Soooo, 1st and foremost EDDIE, EDDIE, EDDIE! From the moment I walked in and spoke with him he was so amazing. He really took his time to explain everything and he went above and beyond to show me little details that really capture the best of this beautiful place, the time and efforts that were made to make this entire complex as beautiful as it is. I lived in this area from 2019-2021 in a different complex, and to see how much it has grown is mind blowing! This complex is so nice so beautiful and I am so excited to move in! Thank you Eddie <3

My wife and I have lived at 2 other Cortland properties in NC prior to moving to this location. This has been the best Cortland move in experience we’ve had. I can’t say enough good things about Joi, Cynthia and Kayla! They were amazing. I drove from NC straight here I think 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday because I really wanted to see the unit before applying and they made it happen. Then I was having difficulties with the portal and with a new job didn’t have time to call before closing so I had to wait until Wednesday to submit everything and they still made it possible for me to move in that Friday. I feel very confident that we will be here for a very long time to come. Also side note, the pictures on the website don’t do the property justice. Come take a tour, this place is amazing!

We went to Cortland at ChampionsGate to get a head start in viewing units as our lease will be up in March at our current location. The staff were busy the day we went however every single staff member including the maintenance staff checked in us to ensure someone had spoken to us and we weren’t just waiting there. That doesn’t happen often and I was blown away by that level our service. We were assisted by the property manager Jeanie who was in my opinion phenomenal. She was very detailed, knowledgeable, and informative. Jeanie provided us with all the information we asked for and then some. While we do not live here yet, it is our top choice for relocation, the staff has shown they’re top notch!

I lived in this community for almost two years and only moved because I wanted to be closer to my son’s workplace. I would like to tell new residents that I highly recommend Cortland at Champions Gate for its safety, amazing amenities, and overall great environment. I never had any problems during my stay. Joi Portee, the manager, is a wonderful and friendly person who is always willing to help—thank you so much for everything! The maintenance team is fantastic as well, always quick to respond and very professional. I will truly miss you all!

Elliot, one of the Maintenance gentlemen that are here at Cortland champions gate was absolutely amazing. Come to find out what I needed fixed was pretty easy and he didn’t make me feel silly about it. He was even extremely helpful when I asked questions and wanted to be educated myself on how to do it. I had went downstairs to get something out of my car came back upstairs and realized my battery was dead on my door lock. I had called the leasing office and Elizabeth picked up, she quickly put in an emergency maintenance order. Jose was at my door in less than five seconds. He was able to get the batteries changed in the swift and timely manner. And he also showed me where I can view my battery percentage on the app. Thank you so much to Elizabeth and Jose!

Absolutely love the place I call home. I’ve been here about a year and half now. They offer all amenities necessary and then some. The aesthetic is definitely pleasing and the staff provides, excellent service. Only suggestion is assigning parking by units or something similar.

For the reviews that are saying this place is bad, I’m here to say it’s not. We are new residents and I can say the place has been quiet, clean, and stunning! Elizabeth, Kayla, Marco, and Nate have been wonderful and held our hand throughout the application and move-in process. I want to address those bad reviews… they all moved in before the complex was complete. The Cortland ChampionsGate complex is brand spanking new, about 2 years old now. The first-movers should have expected a NEW COMPLEX to have some faults at first. However, I can say Cortland ChampionsGate has really worked on themselves. There are cameras in the mail room (I checked) and I did not see any pests. The WiFi worked just fine and from what I heard from the other residents, the WiFi works 99% of the time (they only had 2 outages that were not their fault. A semi truck hit a pole). If you’re a remote worker, you shouldn’t rely on your apartment complex’s WiFi anyway. I also have not seen any animal waste anywhere and again, everything was

No complaints so far. The service calls are amazing. With the maintenance staff, I have had minor situations and didn’t want to attempt to mess with anything in the apartment myself. I have had help from maintenance multiple times with Cheo. He is great. He does not make me feel silly for calling for any of my requests or stopping him for general information. Every time the job is done, very friendly on the job and also when I see him out and about the community. Ps We did move in when no amenities was available but it didn’t take long to become available nor was I bothered as The apartment is beautiful. Kids love it. Thank you to the maintenance staff Cheo. You have made us feel at home and helped us enjoy our place more. 💚

As a prospective resident looking to lease an apartment I was very impressed with this community. As a community it is well maintained and has some great amenities that makes it stand out like the clubhouse sky bar. I work from home and having a place to switch up and answer some emails somewhere else is great. Wilfredo, the leasing associate, who took me on my tour was very friendly and kind. I had a list of questions that he answered without hesitation. You can tell he enjoys the community he works for and knows everything about it. Great property and great staff, I would recommend taking a look here if you like quality and good amenities.

I want to start by saying what an amazing leasing consultant we had. Wilfredo’s customer service by far the best I’ve had in the last 3 weeks we’ve been searching for a home for my family of 4. He took his time to show me the requested unit. & also exceeded my expectations by showing a townhome. & thanks to Wilfredo we chose the townhome the process for the application was smooth. We had an issue with the screening department on their behalf & it took longer than expected but that was not Wilfredo’s wrong doing. He in fact assisted me in giving me the tools I needed to connect to the correct department in order to get the answers I needed. He made sure he explained the seasonal incentive the leasing office had for the month of July & also walked us through the process. To finalize my review I am delighted to say Wilfredo was my leasing consultant. If i had to do it all over again I would choose him with my eyes closed.
