultant we had. Wilfredo’s customer service by far the best I’ve had in the last 3 weeks we’ve been searching for a home for my family of 4. He took his time to show me the requested unit. & also exceeded my expectations by showing a townhome. & thanks to Wilfredo we chose the townhome the process for the application was smooth. We had an issue with the screening department on their behalf & it took longer than expected but that was not Wilfredo’s wrong doing. He in fact assisted me in giving me the tools I needed to connect to the correct department in order to get the answers I needed. He made sure he explained the seasonal incentive the leasing office had for the month of July & also walked us through the process. To finalize my review I am delighted to say Wilfredo was my leasing consultant. If i had to do it all over again I would choose him with my eyes closed.

Amazing New Apartments, I am proud to say I am a resident of this location. Champions Gate is such a charming community and Cortland is the best at what they do. You get so many amazing resort style amenities. From multiple sky lounges with pool tables and glass balcony views to the pool. The pool is an amazing resort style pool with a family friendly atmosphere. I’m so thankful for our leasing office staff. They work so well together and I really appreciate the hospitality they offer us. Overall is been an amazing experience so far and I’m excited to continue my living journey with Cortland at Champions Gate.

I recently put in a service request and it was a great experience. Cheo came with his usual friendly smile and great attitude. I met him initially for my move in orientation and he was great then as well. He really goes above any beyond for residents here, he makes it a point to remember your name and have a friendly conversation even when seeing him just in passing. He is always open to answer questions and willing to help. The way he treats and interacts with residents makes it obvious that he is someone who truly enjoys his job. Ashley diligently helped me ensure all of the proper paperwork and documents were uploaded so there were no issues with the background check and getting set up to move. It blows my mind that people think it’s the peoples fault that work here peoples cars got broke into, even with gates locked if people want to climb the gates they can and also how do you know it wasn’t people who lived here, other properties in the area were also broke into and they have their gates closed, yea we all want the amenities but you also can’t force people to work, getting construction workers can be hard and I feel like this why move in a building when you view it if you see it’s not finished just to complain, I have lived here six months and yea it was not smooth sailing could have been better but I’m not going to get on here and bash the workers I moved here knowing the pool was not ready, these are lovely apartments we live in a great area it’s safe but even safe community have bad things happen, the kinks I am sure will be worked out problem is people have no patience next time maybe choose an apt that’s established rant over I love our pool def not a bad place to live it’s very fancy

I would like to thank Cheo and Jose, two men on the maintenance staff at Cortland ChampionsGate, for keeping everything on the property looking great and in good condition. Besides being highly competent, they are always friendly and make it a point to know the residents here by name. I once asked Cheo how he remembers the names of everyone and he replied, “It’s part of my job”. As a resident here, it’s nice to be recognized and greeted by name with a smile, especially considering this is a large complex. Cheo and Jose start their jobs early in the morning and I doubt that many people realize how hard they work and the contribution they make to the excellent appearance of Cortland ChampionsGate. I’ve heard people comment on how free of trash the property is and they don’t know that these two men are walking the entire property early in the morning picking up trash and dog waste from the previous day before they start on their other maintenance work. No complaints so far. The service calls are amazing. With the maintenance staff, I have had minor situations and didn’t want to attempt to mess with anything in the apartment myself. I have had help from maintenance multiple times with Cheo. He is great. He does not make me feel silly for calling for any of my requests or stopping him for general information. Every time the job is done, very friendly on the job and also when I see him out and about the community. Ps We did move in when no amenities was available but it didn’t take long to become available nor was I bothered as The apartment is beautiful. Kids love it. Thank you to the maintenance staff Cheo. You have made us feel at home and helped us enjoy our place more. 💚

My review is for the Maintenance Team they have here at Cortland Championsgate, Cheo specifically! Cheo did my Maintenance tour on my move in date 2 weeks ago and he was so kind and detailed going through everything in the apartment. He let me know that if I ever had a question regarding repairs or work orders that they always try to get them done as soon as possible! He truly is very humble and kind hearted, always has a smile on his face and always willing to help! I was also able to co-ordinate with him to come and mount 2 of my TVs and he was super fast and efficient! Overall he makes me feel like I made the best decision in making Cortland Championsgate my new home. I also want to note that Xià, the Assistant Property Manager is absolutely amazing. Very understanding and willing to help through every situation.

So far my experience with Cortland at Champions Gate has been warm, welcoming, and inviting. Susan truly is one of the best leasing agents and even took time late at night on a day off to answer a question. She has been so knowledgeable and really lets the apartments and quality speak for itself! I have never toured an apartment and fell in love with it purely on the apartment itself. Susan made the tour and applying easy and painless. She even helped me brainstorm where my things can go in the apartment. So far I am blown away by the leasing staff and the quality of apartment! I am excited to move here! After 6 months, I have continued to love living here! The events the team puts on are amazing! We had a wine and paint night which was amazing. Most recently we did a murder mystery event which was so much fun and had everyone working together.

Chau, the leasing agent, is absolutely wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer any and all questions I had while being very understanding of my budget. She has kept in contact with me after the tour and has shown that Cortland cares about their potential new residents over any of the other 3 neighboring luxury apartments I have toured. My 4 star comes in because while I enjoyed the complex and the safe, hidden location off of Champions Gate, I didn’t realize how unfinished the property still is. At the time of my tour 11/13/23, the pool, gym, and access controlled gates are all under construction. She reassured me we wouldn’t be paying for any of those amenities until they become available for use, projected to be done rather soon, but for the price range, size of the apartment, and overall location commute, I had to back out and look elsewhere. The traffic to get there was just terrible. I currently reside in Celebration, and this place is 11 minutes away without traffic, too

November 1 edit. My husband and I are extremely disappoint and underwhelmed about our experience at Cortland Championsgate. Amenities are not ready, construction is a mess, there's no support or ETA on when those will be completed (given that they had said July and then September - they problably don't want to commit to another date that they will not be able to meet). The place has huge potential but unfortunately upper management does not care about residents. Brandon has been extremely helpful throughout the process and we understand he tried all that he could. Unfortunately, we will be moving out once our lease expires. Cinthia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, my fiancé and I are extremely happy with the service provided and cannot wait until we move in in May.

I want to thank Chau for making my husband and I feel welcome and being attentive the minute we walked in the office on 09/14/2023. She explained everything and answered all of our questions. The place is beautiful, clean and love the location away from the highway. Unfortunaly we weren't ready to get the process going at the moment and since the market is very unpredictable the prices went up within 3 weeks of our visit. We won't be able to make this place our home but best of luck to the future residents it's a lovely place and you will be in great hands. This beautifully appointed apartment was so spacious. The kitchen was modern with elegant appliances. The bathrooms were also spacious and modern 10 plus on the closet space as well. Susan gave us the tour. She was so welcoming and excited about this wonderful property she made us feel like we were home! I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of Susan, she was extremely polite offered me some refreshments before we went on the tour. As we were touring she explained for instance the pool. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my question to my satisfaction. Oh and I loved the fountain it's amazing also, the apartment was extremely clean with the appliances I would certainly move in and recommend this property to friends and family thank you. I am so glad I ended up leasing with Cortland Championsgate. The application & lease process was so quick and smooth. Brandon really worked hard to get me into the apartment as fast as possible taking into consideration my circumstances. The apartment itself is so spacious and the appliances and fixtures are high quality and modern. The layout of my apartment is perfect for my needs. Although there is still a building under construction, it has not disturbed me at all. Can’t wait for all the amenities to be completed!

I never leave ratings but for this apartment complex I will! This place is by far the most beautiful and welcoming place I have ever lived at! The staff and maintenance team are so kind hearted and friendly! Brandon helped me move in and he was super funny and pleasant to talk with! The area is very safe, clean, and not in a tourist filled area unlike most places. Highly recommend this place :)

very pleased with the community and how they handle situations. I had stayed at my father's house a couple of days ago and a/c went out. Not only that was 9pm at night they sent someone to fix it. The gentleman that came in to fix (Giovanni) was very polite and happy that he had came in.oh and by the way he end up fixing it and working. I recommend him to anyone.

What really impressed me about Brittany and Marcos is that while they are very professional, they are also very human. They treated me like a person and not just a number, which made a big difference in my experience. Beautiful apartments tucked away in an urban oasis! Nearby to shopping, restaurants and close by to all of Orlando’s theme parks. The modern apartment homes have spacious kitchens and bathrooms, with granite countertop throughout. A lot of thought went into the little details. I also found the office staff to be super helpful, with both Brandon and Susan being very polite and professional in assisting my needs.

I've yet to see an apartment with a layout quite like this. I fell in love the moment I walked into the beautiful foyer. Having an entrance place like that felt like a home. Kitchen and living space with the big windows. Hosting a party on there outdoor space seems dreamy. Thank you to the staff for being kind and patient with me. Absolutely loving living at Cortland ChampionsGate! It’s a very peaceful complex and probably the friendliest and most responsive resident staff I’ve ever experienced. Have only been here a couple months but there have already been fun events hosted including a couple really great local food trucks for the residents! Units are refreshing and modernized and the property is VERY clean and well maintained. Happy with our decision!

I love, love love it here! Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and has the best natural light! The team here truly makes you feel like family and are so attentive!! Brandon, Susan, Marcos and Giovanni have made this transition from Chicago to Florida easily one of the best decisions we have made. Although there is still construction taking place on the pool, gym and some of the buildings it is crazy to think about how much I enjoy it here currently and knowing that it is only going to get better 😁

I had never seen these details in an apartment home before: valet trash service that stays out of the hall way and is easy to use from inside your apartment. We have a corner unit that includes a spacious mudroom/entry way with coat hooks and a bench! Everything we could ever ask for!

Cortland at ChampionsGate is an incredible property! It is brand new, still being built in some areas of the complex. It is beautifully designed and appointed with the residents in mind. The staff in the leasing office as well at the maintenance and oversight folks are top notch and wonderful. This environment is so much like a family and people look out for each other and genuinely care and want to help. I took to searching for an apartment due to issues at our previous address. I researched for days online to find all the pieces to make my wife happy. In doing so I continued to see and admire Cortland as a leasing partner. Let’s say I am thankful for the time others put into their reviews and rather than be selfish, I will share. Upon my review: Cortland had the deep full size tub which my wife has been deprived of for sometime now. Cortland had a walk in full size shower with full glass door. The ability to open the door towards the shower head and adjust the temp to your liking and step into the shower and close the door behind is just brilliant. Sure the doors exist elsewhere as well but the decision to use them in their design of your home in effort to provide a comfortable user friendly shower shows the organization cares for me and my wife. So far my experience with Cortland at Champions Gate has been warm, welcoming, and inviting. Susan truly is one of the best leasing agents and even took time late at night on a day off to answer a question. She has been so knowledgeable and really lets the apartments and quality speak for itself! I have never toured an apartment and fell in love with it purely on the apartment itself. Susan made the tour and applying easy and painless. She even helped me brainstorm where my things can go in the apartment. So far I am blown away by the leasing staff and the quality of apartment! I can’t wait to move in at the end of the month UPDATE: All moved in everything went amazing, Giovanni from maintenance has been amazing! Our thermostat wasn’t connecting to Internet and he came right away to replace it and get it set up. He showed us how all the appliances work and was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve lived in several apartments in this area and cortland tops all of them from the spacious living room, stainless steel everything and bathroom of my dreams! Adore my friendly neighbors Oh and sunsets from my balcony are so dreamy! if you want to impress your family and friends this is definitely the place to be! My boyfriend and I are extremely pleased with Cortland and we haven’t even moved in yet! Joi was our leasing agent and we cannot thank her enough for her patience during our stressful time trying to move. She made everything so easy! We cannot wait to be there soon! 😃❤️

We LOVE it here! Heather, Marcos, and Brittany have been so helpful and responsive and not just during the lease signing and moving process. They really make themselves available for the residents. The units are gorgeous and the ceilings are incredibly high. My wife and I work from home and we pinch ourselves everytime we walk in. Our cats love it here too 😁

My time with Cortland and their staff has by far been the smoothest, most professional and caring group of people i have met when it comes to helping me find the perfect apartment for myself. They answered all my questions promptly, and helped me every step of the way for my application process. Heather is a sweetheart and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Our move in experience at Cortland Champions Gate was nothing but amazing! Cynthia was so helpful and made sure we had a smooth move in. From the application process all the way to the day of our move in, Cynthia made sure everything was taken care of. The maintenance staff checked in on everything and made sure everything was working well. I would definitely recommend Cortland Champions Gate for your future residence!

My move In experience at Cortland Championsgate Gate today was seemless!! There was an organized move in schedule for the apartment homes 💯 The staff (office personnel, exterior specialist/windows balcony, maintenance, interior cosmetics) were all extremely helpful ensuring that everything was in working order and that we understood how to utilize all that our apartment home has to offer. I truly give thanks to Enjoli (Joi) who did a spectacular job with my application process and also minimized my anxiety of move in day!!
