Awesome staff and manager. Love the various community events that they sponsor and offer. I truly enjoyed the sip and paint event. Love that they have social events for the adults and kids. Air Conditioning stopped working on a weekend and they had someone the next day to get it fixed. Love the professionalism and quick response for the new staff here.

I love how the apartment looks how quite the community is how everything smells good looks new nothing reused which I love but most of all!!! mrs.narmeen farhoud is the best the leasing consultant I ever met her vibe energy how friendly but professionally she is top tier TOP!!!! Definitely come see her she took a 30 min tour and made it feel like we don't need to look no where else and made it so much fun 2 and half hours talking laughing and touring now that's what I'm talking about

I’ve been a resident for over 2 years now love the amenities always super clean! The leasing agents are always friendly and super helpful with a friendly smile , my favorite thing is FREE workout classes on Mondays by the pool is definitely the highlight of my week! A wonderful apartment community. Excellent maintenance of the grounds and amenities. Residents love the staff and services available to them. There are special events all the time. Cortland Avion Apartments are very neat and clean. I like the convenience of any store I may need to shop from (grocery, clothing, household) and restaurants in the area. There's also the convenience of any medical facility that i may reqire care from. The Cortland Avion community/peope here are very friendly. I'm on my 2nd year residing here. Overall Cortland Avion is a great place to live.

Tracy is absolutely fantastic! We moved here from California in May. She was the last person we met in our apartment hunting and honestly she is one of the main reasons why we moved here. She’s so knowledgeable and kindhearted she goes out of her way to accommodate any needs. I was a property manager for 17 years before we came to Texas and Tracy is the true definition of very thing you would like for in a lease consultant. Truly grateful!

Since the first time walking into the leasing office I have been welcomed by the office staff and my new neighbors. They had the floor plan available for me that I asked for and even removed the carpet before I moved in. The staff and maintenance are super responsive to immediate needs which I have never had in a apartment before. So far I am absolutely loving living here!

I moved in about 6 months ago & have loved every minute of my time here. I looked at over 15 different communities in the area and the minute I walked in the door of the leasing office I knew I had found my new home. Leasing agent listened to my concerns & showed me a unit that was perfect! It has a large balcony with a nice view. Maintenace has been great with maintenance issues, and they always follow up to make sure everything is working as it should. Most of the residents in my building have been here many years. That pretty much says it all. I have found my new “happy place”.

I went to tour the community with Morgyn, and was very pleased! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The tour was an all around great experience, from the apartment being just what I was looking for to the customer service as soon as I walked in.

I’ve been a resident at Cortland Avion since 2020 and I’ve enjoyed being a resident here. The community is quite and always put together. Never had any issues here. Maintenance people are always on top of any problems. The ladies in the front office are more like family. Ms. Tracey and Morgan are always so helpful and always has smiling welcoming faces. I love staying here and will continue staying here for the next several years.

Tracy is absolutely fantastic! We mover here from California in May. She was the last person we met in our apartment hunting and honestly she is one of the main reasons why we moved here. She’s so knowledgeable and kindhearted she goes out of her way to accommodate any needs. I want to say it’s a pleasure living here. Cortland Avion Shadow Creek always quite and clean. I have no complaints nor regrets, the whole entire Cortland Avion Shadow Creek Staff is very nice. I will say customer service here is excellent. Maintenance crew is awesome, Awesome. I don’t have many work orders. When I do, they is done in a quick matter of good timing. I will score maintenance 10 and above. Ms. Tracey Mitchell is a wonderful person. When I came a board she handled everything smooth. I had no, no difficulty in anything. I made sure she had everything to help my process go just fine. She didn’t drop the ball in no area. Very Nice person. I want to make her job easy. Her customer service is beyond the score. Been living here for a few months and truly have enjoyed my experience. The staff members are super welcoming and always a big help. Gerardo, Mrs. Tracey and Morgan are amazing. They always go above and beyond to help me out which I can’t say thank you enough. The grounds are kept super clean and maintenance requests get answered quickly. I have been living here a year. It is a solid choice. It is in a great location in terms of access to everyday things you need. It is located right off of 288 which gets you into downtown pretty quickly. There are normal apartment issues in terms of maintenance and neighbors, but all are handled quickly and in a professional manner. Interiors are great, parking is plentiful (at least from my experience), maintenance staff is respectful when entering your home. I did need emergency maintenance at night once and the call was answered and resolved in under 30 min. I appreciated that! Leasing staff is helpful and clearly explains lease terms and such when you have questions. As someone who is on their third apartment after having to relocate cities for work, Cortland Avion Shadow Creek is a great choice to call home!

I’m back with my superheroes of Cortland Avion Shadow Creek. Let’s start with light on her feet Cat woman, Ms Tracy lights up a room with her smile. Continuing to move about the room helping new and residents to come with that same smile. She knows everyone name and makes you feel like family. Thank you Ms Tracy. Ms. Nicole, focused and for a reason. I call her Bat woman. Who better to be in charge of the rent payment. She knows numbers and spot a mistake with the quickness. I know she doesn’t generate the bill but will fix the discrepancy with those laser focus eyes. Fernando maintenance has fixed every maintenance problem I’ve ever had so thank you Ninja turtle for trouble shooting my air conditioner correctly this weekend. We can’t forget the big dogs. The man of steel. Superman and Wonder Woman. Mr Alex and Ms Stephanie. Maintenance Manager and Manager Manager. These people can step into any job of the people that work for them. We have been living here for 1 month and it has been a nice adjustment. Ms. Tracey M in the front office assisted us through everything, and has been such a pleasure to work with. Had issues with our dishwasher; but they worked diligently to repair. The amenities are nice and have not had any issues with the complex residents. This place is highly recommended if you are looking for somewhere to feel comfortable, safe, luxurious.

We moved to Houston and had a last minute change of plans that left us needing a new apartment on 24 hours notice. Thanks to Tracey and Morgyn, we had the keys to our new place in the knick of time. We loved living at Cortland Avion Shadow Creek. Between the pool that makes you feel like youre on vacation, to the grills, dog walking trail and prompt maintenance request fulfillment, its very easy to feel right at home here. Plus, everyone gets an attached garage--a real convenience for extra boxes, rainy days and keeping your car extra safe at night. They even offer 3 mo th leases. Would rent here again if work brings us back to Pearland in the future

I have lived here at Avion Cortland for almost 3 years this August. The front office staff and upper management is very supportive and treat you with respect. They’re always available when we need them. I enjoy or Wednesday night food truck options and we frequently have raffles, holiday gatherings and the really cater to my kids regarding activities, especially during the summer months. I truly appreciate Mrs. Tracey and Mrs. Stephanie for getting back with me so promptly and making my kids and I feel like family. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it is handled within a good timeframe and they are very friendly. Lastly, I appreciate how management makes sure our grounds stay clean and well groomed.

I have to say, this has been the most comfortable and relaxing place I've ever lived. My favorite place is my connected garage, that makes it feel like a home. And the constant compliments by my visiting company, about how nice Avion/Cortland looks. The cleanliness of the property is very important to me as a renter. The other most important thing to me as renter, is to have a good relationship with your management team. This last year and a half has really put all of us to the test, due to Covid-19, I have to give credit where it's due. Mrs. Nicole Poole has been by my side helping me get through the difficulties and adjustments needed, I'm just one person Nicole deals with a community of people, but each and every time she made me feel important, her, patience, diligence, is outstanding. Thank you Nicole, and all of Avion/Cortland staff.

The office staff are friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Ms. Tracey is always willing to help and offers assistance with kindness, grace, and a generous heart. In turn, many residents at the property are equally friendly. The community atmosphere is more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The Avion is quiet, clean, and well maintained property and a good place to call home.

Cortland Avion Shadow Creek has been my home since 2018... My experience here has been second to none. The Staff (Nicole, Stephanie, Tracy, and all others that I have not named) has always treated everyone as family. We've all been through many difficulties during the drastic changes of our world, yet the staff has opened their arms and hearts to be there for each of us - whilst they deal with their own personal affects. As a resident at Avion/Cortland. I've truly enjoyed my apartment (home) living at (5) plus years. During covid-19 it's been a trial like nothing I've ever experienced before. The Team Leaders of Avion has literally bent over backwards to help pull me through with there patience and persistence when needed , taking care of me like a true Avion family member. I've enjoyed my friends and family coming over complimenting the appearance of the property. This brings me joy having a clean environment.

I recently moved in to Avion Cortland and i can say that the facilities are well kept and clean. Their design is beautiful and modern. The complex looks like new and the rooms are nice. Maintenance issues are always answered to appropriately and in a timely manner. The leasing staff is friendly and polite. Yesenia and Tracy do a great job. Definetly would recommend this apt. Location is great as well. Near to everything and i love the pool / gym / game room area.

After apartment searching for about a month, without any luck my sister suggested I check out Avion. These are not your regular apartments & they definitely seem to have it all! It’s prime location near 288, downtown & hobby airport. There’s a comforting ability to be able to be heard and helped in such an informative and friendly way by the management!! Thank you for going beyond expectations in trying to meet and match my needs for a temporary home until I purchase my home. A-1 and it speaks volumes!! I’ve lived at Avion for over 2 years. I love it here. Nicole P. (Leasing manager) is so helpful and accessible anytime I’ve had issues. The maintenance department works so hard to keep the place looking nice and while I don’t have favorites, Gerardo is pretty awesome too! I love the new Bluetooth gate access system and the section I live in is so quiet and everyone smiles and talks to each other. Definitely better than other complexes in the area!

I've been with Cortland Lux Shadow Creek for greater than 2 years now and has recently moved to Cortland Avion Shadow Creek (owned by the same people). I needed a bigger place, but didn't want to move elsewhere since I find the staff here is so kind and helpful. Thanks to Nicole Aaron, Tracy, and Jeraldo my transition was easy and smooth. I really love my spacious apartment with the 2 car garage!!! I especially like it here also because everything is so conveniently located.

This is a great Pearland community with reasonably priced apartments, Wonderful amenities, and kind staff. I had the pleasure of moving into this apartment community in January 2021. I absolutely love it here, the units are made so beautifully and they are styled differently, very unique. My move in process was easy, hassle free and no pressure whatsoever. The leasing staff are beyond amazing! Each one of them made sure we were helped and made us feel very welcomed to the community. I want to give a special Thank you to the leasing staff: Nicole A. , Nicole P., Tracey and Gerardo for making sure we were taken care of every step of the way helping us make sure we had everything we needed to get our apartment. I also want to thank an another amazing staff member, Brittany who was there on our move in day to make sure we had our keys and remotes. she also did a courtesy visit to make sure our move in was successful. The amenities are great! Fitness center is very nice, the pool area is amazing, immaculate social room, and a car care center for washing and cleaning your car.

I’ve lived at Cortland Avion for five years now and the stay has been outstanding from Tracey to Nichole and Stephanie, everyone has gone above and beyond to assist me no matter what the circumstance. I’m a healthcare worker and this year has brought on new challenges and the need for flexibility with living arrangements and the staff have been more than accommodating to ensure that a safe place to stay wasn’t something I needed to worry about. They have one of the best leasing office staffs I have ever worked with! From the time I walked in I felt like I was talking with a good friend. Tracey is a gem! From the moment she answered the phone, I knew she was going to help me find the perfect home. The community itself is so beautiful and well-maintained. So happy I found such a modern place. Edit after 6 months living here: I’m reinforcing my original review! In the time we’ve lived here, we’ve been 100% happy with our decision! Not only is Tracey amazing, but Stephanie and Fernando (maintenance team) are always there as well. I’ve been lucky to have great neighbors and am still impressed by the overall cleanliness of the community. Moving from Georgia, it was terrifying to commit to an apartment without seeing it. We are grateful we committed to this community. The customer service is unmatched. Ms. Tracey and Stephanie came to our door to hand deliver a cake for my husband's success in passing the Texas Bar Exam. That level of kindness and care is something I am so grateful for. Looking forward to staying here for years to come.
