Living at Cortland at Twin Creeks has been a really great experience. The community is always clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the amenities are kept in excellent condition. One of the biggest reasons I’ve enjoyed living here is because of Kimberly Luna. She has been incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the beginning. Anytime I had questions or needed assistance, she was always responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The maintenance team is also fast and reliable, which makes a huge difference. Overall, the atmosphere here feels safe, comfortable, and well managed. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and care the staff provides. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team at this apartment complex, especially the Team Lead, John D. His level of attentiveness and responsiveness truly sets the standard for excellent service. Requests are acknowledged quickly, communication is clear, and follow-through is consistent. What stands out most is John D’s commitment to getting the job done right the first time. There are no cutting corners—issues are thoroughly assessed, explained when necessary, and resolved properly. The team works efficiently, professionally, and with genuine care for the residents and the property. It’s rare to find maintenance personnel who combine technical skill with such a strong sense of responsibility and customer service. I’ve had a really great experience living here so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like a place you actually want to come home to. The management team is responsive and professional. The MAINTENANCE TEAM ( John and Carlos) are exceptional they handle requests quickly and communicate clearly, which isn’t something you find everywhere. The amenities are a huge plus. Everything is well-kept, and there’s a genuine effort to make the space enjoyable for residents. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the environment feels, whether you’re out for a walk or just relaxing around the property. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the overall atmosphere is calm without being dull. It strikes a really nice balance. Overall, this has been a positive living experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR CARLOS, OUR COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: Amazing, human service from a great guy, fixes anything you need in a speedy manner and is great to talk to while doing so. The best part of this community is hands down the maintenance team, without them this whole operation should fold. Whoever is in charge of allocating community budget needs to give way more to these guys and way less to the corporate suits. Otherwise, decent quiet community in a nice area.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived. Great office team. Great service from maintenance team. Tickets raised are mostly resolved same day or next day by professionals. Especially Carlos Erazo went ahead and gave many useful tips for our safety and security. Carlos is professional and very knowledgeable person with kindness. Really appreciate all his help and wish him good luck.
