It's been 6 months since moving into Cortland Cap Hill and I have to say I have no regrets. I'm a transplant from Chicago and since moving here Richard and the rest of his management team have made Denver feel like home! The building is kept clean and there are so many top of the line amenities available. Parking in Cap Hill can be rough and the private parking is worth the extra cost a month. Also my dog would be mad if I didn't mention all her new fur friends and the puppy spa!

The first weeks being new to the apartments and the state, I kept running into Roy. Roy is not just reliable, quick and not judgemental when fixing but a great person. He was the first to make Cortland feel like a community for me and to appreciate Colorado! If it wasn’t for Roy I would still have a leaking ceiling and no friends. Thank you, Roy!

Moved here straight from California and it has been nothing but an amazing experience. The staff really make you feel welcome; from Riley and Richard at the front desk to Shaun and Roy working maintenance. Aside from the wonderful and helpful employees, the frequent events that are thrown help you meet your neighbors, the amenities offer a welcoming spot to hang out, and it feels secure to live here. Cortland was a great choice as someone new to the area and the friendly people and environment is why I stayed. Cortland is the way to live life at the top of the hill

I’ve lived at Cortland Cap Hill for over 30 months and the staff has had minimal changes, which is a huge positive. All of the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful in a timely manner. Especially Shaun, Roy, and Richard. In addition, the amenities are consistently clean, especially the gym. I’ve recommended friends to move here and they love it as well!

I recently did a virtual tour of the community and really enjoyed the experience! The building is amazing and well cared for. The best place to live in Denver, due to service team (Roy and Shawn), they make every work order a priority and make sure to complete the task with such a welcoming environment, that it makes it feel like your neighbor came by to help. Moving in the leasing team (Riley and Richard) have been welcoming and great, and make sure to set up amazing community events to make sure the place feels like home. I can't imagine my time in Denver without the Cap Hill team and this wonderful apt.

Viewing, applying, and move in were all simple processes. Riley was very helpful and accommodating during the aforementioned. I needed to change my parking space due to the length of my vehicle and Richard had me a list of available spaces to choose from within minutes. The building is nice and so far I have not heard any noise from my neighbors. The apartment is modern/clean and the appliances are new and high quality. I will leave an update on this post in 6 months or so.

I recently toured the property as my girlfriend and I are moving to Denver in a couple months. The entire staff were so welcoming. I loved the vibe of the building and how it felt like home when we walked in. We felt so taken care and that were no stupid questions. Richard and his team really made sure we understood everything through the entire process. We can't wait to come back to Denver! If everyone is as warm and friendly, moving here will definitely be the right decision.

This place has a great sense of community. Everyone is really nice and friendly. I moved in two months ago and already made some friends in the building. There is NO dog park or dog run, or grass surrounding the building (only rose bushes). They're the only community that I toured where I was able to get in direct contact with the leasing agents (phone/text) and they are extremely kind and helpful. This is located in a great, walkable area. They have a year-round pool and hot tub, 24/7 gym, and one of my favorites FREE COFFEE!!

I just wanted to take a moment to give props to the entire property management team. I’ve lived in a ton of complexes, and this is by far the best maintained and managed I’ve ever lived in. I work from home, and have a direct view of the pool. I see them out there literally every day scrubbing the floors, organizing pool furniture, and doing all they can to ensure the pool is always clean. I’ve also had prompt attention to anything I’ve needed help with including small things like getting a locker open, finding lost packages, etc. They’re also really good at organizing fun events for the residents that we enjoy attending. I think the management team rocks. Thanks for all you do! Your extra efforts don’t go unnoticed.

My wife and I came to Denver because my wife had a job interview and this was one of the places we wanted to check out. Since the area has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, we thought it might be a good fit. After meeting Richard, we were blown away with how much knowledge he has about the amenities available but also he answered all the questions we had. The place felt safe and was so clean. Afterwards, we walked around doing some geocaching and had a blast. She hasn’t gotten an offer yet but if she does we’re definitely going to give Richard a call.

I felt extremely safe with the access control entrance/fobs for all doors in building, and the amenities were a huge plus! As simple as everyone knowing me and my dog's name. Maintenance is respectful and fast. And of course, for me, the best part is the hot tub, and the Bath tubs fit a 5’11 woman!! I've been living in this building since April of this year, and have nothing but amazing things to say about it! My apartment is spacious, modern, and beautiful, the building amenities (pool, roof deck, common space, etc) are great, and the location is unbeatable. Bonus points for the fact that the building always smells fantastic, and that I've never had a single issue with packages or mail. On top of all of that, Richard and the rest of the management team are as elite as they come. They respond to questions or issues quickly and professionally, and are an incredibly kind and welcoming team, willing to go the extra mile for everyone here. It's clear they value the residents feeling like this building is a warm and welcoming home, and I'm happy to call it mine. I won't be going anywhere anytime soon!

A very specific lifestyle for very specific people*. If you're looking for a young, west-coast, up-all-night, college (high end) dorm vibe - you'll love this place. The staff is great and super helpful, the apartments and (most) amenities (though sometimes out of order) are excellent and well designed, the gym, pool, and hot tub are top-notch, and you'll be close to everything cap hill and Colfax has to offer. It's a loud, young, mostly single-oriented, high-end complex at a heart of a city - for better or worse. *If you're looking for any sort of peace and quiet, nature, a community, friendly and welcoming neighbors, or a proper kitchen, you should probably look at other options. I'm not saying it as judgment, it's just not what this place is, and it bothered us and many others - so be aware before you jump into anything. It's an apartment, not a home. I've lived here for 2 years and the cortland team is consistent, caring, and kind. Richard, Aly, Robert, Roy, and Shawn are the dream team. The building itself checks all the boxes of amenities and location, the units do as well with high ceilings and modern finishes. The parking garage is not overwhelming and I love walking to the museums or cheesman park. Maintenance requests tho few and far between are handled promptly. There's events and I believe this building attracts great people because I've met great friends. I love watching the sun dip beneath the colorado mountains while I grill a steak and eat it by the fireplace while watching the TV. I love getting early morning coffee from the machine in the lobby and working in the private boardroom. I love watching the sunrise and seeing gorgeous landscape below from my unit. I love working out in the private yoga studio that overlooks the pool or riding on the peloton. Alright I'll wrap it up, we love living here. Periodt

Cortland Cap Hill is a very well-run property, and if you're looking for a new place to call home, you should absolutely consider living here. When I was moving to the area this past fall, I spoke with multiple properties throughout the downtown Denver area, and Cortland almost immediately stood out. While most other property management companies were slow to respond and offered limited information, Cortland did exactly the opposite. Six months after moving in, I still feel like they still offer the same level of service/communication as day one. Also, Robert, Aly, and Richard (along with the entire maintenance team) are great. They're very friendly, and always available. The apartments and property itself are also great. My unit is comfortable, and the pool/gym/lounges are always clean and well maintained.

One of the best apartment experiences! Most apartment managements could care less about their renters, but not this place. Roy from maintenance has always been super fast and friendly and does everything in his power to keep the property pristine. I don’t have a single complaint about Cortland!

Superb management and operating staff. Everyone at Cortland has been so accommodating, friendly and professional to us during our stay in Denver. I can’t say enough about the beauty of the building and amenities. Everything is always clean and very dog friendly. We are going to miss everyone in the office as we head back to South Florida. If you’re looking for a great apartment in the heart of the city with top-notch amenities and the best staff ever, this is your place!

I’ve lived here for a year now. The building itself is absolutely amazing and always clean. The management is even better. They add the little details and make living here as great as possible. They go above and beyond to help you out. Very well put together and nice staff.

I absolutely LOVE living at Cortland Cap Hill. The staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. Robert has been especially helpful to me in my move-in and getting settled in- whenever I have questions or need something he is there to help. The facility, amenities, and over vibe is so great. I feel so lucky to live here! Rent is fairly priced currently, but I expect it to increase soon due to how great they've been managing things.

The minute I walked in the front door, I knew I'd come home. I was moving in the wake of a divorce and this is the first time I've lived alone in over 20 years. Robert Caloca, the leasing specialist, immediately made me feel welcome and went that extra mile to ensure the application and moving processes were as seamless as possible. My apartment is perfect for me and THAT VIEW IS BREATHTAKING!! I couldn't be happier. 😁❤️🌇

I cannot speak more highly about Cortland Cap Hill, the management, and the employees that work here,. Finding a place to live is difficult within itself, but Cortland makes it a whole lot easier. They are so accommodating, friendly, and make you feel right at home! Richard (the property manager) is hands down the most helpful person. He truly cares about his residence and goes the extra mile with everything he does. Also Aly & Robert (leasing agents) are wonderful, as are the maintenance guys. We have been living here for just over a year now, and have not regretted it for one second. The amenities are awesome, the building is very clean, and it's in close proximity to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Let's not forget the view! We have a corner unit and waking up to the view never gets old. The only complaint I'd have is that you can sometimes hear your neighbors, but nothing to draw you away from the building. Thank you Cortland team!

I have nothing bad to say about Cortland Cap Hill! I moved when they were originally Moderna, and so far both companies have been amazing to work with. Cortland took over pretty unexpectedly and hit the ground running. I didn’t notice any drop off in terms of cleanliness, ease of working with their new system and employees, or quality in the building. Aly in the front office has been a pleasure to work with since they took over. I was only there for a couple of months while Cortland was there, but I have seen enough to keep my review at 5 stars from when Modera was running this place. They immediately made some changes like with putting new turf in, updating the coffee machine, and a few other cosmetic touches. All in all, the location is very good, and the amenities are amazing. Everyone is good about leaving the pool at 10 so this is definitely for a little bit of an older community and it straight out of college. But that’s the way I liked it! Extremely dog friendly building too. You won’t go wrong living
