It’s been a great experience. Staff has been helpful and welcoming. Over all the apartment it’s self is great and it’s is quite in the building. They have cleaners come and they clean the hallways, elevators and fitness room. So overall it’s been good for the 2 months I’ve lived here!

I’ve been residing here for almost a year. The staff does a great job with being available and responsiveness. The property itself is very nice and clean. This is a non-smoking property which is a plus for me. The reason I give this “property” 4-stars, is because of its parking policy. As a resident, if you park in the guest parking spot, for not even 24hrs…with at least 15 other available guest spots…you will get a ticket on your car of at least $55. This is irritating because there is not any system in place to actually “monitor” a parking violation. The 3rd Party company that tickets (and can boot) your car, comes out at random and decides to ticket you. So the property itself cannot do anything at all when it comes to appealing the ticket (for a valid reason). But…a random car can park in the guest parking for a week…and nothing happens. Which it’s understandable, to not park in guest parking (for extended periods of time) because potential residents can visit the property. But Cortland should have some t

I’ve been living here since October of 2023 and I absolutely love it. The gym has everything I need and more. The leasing office ladies are so sweet and personable. I feel like I’ve lived here longer than I have. Friendly residents for the most part. My apartment is beautiful. 10-10 reccommend 🙂

Been here since 09/23. The staff is great! Communication is great!! Property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect. Cortland is very responsive and provides quick solutions to any issues. We love it here and it is in the perfect location to everything (grocery, work, mall, gas, parks, Marta, highway). The usual apartment noises, but it’s an apartment. We do have quiet hours which are respected 90% of the time. WIN WIN!

Lived here for about two years and moved out a couple months ago. The apartments are nice and in good condition. The walls are thick, I never heard anything from the people in the apartments next to or below us. We were on the top floor so idk about upstairs neighbors. You can sometimes hear people in the hallways. A lot of people have dogs in this complex and many of them don't know how to clean up after their pets outside, this is probably one of the biggest unresolved issues with this apartment complex but it's not THAT bad in my opinion. The staff were always pleasant. Any issues were always dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner. They didn't nickel and dime us on our security deposit when we moved out. 10/10 would recommend.

My overall experience is pleasant. I do not think it is worth the price tag at all but the staff and maintenance are both very friendly and responsive. The community is quiet, and I’ve heard some resident’s stories about having those “picky neighbors”. But it’s what you make it. I don’t think I’d recommend, or not recommend the community honestly. Attached garage is a huge plus. Tad over $1700 for a 1br isn’t the greatest though. It’s local to Perimeter Mall and surrounding shops. Pick your poison.

Although I ultimately decided against moving to the property due to a family emergency, I still want to comment on the amazing job Desiree did on my tour. She’s such a vibrant person and very knowledgeable on everything there is to know about the move in process as well as the details with living there as a resident. I will be sure to ask for her when I return as she immediately makes the entire place feel welcoming. If anyone ever plans to schedule a tour here, I highly recommend doing so with Desiree.

The property is nice & well maintained, maintenance staff is fantastic & usually get to requests within the same day. Never really any problems with bugs, neighbors are mostly quiet. However, there are a few things to consider which caused me to give 4 stars instead of 5: The property in my opinion is a tad over-priced for what you get (Which is the reason I'm moving back to a luxury Buckhead high-rise for almost the same price). I wouldn't exactly refer to this as a "Luxury apartment", it's nice, but not quite there. For example, the refrigerators don't have a filtered water/ice fountain, the toilet tops are flimsy plastic instead of quality ceramic, the color of the walls is a bit drab, no concierge, etc. For nearly the same money, you can find a safe luxury community that has these accommodations/slight improvements that you'd like to see when paying $2K+ for a one bedroom. Also, I was told the "Savi Provisions" convenience store being built here would be done around the time of my move in which was a defi

I've been living here for almost a year and I've loved it! Leasing staff is very friendly, maintenance is very quick to respond to requests, and the community is very clean and well-kept. I have not had issues with any pests or loud neighbors. The only complaint I have is the store on the main level that has been under construction since I moved in last December which can cause some disturbance sometimes. Otherwise, everything is great!

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

Do not hesitate to make The Henry your home! There are amazing amenities here and the location is great! The best part about this complex is the incredible Leasing Staff!!!! We worked directly with Rachel who is amazing. She answered every single question that we had, big and small, with an amazing attitude. Left Bank exceeded our expectations in great part because of the staff who take great pride in what they do and in providing outstanding service. My family is so pleased and happy that our older child selected Left Bank to call “home”. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

The living experience here for us is pretty good. Maintenance crew is great, office staff is friendly. However I sometimes feel that their hands are tied a bit by corporate management. The playground needs to be spruced up so that it is a safer place for the kids to play. The wood chips are so low around the swings and the jungle Jim that the landscaping material is exposed and weeds are growing. One swing has been missing for at least two years.The tables, grills and benches are in bad shape as well. A little attention to this area is needed. The gym is probably the best thing in the whole complex. It is always pretty clean. The rent here is high as well, but I guess it's high everywhere.

I loved my experience. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. Summit at San Marcos has been my home for four years, and I'm truly happy here. I always feel safe and secure, the modern apartments are beautiful and roomy, and any concerns and issues are always addressed quickly by both the management and maintenance teams. I can walk to downtown Chandler and we're close to Chandler Fashion Square mall & food stores. Crystal and Jackie, our front office managers, are incredibly friendly, caring and professional. They've really made our little corner of the world a safe and clean environment. Joe and Edith are our maintenance heroes! I haven't had to submit many maintenance tickets, but when I have needed help, the issues are always resolved on the same day as the submitted request, or the next day. I love being here, and look forward to remaining a tenant for a good, long time :)

The community is calm and peaceful, so happy there is a nice dog park here that my dog lovesss going to and playing with his dog buddies. The pool is relaxing, and the clubhouse is nice. Cortland at The Hill is a great apartment community to call home. Angel in the front office always greets me with a smile. The entire staff is very helpful to my needs. Brandy has been a great new addition to the team and is quick to reply, and help, whenever I have a need. I moved to Cortland at the Hill back in July. I was very nervous apart moving because I was coming from out of state. Angel who’s in the leasing office was the person who sparked my interest the most. Angel was very professional, responsive to my emails, answered all my questions, and gave me a virtual tour. I was sold, lol. The moving process was very easy with the paper work, etc. After being here for almost 5 months, I haven’t had any terrible experiences. I love my apartment/amenities, pool view, lounge area, and dog park. The housekeepers are very sweet and does a wonderful job with cleaning everyday. There’s 7 days a week valet trash—- they too do a great job. I feel safe because there’s a police office here 24/7. Brandy, Angel, and Olympia all have been very professional and I feel comfortable to go to the office about anything. That’s what truly makes the experience even more pleasing. This has been “my experience” and I’m happy I chose here!

Cortland At The Hill is seriously wonderful! Have lived here with my husband and 2 dogs for almost 2 years and plan on not leaving anytime soon! Front he wonderful leasing consultants Angel, Olympia, and Brandy to the maintenance guys Pedro and Rafael, they truly care for you like family! Community events all of the time, quiet hallways, security protocols, and a ton of things to do around the area…this is home!

This property was one of the cleanest property I've visited. I had a really great time touring the property, Angel was great and really recommend visiting the property if you are looking for something close to the city but far away from crazy traffic.

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved my apartment. I had just renewed my lease for another year, and then got a job offer that required me to move out of state. Despite it being a stressful situation, Caitlyn, the resident experience manager, was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She made the move out process as stress-free as possible and I couldn’t be more appreciative! Will definitely miss living here.

The community is in a good area. Apartments are modern. Everything is clean. Bonus that they are close to the Children’s hospital! Caitlyn and Angel are so helpful.

Amazing community! The location is close enough to Buckhead but still has a suburban feel. The leasing consultants (Kaitlin and Angel) were especially helpful and the model apartment was especially nice! Definitely at the top of my list...

I love the atmosphere of this community. Definitely a breath of fresh air and a place I can call home. The leasing office staff is very kind and helpful and prompt when it comes to request. I enjoy this place; residents are also respectful! 11/10 for the staff as a whole. The leasing agent, Angelou, was very polite and helpful. The genuine attention and time spent on finding the perfect place could not have been more simple. Great place to call home!

Had a tour with Drew but ended up choosing an other appartment in the end. Drew was extremely helpful and courteous in the process, swift in his responses and is a great asset for Cortland! The property is beautiful and if it wouldnt have been for our personal circumstances (commute) we would have happily opted for Cortland at the Hill.

Great community. I’ve been here for about 8 months now and my experience has been amazing. Aside from the clean and well kept building, the staff has been wonderful to work with. Since I’ve toured the complex, I never felt pressured to lease. Maintenance team is great as well and works very quickly.

I just did a tour with Caitlyn Dye, she provided an excellent glimpse of the property and its amenities. I did not feel uncomfortable or pressed into a move in date, she is very professional. The community itself is very well maintained, excellent flooring and cabinetry design as well. Take a look, ask for Caitlyn!

Luxury living at its finest. Concierge trash pickup, dog park, clubhouse, walking distance to the Medical Center MARTA, and Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital. Total non-smoking community and medical professionals. Two thumbs up.

I love living at Cortland at the Hill! I spent months trying to find a place to live around here that was reasonably priced and nice on the inside. This community is luxurious, clean, friendly, and welcoming. It is close to Brookhaven, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Chamblee, and Dunwoody! I live in a one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen and living room are spacious and huge! The open concept is great. Everything is brand new and updated! The closet is also big. I never hear neighbors or loud noises here. The pool is super nice and the gym is clean and updated - with Peloton bikes. Second, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with whatever is needed. Third, the community events are so fun... yoga classes and the farmer's market are my favorite. All of the streets, parks, and neighborhoods around are safe and beautiful to walk around. Forth, it's minutes away from both 400 and 285. I cannot express how wonderful this apartment complex is!
