I went in to assist my daughter who was looking for a new place to call her home and everyone here was so helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team at this apartment complex, especially the Team Lead, John D. His level of attentiveness and responsiveness truly sets the standard for excellent service. Requests are acknowledged quickly, communication is clear, and follow-through is consistent. What stands out most is John D’s commitment to getting the job done right the first time. There are no cutting corners—issues are thoroughly assessed, explained when necessary, and resolved properly. The team works efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care for the residents and the property. It’s rare to find maintenance personnel who combine technical skill with such a strong sense of responsibility and customer service. This team, under outstanding leadership of John, makes living here a noticeably better experience.

I have had no problems in the month we have been living in this apartment. Thanks to the team for their quick responses when I have had questions. The area is clean, there is no dirt, I really like the gym! I will recommend these apartments to my friends.

I only gave 5 stars for Carlos Eraz!! The maintenance team is about the only thing reliable around here anymore. Carlos is the absolute best! I just love him to pieces. He always so sweet, pleasant, and professional. Every time I submit a work order if he's not here the same day, he'll be here the next. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything I need is taken care of. I've been here for over 10 years and when I leave, I feel like I will be leaving family behind. I do not know anyone else but him as all the staff that have been here as long as me are now gone and there is no one in the office to actually meet. This place used to be a community that really felt like home but now, I'm just another person on their roster to collect rent from. You can get so much more for you're money at so many other places in Allen but I've always chosen to stay here because of the friendly staff but, there gone now. If I could take Carlos with me when I leave, I most certainly would. Please value your employees before s
