Ms. Tracy was soooo nice. She was accommodating and made you feel right at home. She made me wish I could lease right then and there! The property was nice and quiet and the unit we toured was very spacious and well kept.

I’ve known Tracy Mitchell for many years, dating back to when I lived at Lux at Shadow Creek, and now again while living at Avion at Cortland. Tracy is truly amazing—both personally and professionally. She is detailed, transparent, and always keeps it real. She doesn’t sugarcoat things, but she is respectful, responsive, and consistent with follow-ups whenever you have questions or need assistance. I’m genuinely glad she’s back with Cortland. Great apartment community, I moved here four years ago from Louisiana. Mrs.Tracey was the first person I met and gave me a tour, welcomed myself and my son and has continued to make this community feel like a family. She and other office staff throw monthly events that foster a supportive family where you can feel safe and raise kids. Mrs. Tracey is always professional and efficient and if she doesn’t have the answer she will get it and always follows through!

I been living at the Cortland Avion for 9 year's, it's great Tracy is the first person I meet when I needed an apartment asap, she was very nice and professional took the time to explain the different units. I was very sad when I heard that she was leaving last year, I was thinking about moving out then I heard she was coming back too help I was so happy we love Tracy . I may have to stay here another 9 years.

Cortland Avion Apartments are very neat and clean. I like the convenience of any store I may need to shop from (grocery, clothing, household) and restaurants in the area. There's also the convenience of any medical facility that i may reqire care from. The Cortland Avion community/peope here are very friendly. I'm on my 2nd year residing here. Overall Cortland Avion is a great place to live. 3/3/2026 I left Cortland Avion approximately 1 year ago just for a little change and because Leasing Agent, Ms. Tracey left. Ms. Tracey is by far the best leasing agent I've known. She's very personable towards the residents and the kids. I love it that she offers snacks to the kids when they come through the office on their way to their apartments when they get out of school. She's very helpful and resourceful and if she's unsure of something, she will get you someone who can assist you. I am a current resident at Cortland Avion in my experience. Thus far has been amazing. From the Irene and David in the office to the awesome maintenance staff, every need is addressed. They truly go above and beyond to assist me daily. I really feel like a valuable member of the community. Thank you! This is time to update my review because I’m moving out First of all I want to thanks all the staff like Tracey, David, Leanne, Taigi for the best team that you can have. As my time here as a tenant I have not received notices of breaking in the car or in the apartments. It has been very peaceful, every-time we need help from the office they were open to do it. I really enjoyed using the amenities , like the pool! It has been a pleasure to be here and it hurts to say goodbye after 8 years but I found better opportunities for my self and is time to leave. I have been living at the Avion apartments for three months now and I really have no complaints. The process on leasing was great thanks to David, he took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had before signing the lease and moving in. Even after moving in he checked in every now and then to ensure things were going good. He addresses any issues with urgency so overall his customer service is 10/10. As for the complex itself it is a great community. It is very safe and laid back so I definitely recommend these apartments for anyone in the area.

I really enjoy living here, the gym is great, pool and grilling area are nice. Neighbors are cool and friendly. You have your own garage and parking is good for guests. There’s a lot to do nearby shopping, entertainment, restaurants. Downtown is about 20 minutes away which is also nice. Customer service by Elizabeth and staff is great, no complaints.
