There were a few loose ends with changes in management and the merging of two communities. Still things are not always perfect..but I will say especially in the past few months, management/office staff has made a good effort to communicate with residents and they have been pretty active in working with residents to address complaints. The maintenance staff is awesome, always extremely nice, willing to help and engage, and are super friendly with my dog (it seems like a little gesture but it really adds to the feeling of community and security, especially because they are the ones entering my home when there is a maintenance issue) I don’t often visit the front desk area but the few times I have I’d like to note; I’ve witnessed Tina stay both calm and objective in difficult situations with a couple residents here. She’s always helpful and stays poised, even when someone is disgruntled. The bad is shorter than the good so let's start there... I moved in while COVID restrictions where really tight so many of the amenities offered did not happen (socials, group work out sessions, etc.). The community had a 2 month free deal at the time so that made up for it. Nobody answers the phone (reasons vary) The community passes all fees on to the tenants as many do; just be aware fees will be separate line items. *Water billing fee (wasn't in the contract charged by 3rd party billing company) *Valet trash (not optional) *Pest control fee *Trash fee (separate from valet trash) The GOOD/GREAT- Now this is where the list gets long... I have always been highly impressed with the management team and the rest of the staff employed here. They have been tasked with an extremely challenging situation and are still able to not only meet, but exceed expectations. It’s important to remember, the newer building that recently opened up (the south building) was originally managed by a completely separate managing team. Once the south building started filling up, the managing team in the north building took over the south building and they have been managing, what should be, two separate entities ever since. I just want to shed light on the fact that they’re understaffed, yet still able to provide world class service. It’s definitely something to be noted. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Parking is never a problem, and I have been fortunate enough to have respectful neighbors who adhere to the quiet hours rules. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live and I would absolutely recommend it to my friends/family.
