Good morning 🌄 all. I have lived in this Cortland property for well over 10 years and I call it my home. I stick around here solely for the reason is because of the people I interact with regularly. The local management that I interface with are the most attentive folks by far and the maintenance team are literally the most knowledgeable. Repairs are addressed and completed generally within the day. The buildings and common grounds are meticulous. The landscaping is well maintained with the seasonals and annuals plants are in a constant scheduled rotation. All in all it's a great place to call home and a delight to know it only improves.

Living at Cortland at Twin Creeks has been a really great experience. The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities are kept in excellent condition. One of the biggest reasons I’ve enjoyed living here is because of Kimberly Luna. She has been incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the beginning. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, she was always responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The maintenance team is also fast and reliable, which makes a huge difference. Overall, the atmosphere here feels safe, comfortable, and well managed. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and care the staff provides. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team at this apartment complex, especially the Team Lead, John D. His level of attentiveness and responsiveness truly sets the standard for excellent service. Requests are acknowledged quickly, communication is clear, and follow-through is consistent. What stands out most is John D’s commitment to getting the job done right the first time. There are no cutting corners—issues are thoroughly assessed, explained when necessary, and resolved properly. The team works efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care for the residents and the property. It’s rare to find maintenance personnel who combine technical skill with such a strong sense of responsibility and customer service. I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like a place you actually want to come home to. The management team is responsive and professional. The MAINTENANCE TEAM ( John and Carlos) are exceptional they handle requests quickly and communicate clearly, which isn’t something you find everywhere. The amenities are a huge plus. Everything is well-kept, and there’s a genuine effort to make the space enjoyable for residents. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels, whether you’re out for a walk or just relaxing around the property. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the overall atmosphere is calm without being dull. It strikes a really nice balance.
