I was away for a week and unfortunately when I came back I found that my AC was not working. Nothing but a great experience with Alvaro from the maintenance team who came and fixed my AC issue in a timely manner. If in the future I need something I hope he is the one to come and help.

I dont live here, but i did apply, and if i do move in, i'll submit another review in regards to my living experience. For now, this review will be first impressions based. I met a leasing agent there, her name, if i remember correctly, is Morgan Fuller. I know her first name is Morgan, last name starts with an F (sorry, i interact with to many people on a daily basis) either way, Morgan is phenominal, she knows how to make you feel comfortable, had answers to every picky question i asked, and she is super patient. Im a very particular man, and when it comes to signing a contract, or even applying, i tend to be rather indecisive on what i want. Money is generally not my favorite to toy around with, though a hundred here or there for better quality is worth while, but im never a fan of adding that to a monthly payment, so i kept going back and forth between the base size 1 bed/bath, and the larger size 1 bed/bath till i finally made my mind up, throughout the 15 minutes of back and fourth and my perfuse apolog

My family and I have yet to move into our new home at Cortland. Already the ladies, Akiyah and Morgan have exceeded our expectations and delivered nothing less than top tier service and accommodations. These ladies were the nicest and easy to work with. Well prepared to answer any of my questions and did an amazing job touring us at their property. I felt like home away from home. I truly felt at ease after my tour and knew living at Cortland would be hassle and worry free. Only the best of the best experience. My move got off to a rough start. In spite of my frustration, the leasing team was extremely patient and professional. They even helped me move some of my furniture into storage. Beyond helpful. The amenities are great, far better than any place I’ve previously lived! I’m excited about my new home.

Although we are moving out due to purchasing a home. My experience has been pleasant to say the least. Cortland is a beautiful property that is well kept. The community events are creative and a fun way to bring everyone together. All if the office staff are also friendly and welcoming. They are also very responsive and helpful whenever I needed a question answered or had a typical issue. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, family friendly environment.

The community is very friendly and nice, you can always find the staff working hard to maintain clean hallways and an overall clean environment outside. The maintenance staff is always quick to fix any problems and always communicates with you on what days they will be in your home. Absolutely love it here. This is my first real "adult" apartment after college. I had to relocate for a job I am also loving. Coming from out of state, it was especially difficult to ensure that I was going to end up in the right space. However, the team at the leasing office was AMAZING. When it came time for the move in process itself, all my worries went away. The team is always willing to promptly answer all of my questions with a smile on their face no matter how stupid they may seem to me. I never got to see my apartment in person before I had to move in (not their fault) and this place blows my expectations out of the water. Any (very minor) issue I may have had has been taken care of day of. I've had no issues with packages big or small (the secure mail room is really nice). Oh, and their Instagram account is a great place to go for a good laugh, giveaways, or to just stay informed on what's happening in the community.

Going into my third year of living here. Cortland Cary is a beautiful property with nice amenities, cute events, & quick maintenance service. Unfortunately giving it a 4/5 Stars due to security. I had my vehicle stolen on the property parking lots near one of the pools. There are no external cameras anywhere to help investigations and most likely part of the signed contracts would include vehicles are parked at owners expense or some such which I assume is the industry standard so nothing against Cortland. So highly recommend all vehicle owners to have an Apple AirTag or something similar on your vehicles in case of theft. Will look at options once lease expires, I have loved my time at Cortland Cary and would like to stay more but it’s difficult to feel safe individually and for my property here after this ordeal a few days before Christmas. P.S The front office was helpful in providing the towing company details to rule out if it was towed.

I have been living here at Cortland Cary for 2 years and it has been a great experience. The grounds have never been kept up much better. Dog parks and stations are always clean and stocked with bags. No trash or dog poop laying around the buildings. The maintenance staff has been really working hard to keep Cortland Cary clean and a nice place to live.

Since my stay, I’ve noticed that not only are the apartments updated and clean, but the lawn care is impeccable. Despite there being many dogs on site, Mr. Weldon the groundskeeper ensures that all dog waste is removed while also creating a warm and friendly environment. I really appreciate the dog waste being cleaned.

From the very beginning of my search for an apartment while trying to coordinate from out of state she has made it a smooth process and always made sure that all my needs were taken care of. She helped me with finding an apartment that precisely suited my needs because of her unmatched expertise in the rental market. I couldn't be happier with her service, and also commend the entire leasing office on their professionalism. The team has been incredibly responsive to my inquiries and always made themselves available to address any questions or concerns I had. This apartment complex is magnificent. I was looking for a new place to call "Home" and this was it! The floor space is wonderful and spacious. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and care about our experience. I viewed a lot of apartments in the area and this one caught my eye. They were newly built and have awesome amenities. Top notch gyms with great equipment, nice clean pool, and grilles with tables. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I have been a resident at Courtland Cary for the last two years. I have had time to get to know the staff who have been a asset to my life they are wonderful people whom I enjoy living around. The Gabby sets up great resident events that I enjoy participating in. She also works very hard keep this property clean with the help of her staff but people as usual won’t do there part to help and clean after their pets.

The best Cortland apartment in the area. I use to live at another Cortland property but this is by far the best. The office team is friendly and actually responds to emails, the previous office staff didn’t. If my rent doesn’t increase too much, I’d renew again. They have nice residents events too.

Ashley in the leasing office is superb! She laid out everything I needed before move in and was helpful in making sure I had everything set up and all questions were answered. She made sure I understood which apartment was mine and the features in it. Move in was easy with her and she’s still actively helping me whenever I have questions. The front desk staff is so welcoming, Gabby and Ashley are always excited to hear about what all I got going on and make me feel like I’m living in more of a big home than an apartment! The amenities are fantastic and the overall feel of the apartment is amazing! The quality of the individual apartments puts others to shame especially others with the same price point. There’s rarely any neighbor noise and the proximity to areas of Raleigh is almost unbeatable.

Apartments themselves are beautiful but the management staff can be rude most of the time and the other residents don’t take good care of the grounds (dog poop, not cleaning clubhouse and pool house after use). It is well maintained overall though. Love the amenities even though I rarely used them. Would live here again despite certain annoyances.

The bad is shorter than the good so let's start there... I moved in while COVID restrictions where really tight so many of the amenities offered did not happen (socials, group work out sessions, etc.). The community had a 2 month free deal at the time so that made up for it. *Nobody answers the phone (reasons vary) *I was consistently double charged for trash fees every month and in a year nobody has figured out how to correct this issue. *Conserve billing is unreliable and doesn't match information present in the resident portal. *Water billing fee is charged by a 3rd party company & wasn't in the lease contract. Regardless of what the community says, all fees need to spelled out in the contract. *If you travel often and need to problem solve an issue you'll need to email the whole staff, otherwise there's little to no response. *The community chat portal requires the staff to manually approve a post. Unfortunately this makes the community chat ineffective when trying to have live communication. The GOOD/GRE

There were a few loose ends with changes in management and the merging of two communities. Still things are not always perfect..but I will say especially in the past few months, management/office staff has made a good effort to communicate with residents and they have been pretty active in working with residents to address complaints. The maintenance staff is awesome, always extremely nice, willing to help and engage, and are super friendly with my dog (it seems like a little gesture but it really adds to the feeling of community and security, especially because they are the ones entering my home when there is a maintenance issue) I don’t often visit the front desk area but the few times I have I’d like to note; I’ve witnessed Tina stay both calm and objective in difficult situations with a couple residents here. I have always been highly impressed with the management team and the rest of the staff employed here. They have been tasked with an extremely challenging situation and are still able to not only meet, but exceed expectations. It’s important to remember, the newer building that recently opened up (the south building) was originally managed by a completely separate managing team. Once the south building started filling up, the managing team in the north building took over the south building and they have been managing, what should be, two separate entities ever since. I just want to shed light on the fact that they’re understaffed, yet still able to provide world class service. It’s definitely something to be noted. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Parking is never a problem, and I have been fortunate enough to have respectful neighbors who adhere to the quiet hours rules. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live and I would absolutely recommend it to my friends/family.

Moved in about three weeks ago to such an amazing and warming place. I am always nervous about moving and getting settled in, but the staff and the residents have made it easy. The staff--Jessica--is just such a joy and was so great to work with. I met her in October and told her about moving in January. She helped me keep an eye out on prices and availability and we were able to finally find something that I was comfortable and excited about. I love my apartment! So thankful that Jessica could be the person to help me with this journey! Also any fixes the maintenance has come right away and has been so professional and nice. The residents have been so kind as well, especially when my friend and I were struggling to move some stuff. Several stepped in to help or offered--so amazing! I was here visiting a few days ago. I don’t live here. I was having a really hard time locating the apartment and the people working at the front desk were really nice. The lady even walked me to where I needed to go and she didn’t have to do that. I go to apartments all day long. As a delivery person most office people ignore me or seem bothered by me. They seemed happy to see me so I was happy to give a review.

I lived at The new Cortland Cary since they opened and usually do not post reviews, but this time I needed to recognize a great member of our staff. Craig is probably the most patient, caring and willing to help anyone with whatever stays in his power to do. This is a new building that already had two administrations in a short period of time, it was challenging at the beginning getting used to new staff and management but I can only say the Craig was there to make life easier for us as residents and the transition even smoother. He is always there with a smile and ready to go above and beyond to make sure our needs are taken care of. This makes this property feel even more welcoming, safe and organized knowing that someone has your back whatever it might come up and the patience to actually listen us. I recently moved to the Cary, NC area from NYC, while being 8 months pregnant. I was extremely nervous about the change, especially the change in environment. The staff at the Cortland, Cary location were EXTREMELY kind, helpful, and accommodating. I absolutely love my apartment, which has ceiling to floor windows, allowing a lot of light into the house.The grounds have a very homey feel with a modern look which are are well kept at all time. Maintenance team are professional and timely. I opened a ticket for a repair which was handled/completed in 30-minutes from the time I opened the ticket. The management team has even helped me, being very pregnant, with packet drop off, which they do not need to do. This development is also very diverse. Lots of great families. I feel like I found a diamond. This is wonderful place to live.

The leasing office staff always respond to me in a friendly, timely manner. I know they must be overwhelmed after Solis Alston was purchased & merged into one large property w/Cortland Cary yet I always receive professional, swift service. Our mailroom for packages is currently being switched over to another system and we have been notified by the leasing office. They apologized for the mess & I have walked in on staff repeatedly working hard to organize the disarray that the delivery workers are making during this process.

I recently had to find a place to stay in a hurry when a townhome I pre leased fell through. Jessica took the time to focus on all of my needs in the midst of a very busy day at Cortland Cary. She proved to not only be knowledgeable about the industry, but calm and professional. Jessica(Manager) and Rasheemah(Community Manager) went the EXTRA mile as a team to assure that all of the necessary paperwork and transfers were completed by the end of the day so that I could begin the move in process immediately. The maintenance crew was also extremely helpful by working to prepare my new place even when I made a last minute change. Mikhail is the "icing on the cake." His ongoing assistance the past few weeks has been stellar. I will provide additional feedback as a "Cortland Cary Newbie" while I continue to settle into my new home.

We are relocating from another state and it is one scary process ! We only had one weekend , we visited 10 locations in Raleigh. I had an appt with Cortland Cary , I met with Mikhail Williams. I walked in rather frazzled and rather abrupt . Mikhail Williams completely listened to what I asked for out of the experience and was completely in tune with our needs . Hopefully, Cortland Corporate recognizes the employees supporting their clients are as much a part of the atmosphere and ROI as is the extravagant amenities. I definitely would want the people that helped us decide on Cortland to be a part of the experience through out our lease. People want to feel “at home” and the staff we met today did just that! Will update after moving in and living here for a while, but wanted to give high fives to Craig.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic experience at the Cortland Cary. Mikhail was professional, entertaining, and beyond welcoming. During our apartment search we had one of the best apartment touring experiences with him. Mikhail was patient with our questions and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! The apartment complex speaks for itself, it is beyond gorgeous and we are so excited to move here! One of the cleanest buildings we have seen with an incredibly elegant and modern sleek style.

I am not one to write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Relocating is not a fun process to begin with, especially with the current pandemic at hand. But today I was a person and not just a sale. While working with Alexis, my experience was personable, genuine, and was treated with the utmost respect. She provided me with knowledge, and exceptional customer care. She was my patient and accommodating with me and my busy schedule. Not to mention how resourceful and knowledgeable she was with ALL of my questions. Alexis has given me hope, ease of mind, and a sense of light. I no longer fear relocating during this pandemic and I have Alexis to thank for that.

The customer service for this apartment complex was excellent. When I called for pricing and requested a virtual tour due to covid I was met with the utmost understanding. The leasing agent I spoke with, Alexis Hill, was professional and extremely patient. We were able to set up a time that worked for me- even though it was probably not as convenient for her. I definitely appreciated that! I will absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.

For starters what a community!!!!! I was first introduced to Alexis who showed me around the community and the amazing 1 bedroom. I currently was not happy in my old community due to poor communication and service requests never being finished. I was very impressed by Alexis' professionalism and explanation of how the whole applying process worked. I was never confused or blind-sided by any information given. I can’t wait to make this my new home !!!

The staffs has been so friendly and they have been making living here a great experience. I love that they have events that make me feel like I have a community here. I was able to meet my neighbors during this time and also enjoy different food while also support small businesses!
