Lived here for almost 2 years and loved every second of it!! Lived in a one bedroom one bath which was more than enough space for my many things. The staff is wonderful and so is the community! Very responsive and friendly The amenities are great and the location is also super close walk to good delis, parks and grocery. The lobby/communal spaces are always kept super clean and tidy. Would always recommend this as a place to live in Denver! Sad I had to go!

I've lived here for 2-3 years and honestly the way the staff all cares for the building really a big reason i stay. The premises always feel safe and clean, and updated. With the exception of standard apartment living issues like over crowded mail rooms for deliveries/packages or the occasional elevator outage, (all of which the staff has been very good at communicating issues and go forward plans etc) i really have to say this has been the best apartment living space I've been in since moving to Denver 6years ago. The gym and common areas are regularly cleaned and kept organized, and the staff here are always so kind and helpful, honestly if there would be a change in the overall management and onsite support, I'd probably be looking around. Can't say how much it means to live in a community where the people working here seem like they actually care about the environment they support.

I don't live there so it may not be fair for me to leave a 5 star review. I'm giving one anyway because the experience I had deserves it. I made an appointment today to take a look at a unit. I showed up earlier than the arranged time because it was convenient for me and Richard graciously stopped eating his lunch to show me around. The property and the amenities are beautiful, I think that goes without saying especially with the newer builds. What stood out to me the most was as people passed us on our tour Richard greeted them by name and people responded and not begrudgingly as is generally the case but like they were actually happy to see him.

Lived here for over two years and this place is beyond charming. Richard and his team, Riley, Shaun and Roy, go out of their way to make this complex feel more like a community. From hosting gatherings, to simply smiling and knowing your name, they make this place feel safe and comfortable.

It's been 6 months since moving into Cortland Cap Hill and I have to say I have no regrets. I'm a transplant from Chicago and since moving here Richard and the rest of his management team have made Denver feel like home! The building is kept clean and there are so many top of the line amenities available. Parking in Cap Hill can be rough and the private parking is worth the extra cost a month. Also my dog would be mad if I didn't mention all her new fur friends and the puppy spa!

The first weeks being new to the apartments and the state, I kept running into Roy. Roy is not just reliable, quick and not judgemental when fixing but a great person. He was the first to make Cortland feel like a community for me and to appreciate Colorado! If it wasn’t for Roy I would still have a leaking ceiling and no friends. Thank you, Roy!
