When looking for an apartment, it doesn’t get much easier than with Bailey and Arlaina. They were patient, cooperative, communicative, and kind above all. Throughout our time renting here, any issue was met with a swift course of action and careful consideration through proper oversight. It felt like, despite the issue’s length or greatness, it would be resolved as quickly and painlessly as humanly possible; as though they truly care for their tenants. A wonderful place to rent run by wonderful people.

I have driven passed this property multiple times and on my way home today I decided to drive through and see if this would be a good community to transfer to once my lease is up where I stay. The grounds were clean, the maintenance man waved and said hello, and the office was very friendly with answering all of my questions. Overall I had a really good experience checking out these apartment. It was encouraging to know the management is on top of everything and that any issues I may have Valerie will be there to help.

She gave me on of the most informative and friendly tours I've had. Every question I had was answered clearly, and she really made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful--clean, well maintained, and filled with great amenities. You can tell the management team here takes pride in what they do. Loving the property so far! It’s perfect for dog owners. Lots of space and a great walking trail and dog spa. The gym’s solid, and the pools are a great hangout spot. Jordan is my go to girl in the office! She is a great asset to the property!

I’ve been living at Cortland for a while and I’ve really enjoyed it so far! They went through a management change but I’ve noticed a lot of efforts from the new team in getting to know their residents. I notice them out on property a lot more and it looks very beautiful much like the photos online. What you see is what you get!

My family and I have lived here for almost a year. The renovations look awesome. Jordan(property manager) and her team are honest and accommodating. Any request you have they are honest and try to help. The maintenance team are an awesome group of guys. The whole Benbrook team are very polite and responsive to any problems and issues. I have never once felt disrespected or undermined. This has been a great experience and I love living here and have the peace of mind that any problems I or my family have that we will get a quick response and honest answers. You can't find a better team that runs an apartment complex. It is truly a team that works together to make their tenants feel comfortable. Pros of living here: Living here has been better ever since Cortland took over. The leasing agents & management team actually care about the residents. The maintenance team resolves issues quickly & takes concerns seriously. The maintenance team has to be the best part about living here. The pool is rarely closed unless for cleaning / seasonal. The gym has new & updated equipment. I feel safe living here, Benbrook Police station and fire department is less than 5 mins away.. Lots of families live here with kids so it’s a friendly community. Cons of living here: The water will get shut off randomly and usually with less than 24 hours notice and it’ll be shut off for hours, but this is more of a city/plumbing issue. This is a non-smoking community but plenty of people smoke cigarettes in the parking lot. People with bikes / loud trucks like to rev their engines. Residents will let their dogs poop anywhere and they won’t pick it up. These issues are more about some of the people living here because management se

I moved in here at the end of July 2024, and so far it's been nothing short of fantastic. The management team is professional, helpful, hard working, and very welcoming. The maintenance team is very skilled, and they get to your maintenance requests very quickly! I would recommend Cortland Benbrook to anyone looking for affordable, newly renovated apartments with top quality appliances, and plenty of room! The coffee machine is probably my favorite perk of living here. If you love coffee, you'll feel right at home here! 😅

Have not moved in yet. But there were miscommunications. Make sure you know that your fees are on top of your base rent. Your welcome letter may say different and the leasing agent may say different just know they are additional other than that the apartments are beautiful. I can’t wait to update after I move in hopefully the experience will improve bc I love the area Update: I want to give Justin Skylar and I forgot the other Maintenance guy name but they deserve 5 stars. They are on top of things and it’s only the three of them. They made everything right in my apartment I am definitely enjoying my stay. If I don’t buy a house I will renew my lease for sure if they keep up the excellent work. Also Josh in the office is wonderful

Great location for me as I am working between granbury and fort worth. Very prompt communication and requests were fulfilled in a timely fashion. Move in was smooth and are very flexible in accommodating and working with you on various issues/concerns. Friendly neighbors and nice auxiliary features like the community pool/grill/gym. The room itself had some issues initially but the team was very quick about having them addressed after the inventory checklist was turned into the leasing office. Overall, a great move in experience thus far! Highly recommend.

This has been such a wonderful experience ever since Courtland took over. We had mold growing from the AC unit and reported it numerous times. Nothing was done. I finally went down to the office one last time to shake my fist in anger. Well I didn't have to. To my surprise the new team was having a meeting and I didn't even know about the takeover. I talked with the manager and she got maintenance over immediately to our apartment. It was closing time at the office and I didn't expect anyone that night. It was so fast. OF course they couldn't fix it but they tried their best in the little time they had. However they did comeback in a timely manner and fixed it all up completely. Not only were they friendly, fast and efficient. But the entire staff from management to maintenance was far more superior than and I have encountered. So happy they took over and have made the complex look great with all the updates. We are going on our 3rd year living here and couldn't be happier now that Courtland has arrived. Than

Ever since Cortland took over, living here has been amazing. Special shout out to the maintenance team. Our A/C went out so they installed a window unit for us while the new A/C was being shipped. They installed it as soon as it was delivered so our apartment was ready for summer. The installation was challenging but they spent the whole day taking care of us. The leasing agents & management team are so friendly & they truly care about the residents here. The ratings here have gone up significantly. Cortland continues to improve the property & the experience of living here. The gym & pool are both great, lots of families live here & it is a SAFE & CLEAN place to live. It truly is a blessing that Cortland took over and brought us an amazing team. Job well done. Thank you.

We had to call maintenance for an water leak emergency, Skylar, (on-call maintenance) called me within 15 min of my call to report the leak. Skylar was kind, courteous, the utmost professional and an overall great representation of Cortland. He remained present with the emergent plumbers were here and doing the repair. He checked back with us over the next few days. Skylar is an amazing guy !!!
