As I departure from cortland westshore for a closer place to work I’d like to say a few things. The last 2 years was absolutely amazing here. The amenities are awesome from the convienent store to the piers on the water , dog park is huge and 2 story gym. Sandra was extremely helpful with my last minute departure and worked with me diligently and ensured a smooth process even though I gave her a difficult situation to help me out with last second. She made it work was an absolute pleasure the whole time. I would highly recommend this place and the staff here. Thank you Cortland !

I enjoyed my time living at this apartment community. The property was quiet and comfortable. I also liked that they had weekly food trucks for residents and hosted community events throughout the year. The events were fun and a nice way to bring residents together. Millie, Sadie and Sandra in the office were always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. They were easy to communicate with and made things go smoothly during my time there. Overall, I had a great experience living here.

We had a great experience during our apartment search and move-in process. Sadie was extremely helpful, professional, and supportive from start to finish. She made everything much easier for us, answered all our questions, and helped us get the apartment we really wanted. We’re very happy with our new home and truly appreciate all her help. Sadie in the office was incredibly helpful throughout the entire onboarding process. She answered all of my questions clearly and made everything feel smooth and straightforward. I especially appreciated how transparent she was with all the numbers, nothing felt hidden or unclear.
