If you are looking for a good place to live with a good price tag for the rent, cortland cary is the place!!!! Im soo glad i found this property. Close to the airport as well. And the property is in a GOOD area.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I leased here for one year And it was a very good apartment complex, Neighborhood, and town. Very close to anything I needed, but far enough a way to give me a breath of fresh air and my own space. The wife and I had a dog, Which led to many play dates in the community and with other tenants. This was a very friendly community while also being very private. And shout out to my favorite maintenance man David M. Who always took care of any issues, though there weren’t many.

Cortland Cary has been great! Our corner apartment is top notch and the amenities are really good. As for the staff, the manager (Tiffany) has been nothing but wonderful and David in Maintenance got everything in our apartment fixed very quickly. Definitely recommend this complex.

We moved into Cortland Cary at the end of April 2025 during a period of transition, and the difference once Ashley and Tiffany stepped in has been night and day. Their attention to customer service and follow-through deserves real recognition. When we raise concerns, things get done — including a dog waste can added to the Phase 2 side within 24 hours. Ashley has been especially intentional about planning events that actually build community, not just check a box. There are regular opportunities for residents to connect, and she’s always open to ideas and feedback about events that would make the community even better. That openness and responsiveness truly stand out. After living in another Triangle community where we never felt welcome in the leasing office, it’s been incredibly refreshing. My dog literally makes a beeline to say hi to Ashley every time we walk by, which says a lot about the atmosphere they’ve created. The staff here at Cortland has been nothing less than exceptional. The manager, Tiffany, has been a great help towards me during the times I needed answers. If she doesn’t know the answer she will do all she can to make sure you receive the correct information. In addition, the maintenance staff consistently makes timely repairs when needed.

Tiffany was extremely helpful on move-in day with assisting us with all the questions we had and did a walkthrough of the apartment. Everything was perfect. I moved in to a 1 BR unit this spring and have loved it. I finally had to put in a few service requests last month after waking up to find that my A/C unit had stopped cooling properly. I put in a service request, but given that it was a Saturday morning and the weather was very mild, I assumed I wouldn’t see anybody until Monday. However, by the time I got back from my errands an hour or two later, David had already come by and put a temporary unit in my window. He came back by a few hours later to check on it and take care of a few other small items I had requested, but he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable the entire time. I’ve had problems in the past at other apartments with the maintenance team leaving damage or a mess in my unit, but it was probably cleaner when David left than it was when he arrived. The staff in the leasing office has also been very helpful on the few occasions that I’ve needed their assistance. The community is nice and quiet, overall a great place to live.

EDIT I received my deposit after some back and forth. They forgot to include the unit number, though my building managers said they never received any email for me without a building number 🤷‍♂️ Biggest issue I have is that they failed to notify me of deposit charges 30 days after move-out or refund me my deposit before the maximum 60 days after move-out, which is against our contract and in violation of NC law as I provided the office with my new address. Currently trying to get my deposit back. No response as of 1 week from my query (more than 3 months after move-out). Will update this when I get a resolution. Property is nice, staff are nice, maintanance was phenominal. Pool is nice, though the lights at the pool have been broken for over a year, leading to the pool area being dark at night. The package room door was persistently broken and insecure throughout my years there with seemingly no plans to fix it (as well as when I moved out in January 2025). The building has some roaches outside near the pool

Every time I've submitted a maintenance request, Alvaro has responded quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Whether it was for Electric issue, AC fix, or something more routine like changing AC filters, he always makes sure the job is done right the first time. What truly stands out about Alvaro is not just technical skill, but also his respectful and courteous attitude. He communicates clearly, and treats your home with care. I was hesitant about moving into my unit because I am a returning NC resident and picked Cortland in passing. When I moved in, I had quite a few items on my checklist that needed attention but Jay from the maintenance team made sure that everything was as close to perfection as possible. He is friendly, respectful and attentive. Every time I see him in the neighborhood, he always follows up to make sure that whatever he worked on, is still operating correctly. He has been nothing short of a delight to work with.

Alvaro made repairs to the dryer, bathroom tap and changed the water filter within 2 hrs timeframe. He is efficient, professional, friendly and kept us informed at each stage of the work. There was lot of lint accumulated during the course of time inside the unit which we haven’t observed till the day of repair. He pulled apart the whole dryer unit and put it together within the timespan. He also removed all the lint and cleaned up whole area post the repair. Thank you for all the support. Really appreciate Cortland’s service response time.

Luke helped me with an emergency at night. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and fixed the problem in the sink and I was able to have water again. The next day he came back and replaced the faucet in the sink. He left everything clean and tidy. Very professional. Luke me ayudó con una emergencia por la noche. I have lived in Corland Cary apartments for about 6month. The overall experience is quite good. Their utilities are not out-dated, to be frank, quite modern. Their staff members are quite helpful and I normally get issues resolved under a day (I want to thank Aziya especially). Btw, they also upgraded their messaging system so that you can add request from your phone. I would recommend Corland Cary to anyone who moves to that area and is looking for an apartment. Five star!

I have lived at Cortland Cary for over 2 years now and recently decided to switch units within the complex to better suit my needs. I got the luck of the draw with my leasing agent, Tiffany, who helped me through the process of switching units. I have had the pleasure of working with a couple different agents at Cortland Cary for various reasons, but Tiffany was by far the best experience I have had thus far. She went above and beyond for me from the start, and made my transition a seamless process. Cortland Cary is a nice complex with welcoming staff. We enjoy the fun resident events planned and hosted by the team. What I appreciate most is, they know me by name and always ask how I am doing. Gabby the community manager is great! She has a great personality but she does not play. She tries her best to make the complex a pleasant place to stay for everyone. I have a large 3 bedroom apartment that has a great view of the pool. My only take aways for Cortland Cary is people do not like to clean behind their dog or themselves. I would recommend this place to family and friends!

I’ve been living at Cortland Cary close to a year now and I would like to take the time to just really appreciate the maintenance support by Mr.Alvaro. I’ve had a few natural challenges that most residents face in apartment scenarios but Mr.Alvaro makes it worthwhile to push past the hesitation due to his quick turnarounds to resolve any type of issues and also provides detailed reasoning behind his efforts and approach to solution. I can easily say his presence is a high comforting factor for my family to continue to stay at CC due to his timely maintenance styles.

I have been an active resident for awhile. I am always happy with the customer service from the ladies in the front office. Gabby is always so proactive with any issues that may arise. Morgan and Aziya handle any leasing questions that I may have with a smile. I dont live here, but i did apply, and if i do move in, i'll submit another review in regards to my living experience. For now, this review will be first impressions based. I met a leasing agent there, her name, if i remember correctly, is Morgan Fuller. I know her first name is Morgan, last name starts with an F (sorry, i interact with to many people on a daily basis) either way, Morgan is phenominal, she knows how to make you feel comfortable, had answers to every picky question i asked, and she is super patient. Im a very particular man, and when it comes to signing a contract, or even applying, i tend to be rather indecisive on what i want. Money is generally not my favorite to toy around with, though a hundred here or there for better quality is worth while, but im never a fan of adding that to a monthly payment, so i kept going back and forth between the base size 1 bed/bath, and the larger size 1 bed/bath till i finally made my mind up, throughout the 15 minutes of back and fourth and my perfuse apolog

My experience with Cartland Cary has been amazing. I have never had any issues with the wonderful leasing staff or any issues while living here. Tiffany the resident experience mgr was so helpful. The floor plans are spacious and it really gives you several options for decor. 10/10 I would definitely recommend!
