Nice quiet and clean community. Lots of nature. Amenities and parks nearby are great. Management is great. Lots of events like free coffee and donuts every month. Multiple trash bins throughout the community makes taking it out easy. No roaches or mice just a lot of grasshoppers and crickets

I’m incredibly grateful to Chris from maintenance. When I was alone in the mailroom, faced with three 10-kilogram packages and unsure of what to do, he came to my aid. He helped me load each package onto his maintenance cart, drove me to my apartment, and carried all the heavy packages up to the third floor, placing them right at my door. I’m so thankful for his help! These packages are extremely important to me!

So far, the experience has been great. The issues that have appeared to be an issue, ie the trash, are being dealt with and addressed. And in my area there have been some noise complaints but those also were dealt with in a nice and timely manner

Everything is great! We love living here. We lived here before in 2018 to 2021 and moved back in 2024. We have always had a great experience living here. The elementary school zoned for this complex is the best! It’s close to restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, hospital, and the interstate.

I have been living at Cortland at Twin Creeks for the past two years. The apartments are spacious and fully renovated with new appliances. I love the comfort of my place, which truly feels like home now. The team members and maintenance staff at the leasing office are always willing to help, no matter what the issue is. It’s more than just a community; it feels like family!

We moved into this complex in 2018 and stayed until 2021. We loved everything about the apartment, location, amenities, and staff. We recently moved back into the complex a month ago, and now the apartments are fully renovated and updated. My kids love the pool area. I love walking trail and the option of the kids riding the bus or walking to school. Highly recommend all the way around

Unfortunately some of my fellow residents lack common sense, such as putting trash out when there are designated hours to do so, or not utilizing on call emergency services for emergency requests as if they are the only ones experiencing ac outages. The community is great, the management and maintenance are great. Sometimes people lack common sense and that's the unfortunate truth of the world we live in.

Recently moved in a month ago and I love it. From the trails and how close I am to HEB and the HUB. My dog loves it as much as I do especially the two different dog parks. Trisha and Vivian are amazing especially when answering any questions I have about the apartment. Maintenance crew here are wonderful people as well and come quick especially when I had a late emergency issue with my A/C.

I toured several apartment complexes in and around Allen before choosing Cortland at Twin Creeks, and I'm so happy I did! Trisha and Vivian were incredibly helpful and accommodating during the leasing process. The maintenance staff is also top-notch and promptly address any issues. The complex itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers ample parking. Plus, the package delivery facility is a convenient perk. Beyond the excellent amenities, which include a gym and pool, the location is unbeatable. There are beautiful walking trails nearby, and it's close to stores, restaurants, and even a temple. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to relax or a convenient spot close to the action, Cortland at Twin Creeks has it all! It's a beautiful community that is well kept by the maintenance staff. you can always count on the maintenance staff to get stuff done. My apartment spacious and truly feels like my own. It does not have an institutional feeling. The manager, Vivian, is always available to answer questions and concerns. She is understanding and accommodating. Trisha has been extremely informative and helpful with so many things. I know when I walk into the office I will be greeted with a smile, and she always follows up with questions on my kids. This is a community that feels like home and the staff feels like family and friends. They truly care!

Me and my boyfriend have lived here for a little over 2 years and we loved it, if we didn't have to move due to work we would absolutely be staying. The property is well maintained and quiet, recently renovated and the units are really nice.. The maintenance staff has been so wonderful, they go above and beyond and are always extremely fast to respond to issues/requests put in! All in all, the property is lovely and in a great area. We have always felt safe here, highly recommend living here!

I have been here for almost 2 years and have had a welcoming experience, Clariza is usually taking care of the issues I have come across since I work during the week and can only come in on Saturday's she has made my experience quite enjoyable to call this place home. I've also seen the most progress here at this office compared to some other Communities I have visited in the past where they don't follow up with you for any of your concerns or work orders so I also wanted to give a shout of to the maintenance team for always getting to do my request I place at a decent time. This review is for Christopher with the maintenance team... I've always like the maintenance crew they always been helpful and gone above and beyond. Today is prime example of that service. Some one dropped a glass bottle right in front of my car I would have had to drive over glass shards (afraid they would puncture my tire). I might give 5 stars if they would answer the phone in the office. They made me late to work last week when I was trying to fill out all my lease documents so I wouldn’t loose the unit and was trying to call to ask a few questions. I had to call about 12 times. And I just tried to call again for the past hour and no answer. I got my keys yesterday; 2 door keys, 2 mail keys, a gate fob and a fob for 24/7 gym access. That’s great except the gate fob didn’t work, so then I couldn’t get back in later to do what I wanted in my unit that night without having to sit and wait like a creep for someone else to drive up to the gate. Clariza was the leasing agent I dealt with since June when I originally looked at the place. She has been really great, very friendly and helpful with my multitude of questions I had since this is my first apartment on my own. I LOVE everything about the property. The paint scheme on the buildings is perfect for me, the units were upgraded recently from what I was told and they are beautiful

Living at a large community we have very pleased with our experience with Cortland at Twin Creeks. After living at different communities before this I can say this has been the best place to live by far. All the staff is always so friendly and greet me by my name the minute I walk into the office. The leasing agent dropped whatever she is doing to assist and listen to me. I always have complex questions if she cannot answer them the manager jumps in to help. I lived at this apartment complex from 2016 to 2023. The only reason I moved is because I could finally afford to buy a house of my own. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even moving to different apartments within the complex a few times when I needed to (roommates moving, etc) because I enjoyed the complex so much. I lived in 3 different apartments in 2 different buildings within this complex and never had any issues with noise outside of the normal expected sounds of daily life. The office staff the entire time I was there even when the complex got new ownership were always so kind and helpful! Trish, Christy, Bri, Kevin, Patrick, everyone always so pleasant and personable. Maintenance were always very quick yo respond to service requests and very pleasant as well, always smiling and waving as you drive by. I have lived here at Lansbrook for over 2 years and I have enjoyed my stay. I plan on renewing my contract again because I am pleased with the service the staff provides. Carlos from maintenance has been phenomenal when he has completed my service request and has efficiently resolved the problems. I have never had any issues that have not been resolved. I have been living here since last year. I am satisfied with here especially the staffs are very friendly. BriShanae, who helped my contract, is so kind and nice. Carlos comes quickly whenever there is a problem in my house, and he takes care of it and solves it. He is always smiling and friendly. Alex came right over the weekend when I had air conditioning problems last summer. Other staff members also greet us whenever you pass by the complex, the atmosphere here is great. The entrance to the trail outside is directly connected with the apartment inside, so it is good for a walk. It's a bit old building, but when I first moved in, the paint and maintenance were well done. Recently, we extended the contract. I hope we would get along with here for a year.

Excellent so far. I give this place a 8 out of 10. I only have a few minor concerns but it’s nothing that would make me rate the complex low. I love waking up here. The view from my window is relaxing and serene. My neighbors are okay I believe I have only met one so far and she was very nice and accommodating on my move in day.

I can't compliment this community and the staff enough! The team here is so welcoming and actually care about the residents!! (Which I haven't seen at previous communities in which I've lived.) The apartments are so beautiful with the recent updates. And the property always looks well maintained. The trees here are beautiful! There is a walking trail in a peaceful and serene wooded area which I enjoy almost daily. You won't regret moving here!

Great location and feeds into top Elementary middle and high schools for the area. Property has been renovated including the amenities as well as apartment interiors. The ground keepers are always working to make sure the property is clean and the few times I needed maintenance they were very responsive. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful and lead by an amazing property manager. I’d recommend this property to anyone considering the area.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

Maintenance team was amazing , the front office team was great, knowledgeable, approachable and welcoming, kind and professional. The neighborhood is quite and does provide the Sanctuary and Serenity needed after a long day of work. The location is great I’m close to the 417 and close enough to the airport. Open concept living room and Kitchen with great nature light, HUGE walk in closest in my 2/2, Valet trash pick up, Screened patio is a very nice touch and size, cable and internet package being included in price is great as well making it super easy for move in. Online leasing and online pmt is great. Food trucks and events for residents. Great communication, great community and atmosphere.

I have lived in many cities and complexes but it never felt like home until I moved to Sentral DTLA ! The community, amenities, events organized by the building -everything is just unbelievable. I even feel like I will be stuck here for a while, honestly, because it's THAT good. I have never had yoga on the rooftop or comedy show at the place where I live, have you?? Sentral is killing it! Moving here was easy peasy , thanks to Alina, the leasing manager who has been taking such good care of me since I even started to think about moving here. The leasing staff was so pleasant to work with. They really helped us find the perfect place at the best rate. The community itself has been great and we feel very at home. The pools are great but as for the gym and basketball court they could definitely be improved, but all and all there’s a lot to do here. We have been enjoying living here so far!

Love the high ceilings, and laminate floors, actually have entry halls as these do.They are spacious, with crown molding, Nice patios and drive up appeal that is rare in the Apartment community. Grounds are well maintained with Nature trail at back of the property. Special features for our Furr babies as an extra treat.Take a look, don't think you will be disappointed with all the amenities that are available, as well as the added security for the property. As an added bonus Washer and dryers in every unit.

I have lived here for 14 months and will be moving out in 1 week. Reason for moving out is my rent on a new lease would be $600 more per month, and I really don't think these are worth the insane price markup. There has been constant construction around the property. AC never works properly. Spent 2 and a half months during mid summer with no AC. Once it was finally resolved the thing still struggles. The lowest my unit gets during the summer day is 80F, and that is with the thing running all day, so prepare for a big electric bill. My pros are my neighbors have been extremely respectful about noise. I have never had a any issues with noise. That alone makes me wish I was staying. The office people have always been nice and respectful. They have always done their best to resolve any issues I had during my stay. Recently the mail boxes were broken into and vandalized. This has not been a common thing, hopefully a one off event. Overall I was happy with my quiet apartment. So there is my two cents.

This is a wonderful community, staff is so friendly and helpful and the grounds are kept very clean. The greenery around the area makes this a little oasis in the city scape that is Allen. There are a lot of children playing and having a wonderful time so if you have kids this is a great community. The shared area with the planted pots of herbs is adorable and help is answered relatively quickly. If our apartment wasn’t being needed for renovations, we would have stayed for years to come.

The entire experience at Cortland at Twin Creeks has been a positive one. I feel safe here, and at home. I have lived here since 2007, and will be here for a few more years. The staff is amazing, friendly, very responsive to anything that we need. I highly recommend living here!

I have lived in this complex for over 5 years, and recently transferred my lease to move from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment. The transition was totally seamless! Throughout my entire stay here, the staff in maintence and at the front office have always been courteous, prompt, and accommodating to any needs I may have. I'd highly recommend this complex!

Had a wonderful experience living here. All of the office staff are super friendly. They were quick to answer questions or help with any issues that came up. If I ever move back to Allen, I would 100% want to live here again.

The office and maintenance staff are genuine and have worked here for ages. The community was great before but even better with the new renovations. You can be as involved or removed with the community but I love that it feels like home. Maintenance just helped me put up my new kitchen racks and I’m in love! My place is coming together nicely. This community is like a village and I highly recommend living here.

I lived here for 3 years and it was amazing! The staff was always friendly and maintenance was always Efficient and fast on all of my work orders. It was a quite little community and never had any real problems! I would definitely reconsider going back when it’s time to move again!! Thanks for everything!

Since I came to Texas in October 2017, I have been living at Cortland at Twin Creeks. I have had to travel abroad from the United States for several months and upon returning, I have looked again for an apartment in this same residential complex ... My reasons? Simply the cordial treatment of the administrative and maintenance staff, their work for the benefit of the resident, the safety in the area, the very favorable location in Allen, its proximity to two major highways, shopping centers and health care.

I have been very impressed with the new management and the same team members. Offer excellent services, care about residents, provide timely information. During the recent blackout, I, as a resident received a personal phone call inquiring about how we were copping and if there was anything they could do to help. I was really impressed.

We moved in in June 2020 and have lived at Cortland at Twin Creeks during all of lockdown, COVID, and now Polar Vortex 2021. Although life has been full of stresses and the unexpected this year, living at Twin Creeks has been a dream come true. Whether it be text and email updates about rolling blackouts to keep residents informed, or FAST and QUALITY maintenance work anytime of the week, to even the occasional free slice of pizza in the front office to lift residents spirits in stressful times, Cortland at Twin Creeks does SO MANY THINGS so well. And speaking of maintenance and front desk personnel, everyone employed here is all smiles and is so eager to help anytime in any way that they can. We're talking staff members calling to check on residents to help in any way that they can. 10/10 customer service 24/7. Come live here at Twin Creeks, and if you have an experience half as good as I have had, you will be very satisfied!!

I have lived here 12 months now , I love it!! I have transferred to one of the newly renovated homes here. Let’s start with the community the landscape is great and they do an awesome job with the upkeep of the community. It is a very quiet community, the kids aren’t loud at all. The staff omg the staff are awesome! Trisha always welcomed me with high positive energy, laughs and always down for a little chit chat lol. Chasity is also a great person and whenever I needed help from the manager she was there. Stephie is a new leasing agent here and does her job very very well whenever I needed help from Her she always helped me. The MAINTENANCE team is GREAT and will always get whatever you need done in a timely manner. Carlos is very awesome I enjoyed working with him my first lease here. With me being young this is one of the best communities I stayed with and my longest stay. I can’t wait to move into my new apartment home.

So many things I love about here. The staff, areas for the kids to play, neighbors who watch our for each other and kids, the staff is awesome! Been here since 2015 and have never had a complaint. I know someone who has been here for 12 years. That says alot! They know tenants by name and just feel like trusted family who really care. Maintenance is the best always keeping things perfect and always teaching me something I didn't know.

I have been a resident at Cortland at Twin Creeks since roughly 2017 and the staff is just wonderful. Everyone is incredibly kind and patient and they are very understanding. You can tell that everyone really cares about their residents and takes the time to really make you feel wanted. Everyone on the maintenance team is great as well. They really do whatever they can to resolve your issues. Sometimes they may take a little more time depending on the nature of the issue, and I’ve had to call a couple of times to have someone come out to fix the same issue, which is the only reason I didn’t rate at 5 stars, but that can’t always be controlled and is to be expected when you have a small group of great professionals servicing 200+ units. The service and customer care has always been top notch and I would recommend Cortland at Twin Creeks to anyone and everyone! I have already renewed my lease for next year. If you haven’t, or are looking to sign, please do! You will NOT be disappointed :)

My husband and I just got married in May (amidst the craaaaziness of this pandemic), and Cortland at Twin Creeks has been such a nice & sweet place to stay! For the price you can get a good amount of square footage (compared to some places in Plano), and there are lots of shopping places around for your everyday essentials, or splurge! (cough, bath and body works!) The Cortland at Twin Creeks team is so kind and accommodating. From the front office team, to the maintenance crew, they are all so friendly and hard working. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found such a sweet & cozy place to live during this strange, yet sweet year— from being newly weds amidst covid, to meeting our sweet neighbors. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re hesitant!

I have lived here for over 5 years, the staff are extremely professional and welcoming, the office staff and maintenance crew are all very warm and inviting. When maintenance issues occur, the maintenance staff is punctual and quick to respond and they explain what they fixed and what went wrong with any appliance or anything with the apartment. The place feels like home.

I don't particularly like apartment living but I moved into the Cortland at Twin Creeks community rather than buying a new home because of convenience. I had heard of Cortland at Twin Creeks through a friend and I took a tour. I was sold and quickly moved into my newly renovated home in 3 weeks. I couldn't be more pleased with the totally new modern look. I had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the maintenance team. They are great and know their trade. Very knowledgeable. Also the management and leasing staff are always available to meet my needs. I've been here over 5 weeks and it feels like a more traditional neighborhood community.

Pre-move in process was simple and well communicated. The leasing staff are all friendly and make you feel welcomed. Moving into a newly renovated unit and it looks amazing! The location is great with access to restaurants, grocery stores and 75 expressway w/o all the congestion. Can't wait to move in!

I use to live here and really enjoyed it here. I bought a house recently, but, I recommend this complex to everyone. Beautiful trees, easy access to biking and walking trails. Stores nearby. Green open spaces. It's a peaceful environment. Trish is the office is such a sweetheart. She really cares about everyone and works diligently. The whole staff is friendly and professional.

Cortland at Twin Creeks is 10 stars but 5 is all I’m allowed to give. I could literally write a 10 page essay on why this place and staff is so amazing but I don’t want to be annoying. So I’m just going to keep it simple! I’ve lived here for 4 years now so I’m going to be honest. So this is the review you want to actually read!!!! The staff has been here forever, there is barley any turn over so if you fall in love with a person; they will usually be here 10 years later. The staff is family :) That includes maintenance and crew of office. They know you, they support your goals in Life, will always offer advice and make you feel like your one of their own. Sometimes it’s just nice to stop in and catch up, if you are like me you will talk to Trish, or anyone else for an hour... I’m not complaining. Maintenance will ALWAYS do their best to get stuff done ASAP, but sometimes other things take priority but those work orders WILL get done, I promise.
