I've been living here for almost a year and I've loved it! Leasing staff is very friendly, maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, and the community is very clean and well-kept. I have not had issues with any pests or loud neighbors. The only complaint I have is the store on the main level that has been under construction since I moved in last December which can cause some disturbance sometimes. Otherwise, everything is great!

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

The living experience here for us is pretty good. Maintenance crew is great, office staff is friendly. However I sometimes feel that their hands are tied a bit by corporate management. The playground needs to be spruced up so that it is a safer place for the kids to play. The wood chips are so low around the swings and the jungle Jim that the landscaping material is exposed and weeds are growing. One swing has been missing for at least two years.The tables, grills and benches are in bad shape as well. A little attention to this area is needed. The gym is probably the best thing in the whole complex. It is always pretty clean. The rent here is high as well, but I guess it's high everywhere.

I loved my experience. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

I am a long-term resident of NOHO 14. The work, the management team, is doing to elevate the community is terrific. They have been working hard to keep the elevators operating -the common areas are much improved- I see the positive changes they have made. I am very excited about the future here at NOHO 14

The maintenance team at this complex is amazing. I rarely have had to reach out to them, however, when I do their response and execution is swift and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with my home. They've even stopped to help me take large boxes to the dumpster and always ask me how I like living here. Great job guys!

The jamison is a very beautiful community, it’s just hard to say it’s a great place to live when simple things like mold on the ceiling just gets covered up with paint and people are paying thousands of dollars in rent to live here.

The Courthouse Square Management and Maintenance staff are excellent! We receive prompt responses to our questions and concerns. Happy anniversary to me! It's been a year for me at Emera and I love it. great amenities, quick response from the maintenance team, a beautiful pool and view of the Intercoastal, and very approachable staff. For things to improve it comes to mind the BBQs, there's always one that has an issue, and some of the TVs I've seen are not working. Management Still needs to improve on the parking system. I am rating the complex 5 stars for one main reason. Mary Anne has been the most helpful leasing agent I could have ever asked for. I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. The rooms are nice, and the amenities are cool - but working with Mary Anne is what makes this place different than the rest.

Summit at San Marcos has been my home for four years, and I'm truly happy here. I always feel safe and secure, the modern apartments are beautiful and roomy, and any concerns and issues are always addressed quickly by both the management and maintenance teams. I can walk to downtown Chandler and we're close to Chandler Fashion Square mall & food stores. Crystal and Jackie, our front office managers, are incredibly friendly, caring and professional. They've really made our little corner of the world a safe and clean environment. Joe and Edith are our maintenance heroes! I haven't had to submit many maintenance tickets, but when I have needed help, the issues are always resolved on the same day as the submitted request, or the next day. I love being here, and look forward to remaining a tenant for a good, long time :)

After 2 years or more living at Generation Atl...I must say I still feel like a new resident... New resident here, so far I have not had any complaints since moving in. The community is calm and peaceful, so happy there is a nice dog park here that my dog lovesss going to and playing with his dog buddies. The pool is relaxing, and the clubhouse is nice. Definitely love the events/activities that Cortland does it makes livinghere even better.

I'll be moving into my unit here in just a few days. First off, I wasn't able to tour in person due to being at college still. Angel and Desiree were extremely helpful and took the time to send me videos of the unit I was interested in which was so helpful! Additionally, Desiree was kind enough to allow me to order packages to the apartment prior to move in as well. I can't thank them both enough for all of their help during my move-in process and I can't wait to call this place home!

I have lived on this Cortland property for 2 years now and I just have to say this property is amazing! It’s clean, peaceful & the service techs offer GREAT service. I wana give a S/O to Pedro for his speedy hand! I had a small leak in my fridge & Pedro came out (“THE SAME DAY”) with a positive attitude, started fixing the issue right away and was done in less than 10 minutes! Thank you Pedro!

Cortland at The Hill is a great apartment community to call home. Angel in the front office always greets me with a smile. The entire staff is very helpful to my needs. Pedro and his staff are very quick to attend to any problems that arise. This is a very well kept community. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I have lived in other apartment communities in this area and Cortland at The Hill is by far the best. They genuinely care about the residents.

I have been living at The Hill for 3 years now and have been satisfied with my living experience overall. Aside from the occasional tenant issues, the management office attends to issues right away. Brandy has been a great new addition to the team and is quick to reply, and help, whenever I have a need. Angel is always courteous and attentive and the maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. I'm happy we finally have a courtesy office onsite, that will help with issues we have had in the past.

I moved to Cortland at the Hill back in July. I was very nervous apart moving because I was coming from out of state. Angel who’s in the leasing office was the person who sparked my interest the most. Angel was very professional, responsive to my emails, answered all my questions, and gave me a virtual tour. I was sold, lol. The moving process was very easy with the paper work, etc. After being here for almost 5 months, I haven’t had any terrible experiences. I love my apartment/amenities, pool view, lounge area, and dog park. The housekeepers are very sweet and does a wonderful job with cleaning everyday. There’s 7 days a week valet trash—- they too do a great job. I feel safe because there’s a police office here 24/7. Brandy, Angel, and Olympia all have been very professional and I feel comfortable to go to the office about anything. That’s what truly makes the experience even more pleasing. This has been “my experience” and I’m happy I chose here!

Cortland At The Hill is seriously wonderful! Have lived here with my husband and 2 dogs for almost 2 years and plan on not leaving anytime soon! Front he wonderful leasing consultants Angel, Olympia, and Brandy to the maintenance guys Pedro and Rafael, they truly care for you like family! Community events all of the time, quiet hallways, security protocols, and a ton of things to do around the area…this is home!

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved my apartment. I had just renewed my lease for another year, and then got a job offer that required me to move out of state. Despite it being a stressful situation, Caitlyn, the resident experience manager, was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She made the move out process as stress-free as possible and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Will definitely miss living here.

I love the atmosphere of this community. Definitely a breath of fresh air and a place I can call home. The leasing office staff is very kind and helpful and prompt when it comes to request. I enjoy this place; residents are also respectful! 11/10 for the staff as a whole. The leasing agent, Angelou, was very polite and helpful. Had a tour with Drew but ended up choosing an other appartment in the end. Drew was extremely helpful and courteous in the process, swift in his responses and is a great asset for Cortland! The property is beautiful and if it wouldnt have been for our personal circumstances (commute) we would have happily opted for Cortland at the Hill.

Since I’ve toured the complex, I never felt pressured to lease. Maintenance team is great as well and works very quickly.

I love living at Cortland at the Hill! I spent months trying to find a place to live around here that was reasonably priced and nice on the inside. This community is luxurious, clean, friendly, and welcoming. It is close to Brookhaven, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Chamblee, and Dunwoody! I live in a one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen and living room are spacious and huge! The open concept is great. Everything is brand new and updated! The closet is also big. I never hear neighbors or loud noises here. The pool is super nice and the gym is clean and updated - with Peloton bikes. Second, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with whatever is needed. Third, the community events are so fun... yoga classes and the farmer's market are my favorite. All of the streets, parks, and neighborhoods around are safe and beautiful to walk around. Forth, it's minutes away from both 400 and 285. I cannot express how wonderful this apartment complex is!
