We love it at Cortland Bowery! Millie was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. She made sure every one of our specific needs was met. Even after we moved in, she has stayed in touch to keep the service exceptional. It is a great location for resort-style living.

We lived at Cortland Bowery for 2 years and recommend for a great price and spacious apartments. Over the 2 years we had no issues with bugs or anything too bad and if we did need maintenance they were always available same day to help and always been polite and helpful! The pool is also great to hang out and a really nice pool overall and the grills by the water are nice. We also never had an issue with parking! Thanks

It was a bit of a process to get the apartment but the customer service was impeccable. Everyone was very friendly. Shout out to Yamily for the patience and willingness to help throughout the process.

As I departure from cortland westshore for a closer place to work I’d like to say a few things. The last 2 years was absolutely amazing here. The amenities are awesome from the convienent store to the piers on the water , dog park is huge and 2 story gym. Sandra was extremely helpful with my last minute departure and worked with me diligently and ensured a smooth process even though I gave her a difficult situation to help me out with last second. She made it work was an absolute pleasure the whole time. I would highly recommend this place and the staff here. Thank you Cortland !

I enjoyed my time living at this apartment community. The property was quiet and comfortable. I also liked that they had weekly food trucks for residents and hosted community events throughout the year. The events were fun and a nice way to bring residents together. Millie, Sadie and Sandra in the office were always friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. They were easy to communicate with and made things go smoothly during my time there. Overall, I had a great experience living here.
