I am thinking about moving to South Florida and dropped by to check out these apartments. Upon first arriving at the property; I met Paul. He was beyond helpful with showing me around the complex, the apartments, and telling me everything that the place has to offer. The complex itself is amazing and Paul just added to it. His customer service far surpasses people that have helped me at other properties!! Def check this place out; and ask for Paul!!

I want to share my personal appreciation for Jorge, our maintenance technician, because he has genuinely made a difference in my experience living here. Any time I’ve needed help, Jorge has shown up not only quickly, but with such kindness and respect that it immediately puts me at ease. He never makes me feel like my requests are an inconvenience, he listens, explains things clearly, and makes sure the job is done the right way. Having someone like Jorge on the team truly elevates the quality of living here. I’m grateful for the professionalism, consistency, and personal care he brings to every interaction.

Recently I have been approved and will be moving in a few months. I wanted to give a big shoutout to Paul, he was very helpful in offering several options for my husband and I (and our budget). From the beginning of our tours very helpful and did not make us feel rushed and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The application process was also very simple and straightforward, took about 4 days, (it was also the weekend so I got a response on Monday) finalized the lease documents a day after the approval. The exact unit we have not seen since it is not available, regardless Paul showed us very similar apartments and the photos for the unit we got. Very clean community and the amenities are great. Praying we have a good time being at our new home in a few months.

Romy is the greatest and nicely person that helped me a lot to find a nice apartment in this beautiful condominiums, it was my first time moving alone and she make the process felt smooth and easy, the apartment met all my needs and beyond, she knew exactly what I need and she found it for me, Cortland was just as she described all the crew is excellent and the place is quite with nice views, just as she Said, I would recommended 100%, a nice hint is that even if you go out of Miami and you have a problem you can call Romy or Maintenance team and they will go to the apartment and fixed so when you come, everything will be working efficiently.

My husband and I have been bombarding Jessica at the front office, with the 101 questions, and looking at different apartment layouts, yet she’s been nothing but helpful , funny and so nice. There are a few things we are concerned about with all the construction going on, but I must say, her customer service has us hopeful that our time here will be great . Thank you for the millionth time for all that you’ve done jessica , we can’t wait to move in!! :) Property- we’ve seen the whole complex quite a few times and it’s very clean , the apartment layouts we checked were for 1/1 and all of them have great features it just depends on what is more important to you . So needless to say, We are very excited to move in! Update 11/6 - we’ve had a few service requests done by Jorge & Alejandro, they were very nice , efficient and got the job done! Thank you! Update 7/29/2025 - Melvin came to check an issue with the ac, he was really nice , and answered all my questions about the issue .

If I could give Maria Suazo more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I first toured the community, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Her patience, professionalism, and kindness stood out right away. She took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!), never made me feel rushed, and always made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. While the community itself is beautiful and full of great amenities, it was because of Maria that I chose to make this my new home. She genuinely cares about the people she helps and it shows in everything she does. She went above and beyond for me, and I can’t thank her enough. If every agent was like Maria, apartment hunting would be a dream. She’s truly one of a kind!

We recently moved out after living here for a year and a half, and our experience was wonderful. We have no complaints at all. Even the maintenance team was excellent—special thanks to Humberto Soto and Jorge Luis, who were always polite, respectful, and greeted us warmly. The management office, including the office manager, was also outstanding and consistently helpful when assistance was needed. The amenities were great, but our favorite was the volleyball area, where our child spent most of their time playing with the sand and having fun. It truly felt like home.

My 5-Star Rental Apartment Experience Living at Cortland At the Hammocks has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The entire experience—from leasing to day-to-day living—has exceeded my expectations. Romy, Alex, Jessica, Paul also special shoutout to the maintance team for always solving my worries without hesitation Ronald, Melvin, Fernando, Humberto, Alexis and Jorge. My personal highlights Highlights: • Beautiful & Modern Units: My apartment was spotless upon move-in and featured sleek finishes, high ceilings, and tons of natural light. The kitchen came fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space—perfect for someone who loves to cook. • Top-Notch Amenities: The building offers an incredible selection of amenities, including a 24/7 fitness center, a rooftop lounge with stunning city views, and a coworking space that made working from home a breeze. The pool and BBQ area were perfect for relaxing on weekends. • Responsive Managemen

My review is for Romy, she is in charge of the transfer at Cortland at the hammock, it was so hard to find something that suits me and my child plus the budget that i had to pay the rent, she found the most beautiful apartment in front of the pool, she was the best, I was so stressed out with the process and she was so positive, patiently heard to all my concerns, and finally she found me the right place. Today days every-time I sat on the front of the pool and said to myself THANK YOU ROMY!!

We were very well attended by Mrs. Romi, she was very attentive and patient with my family. You did an excellent service. She's an angel! We are Brazilians and we don't speak English and Spanish and yet she managed to understand and help us.
