It's ideal to live in Cortland Bowery! The personnel is outstanding and highly attentive. In less than a week, I was able to move into my apartment! The grounds are filled with many features and conveniences. Gorgeous surroundings! It is as though I am in heaven. Also 10 minutes away from MacDill Air Force base!

It's been two weeks since I moved in, and the leasing office and Joseph were great with the entire process. I do have to admit that delivery boxes do get stolen here, I had one of my delivery boxes stolen within two weeks of moving here. So once has to get a ring doorbell immediately after the move-in date.

I recently moved in, and it’s been a great community to live in thus far. The leasing process went seamlessly thanks to Talia. She was knowledgeable, super helpful, and a great communicator. I asked her probably far too many questions all throughout the tour, leasing process, and even after moving in. She was always prompt, super friendly, and eager to help answer my questions. Once my lease started, but prior to physically moving in, I had shipped several boxes to the apartment. At my request Talia had taken time out of her day to specifically make sure the boxes were locked inside. Then, I had a massive delivery with heavy boxes, and Joseph took time from his day to lift probably 250 lbs of stuff into my apartment. I am super grateful for their above and beyond service. We just moved in and love it! Joe was super helpful during our tour and answered our million questions. Application process was seamless & Joe was quick and responsive when it came to all my annoying emails leading up to our move. Obviously these are not newly built apartments but what theyve done to the property is lovely, the dog park, grill area, fire pit and gym are all kept very clean. The trail to the beach and kayak launch are absolutely a plus as well.

Cortland is a great place to live. Nothing is better than the community events that are put on by the staff. The apartments are absolutely adorable and I love the garden style community. There is a cafe onsite that has a variety of sundries and the best chicken shawarma wrap ever. We toured the newer Cortland property next door and it’s really nice but everything about the Bowery has just been better. Talia in the leasing office was a huge help in answering all of our questions and getting us through the application process incredibly efficiently. The property is regularly being maintained and the amenities from the gym, cafe, and boardwalks to the kayak storage/entry are all exactly what my roommate and I were hoping for in seeing them advertised. My roommate and I toured several nearby apartments before Cortland - including the newer cortland property immediately north - and this is just the perfect balance. It's an older property but they've done a great job of upgrading all of the amenities - especially the gym and community areas. The management team has been excellent so far, as well- Talia was awesome with the tour and move-in process. Overall, very satisfied with moving here and definitely recommend.

All the staff at the Bowery have been kind, caring, welcoming, friendly, thorough and responsive. Our apartment was so clean and well-prepared when we moved in, practically like new. It’s a beautiful community with fantastic amenities and service. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I have a lovely view of a pond with birds from my home office, and I love walking out on the nature trail to see the birds and sunset over Tampa Bay. The two pools are so picturesque with the palm trees and fountain feature. The kayak launch option is awesome and the gym is great for cardio and weight lifting. I also love the resident socials they hold and have made friends at them. The location is also ideal, a short drive to downtown Tampa and the airport, close to the Gandy to get over to St. Pete pretty quickly. I'm thankful to call Cortland Bowery home.

Moving to Cortland Bowery has been one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! The units themselves are the perfect size to meet my needs, and the community itself is extremely welcoming. The staff take great care in ensuring that residents have a positive experience by hosting fun resident events, providing free group exercises classes where you can meet new people, and even enjoy a delicious meal from a local food truck almost every week! However, my favourite part of Cortland Bowery is the gazebo on the water, where you can catch some of the best sunsets!

Overall this is a solid apartment complex. It’s the best bang-for-your-buck I could find in south tampa. The nature trail is a solid amenity that a lot of other complex’s don’t have, and the gym is a lot better than most. Maintenance usually comes the next day, Andy was very helpful and informative about how to prevent future maintenance problems. If it were newer/more spacious it would bump it up to a 5 star. Update after 1 year of living here: We resigned our lease. With all of the crooked corporate run apartment complex' this has been the best one I have found after years of apartment living. Maintenance is amazing and the pest control guys are super helpful too. Our Hot/Cold water was reversed on our kitchen sink & they came out to fix it almost immediately. Great living experience.

We’ve been here about a year and a half and it’s been everything we have hoped for. Two very nice swimming pool areas, clean apartments, and very friendly staff. It’s an easy ride to Tampa or points in Pinellas County, so location is a plus. There’re also events going on, such as a summer block party, which help the residents feel connected. I’ve no reason to move from here at this point in time; very recommended.

The cortland team is very receptive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and replies fast to any questions/concerns/comments. They have great communication. I also feel very safe in this community. Honestly, i will be using cortland for many years to come.

i visited my friend who lives here, the property was very beautiful and has alot of friendly residents. my favorite is the pool area. I could definitely see myself or a loved one living there. i even spoke to sandra, the assistant manager, she was kind and super helpful answering all of my questions.😄. there is a sense of community here that you just dont get in most places 👍

Had the pleasure of taking a tour yesterday with Joe and Mark, and I must say, I know where I’ll be residing next. I’m looking months ahead of time as I am moving from out of state, but finally had some time to travel to the sunshine state to see what’s available, and these fellas treated me as if I were already a resident. They were a true reflection of just how amazing this community is, with their gorgeous pools, awesome gym, and beautiful nature trails. This was only the second community I came to view yesterday, and since then I’ve concluded my search. I can confidently say I’ve found my new home. Thank you Joe and Mark. I can’t wait to apply this fall!

I moved to Cortland Bowery about a month ago, and have had an exceptional experience so far. I moved cross-country, sight unseen, and Joseph took the time to show me around the community over a video call; including their model unit, and the grounds. Upon arrival, staff were extremely welcoming and made it easy to get settled in. The grounds, facilities, and amenities are all extremely well maintained. The fitness center, kayak launch, and nature trail are all really cool things to have access to. Being able to go out and watch the sunset over the water every night is incredible! The property management team also does an excellent job fostering a sense of community. I really like the work they do bringing in local food trucks, staging events, and even holding group fitness classes. It's a little detail that goes a long way in making you feel like you live in an actual neighborhood, not just an apartment complex. I would absolutely recommend Cortland Bowery to a friend who was moving to the area.

Stunning location on Tampa Bay. The sunsets over the bay each night that you can enjoy from the nature walk gazebos are unreal. Feels like living in a nature preserve. With 2 resort style pools and other amenities, this community is like living at a comfortable resort. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help.

Cortland Bowery located on South West Shore Blvd.Tampa is next door to the West Shore Yacht Club and 1/10 of a mile from Gandy Blvd. Cortland Bowery is a short drive to International Mall with its many fine shops, restaurants and movie theaters as well as a short hop on the Gandy Bridge to St. Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. I have been living here for 3 months now and it’s been great. From the move in process directly from Miami, everything has been smooth sailing. I love everything about this place. Anthony and the team at the office have been great and friendly and so helpful. Service requests are solved immediately. On a Saturday, maintenance came within the hour and fixed my issue. The amenities are so different and beautiful. The boardwalk to the sunset is unreal. The gym is open 24 hours, what a godsend. Come nightime it is so quiet and serene, I feel safe and sleep well. The food trucks that come by every week is such a convenience since I sold my car. They hold holiday parties, events, comedy shows wirh drinks and food. I rented their clubhouse and its such an amazing space. I am overall super happy. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had an appointment with Joseph in the rental office to view a unit, and he was so polite and took us on a tour to view everything. The unit was Beautiful and the property is Very Clean. Even had nice cold sodas in the fridge at the unit we viewed. My wife said it's like a resort. The nature trail that lead to the water IS SO BEAUTIFUL 😍. Everything was beautiful. Cortland Bowery is an awesome place to live! I moved here several months ago, without ever visiting the complex before signing the lease. It was a risk that totally paid off. The bayside location, mature trees and plantings and the two pools are beautiful! The management team is wonderful, and the maintenance crew is terrific-any issues are addressed very promptly. The grounds are well maintained, and people are friendly. Life is good at Cortland Bowery!

Nice Complex to live, nice pool, exercise, room, study room, outdoor pits near the pool. Excellent location for work in and around the the area when construction is complete. Wish there were more dog parks. Having trash pickup during the week is a plus when you are on the run for work or something. The amount of trash generated warrants a better dumpster setting. Or a change more often based on need not schedule. 4.5 star 🌟

Overall this is a nice place to live. The property is beautiful and has everything you could ever need. We've had our issues like you'll find at any other apartment, but they are always quick to help us. The location for this price is the best in the area hands-down. Extremely dog friendly and they provide poop bags! Lots of animals around here (squirrels, ducks, turtles) it's so fun to see the ducks grow up here. Since our 8 months here it's fun watching the duck families grow up around the lake and have their babies. Valet trash has been great lately. We have not had any problems with bugs which is also a huge plus. I wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, but we just bought portable fans standing fans for the rooms and that works fine. Overall it's also a fairly safe place to live I'd say, and by that I mean at night I can walk around the property with my dogs and feel completely safe. We have had our bikes stolen (with locks) so beware of thieves, but I do not think they live in Cortland I think it

So far so good! We've lived here about 2 months now and everything is going well. Property is maintained well, maintenance responses have been quick. The community wi-fi is way quicker than I thought it would be. The only downside is they took out the hot tub. That was one of the sole reasons we moved here now it's gone, but what can you do? They're in the middle of renovations and I'm hoping they get to our decking soon, it's a bit rough. The buildings and stairwells also need a good pressure wash. Hopefully the renovations include that :-) The leasing office has been a pleasure to work with. Anthony was swamped the day we moved in but he took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions even as a line started at the front desk.

This was the best apartments I ever lived at. I have never seen a company care about their tenants as much. They always throw parties for every holiday. Really quiet and peaceful place to live. Also maintenance is always quick. Just wish there was assigned parking spots there's always no parking spot near my apartment and have to park all the way on the other side of my apartment.

Finding a new apartment can be a very stressful time, but Anthony Diez De Andino assisted in making my move to Cortland Bowery effortless. The transition of moving can bring about many questions and concerns, all of which Anthony responded to promptly and with care. I am more than happy with my new place, all thanks to the effort Anthony put towards helping me. When moving into a new place, you may find small things that need repair; as this happened in my case, the maintenance repair time was immediate and diligent. Anthony listen and assisted with all my concerns pre and post move, assuring me that living in Cortland Bowery was the right decision.

Anthony and all the staff at the Bowery have been kind, patient, caring, welcoming, friendly, thorough and responsive with us as new residents. Our apartment was so clean and well prepared for our arrival, practically like new. It’s a beautiful community with fantastic amenities and service.

Overall this is a solid apartment complex. It’s the best bang-for-your-buck I could find in south tampa. The nature trail is a solid amenity that a lot of other complex’s don’t have, and the gym is a lot better than most. Maintenance usually comes the next day, Andy was very helpful and informative about how to prevent future maintenance problems. If it were newer/more spacious it would bump it up to a 5 star

Marissa Barrios was more than helpful with our move in experience. She went out of her way to ensure we could rent an apartment for our daughter on a couple of months notice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and we are grateful that she has such a wonderful personality. Cortland Bowery is lucky to have someone like her.

I had a leak from my fridge and when i noticed it i made a request on the app. the team was at my front door the next morning, hours after making the request and had the leak fix and everything put back together within 20 mins. Very timely, professional, and quality work. 5 stars!

We are so happy in our new apartment at Bowery Bayside. The location is great, easy access to both Pinellas County and Tampa, plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options close by. Our apartment is large, with a great floor plan and plenty of storage. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property well maintained. It is a very dog friendly community, I enjoy walking my dog and meeting all the other dog owners. But my favorite part is the natural setting. We have two nature trails that lead out to the Bay. Our pavilion on the water is a relaxing place to unwind. You can launch your paddleboard or kayak right from the property. I often see a pair of falcons and last week there was a roseate spoonbill feeding in the duck pond. Living here makes me very happy.

Editing my review because the new management team has been very helpful with this issue. They ensured pickup each night by sending a maintenance team member by to double check. My boyfriend and I have become increasingly frustrated since moving in with the "valet trash" service that was promised in our lease. We pay an insane $30 a month ($15 at our previous apartment) for our trash to get picked up each night. This fee is not avoidable as you cannot opt out of the service. We wouldn't have a problem if the service that we were paying for was actually provided, but instead we are left with our trash almost every night. We've brought this issue up multiple times through phone calls and emails with the office, each time promised that it has been solved only for the issue to resume immediately. We are holding up our end of the lease by paying the fee, while Cortland is not providing the promised service. Very frustrating, avoid the fee if you can.

The amenities are nice but truly just the apartments themselves are just wonderful. So happy to be a part of this community where they make you feel at home.

When it comes to pleasing the customer, you can always count on Madison Morris. I just have to shout out this individual. She excels what it means to put a consumer first. I wanted to share that Madi was a super helpful leasing agent! She always responded very quickly and was beyond helpful with everything we needed. The staff is extremely responsive and Madi was the best!!!!! The only issue I had with Bowery was that we put in some service requests that were never looked at or handled if it took a ton of work or to call in a contractor.

Bowery Bayside by Cortland is a lovely property in a fantastic location! It is so nice that they have a mini convenience store on site. The office staff is always professional, accommodating and extremely helpful! I will continue to lease here again and again!

My move in experience from out of state during COVID-19 was great! My leasing agent, Ciara Arthur, was so kind and responsive. She understood my drive and even made a welcome video since I was predicted to arrive after office hours! The video was very helpful! 5 stars for her service!!!!!

As a restaurant hospitality professional for more than 30 years, you know we move around a lot. I have lived in apartments literally all over the world from the Caribbean to London, England and it would be hard for me to say I’ve had an experience in apartment living that could top Bowery Bayside. From the initial contact I had with Anthony in November of 2020 to our move in date in December of 2020 and ever since, he has been there for anything we ever need. When I started looking at apartments here in sunny Tampa, Bowery Bayside was the first place I looked at. Anthony answered my call, was waiting for me when I arrived to tour the property with a cold bottle of water waiting, and proceeded to show me why I should live here. He was not rushed in any way making me think I was his only priority for the rest of the day. That’s nice in today’s world. Marissa and the whole team made our move in experience great. They’re super friendly and very helpful. The complex is beautiful, has two pools, a pound and a track around it and a great fitness center. The staff takes really good care of the place and helps you out when needed be. Definitely recommend living here.

Jim, the maintenance man, was so fast to help me with my maintenance request! He was very friendly and professional, and was able to fix my problem in a timely manner. I was running late to work one day because I could not lock my door as my lock was malfunctioning, but he came right away and made sure that everything was fixed up and ready to go for me, even stressing to the leasing team who needed to jump in to assist with configuring my lock, that I needed to get to work and that this issue needs to be solved right away. He made sure that my issue was made right and gave me peace of mind that my pets and valuables would be safe and secure while I was at work! Thanks again Jim!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Bowery! The publix literally borders the complex along with parks on the other side. Location is amazing and the apartment is clean and modern. Other than the pool closed sunday (maybe theres a reason?) nothing negative to say!

Highly recommend this complex! We decided to live here after heavy consideration/research and this complex was the best choice between amenities, space/storage, pricing, overall niceness/etc. The location by the bay is unbeatable and the facilities are clean. The manager, Marissa, has been super helpful and communicative throughout the entire application to moving in process, even when I did not expect it. Maintenance orders have been filled quickly and easily. Definitely recommend living here!

I just moved in but I’m LOVING it so far. Very friendly staff. Marissa was extremely helpful in getting me moved in quickly and efficiently and was great with communicating back and forth with me. The community is very dog friendly. My pup loves it here almost as much as I do!
