The a/c heating units are old. I have low kW usage and my bill for less then 700 square feet was $178. The management team is hard to contact. The application process was the worst I have ever experienced. I had specific date requirements and there was great difficulty getting any communication from the leasing agent. The leasing agent seems to lack knowledge or concern with my needs.

Awesome Sabrina to Haileyto Trish and maintenance . they do such amazing work that I went out and bought them all lunch earlier this week I never lived in an apartment complex that they actually care about what they’re doing, but I’ve been here probably off and on for 10 years. I’m not going anywhere. I decided I’m not gonna move anywhere else. I love it here cause I love them all of them. Your maintenance is incredible. Just don’t take them away from me. You could promote all three are soooo caring. i’ll tell you one thing being closed. Monday is a huge mistake. I was over there waiting for an Uber and must’ve been 5 to 10 people. Knock on the door. Try to get in. You’re losing business. I see your apartment complex and you’re shutting your hours down you’re losing business. I don’t know why you guys decide to do that. We moved in last week. The apartments are upgraded, (no carpets, which we prefer), and the common areas are lovely. Dog poop all around, but that is to be found in every apartment complex in the US. Staff at the office is friendly and attentive although I am sure we would all love them to be there Mon-Fri instead of 3 days a week (new working hours). Its really difficult to get a hold of someone immediately because now you go through a call center. However, you will hear from someone by the end of the day. When we moved in, the refrigerator wasn't cooling and they replaced it quickly. The next day our heating system had a short circuit in the evening hours and no one came that evening and it went down to the low 30's that night so it was very uncomfortable but the maintenance crew arrived early the next day to get it repaired. I have met what I think to be their whole maintenance team and they are all curteous, friendly and willing to help, except one, I think his name is Max. He was probably having a bad day

It's a beautifully kept property with lots of amenities. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and has two gas grills. The fitness area has three different rooms. The apartments have quartz countertops, slow close drawers and cabinets, and the showers are awesome.

Updated , well maintained and central to anywhere we need to get in DFW & surrounding cities for our family . It has succeeded our expectations. From the get go the leasing office staff helped make the move-in process quick & easy . Everything takes work & patience from both management &future tenants for sure. Everyone from Trish, Sabrina, Adrayan, Makayla & maintenance ! Have always been very helpful no matter what we’ve needed, whether it be questions, comments, concerns etc . THANK YOU ALL. You’ve made us feel at home. In addition, after about close to a year & our lease about to be up within months, we needed to accommodate and possibly move which we didn’t really want to leave at all from Cortland Bear creek & once again they made the transition to another unit smooth & what seemed impossible for us, POSSIBLE. I lived here for 2 years and 5 months I loved it at Courtland Bear Creek. From the management to the events that was hosted by Sabrina on the property! For me to sign my lease again should tell it all. Living 10 minutes from the airport was convenient , I couldn’t hear the planes going over the apartments at all. Bear Creek is a great place to call home. The property is extremely well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location makes it easy to access highways, but still feels isolated, and a few minutes shaded walk to a nearby park.

Moved in about 2 weeks ago, and so far I love the place. The vibe is great, the neighborhood is quiet and I love the new finishes in the apartment. I had wavered back and forth on moving, as I was going through some bug changes in my personal life, and Sabrina and Trish were so patient and understanding with me, and I was very thankful for that. I’m really happy with my decision to move here :-) A year later and I still love it. The pools are great and the people who live here are awesome. It’s so quiet :-)

The property is well maintained, the apartment we toured is same floorpan we're interested in (well designed floor plan), and our leasing consultant, Adrayan, was professional and patiently answered all of our questions. My Sister Bethel and I stopped by for a tour yesterday.I enjoyed the place.Everything was so nice and clean,no smell not even a little bit.Every floor plan was just perfect it was hard to choose.What I love the most is their leasing consultant Makayla.Good Lord, give that woman a raise already.She is so loving,kind,helpful and truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I have been living at Cortland going on 5 years I couldn’t be happier with the Front Office and Maintenance Crew they’re all absolutely great!!! Friendly, very personable, easy to approach to ask questions and extremely helpful when needed. I have never had a bad experience at this complex, and it’s very well kept! I feel super safe and I have the best neighbors! They have awesome “get togethers” which brings tenants together to get to know each other with great conversations and loads of laughs. I truly call this place home!!!

I have lived here since around 2018-2019. Of course there are ups and downs with anything, but this place has provided excellent living for me and my daughter. Maintenance is always prompt, the staff is kind, the grounds are excellently maintained, and the people are peaceful. Today . I asked the Management to delay the inspection maintenance due to I want to be present during the inspection.Management sent a 24 hour notice to Tenants per Sabrina and told me because they need to check the foundation of the property. I asked them to delay getting into my unit About 6 days of delay until I arrived. It's always been as a tenant that I would prefer to be present for anyone getting into my place unless it's a fire or life threatening situation. I spoke to Sabrina from the Management and she said she will call me back due to waiting for the vendor to call her back.. I've rented at several apts and was never a problem to accommodate the delay . I will be waiting for that call from Sabrina and until then this excellent review might or could change as how this specific issue will play. Today is May 01, hope that I can shout out a 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ review for the meantime until this issue is resolved . Every apartment has their pros and cons. The initial tour we received was amazing but the application process I felt the communication could have been better as I had to call multiple times in order to check status. During move-in, 1 of the kitchen cabinets had clearly not been cleaned in between tenants since there was leftover food inside and soot on the outside. While the interior is upgraded and luxury, the floors are insanely thin. Since there's no carpet, you can hear and feel every step the upstairs tenants take. Other than adjusting to noise, they’re quick to address the service tickets and they keep the property clean.

She’s amazing and remembers everyone when current tenants go in the office. She waves, smiles and says hello whenever she sees. The management is top notch. Honestly this is a the most amazing place I’ve stayed at. The apartments are spacious and the property is well kept! All of the staff are amazing and so great to talk to. Sometimes I enjoy coming down just to chat with everyone! The pool and gym are huge perks! This is probably the best community I lived in so far they really really really care and if you have an emergency maintenance will come at any time if urgent!!!!!!!the parties the fitness rooms the beautiful pool! Where do I start!?? Not to mention these apartments sit on historical grounds so you will see the same birds and nature with squirrels next to you sitting enjoying your bread crumbs..parks around the corner and bends and round aways ! Literally one of the best apartments that I’ve stayed in here in Dallas! They office staff is incredible and are very interactive. I have not experienced any issues with the complex since moving in. If you’re looking for a great place to live that is surrounded by beautiful scenery and parks, this is a great place for you. Makayla is the best leasing agent EVER! It is such a positive experience with Makayla and Adrayan 💜🙌🏽. Our management staff is super responsive and receptive to feedback. You cannot go wrong with renting here.

Edit 6/19 Recently my ac went out in the night and maintenance took care of it so fast. What impressed me the most was if they couldn’t fix it, they could provide a window unit. What great care!!! I am also nearing the end of my time here and the process to move out has been seem less. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care! Edit-6 months of living. I still can’t believe how amazing the property management is. This place is well taken care of. My apartment is clean and cozy. I love living here! I recently came to this property. I have only been here for a few days-I will update my review as needed! But so far everything has gone well. Sabrina is definitely on her game and takes care of things. I am a new resident and really enjoy living here. I came from another state and pretty much rented my unit sight unseen. The office staff was so helpful- answering all my questions and helping me secure the floor plan I wanted - all on the phone. it was pretty stressful but the office staff always helped me when I had questions. The property is beautiful- Always clean and landscaped beautifully. I feel like I’m living on a resort property. The pool is gorgeous and the workout rooms have everything you would need. I don’t even need to join a gym as I get a thorough workout with their fitness rooms. It is very quiet even though close to the airport. Occasionally I hear airplanes, but that doesn’t really bother me. It’s not crazy loud. I like that I’m close to Bear Creek Park where there are bike, walking paths and an amphitheater. I’m close to many highways so I can get anywhere quickly. The tenants I have met as very nice. This is a great property. I’m pretty satisfied here.

I’ve jumped from apartment to apartment for about 8 years now. I can say that I’ve never experienced such genuine, hospitality from any office like this one! And if you know, sometimes it’s a drag getting a hold of anyone at the office. Makayla is such a doll! Trish and Sabrina are such an amazing manager. The ENTIRE staff is so caring and on top of everything. I love the personal relationship I’ve built with them. It is truly amazing. It definitely makes me feel like I’m at home 🫶🏼

I rented with Tall Timbers in Euless for over 8 years. Every single year I had several issues with maintenance & management bc I simply asked for issues inside the apartment to be fixed. It took weeks, if not months to get anything fixed. Good luck getting a response from anyone by email or your resident app. Barely any communication or help. If it wasn't for corporate, I wouldn't have had things taken care of. With the first visit with Cortland Bear Creek, I felt welcomed and was assured that they loved being personable with residents and have a 48 hour rule for maintenance requests. The staff is SO sweet and helpful. You literally fell like friends already for years. Not to mention how up to date everything is and BEAUTIFUL! The process are even reasonable with the space you get. I have no idea why I've never lived here before this year! This place should be everyone's go to if you want to live in Euless or the surrounding areas!! Love it! So much stress off my chest being with this property.

This is a very neat apartment complex. It has the smooth minimalistic design of modern Cortland properties combined with just classy and elegant art reflected throughout the property and amenities. The staff under Trisha’s leadership is very attentive and courteous displaying a good sense of urgency taking care of resident needs, overall building appearance and maintenance. I recommend this place specially to those who need of DFW airport but don’t want to live under the tune of a plane engine.

Since Cortland acquired Stoneleigh at Bear Creek, the New Manager Trish has hit the ground running. She and Sabrina have really changed so many things for the better. They plan many social events for the residents, they actually care and follow up on issues reported by the residents and maintenance fix things right the the first time. It’s nice to see so many residents happy about living here. It has not always been that way. The change is so appreciated and it’s nice to feel like the front office cares !!!!

I have lived at Cortland Bear Creek for a little over 3 years now and and absolutely love it. I’ve lived in 3 different floor plans over the years and Property Manager Trish and her team are always extremely helpful and have always made it a quick and easy transfer. Maintenance is always super quick and the property is well kept. The amenities like the the gym and two pools are awesome and always well cleaned. Cortland at Bear Creek is an overall amazing place to call home.

Lived here for about 6 months, and I love this place. I lived in houses for around 7 years before, and recently got married and moved here with my wife. I love this place because it doesn’t feel like an apartment. It’s quiet, clean, and right off the highway to anywhere in DFW. Airport is right next door also. The pool is great. Lived here for two years, in two different units. The best apartment complex I have lived in thus far. It is not perfect, but no apartment is. There is never trash buildup or loose trash on the grounds. Though, there is an excess or stray cats that they do try to catch. The noise from the airport and highway is super loud so be warned. Management does care about tenants and gets things done in a timely manner. The gyms needs some work. Great machines but rarely gets cleaned properly and is always over 85 degrees in the summers. I suggest window tint or shades on the top half. The amenities and features of the complex have gotten much better over the years, so your increase in rent is actually seen. The walls are thick, which helps with noise. (1 inch insulated drywall walls). Never had a major problem, and when you do, management takes care of it. I do suggest the complex limit the number of cars each person can have on the property. My previous neighbor had 6 cars all parked in the best accessible spots in f

Cortland Bear Creek has been my home for 2 years continuing into my 3rd now & I can truly say I love my home here. The floor plans are the most spacious I’ve seen in a complex & the area has been safe for my son & I. The apartments are newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, wooden floors, and granite counter tops which I love! We do have to take our trash to the dumpsters but it’s picked up on a regular basis instead of it piling up throughout the week and they are placed in convenient walking distances from the apartments. The staff are always nice and friendly! Maintenance requests are always completed in no more than 2 days. Honestly, the best apartments I’ve stayed in!

I hate to say how long I have lived here at Courtland Bear Creek but it’s been many years and I have never been happier !!! Trish and Sabrina see to it that issues that come up are handled quickly and professionally. And when I had to move to a new apartment for renovations, the new head of maintenance, Robert could not have been any more professional and friendly. The best part is he responds quickly and fixes things right the first time !!! Another huge point for me is that the entire staff here is friendly, professional and they get things done. I have been in the market for a new place. I was driving around and stumbled upon The Cortland at Bear Creek. When I walked in the office I was greeted by Nou she was so nice and so helpful. I had visited several Apts that day and this was my last but the best experience, she walked me through all of my options and was very attentive to my needs. I toured the facilities and saw the model, let me say I was pleased with the customer service and the overall experience and look of this place. I felt at home here. While I was speaking with her I was impressed several residents came in just to say hello everyone seemed very pleasant and happy. If your looking for a great place just ask for Nou she is the best hands down! **Update** I’ve had the best experience living here. The community is beautiful. I recently came to this property. I have only been here for a few days-I will update my review as needed! But so far everything has gone well. Sabrina is definitely on her game and takes care of things. My apartment is nicely maintained! Staff is very friendly. The only problem thus far has been A LOT of fire ants in my home. I’m allergic to fire ants so hopefully they will spray soon-Sabrina has replied to me in a timely manner for pest control as well as all my other kinks when moving in. So far I have been very pleased!

Comfortable accommodations at a central location. Sabrina and the rest of the management are the secret to the place’s success. It’s also very dog friendly and a great place for pups to socialize.

My wife and I just signed a lease at this property. Nou, the leasing agent who assisted us, was friendly and welcoming throughout the process. We started shopping early and visited the community several times to look at different units, and Nou remained patient with us and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with everything before signing a lease. The friendly service that we experienced working with Nou played a significant part in our decision to lease at Cortland Bear Creek. While I can't comment on the day-to-day experience at this property as a future resident, I can say that we had a great leasing experience!

I just came in to view these apartments and the staff was absolutely amazing! The apartments are beautiful!!!! Regardless of whether I choose to be here or not these guys were incredible. Upon coming in I also noticed they were doing a food drive which is great for a lot of different reasons. I feel a huge since of community here and I’m more than sure I could see myself living here!

Nou in the leasing office was a great introduction to Cortland Bear Creek. She was fun, professional and was on top of everything. Maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a very timely manner. The property is well maintained- the pool and workout facilities are great. In all, we are very happy here!

Trish, Sabrina, Makayla, and Nou are exceptional in their specific roles. l speak highly of all the Staff here at Cortland Bear Creek! Extremely satisfied with the customer service from the office/management. Communication from front office to the community is efficient, always keeping us up to date with changes and anything on a need to know basis. The maintenance team is wonderful, and always getting things done in a timely manner as well as super respectful. Amenities are always clean and up to par even with construction going on.

I’ve lived at Cortland for over 5 years. I absolutely love it. If you’re looking for a property with beautiful landscaping, quiet, beautiful trees, pet-friendly, kind neighbors, BEST management hands down, awesome maintenance team, then this is your forever home. I moved here in March and it's been such a good experience. Nou helped me secure my apartment and she has been so good at communicating even after moving in. They're all very attentive upfront and also keep a constant line of communication if work is being done on the property. While the cost of living has risen significantly around the metroplex I don't really mind paying what I do here because the office staff is unbeatable and the community is nice and quiet.

I moved in a couple weeks ago at the end of July I’ve toured just about every property around Cortland that I’ve lived in before and stopped in just to see what this place was like. after‘s meeting with Makayla and her showing me a couple apartments we talked back and forth for a day or so to narrow down the ideal home for me. Makayla has been amazing she let me come back before I sign my paperwork to look at one of the smaller apartments to make sure my large furniture would fit. Between Makayla and the rest of the office staff manager included they have made me feel like a VIP or someone very special. The updates and upgrades in my apartment are amazing I cannot express that enough and my neighbors that I’ve met so far have been really sweet and welcoming. The complex reminds me of a resort like being on vacation you have this amazing work out rooms and the pools are really really nice I’m glad I moved here Chad G.

I enjoy everything about living at Cortland Bear Creek. Originally toured the model home in Spring 2021 with Clarissa. She sold me on the beautiful green spaces and quiet community, even got me in a newly remodeled unit! Community is super pet friendly, maintenance is responsive and it actually is very peaceful. Renovations are nearly complete and they are beautiful. Stone countertops, open concept floorplan, large soaking bathtubs and updated appliances. Touches like USB wall outlets and large porches for outdoor living space make it feel like custom house! Community is everything here- events every month and special days for pets and holidays. Sign up for yoga on Saturdays or hang out by the poolside. Don't forget to rent with Nou or Makayla! Sabrina or Trish will help address any needs along the way!

I have been living at Cortland at Bear Creek (formerly Stoneleigh at Bear Creek) apartments for 2 1/2 years now and I have to say that I have been extremely happy with them. I still remember how easily these apartments stood out when I was first looking to move into the area. The staff (Sabrina, Makayla, and Nou) are extremely helpful and courteous to work with. The maintenance crew is top notch and extremely quick to resolve issues. Facilities are clean, gym is amazing and state of the art, and community is easy to get in and out of from the highway. All in all, it's very easy to give this community 5 stars!

I have lived here for 2.5 years. The management staff is so sweet and helpful me with any problems that I may have. If I have a maintenance issue it is fixed very quickly. It is quite and the complex is kept up nicely. Michaela is the sweetest and most efficient person I have ever met. Not to mention she is a hoot! I love living here and feel very safe.

I have been in the market for a new place. I was driving around and stumbled upon The Cortland at Bear Creek. When I walked in the office I was greeted by Nou she was so nice and so helpful. I had visited several Apts that day and this was my last but the best experience, she walked me through all of my options and was very attentive to my needs. I toured the facilities and saw the model, let me say I was pleased with the customer service and the overall experience and look of this place. I felt at home here. While I was speaking with her I was impressed several residents came in just to say hello everyone seemed very pleasant and happy. If your looking for a great place just ask for Nou she is the best hands down!

Literally one of the best apartments that I’ve stayed in here in Dallas! They office staff is incredible and are very interactive. I have not experienced any issues with the complex since moving in. She literally knows my dogs name, and when I told her I was opening my restaurant on August 1st, (we discussed it briefly months ago) she text me on that day to wish me luck! Wow!!! So far the best apartment complex I lived in. I moved all the way from California to Texas and Nou helped me out with all the paperwork and made my move really easy. Maintenance is really quick to respond and fix issues right away and the best part is they are available 24/7. Gated complex and really secure. Dog parks are all around the complex. If you are looking for an apartment this is the place and ask for Nou she’ll get you setup with everything you need.

I have lived here for six or seven years now. Lots of changes have taken place. I have been happy hear with the amenities and staff. I've rarely had any maintenance issues but when I have, the response has been quick. Nou & Sabrina in the front office have worked with me when when there's been a couple difficulties and I can't say enough nice things about them.

By far the best apartment home I’ve ever lived in. And I’ve had a peaceful “living” experience since I’ve moved in. The entire office staff…from management (the property manager & Sabrina who has been amazing to work with for YEARS)….To the leasing agents (Nou & Makayla)… Including the maintenance team ..…everyone is “5-Star” worthy! As with ANY updates that involve construction… the renovations aren’t the most “convenient”. However, this is out of everyone’s control (including the office). With that being said…You get what you pay for. The upgraded apartment homes, the property, amenities etc are simply beautiful!

I have been a long time resident and love the apartments themselves as well as the office staff and maintenance crew. Cortland Renovations team has been a nightmare. They have been very sloppy and careless. There have been numerous of us residents with nails in our tires, and also have picked up 100s throughout the property. They leave their junk everywhere and all summer long there was styrofoam constantly blowing in the pool from them. Supplies are left out in open garages and trash is left around. Great complex and office team, but not impressed with Cortland renovations.

I was having a problem with black ants, yuck, but once I contacted the maintenance team, the problem was gone, woo hoo! In addition to regular pest control, the maintenance manager, went above and beyond with specific ways to keep them away, he circled back around to me to make sure the black ants were gone, what service. He was very professional, attentive and truly cared about my problem, I miss Eric!

Lisa, Sabrina and Clarissa have been nothing short of kind, helpful and professional. After years of living and loving it here, we will be moving into a home. This is a bit of an updated/rewritten review to reflect the four times I have lived here at Stoneleigh. My family has lived in various Euless apartment complexes over the last 10 years. Out of all, Stoneleigh is our absolute favorite! We have had such a wonderful relationship with the management team and staff. They are friendly, are prompt in communicating with residents, and take pride in the community. This is one of the most beautiful complexes we have lived in as well. Just in the last week there have been some trees planted throughout the property- and there have always been a nice amount of trees preserved between buildings. The complex has plenty of sidewalks for safely enjoying nice morning or evening strolls. The stairwells and patios here are very clean (a result of policy- but it certainly is a positive thing!). Helps in keeping the community free from trash and clutter. I have never had any issues with finding a place to park here, no matter the time of day or night. Hard to say that about other

This has been by far my favorite place to live. The grounds are well kept. The management is great to work with. I absolutely love my apartment. It has all the amenities I enjoy. I am so glad to be a resident at Cortland Bear Creek!

I have lived in this community for 2 years now and have had nothing but positive things to say. If I have a maintenance problem, it's resolved quickly. I've never lost a package that has been shipped and never felt unsafe. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone who asked.

Craig is extremely attentive the our needs concerning our apartment. He is very organized, and his customer service is impeccable. Craig is polite and considerate. He also accompanies new colleagues and shows great leadership skills. I would love to have him in our highest management position.

I always appreciate seeing Sabrina’s smile when I see her on those rare occasions. Very few complaints and they are always resolved. Having a leasing staff that is that nice actually cares for my stay here.

The service was absolutely amazing! Trey was very helpful with assisting me with anything I needed. The property is also very beautiful. Great service and beautiful establishment; I knew I was right at home. 5 out of 5 for me and I would highly recommend to anyone else as well.
