He’s amazing and always greets you with a smile and little chat. We plan on being here for a few years and are really happy with the start of our stay here! I have lived in Acer Point for almost a year now and I absolutely adore it. I feel beyond safe, the amenities make it feel like I am constantly at a resort, and the staff goes above and beyond for all residents. A specific staff member, Daanish, is one of the kindest people you will ever meet and always is so incredibly helpful with anything you might ever need. Truly a community that feels like home.

Both, Building management and property management are outstanding. There are lots of competent and friendly people employed by Cortland. Always easy to reach and you get an answer right away or at least very soon. Compliments to the Concierges. They are really doing everything to meet tenants needs.

The design is lovely and the building management are 10/10. I wish the BBQ area wasn't electric and the kids play area to be a bit bigger possibly include a slide or swings. I love the amenities I would like to see the lounge area locked if booked by tenants for private parties. If there are any issues we feel heard and the issue is resolved promptly.

The Building is well maintained, annd the design is great, loads of relaxing anreas to create a sense of community. There are excellent work for working from home. The facilities on site are great and the gym studio is fab with lots of options in the yoga studio.

amazing development, its always clean and looks up to date/ brand new. ive had no complaints since ive moved here, concierge is always helpful and nice. any issues are always being sorted. all guests that have visited us compliments the whole building and we are constantly told we made a good choice.

We are just awaiting moving into the apartment and are looking forward to it. We was given a tour around the apartment and facilities by Becca Phillips (who has been amazing throughout the process) and was really impressed with the viewing. The apartments itself is a good size, very modern and clean which is great. The extra facilities including gym, workspaces etc look perfect and just what we are looking for. Thank you to Becca for going above and beyond to help us and listen to our needs during this process and we look forward to moving in.

The development looks amazing, lounge where you can relax at anytime, lots of open space to take a walk, have a cinema room to hire for free as a resident which is really cool, really nice up to date gym which has a good amount of equipment and good size and property management is really good

The apartment is modern and bright and the facilities are amazing for all the residents. Management are very efficient and have always come straight away once any maintenance issues have been reported. The leasing team are amazing too and have responded to any queries straight away. The concierge team are amazing and our dog loves getting treats from the reception after his night walk and to greet everyone who passes by inorder to get treats from them too 😀. We love our apartment.

The facilities are up to date. We are happy with everything around. Maybe more office spaces would be great. Media room should be available to book as most it is out of order. We hope to have more working space soon. Also the want to have a proper black our curtain in bedroom.

The development and open plan is lovely. There are some parts of the living space that feel rushed such as the paint is easy to rub off and there are some wonky fixtures, but I understand this was not the fault of Cortland, but the previous contractor. The living and amenity space itself is appealing to socialise in. Some technical issues happen, but they do not dull the all-over experience.

As per my opinion the building and facilities are really up to the mark . Community is awesome. The facilities are great . Laundry, internet facilities and heating facilities are really appreciable. Reception is always accessible and they are always active and supportive. Only one negative aspect i faced as a parent of a 4 years old girl is lack of one good play area for the kids. If management can arrange one better facility for kids, it will be more convenient for the parents.

Great design for furnished apartments everything is top of the range we have been living here for almost two years and the place still looks pretty much the same as we have not needed to add much furniture except personal items. Free gym and a cinema room which is great to share with family and friends. Also a party room for special occasions with a bbq in the summer

We’ve lived in Cortland Cassiobury since it opened in 2022 so about 2 and a half years and have loved living here. The apartments are nicely designed, very clean and good value compared to prices in London. There’s also great facilities with an in house gym and cinema room. Staff are also really friendly and helpful.

We love our apartment and have not experienced too many issues. Those issue that we did have were dealt with and we are happy with the outcome. The design of these apartments live up to their luxury billing with high spec kitchen, bathrooms and a nice open plan, clean living spaces. We live in a 10x10m studio apartment but all of the spaces feel nice and big and we haven’t had to put our heating on once in nearly 3 years. That being said, summer is tough, and we had to invest in an AC unit as our apartment gets very warm sometimes. We’ve also met some wonderful people here too! The staff here are friendly and welcoming and the community aspect is a big part of why we have stayed nearly 3 years.

As a first time renter, having lived with family up until now, moving in was a really nice experience and seeing the apartment for the first time got me excited to actually have a really nice space to myself. It’s on the pricier side, especially if you’re renting on your own, but I’d say the modern design like the open plan kitchen living room really make it feel like it’s worth it. The facilities available are very good, plenty of open spaces as well as a well equipped gym. The facilities are also very well maintained as I’ve very rarely seen any mess or damage to anything. I’ve also had a very good experience with staff and management in the development too, the few issues I have were addressed very quickly and the management make it very easy to be able to communicate with them. Also the concierges that work in the reception are all very lovely people who will always do there best to try help you out.

lovely modern building with great facilities such as the gym which is open 24 hours and has very good equipment.. a stair master would be nice though! cinema room is lovely however is always booked up and out of order at the moment. the dog park is great and a nice way to meet people. bin shoots seem to always be out of order very useful when working…. overall satisfied with the facilities and the building management is excellent.

I like the design and the overall quality of the facilities. The reception employees are the highlight of the development. They have all been extremely helpful when it was needed and they provide a sense of safety. The building and property management, from what I have seen have a good organisational structure.

The design of the building is amazing and all the facilities well done, we haven’t used them yet, only the gym which I find excellent. The gardens would be nice if they had more activities to do. The 24 hour reception is the best feature and something we really enjoy.

All the flats are high spec and community is very friendly! Loads of extra amenities to make life a lot easier. Outside space is easy to access if you have dogs. Being next to a supermarket is very helpful. 24/7 concierge is very handy and the whole development feels very secure

Nice design, modern, great facilities like 24/7 gym, cinema room, work from home area, dining room, meeting room, BBQ and cooking facilities for parties. All free of charge and can be boomed via Resident’s app. Building management are attentive and we have 24/7 reception which is great as we never miss a delivery. All deliveries are either left in BringMe box or in reception back room for collection.

The design of the flat are great, feel really homely and luxurious. They are equipped with new ovens, washing machine and tumble dryers as well as great furniture. The facilities are great, the gym is really good for a quick session albeit would be great if they had weights greater than 26kg and a bit more machinery for your back. Working spaces are really nice and warm. Everyone working here is amazing too, they’re always friendly, smiling and just a really great addition Parking is very expensive however!

For 14 months, since September 1, 2023, we have been living in this wonderful complex. Don't worry about the low Google Reviews score, I was worried at first, but after living here I realized that these were non-essential worries. Most of the bad reviews are there to force quicker action when there is a problem. During 14 months, of course, I am not saying that we did not have any problems, there were problems, but these were things that can happen anywhere and they were resolved in reasonable time. The location is great, there is a metro station, supermarket, school, hospital, post office and a huge park within walking distance. So everything is there to make your life easier. We really enjoyed living here, we are sad to leave. I would also like to thank the whole Cortland team, especially Kayleigh, for their understanding and convenience at the end of our contract.

Acer point building is modern and has gym, cinema room, work from home area and catering/bbq area to book and enjoy as and when needed. Such a lovely place to live in. Building management are proactive and deal with issues straight away. I never miss a post as there is a 24/7 management present and there is a BringMe box as well.

The development is amazing with a modern feel and design to it and amazing facilities. The apartment is bright and clean. A big bonus is the dog park and the fact that they allow pets as it is difficult to find rental where they allow pets. Property management is quick to come and fix issues and all the management and staff are very friendly.

I’ve really enjoyed living in this development. The design is modern, and the amenities are excellent, especially the gym, cinema room, and barbecue lounge. The view from the 18th floor is stunning, adding to the overall experience. The management team is always quick to respond to any issues, like when we had a bird stuck behind our fridge or a parking space problem. The location is also convenient, with Morrisons and Greggs just a short walk away, and transport links are excellent. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

The design of the development is absolutely gorgeous. I can't think of one fault. There is a good range of facilities. Building management is not bad. I rated property management a 4 rather than a 5 because of a lot of the time, there is no one available in reception.

The management and design of the building is great. The apartments are lovely and well furnished. The only issue is the trash shoots tend to not work so we have to bring the trash down to the bin area. The facilities are great with a gym, movie room and work from home areas. Staff are friendly.

The concierge and mail handling service make life much easier for us, even when we're not at home, ensuring deliveries are always taken care of. The 24/7 security provides peace of mind, and I’ve just started my third year living here. I use the gym daily, and the BBQ area and cinema are fantastic perks. Best of all, everything is included in the rent with no extra fees. The only downside is that the rent is on the expensive side. It was 400£ increased since 2022 to 2004 within 2 years , but overall, the amenities and convenience make it worth it.

We stay here for past 8 months and the flats abs 24/7 reception is great . I have an electric car and there are 4 chargers so it’s never an issue . The gym is great and so is the club house . The staff are friendly and very helpful anytime . The maintenance team does any repairs needed though the app

The flat is within a modern sky area with a few advantages which have to be mentioned like gym, media room, party room. Security guard , tv Cameras system and a 24h reception makes it safer and very quiet as well as a sheltered garage a parcel locked storage.

As an interior designer myself, I am very impressed with the level of design and beautiful details, like inspiring books, designer lights, calming spaces etc. Love it- the communal areas make it real feel like an extension of my home and as a resident that’s really important. The facilities for anyone who has a dog and works from home are amazing and movie goers and gym lovers are also in for a treat. We have a beautiful working kitchen and bbq area to host parties, a variety of lounges to socialize and work and great people always on hand to help out.
