Very beautiful apartments! My granddaughter was looking to move and this is one of the apartments we came upon. Very much so beautiful and nice scenery. There was a younger guy who was very helpful within our tour. I can’t remember the name, but he had longer hair, locks maybe and was a lighter complexion. So sweet and kind of him!

I have seen multiple of you guys properties, but this location kind of caught my eye the most. Considering moving to the Phoenix area, I think I had a great experience with the staff and the appearance as a whole. One staff member that was completely helpful was Tory. He went above and beyond, out of his way to assists my sister and I. He answered all of our questions and led us through the property for the good look of the scenery. Recently, I visited this Cortland location just to weigh out my options for my big move! When I arrived, I was very pleased and impressed with the quality and beauty of the complex. I was immediately greeted and welcomed in by a guy by the name of Tory. He was very polite and informative about the property of any questions I may have had. He also took the extra step to show me around certain areas. I like how he knew what he was talking about and expressed his interest in trying to make my experience more elevated. The staff as a whole at this complex showed much gratitude and appreciation for my visit. I will definitely keep you guys on the list for consideration for my upcoming move.

I had such an amazing experience at Cortland Biltmore. I may be relocating to Phoenix and was so excited to stop by this beautiful property and was not disappointed. Really pretty building. I stopped in to drop off flyers at the office for my housekeeping business and it was so nice and everyone was dressed so nice. The pool and hot tub looked so nice! Would love to live here one day! Dream spot!

Beautiful complex. Loved the bar feature and gas range stove. All the amenities were great and the building looked very well kept. The Hispanic guy in the suit was super helpful and answered a lot of questions for me. The 2 ladies in the front didn’t seem interested in helping or like they didn’t want to be there. The one on the far left looked like she was watching something on her phone and very disconnected. There was another lady with short hair who seemed bubbly, but she was with someone so didn’t get to interact with her. Either way, beautiful place. Will definitely come back when it’s time to make my move next year. Suggestion- go to the Hispanic guy or bubbly lady. They seem more interested and personable.

Wow. Impressive community, informative staff. Flew in to scope the area for a potential business move. I know we'll more than likely rent first until we get a better idea of where we want to plant our flag. I was drawn to the architecture and lights when I first arrived that evening, so I knew I wanted to tour it during the day. I was greeted by a gentleman in uniform with the company logo. I can't remember his name but very welcoming and offered water or coffee while I wait. I didn't have an appointment but thankfully there wasn't a wait to tour. I noticed a lady with short blonde hair talking to a couple and I was impressed that she still acknowledge me while also saying hello to others as they walked by. I assume they lived there because she knew all of them by name! There was another woman sitting at the front desk but they didn't say much. Another gentleman came out, shook my hand, introduced himself as the manager and was very happy to welcome me. I asked a lot of questions about the apartment community

Cortland Biltmore crossed our minds today in a discussion about our recent move. We had an amazing experience with Stephanie here, and remember it fondly. She entertained our touring not once, but TWICE, so we could make a good decision. She was genuine and really made us feel at home. We regret making the decision we made to live where we are now as it has cause due both immense emotional distress, and discomfort in our own home, but we look forward to reconsidering Cortland Biltmore once our lease is up or it has been broken. Never got to come back and thank you personally Stephanie!

The amenities here are good and I especially love the bar! Aracely and the rest of the staff were all very kind and helpful. I moved into Cortland Biltmore about 2 months ago and I could not be happier. The building is beautiful, the surrounding area is everything you could ever want, the amenities are top-notch, the maintenance staff is efficient and respectful, there is a security guard watching over us every night, and I have yet to meet a neighbor that wasn't friendly! Also very importantly, the office management staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, organized, professional, and they plan super fun events! They truly set the tone for the building. The leasing agents Stephanie and Anthony really made the decision to move here an easy one. Lastly, I have to mention the bar in the lobby - a perfect way to meet my neighbors; it's so fun! Camille the bartender rocks!

It is my first multi-unit apartment complex I have ever lived in, was nervous, did some serious research, and I am so happy to say I succeeded in finding the perfect place. I truly love the apartment, the building, the amenities, the proximity to shopping and eateries, and what makes the residence truly phenomenal is their staff! I cannot say enough about my experience living here and how positive it has been. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and like a part of their family. Jamiah and Stephanie just to make a couple have made me feel welcome from day 1. The building itself is beautiful, the apartments are gorgeous and the location is AMAZING. I can get to anything I need in the Valley within minutes and there is so much within walking distance. The other thing that I would add is the amazing residents. There is a community bar that makes it easy to meet new people and everyone is so nice. And there are people from all walks of life which is great so it’s not full of just one demographic. Do yourself a favor and move here. You won’t regret it.

Firstly I just want to say that I love staying here. It’s one of the most beautiful complexes I’ve stayed in. The team is so friendly and efficient when I need things done. I probably viewed about 25 other complexes before landing on this apartment and nothing else could compete with the quality of the apartment unit, the gorgeous decor and the wonderful leasing team. I've lived here for just about 3 months now and I must say, this has to be one of the nicest properties in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The team really has made me feel so at home and I absolutely love it here!

I moved into Cortland Biltmore about 2 months ago and I could not be happier. The building is beautiful, the surrounding area is everything you could ever want, the amenities are top-notch, the maintenance staff is efficient and respectful, there is a security guard watching over us every night, and I have yet to meet a neighbor that wasn't friendly! Also very importantly, the office management staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, organized, professional, and they plan super fun events! They truly set the tone for the building. The leasing agents Stephanie and Nate really made the decision to move here an easy one. Lastly, I have to mention the bar in the lobby - a perfect way to meet my neighbors; it's so fun! Camille the bartender rocks!

I just moved to Arizona from New Mexico, and living at the Cortland Biltmore has been a dream. The leasing team Stephanie and Nathan have been wonderful in the entire process. I feel like I am living at a luxury hotel, having a bar in the lobby and the amenities that you find at high-end hotels you can't beat! I am happy to call this place home!

I knew I wanted to live here once I sold my home and was ready for easier living. I have NOT been disappointed one time with everything that is Cortland Biltmore. Firstly, people make a place wonderful and the staff here is amazing, stellar, knowledgeable and just the kindest people you will ever meet! I look forward to coming home everyday, knowing I will receive a warm welcome! They also are so so sweet to my dog, she also smiles every time we go to the lobby. My requests for maintenance or assistance are handled quickly and with great care. I feel like I have the best hotel to live at which happens to also be the place I call home! You will love everything about here….move in soon! :) LM

The property is one of the most beautiful in Phoenix. The hallways smell like a hotel and the pool looks like it’s from a resort! We also have the best community living with a private bar located in the building!

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Very clean and everything is new. The staff is amazing. Especially Jamiah Small. She was quick to address any issues I had and always has a smile on her face. I Would definitely recommend Cortland Biltmore place as your next home.

I love living at the Cortland Biltmore. Of course the property is gorgeous and the amenities are great - but the best part is the staff team! They are all so warm and welcoming and friendly and positive! They take incredible care of their residents. From day one this team made me feel at home. Cortland Biltmore is a community in every sense of the word. Highly recommend!

I did a delivery here and the staff are amazing. They were very respectful which was very shocking in accordance to all the other places I've been. I can only imagine what the stay would be like. The building had the best of decor by what I have seen. It was very elegant.

The property is absolutely beautiful and contains tons of amazing amenities. The vibes of the lobby reminded me of a hotel in Vegas. This property is amazing. I never write reviews, but hands down this property goes above and beyond to assist and support its residents. In addition everyone is extremely professional and attentive to both the residents and the property needs. They make sure residents enjoy their surroundings and benefit from community events. It's clear that both local and out of state tenants find this property to be the place to be.

I am going on my third year at Cortland Biltmore. The staff especially Emily Mueller have been incredible. The community is always clean and well maintained. If you ever have a request it is always accommodated or handled very quickly. If you are looking for a high end living this is place to look at for your next move.

We moved in when the property was still under construction and called The Angela. We love living at the Cortland Biltmore! We've lived in similar communities before but none have been as well-managed or well-maintained at this one. The property is beautiful and feels cozy; it's not a typical sprawling apartment complex. I's easy to get to know your neighbors, especially with having a bar in the lobby! The units are more like homes rather than apartments, with beautiful finishes and nice touches with shelving and lighting. As dog owners, we love the dog park and having the walking path around the community is really nice. When our lease recently was about to expire, we considered moving to another property, but we love it here! We know we'll be hard pressed to find another management crew (led by the amazing Emily Mueller) as wonderful as this one!

We moved in last April it’s our first time renting in 30+ years our concerns were noise, safety, parking and cleanliness, Cortland has exceeded our expectations in these concerns. The staff here is very professional and friendly quick to answer and address all of our concerns. They stay on top of their clear written policies which in my opinion keeps this location a top choice for renters. While we have been here Cortland has done some major upgrades with little or no impact on the residents but only to enhance our experience. We use some of the amenities and they are in excellent shape.

The turnaround time for any maintenance request no matter the nature of the issue in the unit has the most consistent and prompt response with complete resolution. Robert the Tech Manager is a true professional. The front office listens to all their tenants and takes feedback constructively in a rich exchange that leads to the best interest of the entire community.

The process to gain a new home at The Angela was flawless and simple. Mariel is a pleasure to work with. Now......just can't wait for the place to open! Here's an update from my review a year ago (the single paragraph just above.) And..........a year later, I renewed my lease. Cortland Biltmore is even better than new. All has been great here not the least of which is the apartment itself , everything about it and the operations of the property. Consistency especially when positive is always a food thing. Mariel and Emily continue in that leadership role for Cortland a year later - great! Having lived in a few nice properties around the valley this one stands out above the rest. The management takes a genuine interest in making your life here smooth - they care.

Five STARS is not enough to show how happy I am with Cortland Biltmore! More specifically, I love the Management team at the complex. I was already scheduled to move then COVID19 came and everything was shutting down to the point where I considered not moving in at all. Thanks to Mariel and her team members -shout out to Mariel, Emily, Robert and Michael- made the transition fun, funny at times and basically made me feel at home that I moved in anyway. These humans are the cherries on top of the beautiful, peaceful, safe, centrally located place I now call home.
