We had Wayne W. Come and replace our garbage disposal today. Not only was he incredibly sweet, he was also knowledgeable and my personal favorite, he actually followed my request I put in with the maintenance order, asking that I get a small heads up before coming by. I have an apartment full of kids and dogs and Wayne made sure to give me plenty of notice as well as recommended something to get done another day that I'd never ever realized needed fixed. Exceptional work, polite and super friendly guy. I give him 7 out of 5 stars. 👌😊

Not only has Cortland been the best apartment complex we've lived in, the management has been amazing, and the maintenance team has been phenomenal! We recently had a faucet leaking problem and Wayne Whitmore was extremely good at communicating a timeframe and expectations and exceed them. He did a great job at resolving the issue for us and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We are very thankful to be in the apartment complex because of him and everyone else on the Cortland team. Our last apartment management and maintenance team were just about some of the worst, rudest, and frustrating people to work with so this has been not only a night and day difference but above and beyond just doing the bare minimum. Thank you again to Wayne and to Cortland!
