What I love most about living here is the maintenance team led by Nate the maintenance manager. They are phenomenal. Anytime I have an issue they are quick to get it done.. I'm especially fond of Jose because he is very efficient & always patient with me if I have any questions. Plus they keep the complex looking great.

Good quality apartments, clean premises outside the building. Staff, both office and maintenance were knowledgeable and helpful. Office staff came to check on me when I was having a bad day. All the other tenants were cool people to live around as well. When my washing machine stopped working, a technician fixed it within hours, during game 7 of the 2021 NBA eastern conference semifinals. And I remember this because I put the request sometime in the first half, and it was fixed by the end of the game! Elite maintenance team. I moved out because the rent increase was too much but it was an enjoyable place to live for a year.

Moving into Cortland Bowery was one of the smoothest and most stress-free experiences I’ve had. From the start, the leasing team was helpful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Everything was ready and in perfect condition when I arrived — which made settling in easy and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are clean, the amenities are top-notch, and you can tell the management takes pride in keeping everything in great shape for residents. A special shoutout to Jose Madrid from the maintenance team — he is absolutely incredible! Jose is not only efficient and professional, but he also goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time. Any request I’ve had has been handled quickly and with care. I've lived here for about a year, and every day has been great. The staff—both in and out of the leasing office—have been incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Anytime we've had a major issue, they’ve been proactive in addressing it and have successfully managed to fix it. Living on the first floor, I've never experienced any problems with water or flooding, even during hurricanes—I've been through two since moving in. While we've encountered minor issues with the water sprinklers and the dog park, they haven’t significantly impacted my experience. The dog park fence could use some repairs or replacement, and the sprinklers on the south side near the corner parking lot need some attention. Some of these concerns have been mitigated, though they still require further improvements, which I’ve been told are included in the 2025 budget. Despite these small issues, I truly love this area and plan to continue renting here for a while. I'm transferring units soon, and I hope my next apartment is just as gr

I have lived here for 4 wonderful years and I'm renewing for a 5th year. The maintenance team stands out to me because they areall so friendly and quick to respond! Jose has been my main squeeze from the beginning! He does an outstanding job! Very professional and kind. Anything I throw at him, he can tackle “no problem”: thanks Jose!! The neighborhood is very well-maintained and they are always working on different ways to spruce it up. It may be older compared to the Cortland Westshore and other apt complexes close by but there are so many great amenities here including the two pools and little convenience store (with a grill!). As a young woman, I feel safe here. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and if you want to be social you can definitely meet your neighbors but you can also keep to yourself.

Such a lovely community! Applying for and signing the lease was a breeze, and the community agent Milly was very helpful and compassionate. She is great with communication and very informative. The pools are gorgeous, the bay walks make nature easily accessible, and the units are clean and well-designed. I especially appreciate the storage the units have, very convenient for the space. During our search for a new place, we had several specific requirements, and I’m pleased to report that our experience at Cortland Bowery has been quite positive. Talia, our leasing agent, was attentive and took the time to understand our needs. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and worked diligently to help us find a unit that met all our criteria—Bayview sunsets were a pleasant bonus. While this may not be our forever home, we appreciate the welcoming atmosphere at Cortland Bowery during this transitional period. For the location, the price, and the view of the bay for every Florida sunset its mostly everything I was looking for! Plus you throw in the two pools, fire pits on a pond, functioning grills, lil bark park and a delicious sandwich from the on site family owned market. :) Thank you especially to Sandra and Joseph who always welcome me and have helped me a lot! 😊 It is an older property but I feel the newer management have been doing what they can to improve it. What I like about the Cortland Bowery is that it’s conveniently located. It’s close to restaurants, downtown, Bayshore, stadium, St. Pete., etc. It’s also extremely pet friendly which I love. Lots of pets within the community. The only drawback is that the apartments are small & dark. You’re basically living in a gray box. All the walls, trims, doors & cabinet’s are grey. Also, although the complex was updated in 2018, it is already showing wear & tear. All the metal doors are rusted including all the hardware on the cabinets. The paint is cracked & the wood planks & concrete stairs around the property are worn. There is also a constant stream of creepy crawlies getting into the apartment like spiders, bugs, termites, etc. Overall it’s a decent property.

Beautiful 2 story fitness center and kayak launch/storage area and great BONUS a dog park that my Shih Tzu loves. Apartments have a beautiful finish and renovation, feels like home. Overall, I love living at Cortland Bowery. I think it’s an amazing community and perfectly located. However, due to the unsanitary conditions of the common areas, I could not in good conscience recommend others moving here at the moment. Loose, rotting garbage lying around is how disease spreads. Once this gets fixed, I’ll feel comfortable saying this is a 5 star community that anyone would love to live in.

I recently moved into the "Cortland Bowery." I have nothing but outstanding things to say about this impeccable apartment complex. The amenities are outstanding, with two beautiful nature trails that lead to Tampa Bay. The complex is well maintained, with beautiful landscaping and bright, open spaces. My apartment was in PRISTINE condition upon move in, with carpets cleaned and not a speck of dirt anywhere. The move-in process was made stress free, due to JOSEPH SABATINO! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this man. His professionalism and expert knowledge about the facility; South Tampa; and, overall leasing concerns and questions of mine, were all put to rest due to this man's authentic and genuine care. Can't thank Talia in the office enough for getting me into a new home. Long story short, I made the move from NC to Tampa and thought I had a place lined up after they told me when paperwork would be done. The apartment complex is a great mix for those who want to socialize at the leasing office's hosted events and those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. They have a variety of layouts for those in the lower and higher price ranges and spacial need. I lived in Cortland Bowery for 1.5 years and had a great experience there. The staff is amazing (both maintenance and leasing office), the amenities are nice, the events organised by the office are fun and allowed me to become friends with neighbors. My unit was a third (and last) floor, facing the mangrove, which was perfect to see the beautiful sunset. I think the units are well sized (no wasted space) and the price is good for the area ($2300 all additional mandatory bills included for a 2bd 2ba). Only downside: I had barking dogs in my building, which was a pain at 6:30am 3-4 times/week.

It's ideal to live in Cortland Bowery! The personnel is outstanding and highly attentive. In less than a week, I was able to move into my apartment! I recently moved in, and it’s been a great community to live in thus far. The leasing process went seamlessly thanks to Talia. She was knowledgeable, super helpful, and a great communicator. I asked her probably far too many questions all throughout the tour, leasing process, and even after moving in. She was always prompt, super friendly, and eager to help answer my questions. Once my lease started, but prior to physically moving in, I had shipped several boxes to the apartment. At my request Talia had taken time out of her day to specifically make sure the boxes were locked inside. Then, I had a massive delivery with heavy boxes, and Joseph took time from his day to lift probably 250 lbs of stuff into my apartment. I am super grateful for their above and beyond service. We just moved in and love it! Joe was super helpful during our tour and answered our million questions. Application process was seamless & Joe was quick and responsive when it came to all my annoying emails leading up to our move. Obviously these are not newly built apartments but what theyve done to the property is lovely, the dog park, grill area, fire pit and gym are all kept very clean. The trail to the beach and kayak launch are absolutely a plus as well.

This complex, and all of its employees, are wonderful. Diane DellaZanna, the resident experience manager, was the biggest help! She is professional, accommodating, well-spoken, and an all around genuine human being. She made our lease transfer smooth and worry-free, helping us with every step of the way. Talia had helped make the entire moving process very easy and simple. She talked about all the great offer and had an amazing personality. Then help me with all the paperwork making it especially easy to do online since I wasn’t in the local area to do it in person. Cortland is a great place to live. Nothing is better than the community events that are put on by the staff. From pool party, to Halloween party, to sip and paints ect, it really gives the residents a good opportunity to socialize, eat, and have a good time! Cant say enough good things about this staff and property!

Love these apartments! I've lived here for almost three years now. The staff are super friendly, accommodating and care for resident's livelihoods. Often, food trucks are at our residences and monthly events are held to bring the many buildings together. It's a great place for young professionals and pet friends alike.

I had the pleasure of finding this adorable place packed with amenities (for those that have pets!) I have to say- moving from New York to Florida and this being my third property rental experience—I have to give a huge shout out to one manager —Joe at Cortland Bowery. Short and sweet: I’ve never had somebody be so efficient with property knowledge, really goes to bat to answers all questions I had. It was a breeze to sign my lease! The apartments are absolutely adorable and I love the garden style community. There is a cafe onsite that has a variety of sundries and the best chicken shawarma wrap ever. I especially like the nature trail and gazebo overlooking Tampa Bay. The staff is super friendly. It's the little things that count in life!

We toured the newer Cortland property next door and it’s really nice but everything about the Bowery has just been better. Talia in the leasing office was a huge help in answering all of our questions and getting us through the application process incredibly efficiently. The property is regularly being maintained and the amenities from the gym, cafe, and boardwalks to the kayak storage/entry are all exactly what my roommate and I were hoping for in seeing them advertised. Definitely recommend.

I’m currently residing at a different Cortland complex but was considering transferring to Bowery to be closer to work. I was very pleased with a tour that Joseph Sabatino gave us! He was very thorough and attentive to all of our questions and concerns and I would undoubtedly recommend him to anyone looking to move in to Cortland Bowery.

My roommate and I toured several nearby apartments before Cortland - including the newer cortland property immediately north - and this is just the perfect balance. It's an older property but they've done a great job of upgrading all of the amenities - especially the gym and community areas. The management team has been excellent so far, as well- Talia was awesome with the tour and move-in process. Overall, very satisfied with moving here and definitely recommend.

I love this community so much. It has a great fitness center, nature trails, and two pools! Diane and the team in the office are amazing and truly care about their residents. The apartments are remodeled and spacious. Highly recommend!

All the staff at the Bowery have been kind, caring, welcoming, friendly, thorough and responsive. Our apartment was so clean and well-prepared when we moved in, practically like new. It’s a beautiful community with fantastic amenities and service. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I have a lovely view of a pond with birds from my home office, and I love walking out on the nature trail to see the birds and sunset over Tampa Bay. The two pools are so picturesque with the palm trees and fountain feature. The kayak launch option is awesome and the gym is great for cardio and weight lifting. I also love the resident socials they hold and have made friends at them. The location is also ideal, a short drive to downtown Tampa and the airport, close to the Gandy to get over to St. Pete pretty quickly. I'm thankful to call Cortland Bowery home.

Moving to Cortland Bowery has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! The units themselves are the perfect size to meet my needs, and the community itself is extremely welcoming. The staff take great care in ensuring that residents have a positive experience by hosting fun resident events, providing free group exercises classes where you can meet new people, and even enjoy a delicious meal from a local food truck almost every week! However, my favourite part of Cortland Bowery is the gazebo on the water, where you can catch some of the best sunsets!

I had a great time living here! The views are so nice, amenities are clean, and the maintenance is top notch! I go to school in the downtown and unfortunately, the commute to the downtown I don’t love, that is the ONLY reason I am not renewing my lease. I would love to come back here in the near future. The leasing consultants are so nice, friendly, and helpful including Kamir, Anthony, Joe and many more. If you are thinking of signing a lease at a wonderful complex, go here!

Overall this is a solid apartment complex. It’s the best bang-for-your-buck I could find in south tampa. The nature trail is a solid amenity that a lot of other complex’s don’t have, and the gym is a lot better than most. Maintenance usually comes the next day, Andy was very helpful and informative about how to prevent future maintenance problems. If it were newer/more spacious it would bump it up to a 5 star. Update after 1 year of living here: We resigned our lease. With all of the crooked corporate run apartment complex' this has been the best one I have found after years of apartment living. Maintenance is amazing and the pest control guys are super helpful too. Our Hot/Cold water was reversed on our kitchen sink & they came out to fix it almost immediately. Great living experience.

We’ve been here about a year and a half and it’s been everything we have hoped for. Two very nice swimming pool areas, clean apartments, and very friendly staff. It’s an easy ride to Tampa or points in Pinellas County, so location is a plus. There’re also events going on, such as a summer block party, which help the residents feel connected. I’ve no reason to move from here at this point in time; very recommended.

i visited my friend who lives here, the property was very beautiful and has alot of friendly residents. my favorite is the pool area. Had the pleasure of taking a tour yesterday with Joe and Mark, and I must say, I know where I’ll be residing next. I’m looking months ahead of time as I am moving from out of state, but finally had some time to travel to the sunshine state to see what’s available, and these fellas treated me as if I were already a resident. They were a true reflection of just how amazing this community is, with their gorgeous pools, awesome gym, and beautiful nature trails. This was only the second community I came to view yesterday, and since then I’ve concluded my search. I can confidently say I’ve found my new home. Thank you Joe and Mark. I LOVE living here! It’s such a beautiful complex. The maintenance team is always on top of things. The landscaping is constantly kept up. The office team though…. Legitimately the best in the business.

I moved to Cortland Bowery about a month ago, and have had an exceptional experience so far. I moved cross-country, sight unseen, and Joseph took the time to show me around the community over a video call; including their model unit, and the grounds. Upon arrival, staff were extremely welcoming and made it easy to get settled in. The grounds, facilities, and amenities are all extremely well maintained. The fitness center, kayak launch, and nature trail are all really cool things to have access to. Being able to go out and watch the sunset over the water every night is incredible! The property management team also does an excellent job fostering a sense of community. I really like the work they do bringing in local food trucks, staging events, and even holding group fitness classes. It's a little detail that goes a long way in making you feel like you live in an actual neighborhood, not just an apartment complex. I would absolutely recommend Cortland Bowery to a friend who was moving to the area.

Stunning location on Tampa Bay. The sunsets over the bay each night that you can enjoy from the nature walk gazebos are unreal. Feels like living in a nature preserve. With 2 resort style pools and other amenities, this community is like living at a comfortable resort. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Cortland Bowery located on South West Shore Blvd.Tampa is next door to the West Shore Yacht Club and 1/10 of a mile from Gandy Blvd. Cortland Bowery is a short drive to International Mall with its many fine shops, restaurants and movie theaters as well as a short hop on the Gandy Bridge to St. Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. Sandra is AMAZING…a visit with her is a MUST!

Welcome to Cortland Bowery !!! I want to be the first person to let you know that this is a wonderful community to live at. I have been a resident for around 11 years and plan to stay here. The staff and management is great and they make you feel like you are one of the family… they plan events and you have a variety of things you can do. The apartments are up to date with features and if you have a problem the staff are ready to help you get your problem fixed. It’s located in a beautiful setting and nature surrounds use. It’s a great place to live and raise a family. Neighborhood is friendly and the staff as well... For military personal it’s proximity with MacDill is also an advantage. If location is more important to you then than size of your home then this is the place for you!

I have been living here for 3 months now and it’s been great. From the move in process directly from Miami, everything has been smooth sailing. I love everything about this place. Anthony and the team at the office have been great and friendly and so helpful. Service requests are solved immediately. On a Saturday, maintenance came within the hour and fixed my issue. The amenities are so different and beautiful. The boardwalk to the sunset is unreal. The gym is open 24 hours, what a godsend. Come nightime it is so quiet and serene, I feel safe and sleep well. The food trucks that come by every week is such a convenience since I sold my car. They hold holiday parties, events, comedy shows wirh drinks and food. I rented their clubhouse and its such an amazing space. I am overall super happy. Highly recommend!

So far so good! Loving my new place however I’ve had termites and now silverfish. I really hope I don’t have more insect issues. Update: no more bugs and the team is very helpful. The team is always very responsive, answer all my questions and take care of any problem I have. Love living here!

My wife and I had an appointment with Joseph in the rental office to view a unit, and he was so polite and took us on a tour to view everything. The unit was Beautiful and the property is Very Clean. Even had nice cold sodas in the fridge at the unit we viewed. My wife said it's like a resort. The nature trail that lead to the water IS SO BEAUTIFUL 😍. Everything was beautiful. Can't wait to become a resident. Thank you again Joseph S for all your help when I was having issues applying you were so patient with me and the other gentleman I spoke with. Sorry sir forgot your name. But you all were the Best. Also since we've finally moved in almost a month ago everything is going GREAT!! Cortland Bowery is an awesome place to live! I moved here several months ago, without ever visiting the complex before signing the lease. It was a risk that totally paid off. The bayside location, mature trees and plantings and the two pools are beautiful! The management team is wonderful, and the maintenance crew is terrific-any issues are addressed very promptly. The grounds are well maintained, and people are friendly. Life is good at Cortland Bowery!

Bowery Bayside has been fantastic to live at! Speedy maintenance service, clean pools, and great local shop to eat at right inside the complex. The leasing office has always been very helpful and happy to help with whatever needs I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Nice Complex to live, nice pool, exercise, room, study room, outdoor pits near the pool. Excellent location for work in and around the the area when construction is complete. Wish there were more dog parks. Having trash pickup during the week is a plus when you are on the run for work or something. The amount of trash generated warrants a better dumpster setting. Or a change more often based on need not schedule. 4.5 star 🌟

My overall experience at Cortland Bowery has been fantastic! Its felt like home since the first day i moved in. My neighbors have been great and office management goes above and beyond for the community. Office management has really been there for me like a big family when I've needed anything. There are always activities or something going on within the community. it's a great place to live! i love the pool areas and boardwalk for sunsets. I stopped by the office while in the area to ask about the property and general questions as far as amenities and what your property has to offer. The staff was very friendly & greeted me as soon as I walked in. The office was very clean, organized & nicely decorated. Since some of the front desk associates were busy with other clients, Melissa Lopez came to assist me right away and answered all of my questions. She was the best! She took her time explaining everything, I can’t wait to call Bowery home.

Overall this is a nice place to live. The property is beautiful and has everything you could ever need. We've had our issues like you'll find at any other apartment, but they are always quick to help us. The location for this price is the best in the area hands-down. Extremely dog friendly and they provide poop bags! Lots of animals around here (squirrels, ducks, turtles) it's so fun to see the ducks grow up here. Since our 8 months here it's fun watching the duck families grow up around the lake and have their babies. Valet trash has been great lately. We have not had any problems with bugs which is also a huge plus. I wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but we just bought portable fans standing fans for the rooms and that works fine. Overall it's also a fairly safe place to live I'd say, and by that I mean at night I can walk around the property with my dogs and feel completely safe. We have had our bikes stolen (with locks) so beware of thieves, but I do not think they live in Cortland I think it

So far so good! We've lived here about 2 months now and everything is going well. Property is maintained well, maintenance responses have been quick. The community wi-fi is way quicker than I thought it would be. The only downside is they took out the hot tub. That was one of the sole reasons we moved here now it's gone, but what can you do? They're in the middle of renovations and I'm hoping they get to our decking soon, it's a bit rough. The buildings and stairwells also need a good pressure wash. Hopefully the renovations include that :-) The leasing office has been a pleasure to work with. Anthony was swamped the day we moved in but he took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions even as a line started at the front desk.

This was the best apartments I ever lived at. I have never seen a company care about their tenants as much. They always throw parties for every holiday. Back in the day they use to hand out Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwiches in the mornings. I had so much fun living here. They have the best amenities too.

Move in process was so smooth. Better than I expected. The apartment is updated and beautiful. Anthony is wonderful! He is quick in responding and available for any questions that we have. I love our new home at Cortland Bowery. The staff and other residents are friendly. I have a dog so it's nice to meet so many other dog owners here. The amenities are great, too.

I had a leak from my fridge and when i noticed it i made a request on the app. the team was at my front door the next morning, hours after making the request and had the leak fix and everything put back together within 20 mins. Very timely, professional, and quality work. 5 stars!

We are so happy in our new apartment at Bowery Bayside. The location is great, easy access to both Pinellas County and Tampa, plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options close by. Our apartment is large, with a great floor plan and plenty of storage. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property well maintained. It is a very dog friendly community, I enjoy walking my dog and meeting all the other dog owners. But my favorite part is the natural setting. We have two nature trails that lead out to the Bay. Our pavilion on the water is a relaxing place to unwind. You can launch your paddleboard or kayak right from the property. I often see a pair of falcons and last week there was a roseate spoonbill feeding in the duck pond. Living here makes me very happy.

Editing my review because the new management team has been very helpful with this issue. They ensured pickup each night by sending a maintenance team member by to double check. My boyfriend and I have become increasingly frustrated since moving in with the "valet trash" service that was promised in our lease. We pay an insane $30 a month ($15 at our previous apartment) for our trash to get picked up each night. This fee is not avoidable as you cannot opt out of the service. We wouldn't have a problem if the service that we were paying for was actually provided, but instead we are left with our trash almost every night. We've brought this issue up multiple times through phone calls and emails with the office, each time promised that it has been solved only for the issue to resume immediately. We are holding up our end of the lease by paying the fee, while Cortland is not providing the promised service. Very frustrating, avoid the fee if you can.

First of all from day 1 Madi has been so helpful and useful in helping me with my dream apartment. I love living here the staff is wonderful and the place is gorgeous. The amenities are nice but truly just the apartments themselves are just wonderful. So happy to be a part of this community where they make you feel at home.

When it comes to pleasing the customer, you can always count on Madison Morris. I just have to shout out this individual. She excels what it means to put a consumer first. Not only did she make sure I was super comfortable throughout the whole process of renting/leasing an apartment, but she was super patient, kind, and informative every step of the way. Not once did I feel anxious like I usually do in almost every social situation, or change in life style. Words simply can not describe how happy I am - Madi, thank you so much for all your help!

I wanted to share that Madi was a super helpful leasing agent! She always responded very quickly and was beyond helpful with everything we needed. The staff is extremely responsive and Madi was the best!!!!! The only issue I had with Bowery was that we put in some service requests that were never looked at or handled if it took a ton of work or to call in a contractor.

Bowery Bayside by Cortland is a lovely property in a fantastic location! It is so nice that they have a mini convenience store on site. The office staff is always professional, accommodating and extremely helpful! I will continue to lease here again and again!

An absolutely wonderful place to live in Tampa Bay! The management is extremely helpful. We lived there for over a year and Madison Morris was fantastic! Always answered any question we had, address any concerns we had was an absolute delight! I really recommend this property when moving to the Tampa Bay Area.

My move in experience from out of state during COVID-19 was great! My leasing agent, Ciara Arthur, was so kind and responsive. She understood my drive and even made a welcome video since I was predicted to arrive after office hours! The video was very helpful! 5 stars for her service!!!!!

As a restaurant hospitality professional for more than 30 years, you know we move around a lot. I have lived in apartments literally all over the world from the Caribbean to London, England and it would be hard for me to say I’ve had an experience in apartment living that could top Bowery Bayside. From the initial contact I had with Anthony in November of 2020 to our move in date in December of 2020 and ever since, he has been there for anything we ever need. When I started looking at apartments here in sunny Tampa, Bowery Bayside was the first place I looked at. Anthony answered my call, was waiting for me when I arrived to tour the property with a cold bottle of water waiting, and proceeded to show me why I should live here. He was not rushed in any way making me think I was his only priority for the rest of the day. That’s nice in today’s world. As I left I was very informed and impressed with the genuine service he gave. He knew I preferred a third floor with a view of the bay and said he would keep an ey

Marissa and the whole team made our move in experience great. They’re super friendly and very helpful. The complex is beautiful, has two pools, a pound and a track around it and a great fitness center. The staff takes really good care of the place and helps you out when needed be. Definitely recommend living here.

Jim, the maintenance man, was so fast to help me with my maintenance request! He was very friendly and professional, and was able to fix my problem in a timely manner. I was running late to work one day because I could not lock my door as my lock was malfunctioning, but he came right away and made sure that everything was fixed up and ready to go for me, even stressing to the leasing team who needed to jump in to assist with configuring my lock, that I needed to get to work and that this issue needs to be solved right away. He made sure that my issue was made right and gave me peace of mind that my pets and valuables would be safe and secure while I was at work! Thanks again Jim!

So happy with my decision to move here! Finally an apartment that actually feels like home. Property is lovely, the gym is out of this world amazing! Staff is super understanding and so helpful. Madi is a rockstar and set me up with no hiccups.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Bowery! The publix literally borders the complex along with parks on the other side. Location is amazing and the apartment is clean and modern. Other than the pool closed sunday (maybe theres a reason?) nothing negative to say!

Highly recommend this complex! We decided to live here after heavy consideration/research and this complex was the best choice between amenities, space/storage, pricing, overall niceness/etc. The location by the bay is unbeatable and the facilities are clean. The manager, Marissa, has been super helpful and communicative throughout the entire application to moving in process, even when I did not expect it. Maintenance orders have been filled quickly and easily. Definitely recommend living here!

I recently moved in (just over a month now), and I am loving it so far! The best thing for me was how the whole process was handled by the leasing staff, Marissa in particular. I was out-of-town up until the day i moved in, and everything was handled with the utmost professionalism from the Bowery Team. I just moved in but I’m LOVING it so far. Very friendly staff. Marissa was extremely helpful in getting me moved in quickly and efficiently and was great with communicating back and forth with me. The community is very dog friendly. My pup loves it here almost as much as I do!
