I came from out of state to look at apartments and I was extremely pleased with the staff at The Cortland. Shyanne walked me through all of the available options I had and didn’t make me feel rushed while I was making my decision. She was extremely knowledgeable about the property and very friendly. Mikhail went over important information with me and answered all of my questions. The community is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are top tier. I am very excited for this new chapter of my life and I look forward to hopefully living at the Cortland.

This is a nice apartment complex. Mickal and Shantell are very nice with the moving process very knowledgeable I love it here already , we have only been here 5 days and they are quick and responsive. Joseph from maintenance was nice and came quick after we politely asked for our water temperture to go higher because I love hot water and he finished it in a quick and efficient timely manner , very helpful as well🙏🏿. You will enjoy it here it’s a breeze 💕 Thank you Cortland for moving us in our new home ! We love it

The new renovated apartments are great! I have been living here for 2 weeks now. The amenities are well maintained and beautiful. Madison is the one who gave me a tour of the apartment, and she is so nice and friendly. She made the moving in process so easy for me, by answering all my concerns and explaining things throughly!

I am so excited to be moving into Cortland Brier Creek! I toured with Madison and was back later that day to see the apartment one more time and sign the lease! Madison was so kind and was such a fun and helpful guide as we explored the community! The newly renovated rooms was SUCH an appeal to me, and the community seems like such a warm and welcoming one! The apartments are beautiful and the people are so kind! Absolutely no complains about Cortland Brier Creek! I am so excited to move in next month!

Madison has been super helpful, accommodating and patient from the start. She’s a sweetheart! What a beautiful complex, fantastic pool, and amazing fitness center. The staff are all so very friendly and responsive.

The property was beautiful and the tour was very well orchestrated. I had been touring a bunch of properties all week and Cortland was the place I decided to call home. Shantel was super friendly and made the decision process really easy. Kinda made me wish I would have started at Courtland lol

Shantel Smith was attentive, courteous and helpful. When I entered the leasing office she was working with a couple, but acknowledged me right away. She gave me a tour of one of the units and exhibited great customer service.

Cortland would be wise to give all of the employees at this property raises. Dylan, Jeremy, Madison, Mikhail, and Shantel consistently go above and beyond. This property has continuously improved since we moved in, and they have a lot to do with this progress. This is an awesome place to live. Keep it up Team.
