I have absolutely loved being able to call this place my home the last couple of years. Lori & Heather have been super helpful and responsive when we have questions or concerns and are super easy to work with. Casey from the maintenance team always goes above and beyond and does everything he can to make sure anything and everything is working perfectly! Even if something was seriously broken (which was the rarest occurrence) the communication about the ordering process and repairs was phenomenal. 10/10 all around!

Cortlandt 10 mile looks like a great place to live & Helen was so awesome with helping me get a place. Can't decide between which Cortland I'm going to rent at but I will definitely be renting at a courtland because of the staff and apartment amenities.

I recently moved into the Cortland apartments with my kids, and I am completely happy and excited about the nice clean environment. The apartment was great. The schools are very nice and the amenities are really great to enjoy. But especially the staff was very helpful. I submitted a maintenance request and it was done within 24 hours. Especially Helen, She was the first one that spoke to me Upon moving in, was very helpful with all the questions that I had and made it a very comfortable experience thank you so much.

I had a great experience working with Helen at Cortland. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of finding and renting my new apartment. She was professional, friendly, patient, and always willing to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything along the way. Moving and finding a new place can be stressful, but Helen made the process much easier and made me feel comfortable with my decision. She stayed on top of everything and was great with communication from beginning to end. I have lived here for 2+ years going on 3, and this is the best place I’ve ever rented! The apartments are super nice, and well insulated. If anything breaks, maintenance takes care of it quickly. The community is super nice and clean. Parking is just fine. The gals at the front desk are AWESOME. There have been a couple weird things over the years (as with any apartment living) that I have reached out to them about and they have taken care of it. When I was going through some very rough personal stuff and needed to vacate my old unit, they were there to assist with relocating me in another unit quickly and took a huge relief off of my shoulders. Heather, Lori, Emma and Helen are AWESOME. There are lots of cool events, weekly food trucks, and lots of proactive communication from management to keep the community in tip top shape for all. I love it here and am so grateful to be in such an awesome spot. :)

As someone who works in property management, I am incredibly picky and have seen it all! We have lived at Cortland at Ten Mile for years now and are extremely happy with our home. The office staff are kind and work to help us whenever we have a problem, which is rare! The maintenance team are fast to answer, kind, patient, communicative and do an overall great job. I especially appreciate the maintenance man, Wayne who went above and beyond to fix our dishwasher! Thank you!!

We had Wayne W. Come and replace our garbage disposal today. Not only was he incredibly sweet, he was also knowledgeable and my personal favorite, he actually followed my request I put in with the maintenance order, asking that I get a small heads up before coming by. I have an apartment full of kids and dogs and Wayne made sure to give me plenty of notice as well as recommended something to get done another day that I'd never ever realized needed fixed. Exceptional work, polite and super friendly guy. I give him 7 out of 5 stars. 👌😊

Not only has Cortland been the best apartment complex we've lived in, the management has been amazing, and the maintenance team has been phenomenal! We recently had a faucet leaking problem and Wayne Whitmore was extremely good at communicating a timeframe and expectations and exceed them. He did a great job at resolving the issue for us and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We are very thankful to be in the apartment complex because of him and everyone else on the Cortland team. Our last apartment management and maintenance team were just about some of the worst, rudest, and frustrating people to work with so this has been not only a night and day difference but above and beyond just doing the bare minimum. Thank you again to Wayne and to Cortland!

I love it here apartments are beautiful. People are very nice. I’ve never lived in a home like this before. It took a lot of thinking and planning for me to make the decision to move out to Idaho. Our community is beautiful well taken care of. And problems are fixed in a great timely fashion.

Wayne went above and beyond in assisting with the electrical issue in our unit. He not only repaired the malfunctioning outlet but also inspected all other outlets to ensure overall safety. He thoroughly explained the problem and resolved it efficiently. Well deserved 5 stars!

I enjoy my apartment, the spaciousness especially my balcony. I like taking Luka to the dog park, and think the grounds are managed well. There is a Security Car that drives through nightly,. The office is nice as is the staff working there. I appreciate the pool and exercise rooms too! Good value for the rent I pay. My neighbor's are sweet! .

I own a food truck called "Tommy's cheesesteaks" and have been lucky enough to come to Cortland apartments at 10 mile for the past couple months for food truck night, the residents have been amazing as well as the office staff. can't say enough good things about this place 😁

We stayed here from ‘23 through all of ‘25 and enjoyed it! Quiet and safe neighborhood! We had one covered parking spot but always found parking nearby for family and friends. The staff at the housing office are polite and friendly. All the interactions that my wife and I had with them were great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind from the stress of apartment hunting.

We've just renewed our lease for the first time here and don't regret it. We like the community and our apartment, but the staff really make it amazing. We have had great maintenance people--Daniel just came over and fixed our dryer before he went home, and was super kind even though he was really busy. He's always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Jessie has helped us out as well. The grounds here are clean, and despite not having a ton of time to use it the pool is fabulous in the summer. I like how safe it is, and the small dog park is also great. The non-smoking campus is very ideal, as well. Highly recommend.

June 12, 2025, Kudos for Daniel for the service he provided. I lived here in the Cortland Apartments for two years. I haven’t cleaned the hose behind my dryer. Not only did he check it but also told me of the suction power behind the dryer. I didn’t have any lint. He said as long as I kept the front lint trap cleaned, I shouldn’t have any problems. I appreciate his knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism. Thank you, Daniel. I appreciated your help.
