Amazing New Apartments, I am proud to say I am a resident of this location. Champions Gate is such a charming community and Cortland is the best at what they do. You get so many amazing resort style amenities. From multiple sky lounges with pool tables and glass balcony views to the pool. The pool is an amazing resort style pool with a family friendly atmosphere. I’m so thankful for our leasing office staff. They work so well together and I really appreciate the hospitality they offer us. Overall is been an amazing experience so far and I’m excited to continue my living journey with Cortland at Champions Gate.

I recently put in a service request and it was a great experience. Cheo came with his usual friendly smile and great attitude. I met him initially for my move in orientation and he was great then as well. He really goes above any beyond for residents here, he makes it a point to remember your name and have a friendly conversation even when seeing him just in passing. He is always open to answer questions and willing to help. The way he treats and interacts with residents makes it obvious that he is someone who truly enjoys his job. Overall the maintenance guys here have been great and their help is always appreciated.

I am a new resident and everyone throughout the application/move in process has been nothing short of awesome. Ashley diligently helped me ensure all of the proper paperwork and documents were uploaded so there were no issues with the background check and getting set up to move. She was always willing to help and was so nice. Will was super friendly and made sure we were set up for success on my move in day getting the paperwork ready. He was so welcoming and nice, a great welcome to the community. Cheo walked me to my unit and made sure everything in the apartment worked and went into great detail on how everything works and who to reach out to for any questions.

It blows my mind that people think it’s the peoples fault that work here peoples cars got broke into, even with gates locked if people want to climb the gates they can and also how do you know it wasn’t people who lived here, other properties in the area were also broke into and they have their gates closed, yea we all want the amenities but you also can’t force people to work, getting construction workers can be hard and I feel like this why move in a building when you view it if you see it’s not finished just to complain, I have lived here six months and yea it was not smooth sailing could have been better but I’m not going to get on here and bash the workers I moved here knowing the pool was not ready, these are lovely apartments we live in a great area it’s safe but even safe community have bad things happen, the kinks I am sure will be worked out problem is people have no patience next time maybe choose an apt that’s established rant over I love our pool def not a bad place to live it’s very fancy

I recently moved into Cortland , and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made the leasing process smooth and stress-free especially Xia, who guided me through every step.. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations - it's spacious, well-maintained, and feels like home. The amenities are fantastic, from the modern fitness center to the beautiful swimming pool and outdoor lounging areas. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the grounds are always kept clean and tidy. Additionally, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways. Overall, I highly recommend Cortland to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

I recently met Wilfredo, known as Will, at Cortland, and I must say he is a standout leasing agent. Will's vibrant personality and professionalism are truly exceptional. Even if the unit "Tee" wasn't stunning, I'd want to move to Cortland just to interact with him daily. I would like to thank Cheo and Jose, two men on the maintenance staff at Cortland ChampionsGate, for keeping everything on the property looking great and in good condition. Besides being highly competent, they are always friendly and make it a point to know the residents here by name. I once asked Cheo how he remembers the names of everyone and he replied, “It’s part of my job”. As a resident here, it’s nice to be recognized and greeted by name with a smile, especially considering this is a large complex. Cheo and Jose start their jobs early in the morning and I doubt that many people realize how hard they work and the contribution they make to the excellent appearance of Cortland ChampionsGate. I’ve heard people comment on how free of trash the property is and they don’t know that these two men are walking the entire property early in the morning picking up trash and dog waste from the previous day before they start on their other maintenance work. It’s rare to see people who take this much pride in their wo

No complaints so far. The service calls are amazing. With the maintenance staff, I have had minor situations and didn’t want to attempt to mess with anything in the apartment myself. I have had help from maintenance multiple times with Cheo. He is great. He does not make me feel silly for calling for any of my requests or stopping him for general information. Every time the job is done, very friendly on the job and also when I see him out and about the community. Ps We did move in when no amenities was available but it didn’t take long to become available nor was I bothered as The apartment is beautiful. Kids love it. Thank you to the maintenance staff Cheo. You have made us feel at home and helped us enjoy our place more. 💚

My review is for the Maintenance Team they have here at Cortland Championsgate, Cheo specifically! Cheo did my Maintenance tour on my move in date 2 weeks ago and he was so kind and detailed going through everything in the apartment. He let me know that if I ever had a question regarding repairs or work orders that they always try to get them done as soon as possible! He truly is very humble and kind hearted, always has a smile on his face and always willing to help! I was also able to co-ordinate with him to come and mount 2 of my TVs and he was super fast and efficient! Overall he makes me feel like I made the best decision in making Cortland Championsgate my new home. I also want to note that Xià, the Assistant Property Manager is absolutely amazing. Very understanding and willing to help through every situation.

Just moved in today and I’m in love! Brandon is amazing and helped us secure our apartment in less than a week. So far my experience with Cortland at Champions Gate has been warm, welcoming, and inviting. Susan truly is one of the best leasing agents and even took time late at night on a day off to answer a question. She has been so knowledgeable and really lets the apartments and quality speak for itself! I have never toured an apartment and fell in love with it purely on the apartment itself. Susan made the tour and applying easy and painless. She even helped me brainstorm where my things can go in the apartment. So far I am blown away by the leasing staff and the quality of apartment! I am excited to move here! After 6 months, I have continued to love living here! The events the team puts on are amazing! We had a wine and paint night which was amazing. Most recently we did a murder mystery event which was so much fun and had everyone working together.

Great new place to live! I moved halfway across the country to live the Disney life! Site unseen - I put my trust in the community site, reviews, and most of all the office staff! They are so helpful and professional! I researched several other properties and narrowed it down to two. The difference maker was Chau! She was patient and kind. She answered every question I had over the many times I called, and thoughtfully walked me through the whole process and addressed all concerns. Chau, the leasing agent, is absolutely wonderful!!! Very knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer any and all questions I had while being very understanding of my budget. She has kept in contact with me after the tour and has shown that Cortland cares about their potential new residents over any of the other 3 neighboring luxury apartments I have toured. My 4 star comes in because while I enjoyed the complex and the safe, hidden location off of Champions Gate, I didn’t realize how unfinished the property still is. At the time of my tour 11/13/23, the pool, gym, and access controlled gates are all under construction. She reassured me we wouldn’t be paying for any of those amenities until they become available for use, projected to be done rather soon, but for the price range, size of the apartment, and overall location commute, I had to back out and look elsewhere. The traffic to get there was just terrible. I currently reside in Celebration, and this place is 11 minutes away without traffic, too

The moment we stepped into property we feel in live with the property! Our tour was guided by Chau, who was welcoming and very friendly to us! She took her time to explain everything and all our questions too! We loved the location of the property and the apartments are simply stunning!

Great new place to live! I moved halfway across the country to live the Disney life! Site unseen - I put my trust in the community site, reviews, and most of all the office staff! They are so helpful and professional! I researched several other properties and narrowed it down to two. The difference maker was Chau! She was patient and kind. She answered every question I had over the many times I called, and thoughtfully walked me through the whole process and addressed all concerns. She and the rest of the office staff really care about their residents, and you can tell they take great pride in managing this new community. Thank you for making my move and transition so smooth!

November 1 edit. My husband and I are extremely disappoint and underwhelmed about our experience at Cortland Championsgate. Amenities are not ready, construction is a mess, there's no support or ETA on when those will be completed (given that they had said July and then September - they problably don't want to commit to another date that they will not be able to meet). The place has huge potential but unfortunately upper management does not care about residents. Brandon has been extremely helpful throughout the process and we understand he tried all that he could. Unfortunately, we will be moving out once our lease expires. Cinthia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, my fiancé and I are extremely happy with the service provided and cannot wait until we move in in May.

Cortland is very beautiful so far and me and my partner love the apartment. We just wish that all the amenities were done. Brandon and Brittney made the move in process very easy and we loved that the maintenance crew gave us a tour of the features in the apartment and how to use everything. I want to thank Chau for making my husband and I feel welcome and being attentive the minute we walked in the office on 09/14/2023. She explained everything and answered all of our questions. The place is beautiful, clean and love the location away from the highway. Unfortunaly we weren't ready to get the process going at the moment and since the market is very unpredictable the prices went up within 3 weeks of our visit. We won't be able to make this place our home but best of luck to the future residents it's a lovely place and you will be in great hands. Chau thank you again for going out of your way to get me the best deal.

Cortland ChampionGate is a total vibe. This complex has all the bells and whistles. I must make mention, no design feature was spared from apartment to lobby, lounges, pool and more. So far I appreciate/enjoy living here so peaceful. The sunrise and sunsets are the most beautiful view from your balcony! What more could you ask for?! Happy resident for sure!

very pleased with the community and how they handle situations. I had stayed at my father's house a couple of days ago and a/c went out. Not only that was 9pm at night they sent someone to fix it. The gentleman that came in to fix (Giovanni) was very polite and happy that he had came in.oh and by the way he end up fixing it and working. I recommend him to anyone.

Beautiful apartments tucked away in an urban oasis! Nearby to shopping, restaurants and close by to all of Orlando’s theme parks. The modern apartment homes have spacious kitchens and bathrooms, with granite countertop throughout. A lot of thought went into the little details. I also found the office staff to be super helpful, with both Brandon and Susan being very polite and professional in assisting my needs.

I've yet to see an apartment with a layout quite like this. I fell in love the moment I walked into the beautiful foyer. Having an entrance place like that felt like a home. Have only been here a couple months but there have already been fun events hosted including a couple really great local food trucks for the residents! I love, love love it here! Our apartment is absolutely beautiful and has the best natural light! The team here truly makes you feel like family and are so attentive!! Cortland at ChampionsGate is an incredible property! It is brand new, still being built in some areas of the complex. It is beautifully designed and appointed with the residents in mind. The staff in the leasing office as well at the maintenance and oversight folks are top notch and wonderful. Susan truly is one of the best leasing agents and even took time late at night on a day off to answer a question. She has been so knowledgeable and really lets the apartments and quality speak for itself! I have never toured an apartment and fell in love with it purely on the apartment itself. Susan made the tour and applying easy and painless. She even helped me brainstorm where my things can go in the apartment. So far I am blown away by the leasing staff and the quality of apartment! I am excited to move here!

The Cortland ChampionsGate is a beautifully crafted oasis that redefines luxury living and will dominate the rental market for quite sometime. What makes this place unique is a Leasing Specialist named Susan Sarmiento. She is the kindest and most gracious person I have ever met in recent years! The moment my son and me walked into that office, she displayed amazing customer service, genuine care for prospective renters like myself. Her knowledge of the product was quite simply outstanding. I urge everyone to visit this new community and look for Susan; she will work tirelessly to take you on a tour and make the process effortless. I already love it here!! Susan at the front office was super helpful and very welcoming as well as Marco and the maintenance team. The application and move in process was quick and very informative. The area is beautiful and the buildings are brand new and have a modern design. Definitely love calling this place home!!

Thus far Susan has been amazing in helping me with the move in process. She’s very knowledgeable and patient and despite me calling a million times with new questions she’s been so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to move in at the end of the month UPDATE: All moved in everything went amazing, Giovanni from maintenance has been amazing! Our thermostat wasn’t connecting to Internet and he came right away to replace it and get it set up. He showed us how all the appliances work and was so helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been there since Nov 2022 and have no complaints regarding the service and attention. The leasing agents Cynthia & Susan have been professional always to the point that I try to pass by everyday just to say hello. If any situation arises Marcos would take care of it really quickly. I recently moved to cortland champions gate newly built apartments and let me tell you this is another level of luxury! I’ve lived in several apartments in this area and cortland tops all of them from the spacious living room, stainless steel everything and bathroom of my dreams! Adore my friendly neighbors Oh and sunsets from my balcony are so dreamy! if you want to impress your family and friends this is definitely the place to be! My parents and friends enjoy coming over just to take pictures of my place. The location is perfect everything is close by! The entire staff is always helpful and super sweet! The grounds and facilities are kept clean. “a great place to call "home".

Cortland champions gate has been great! the entire process from application, to move in, to being an official resident has been near seamless. My balcony view is beautiful and relaxing. The community is always clean and well maintained the maintenance team Giovanni and Marcos are super friendly and always willing to help when needed. Highly recommend this community.

Just had a tour here this afternoon, even though it’s still under construction the site is BEAUTIFUL! The staff, Brandon who gave me the tour was so professional and knowledgeable about the site. Cortland is definitely my top choice for my big move to Davenport and i can’t wait to see what it looks like when construction is complete!

We LOVE it here! Heather, Marcos, and Brittany have been so helpful and responsive and not just during the lease signing and moving process. They really make themselves available for the residents. The units are gorgeous and the ceilings are incredibly high. My wife and I work from home and we pinch ourselves everytime we walk in. Our cats love it here too 😁
