I’ve lived here for about three years and I must say I like the new staff. It feels good to know that cortland care about the residents. The staff is welcoming. Cristal has been so kind and welcoming, anytime I come to the office she actually takes her time to help me, I was in the process of wanting to move out but she actually took the time to chat with me, hear my concerns and address them accordingly. The property itself is under construction but the team has been accommodating. The construction itself isn’t loud nor distracting. I would not focus on the fake negative reviews (one of them is someone I recognize and that person will complain if the wind blows east). I’ve had a great experience here and I NEVER write reviews. Overall, I’d definitely recommend leasing here. The new team is definitely making a positive impression! The apartments is a decent size and the maintenance team respond to service requests efficiently.

The team at Bennett Park are always very helpful and supportive. Allysia & Za’Jadah are very professional and handle everything with grace. The staff really shows professionalism, Cortland is lucky to have them!

The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any request. I had a great experience with Maria, she handled my requests quickly and without any hassle, and that level of service is something I really appreciate from a property team.

Ms. Za'Jadah was very professional I love her Hospitality she was very informative with her knowledge of the building and the amenities and everything that was in land reach of the facility a really great person to talk to I do encourage that with the building advances that she be considered for a raise for the hard work that she puts in

We’ve greatly enjoyed our time at Bennett Park so far. It’s centrally located and close to everything we need. Great restaurants, a dry cleaner, barber shop, and grocery stores all within walking distance. Jadah is great and super helpful as well.
