I’ve lived here for 4 months now. The building’s in a great location and pretty quiet. The units have a solid, functional layout. The diligence with which the maintenance team responds to requests for service is unrivaled.

I absolutely loved living here! The hospitality from Jasmine in the office is unmatched—she is truly so kind and always goes above and beyond. During my time here, I only had a few maintenance requests, and Austin was always attentive, prompt, and professional in resolving them. Living here has been such a positive experience overall!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and to date we have been very comfortable, the spaces are clean, it is a very quiet place and Jazmin in the office always serves you kindly and very friendly, Austin the maintenance guy is very attentive, respectful and always responds with a sense of urgency to any problem

Was looking for quiet,friendly and safe apartment, I found that at Courtland Biltmore Place.Jasmine and Shane were very friendly and welcoming!The front office and Austin are quick to respond whenever a problem arises! Property is always kept up, looking clean and invitIng.Great place to live close to park, shopping and numerous resteraunts!

My family and I keep to ourselves but like living in this community. Austin is always great! Whether it’s taking care of a maintenance faster than ever expected, quick DIY lesson, or a smile & wave.. he does it all. An asset to your team and our community. It is also great to see Jasmine back in the office! Her smile and willingness to always help or just converse.. it’s heart warming bc you never know what someone is going through! Henry was great as well but we have not seen him for some time. I do recommend monitoring the gym for wipes and equipment that may need fixing.

Great place to live around Phoenix. When it comes to maintenance, I never have to worry especially in the summer months when AC is a huge issue. Austin and Adrien have that well covered and I couldn't be more appreciative.

We were in a search of the safe and quiet community. After researching online we have discovered that Cortland Biltmore Place has an amazing reviews. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with kindness and care from Jasmine. Since that moment everyone we spoke with was absolutely amazing. Property itself is very clean, secure and has a lot of wonderful amenities. Location is a very big plus. We could not be happier! Definitely recommend!!!

The Cortland Biltmore Place apartments are absolutely fantastic. I lived there for 8+ years and had a great experience. My apartment was on the 4th floor and I never had any issues with noise from neighbors or any security concerns. The apartments are well laid out making excellent use of the space so you get decent sized closets and bathrooms along with a good sized main room and bedrooms. The full-sized washer and dryer were also great to have, as well as being nicely tucked away. Over my time at Cortland Place, there have been a variety of management companies involved and office staff. Some were certainly better than others. I have found Cortland very easy to work with and the current team are great - including front office staff and the maintenance guys. The area was also a big plus for me. I know this isn't something mentioned often in Phoenix, but the neighborhood is very walkable. It is pretty quiet but you've plenty of shops nearby including an excellent grocery store (Sprouts) and a few good restaur

We’ve moved here a year ago. Our lease was up. We decided to renew / transfer to another unit :) 5 month ago a new team took over. Paige the general manager, outstanding in every ways! Absolutely perfect for this gem high end community. This is a very high class community, and she has delivered on every occasions. Friendly, listens, fixes any concerns with an extraordinary professionalism. We decided to transfer to another unit , it couldn’t have gone any smoother! She is very professional and approachable. Takes the time to interact with the residents while paying close attention to all is being communicated with her. She immediately passes on all messages to all appropriate team member for an immediate solution. She goes above and beyond ! She takes her job very seriously and clearly loves it and is very passionate about it. A move is a stressful endeavor and where you choose to reside in a new city is critical.
