Susan was so amazing throughout the whole process. This was my first time leasing and she made me feel like a pro! My experience with her made this such an enjoyable and memorable experience. Just had a tour here this afternoon, even though it’s still under construction the site is BEAUTIFUL! The staff, Brandon who gave me the tour was so professional and knowledgeable about the site. Cortland is definitely my top choice for my big move to Davenport and i can’t wait to see what it looks like when construction is complete!

Brandon from Cortland ChampionsGate is very welcoming, informative, and professional! My significant other and I just went on a tour with him and we are flabbergasted at how wonderful everything is! The rooms are spacious, and we love the additions that this property has to offer! Brandon is also quick to answer any questions with honesty and understanding. We appreciate him and his willingness to point us in the right direction!

My boyfriend and I are extremely pleased with Cortland and we haven’t even moved in yet! Joi was our leasing agent and we cannot thank her enough for her patience during our stressful time trying to move. She made everything so easy! We cannot wait to be there soon! 😃❤️
