My family and I keep to ourselves but like living in this community. Austin is always great! Whether it’s taking care of a maintenance faster than ever expected, quick DIY lesson, or a smile & wave.. he does it all. An asset to your team and our community. It is also great to see Jasmine back in the office! Her smile and willingness to always help or just converse.. it’s heart warming bc you never know what someone is going through! Henry was great as well but we have not seen him for some time. I do recommend monitoring the gym for wipes and equipment that may need fixing.

They have an almost perfect 5-star rating for a reason. I have been here almost a year and a half, and it’s been great since day one. We were in a search of the safe and quiet community. After researching online we have discovered that Cortland Biltmore Place has an amazing reviews. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with kindness and care from Jasmine. Since that moment everyone we spoke with was absolutely amazing. Property itself is very clean, secure and has a lot of wonderful amenities. Location is a very big plus. We could not be happier! Definitely recommend!!!

It’s been great. Community is overall friendly. However, dog waste is a problem at times, and that comes from our neighbors for not cleaning up any waste even inside the complex. I wish that could be enforced a little more.

The Cortland Biltmore Place apartments are absolutely fantastic. I lived there for 8+ years and had a great experience. My apartment was on the 4th floor and I never had any issues with noise from neighbors or any security concerns. The apartments are well laid out making excellent use of the space so you get decent sized closets and bathrooms along with a good sized main room and bedrooms. The full-sized washer and dryer were also great to have, as well as being nicely tucked away. Over my time at Cortland Place, there have been a variety of management companies involved and office staff. Some were certainly better than others. I have found Cortland very easy to work with and the current team are great - including front office staff and the maintenance guys. The area was also a big plus for me. I know this isn't something mentioned often in Phoenix, but the neighborhood is very walkable. It is pretty quiet but you've plenty of shops nearby including an excellent grocery store (Sprouts) and a few good restaur

We checked out alot of apartments in the area before choosing to live here but the moment we met Joel and Jasmine and talked with them (thanks for being so kind and patient with all of our questions!) and then saw the units and how well they take care of the property we knew this was the best place to be. We have met so many wonderful neighbors, everyone has been friendly, all the staff from office to maintenance and even vendors like pest control are wonderful prompt and so helpful. Our entire time living there we were treated like family, they had so many fun events, very engaging with the residents, they always made sure to have kids included, and it was an all around fun experience to live here. First I would like to say my experience at Cortland Biltmore Place was amazing... everyone in the office was professional and always said hello and the maintenance staff was top notch. Any issues was handled within hours which is very impressive. One incident when the AC went down it took a fews days to eventually find the problem but they brought down a portable AC unit. They are top notch. This review is for future residents and especially current ones. In the interest of making sure this just doesn't sound like a rant I will be transparent and show my entire conversation with the manager Joel Prinz. That way everyone including the higher ups of Cortland Biltmore have a true full picture. I informed the office that their tree fell on my car...( I want to be clear.. there was no storm on the weekend of September 2nd, the tree needed to be trimmed and maintained by the landscapers and was laying on the parking lot for days after it fell). Recently moved into Courtland Biltmore Place and have had a wonderful experience so far. The application process was well put today and easy to complete. Jasmine was available throughout the process and answered any and all questions quickly! Move in was an absolute breeze and the place was absolutely spotless! Jasmine and Joe did an "Orientation" where they walked me through the premises, gave tips about the community, and made sure the apartment was above and beyond. Never have I had this level of care from management and maintenance before! I had a some small maintenance requests and nearly all of them were completed within a few hours and the rest within a quick time frame. I couldn't be happier and more impressed with the management and maintenance staff. 5/5 without question!

I was visiting a friend that recently moved to Cortland Biltmore Place, she showed me around the pool and other amenities and it's a beautiful property and seems like a peaceful place to live. You can see all that from the photos,but I wanted to leave a review because while I was there, maintenance stopped by her apartment to check on an issue that she was having with her kitchen sink, the tech that arrived was Joe Hall, I asked his name because he was very friendly and as he was working, I decided to ask him about what he was doing. I was just curious because I have had the same issue happen in my own home and even though he was busy, he took a moment to answer my question and gave me a couple pointers. He went right back to work and was very thorough and did a great job fixing the issue. In my own experience renting, it seems like most maintence techs just do the bare minimum and cut corners so they can mark your work order as complete and move on to the next issue. Went to view the property as we were on our search for a home. I was totally impressed with how well kept it was, from the inside to the outside! There is a beautiful common area that is very welcoming & relaxing. Not alot of places have the awesome amenities that this place has! All the staff was very helpful which made our experience better. I wanted to leave a review of my experience at Cortland Biltmore. I went in on a spur of the moment visit. I didn’t know if I could actually get a tour because again we just popped in. But quite frankly I could not be more complementary of Ms. Jasmine. She was on her own and clearly already swamped but still her attention to detail, customer service, and patience to give us proper focus and answer all our questions was second to none. So I wanted to make sure I gave her kudos. There was another person who was in the office when I was and that person was just a rude jerk, I applaud Jasmine for her professionalism because I could not have done it. We were able to get a tour in (appreciate her going above and beyond) and unfortunately while there wasn’t anything available in what we were looking for, the experience of being there left a great impression on us. I will be trying again in 3 months and looking for Ms. Jasmine again. I hope she is still there!

The entire property is beautiful. The first thing that caught our eye was how well kept the property was. We are looking to relocate to Arizona very soon and Cortland is one property we considered checking out before our move. All the amenities are nice very much resort style feel. Wish they had availability for when I need to move! I used to live here before & didn’t realize a good thing until it’s gone. If I needed to ask the office a question they always knew the answer. No waiting days to find out how to break the lease. Maintenance was super simple, just put in a service request online & it got done. I was never embarrassed to tell ppl where I lived because they keep in looking nice. When I just re-toured, it was somebody new now named Jasmine. She was still able to answer all my questions professionally without even having to think about it which was great. Life was just easy here & I miss that.

Rod and Jasmine are super super cool! But let’s get down to business. If you’re seeking a quiet, high scale and super clean apartment community then biltmore place is for you! I love it here, I just moved here from Austin of 6 years and this place has made my AZ experience past possible. Maintenance is always on point, the pool and outgoing staff are amazing and so are their Holliday community ideas! I’d definitely recommend this place!

The front office team at Cortland Biltmore has gone above and beyond for me since even before I moved in! Every time I walk into the lobby, I feel like I’m visiting friends. Cristal and Vanessa leap to help when a request is made, they helped to save the day when I had a dead cell phone and keys locked in my car, and they always make me feel like a valued community member and not just another tenant. The facility itself is immaculate, the public spaces and grounds are always clean, the maintenance staff is equally friendly and professional, and the amenity areas (2-story gym & sparkling pool) are nicer than any living complex I’ve ever seen. This place is so much more than just an apartment complex, it feels like a community thanks to the incredible staff, regular social gatherings and well kept physical space. Cannot recommend enough, 10/10 from this resident!!

My experience living at Cortland Biltmore Place was awesome! From the time I toured the complex and signed the lease until the time my lease was up and I relocated out of AZ for work - the staff was great to work with - very friendly, responsive, and "tenant focused." The interior and exterior maintenance was excellent and if there was an issue that needed attention - the process of reporting was easy and the response time and quality of the Team/completion was "second to none." In summary - very positive experience and would recommend Cortland Biltmore Place!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful and well kept this community is maintained. I came in for a tour with my boyfriend to view a one bedroom, and we were greeted by the friendly staff. The customer service in this place is exceptional and we were very pleased with the level of professionalism and willing to answer my million questions. This property is very well kept! I went to view it and was amazed with how tidy and clean it was. I was especially wowed by the common area where the pool and community lounge was. It gave me a resort vibe. The amenities are definitely a great asset for this property and the front office feels so welcoming. The staff is Excellent, always welcoming and on top of any issues. It is a great community. The amenties are well kept. The apartments are nicely done and roomy. Neighbors are always nice and it is quiet. Great location as well.

The headline is: WOW! I had reached out to the Cortland staff a few months before I was ready to move and began working with Vanessa Davis as I figured out whether Cortland Biltmore Place would be the right place for me. I had sooooo many questions (I was moving from the east coast, so I couldn't come to the apartment and chat live), but Vanessa always responded and answered them promptly and with as much added detail as she could gather to give me exactly what I was looking for. She did all of this while being so friendly and welcoming that I didn't have a choice but to make Cortland my new home! The leasing process was just as easy and move-in day was a seamless experience. Vanessa gave a tour, described all of the amenities and features of the building thoroughly, and welcomed me to my new apartment with a "Welcome Home" sign. We have been here for only 3 months but I have nothing but amazing experiences. The complex is always well attended to, the office staff is very friendly, and we have always had prompt responses on our services request or any needs. You do get what you pay for, amenities are great. We love the apartment life, they put out events so we can all contribute and meet neighbors. This is truly a complex that cares for its residents.

Moving from out of state, my husband and I were a little nervous about finding a place to live. But the leasing office was so helpful in answering any questions and assisting us throughout the transition. Even after living here, the leasing office staff has continued to be so kind, welcoming, and organized. We love the community, amenities, and location near Los Olivos Park. And we feel very safe. The Arbors is my favorite place! I feel like I live in a beautiful park,surrounded by mature shade trees, where families of turkeys graze in the morning and evening. My "house" has a big storage shed and a front fenced in patio and a back yard covered & fenced in patio. I feel safe waking my dog at night or day. They have a nice dog park, but I prefer to walk my dog so we both get exercise.

Eaglepoint is delightful apartment complex. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills in the wonderful small town of Cheney. There are great places to get food like the Mason Jar as well as your Safeway, Taco Bell, McDonald's and the like that are no more than a mile away. The apartments look just as nice as they do online if not nicer in person and look more roomier in person as well. Everything from the appliances, rugs, walls, electrical outlets, you name it is clean new or like new and functions very well. The rent prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and answered our many questions even after we called them incessantly. When trying to manage when and if our mattress and other shipments would arrive before we got there, there were very accomidating in handling these challenges and went out of there way to help in any way they could. Can't stress this enough. Moving to Plantations at hunters run was the BEST choice I made. Did I look at other apartments, no. But that's because the first choice I saw was Plantations and I was in love. Mariah was so helpful and kind when I first looked into the apartment. The process to apply and move in was super easy to understand. Everything was done online which is good for me because my work hours are the same time as the office hours. LionsGate is a gated and secure community that is located in walking distance to many stores and other professional businesses as well as bike and walking trails. I have many choices and can walk my dog in the nearby park at City Hall or other parks as well- all in walking distance. I have been a resident here at Highland Ridge from the beginning. It’s a very clean and peaceful community with a friendly management team. Management communication is good they listen to make sure all tenants are working together to keep the community safe and clean. I love the area the community is in and it’s very convenient with expressway right here you have access to all directions.

Great quality experience living here. Only thing of note is the two guest limit which I feel should increase to at least 5 but I’ll just go some where else during the holidays to celebrate with family. Amenities are high quality and makes a big difference. I’d like to see the coffee machine stocked with coffee cups however and the rooftop lounge with some products in the fridge to make it more convenient. Appreciate the business center and gym and normal events the most! Makes the most difference and gives a feel of coming together. Keep it up.

Summer at Heirloom Flats is just the greatest! From the pool, to the food trucks, to the events, and the location, everything is just perfect! Year round, the perfect doesn’t stop. They have great events all year long, the facilities are excellent (I’m particularly fond of the amazing gym and VR room), the staff is sooo nice, and my apartment itself is great. The surrounding area is very safe and has a lot of food options, and is very close to all Hartford has to offer, which was very important to me as well. Moving here is one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.

I like my apartment it’s very cute and cozy. Staff is always very friendly sky. My only complaint is the pool always seems like it’s closed outside of my apartment. It’s always under repairs which can be frustrating. The other pool is open but it’s a farther walk for me so I would like this pool closer to be opened more and for longer hours.

The apartment themselves are ok. The way they do billing is messed up. You’re not charged for actual water usage but for more. I wasn’t there for a while and still had to pay for water which isn’t right. They also make you put electricity in your name.

My neighbors are all very nice and respectful but I have a friend in the neighborhood who can’t say the same for her building. The trash is my biggest complaint. I don’t like the hours they come to pick up my trash, it’s disturbing during dinner time. It should just go away next year.

I am handicapped they installed bars I purchased in my shower, allowed me to move to closer parking spot when came available. I have always felt safe here it’s been a community of friendly people. The appearance is kept nice & clean, pet situation is under control. During time I lived here there have been many water line breaks with water having to be turned Off. That has gotten better.

I’ve only had 1 problem and it’s with the office over paying rent late by one day. Other than that hiccup it’s been good. The area is nice as there are a lot of really good restaurants and bars. Traffic can be a pain during high traffic times but that’s the same everywhere.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at 30 East. The staff is very friendly and quick to answer any of my questions. The building is kept clean and security has always made me feel safe. My apartment has amazing views of Chicago, I can see the Willis Tower right outside my window! My favorite amenities are the gym and the outdoor terrace on the 17th floor. The in-unit washer and dryer is also a plus!

I have lived at the Marlow since 2017. The apartment has huge closets and a large kitchen pantry. They recently installed all new energy efficient thermostats which hold the temperature perfectly which is super important to me, living in the roasting heat as we do. My family feels safe living here. You never see random people milling around that do not live here. I have never had a roach or rodent problem. Our Assistant Manager Elaila is amazing and always makes sure that any issue you may have is dealt with expeditiously. The maintenance department responds quickly if you have a problem and they are happy to help you. Overall, the Marlow is the best choice if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet community.

Viridian is the best community around Decatur. Its a very dog friendly community that I know of. Apart from that they have a great maintenance team - who 99.99% of the time are available and try to fix it in a day or two. Thats a pretty good turn around time i have come across. The landscape in & around the community is exceptionally well maintained. The pool on both sides is well maintained and very much regularly cleaned. The community lighting has been improved over last year which is great because previously we couldn’t find our apartment number in the dark and we have no problem now. However, the security through the night is limited. Even though its a gated community, thieves/robbers find a way to get in and break into couple of cars. So, it would be great to have cameras installed in places of entry/exit so that the perpetrators are caught later. Overall, I would recommend Viridian for its dog friendly ness, landscape, internal trails, safety, great community members.

The leasing agents were able to quickly assist me in viewing available apartments and in signing my lease, all from several states away. When I arrived the apartment was clean and as described. The two pools in the complex are very nice and always clean. The on-site laundry app system is actually pretty handy and a cool feature. Walmart and Randals are both less than a 1/4 mile away which is convenient. The beach is less than a ten minute walk from the complex which is a huge plus, I even have a little bit of an ocean view from my apartment. The complex is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Village by the Sea.

The Pointe has great amenities and is in a great location. I really enjoy being so close to stores like walmart and target, while also being close to campus. I’ve never had any issues with the catabus which is really speedy about getting you to campus. They are super pet friendly and there’s a lot of green area for your pets to run around! They hold a lot of events as well which really makes this a great community.

This is a very clean apartment complex. When I moved in, the place was clean and spotless. My roommate and I expected to have to do some move in day cleaning, but were surprised not to need to other than some vacuuming after we moved in our stuff and started unpacking. Since move in, service requests I have submitted have been handled promptly. The staff is supportive and takes care to know your name and say hi to you after you've moved in.

I have lived here for two months and have been very comfortable in the space. For a downtown apartment, the price is relatively affordable. The amenities are wonderful, and the pool is my favorite. The management is incredibly kind and works hard to ensure we are all happy. I have not had any issues with service requests and have been able to quickly have any issues rectified. I am happy to live here minus the construction across the street, but this is Denver you literally have to start expecting that, plus, the building is concrete, so it's not even loud during the day.

Solana Olde Town is a good community to live in. It is more expensive than I’d like to pay, but the amenities are nice. Maintenance and lobby staff have been responsive to requests. The grounds are nice, well lighted at night, and feel safe. I hear no noise from neighbors. We live on the top floor, corner apartment. The apartments themselves are very nice, I’d love more storage but you can pay for a garage.

Cortland Preston North is the perfect secluded feeling location yet minutes from everything you need. I love going on walks with my dogs in the neighborhood or to our own large dog park in the community. Very dog friendly and all courtyards offer dog waste stations. Finishes and floor plans are modern and fun. Prices are good compared to other areas up north. The front office staff have been so wonderful from the day I moved in. I will stay within the Cortland family if I move to a different community at some point. Everyone is always helpful and the move in process is super easy. Love my apartment!

The 3bd 2 ba apartment is nice, in a good, easily accessible location. I do feel that it is a bit pricey given the size of the bedrooms, but it's what apartments in this area seem to go for these days. But it has been pretty quiet so far during the time that we have lived here. It's good that it has air conditioning and a modern feel, and clean. The pool also nice and clean. Tara, the leasing agent, has been wonderful to work with, she has been very helpful with getting us set up and ready to move in. We appreciated her patience and responsiveness. The parking situation could definitely be improved, especially for those living in the larger size apartments and sharing with more than one adult with cars. Overall so far it has been enjoyable.

I haven't been here very long at all so far but my initial thought overall is great! You can hear music faintly from other neighbors but everyone seems respectful so it's no real bother at all. Close to so many needs (groceries, walking trails, nature, restaurants, pet store, movies, home improvement stores). Up to date with renovations - nice gray walls,.updated appliances, vinyl floors in units, quiet pool, grounds well kept. Only downside to me is the outside critters but can't blame that on the property, and creaky floors that may disturb those below if you're not on 1st floor.

Heirloom Flats is one of the most amazing places to live in Connecticut. During my time here, I felt like I was at home. The staff is respectful, friendly, and overall helpful! I never had a problem once in my two years there. The grounds surrounding the apartment are extremely well kept. The downstairs lobby are immaculate and clean. The only reason I keep staying is because of my neighbors and the maintenance staffing. The neighborhood itself is ok, there isn’t much I like to use as far as the amenities go, but I have a good relationship with my neighbors and the maintenance does a good job.

Avana staff members are so quick to respond to any issues or questions I have. I get a phone call from them within an hour of me emailing them. The maintenance team fixes any discrepancies within 24 hours of notice. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help!

I’ve had a good stay this past year and I like my apartment and the pool and gym. I haven’t needed the office or maintenance much so I can’t say weather or not they are any good. My neighbors are nice and respecting.

We lived in Cortland for 2 years and had the best experience! Management and maintenance were always so nice and helpful. All of the facilities are consistently clean / taken care of. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I always felt safe when I had to take my dog out at night. I’d easily recommend Cortland Midtown East for anyone moving to Raleigh!

I had an outstanding experience with Michael, Raven and the whole staff from the grand opening when I moved in on July 2019. They are very caring, helpful and always provided top notch customer service experience. It's a great location and comfortable luxury apartment to live in. This apartment experience has by far exceeded my expectations. I love the unique security feature of the main door and electronic keys to each unit. Management has the best interest for all tenants at the forefront of everything they do. The luxury amenities, prime location to restaurants, major highways is extremely convenient. The property grounds are well maintained and tranquil. I highly recommend the Monarch by Bozzuto. Welcome home.

Aventino is a fabulous place to live with great amenities, security and roomy apartments. Located right in between Los Gatos and Campbell (and backed on to the Los Gatos Trail) it’s a perfect location, and whilst close to the 85 provides a quiet place to live.

I love it here at Cortland Midtown East! The staff is always friendly and helpful, service requests are almost immediately addressed, the community is welcoming. You can tell people love living here. I have signed at 3 different units here and have loved every one. You can't beat the location, and with the rising cost of living in the area, I feel that Cortland Midtown East is doing everything they can to provide as many perks, benefits, events, and nice touches to combat pricing. The landscaping updates are tasteful and create a great setting, and the brand new dog parks are a great way to make friends.

The atmosphere here is always so upbeat! So many things to do and enjoy. Being able to walk to the library, shops and restaurants is lovely. The maintenance team is always on top of everything, they keep the grills dog park, pool and all amenities always very clean, it’s a gated community which we like even more, extremely modern, we’d never expected to enjoy living in an apartment so much. They also always have events going on food trucks , coffee trucks it’s an amazing environment to live in.

My first summer staying at the pointe, and about to be my second fall. I love it here. I live with four girls, and we each have our own room and bathroom. Our own space. When I think of off-campus housing, I think of independence. My neighbors tend to mind their own business, but I've made some friends during my time here either at the pool or even riding the bus back. Plus, the office people give out free food sometimes. Sweet hehe

My overall experience here at Coventry Court has been great after six years. The shopping center across the street is convenient but has increased the noise level and traffic in the area. I'm glad that it's still a safe place to live.

I love that this complex is off the beaten path. Before moving into this complex, I'd driven past the sign for 17 years and never noticed it. Until I began surfing the internet for an apartment, I did not realize this complex existed. I have lived here for a year and a half and love it. Other than neighboring residents, there's no traffic passing the complex. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The area around the pool is very large. There are patio tables set up in a section that's convenient for a having a packed lunch without having to go all the way back to the apartment to eat and return back to the pool. So leave the towels on your lounge chairs, have your lunch, and go right back to sunning. There's also a pavilion attached to the complex office. Even this overlooks the pool. There's a sofa, table, chairs, fireplace... To the side and below is a conference/dinner table and chairs. The maintenance crew is very reliable and efficient. I can't say enough about this complex. I hope to live here

This leasing experience is what I expect as my life role is selling and extreme customer service. Vanessa is the first beautiful face you see, and when she comes from behind the desk, she is all model-like legs and classy energy!! Her braids gave me life!!! She must have majored in international business, as her diction and conversation is melodic and full of life and energy. She reads you well and commands attention. She made us feel like family and although her sales game is fierce, she realizes the place sells itself. You're over stimulated by the colors, amenities and her ease of descriptions of The Place. One thing that sets her apart from any other leasing agent is her carefully placed pronouns of my versus ours ( my townhomes have, versus our townhomes have)-masterful!!! Oh yeah, the townhomes and apts are flawless! Double garage, large living and kitchen area. All other 3 bedrooms sacrifice the living area for under-whelmed kitchens. The double oven was life and the new fridge with the large pull out

I love this place! Shout out to Cristal-she made the move in/move out process so easy and has been really communicative and responsive. This complex has really nice common areas-especially the pool. It's very clean and well designed. The apartment itself is great. I work weird hours and was a little concerned about noise but that hasn't been an issue at all. This complex is so quiet:) Location is central to everything. Also, they gave me a business card for their internet guy-Emmanuel- and he was above and beyond. When you sign up for COX internet here, ask for his info. Can't say enough good things about this place. I truly don't understand anybody having anything bad to say about the Cortland Biltmore Place. Everything has always been clean here and the staff is so lovely.

The amenities and apartment finishing's are great and the services included are thoughtful. Looking forward to calling this place home. Good concept, the management and maintenance are friendly, and ready to help. Neighbors are respectful and mindful of others. If you live right in the units by the main road, the downside is there is often traffic accidents that you see and hear, as well as the expected road noise. Unfortunately, the cost of living has skyrocketed since we moved in, and would've liked to continue here if it weren't for the dramatic rent hike.

You can always judge a place well by the people who manage it. If they care, the police will always succeed if they don’t; if they treat it like a burden, it will slowly fail and become unlivable not because of the conditions but because of the culture. This property is so fun and vibrant, and that’s because the people that work there make it so. Emily and her team have a game plan to create s very unique at Cortland Biltmore and I can’t wait to see where it goes. if you’re looking for a place to live I highly recommend you check them out!

Cortland Biltmore place is such and amazing place to live. The staff is very respectful and nice and take very good care of you. I had taken a tour early in the morning and moved in that same night. The lady who helped me still messaged me after hours that day to make sure I was all settled in and answered all my question about gate codes, amenities, and paperwork. Such an amazing staff and location.

The turnaround time for any maintenance request no matter the nature of the issue in the unit has the most consistent and prompt response with complete resolution. Robert the Tech Manager is a true professional. My roommate and I love living here and are on our second year lease. Firstly, the office staff Amy & Alexis have always been great, helpful and exactly what anyone would want in an apartment manager. Thank you ladies, you’re seriously amazing and the community loves you! Second, maintenance is excellent and today proved it. 450pm I come home and the AC isn’t up to par and it’s blowing hot air. Keep in mind the office closes at 6- they got someone in to fix the AC within the hour when these guys are already off work! In addition, they’re here on the weekend making sure the pool is clean and sanitary with all things going on in our world. Thank you gentlemen for going above and beyond every time you come help us! And lastly, I’ve made great friends with our neighbors. It’s a mid 20-late 30 community for the most part but also very diverse with a well mix of all ages. Weekend pool socializing in our courtyard feel pool is always fun. Outside of anything that is within managements control, I have nothing negative

The entire team has been great. I see the maintenance team cleaning the elevators regularly but my biggest compliment - I noticed some bugs and webs built up at my front door light, I went to clean it up one weekend and to my surprise the team had taken care of it.
