I own a food truck called "Tommy's cheesesteaks" and have been lucky enough to come to Cortland apartments at 10 mile for the past couple months for food truck night, the residents have been amazing as well as the office staff. can't say enough good things about this place 😁

We stayed here from ‘23 through all of ‘25 and enjoyed it! Quiet and safe neighborhood! We had one covered parking spot but always found parking nearby for family and friends. The staff at the housing office are polite and friendly. All the interactions that my wife and I had with them were great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind from the stress of apartment hunting.

This apartment community is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — everything is beautifully maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The staff deserves so much credit for being incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely caring about residents. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the effort put into creating not just a place to live, but a place to call home. We've just renewed our lease for the first time here and don't regret it. We like the community and our apartment, but the staff really make it amazing. We have had great maintenance people--Daniel just came over and fixed our dryer before he went home, and was super kind even though he was really busy. He's always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Jessie has helped us out as well. The grounds here are clean, and despite not having a ton of time to use it the pool is fabulous in the summer. I like how safe it is, and the small dog park is also great. The non-smoking campus is very ideal, as well. Highly recommend.

Not only did he check it but also told me of the suction power behind the dryer. I didn’t have any lint. He said as long as I kept the front lint trap cleaned, I shouldn’t have any problems. I told you the concern I had regarding the air conditioning unit. My two year cat was guarding the unit for two days. You opened it and inspected it thoroughly for any unexpected guests. So far everything is wonderful. Heather & Emma have been so kind to us and HELPFUL. It’s so refreshing to go on a walk to the playground or walk over for Food truck Friday. It’s just been relaxing and we have met an amazing community of people here in just a few weeks! Everything is clean and shiny and the dumpsters are not disgusting which is a plus. It’s the little things, It’s giving Stepford but in a GOOD and fun way :)

I just moved in for a little bit more than 2 weeks and I already love this place much more than my previous apartment complex. It is very quiet and clean here and I love it when they always have different events and food trucks every week. The maintenance here is doing a great job as well! Also, Emma is wonderful, sweet and kind, my son and my dog love her!

My boyfriend and I moved in ten days ago and we've had nothing but positive experiences here! The hot tub is excellent, there's a storage delivery room, the gym has everything we need, the maintenance team is prompt in answering service requests, and the leasing agents? Top notch! We worked with Emma and she was absolutely fabulous! The apartment itself was well priced and has SO many windows; the abundance of natural lighting is perfect for plants (and for our cats to sunbathe)! The only thing we aren't 100% in love with is the payment portal; rather than allowing us to pay partial amounts (ie one person/card pays half of the rent and then a second person/card pays the other half), you're required to pay all of the rent in one lumpsum. Even if you're prepaying a month in advance, it requires you to pay the full amount for said month. Fortunately we've brainstormed a way to make that work for us, but we'd love to see more flexibility for payment options in the future so we don't need to Venmo each other our h

What a wonderful place to live! We haven't lived here long, but it already feels like home. The staff is very kind and helpful, and they always make sure to communicate with the residents here (emails/texts about the community). It's a quiet area with wonderful amenities. They do snow removal and keep the grounds clean from trash. They have a locked Amazon package room (which was nice to have around the holidays) This is a great place to live!

I recently toured this property and was surprised by its upscale design, contemporary architecture, tidy landscaping and thoughtful exteriors. They have been prompt (within the same day even) to resolve any issue that inevitably happens when moving into a new place. After having a couple of horrible experiences at former apartment complexes, Cortland is a breath of fresh air. I have lived here for about six months now and am so very happy with the management and staff, the grounds and just the overall experience. It's kept clean and the communication is top notch. They always check in to make sure everything is going well and to see that you don't have any concerns and if you do happen to have some concerns, they actually listen and take action. Other than some noise that was quickly taken care of, I can't complain. It's beautiful here and I am excited to be here for as long as they will keep me.

If you are looking for a home in a well laid out community with lots of high class amenities for the whole family, then look no further. The playground, gym, dog park and pool/ hot tub area are all nice and well maintained. The staff are all friendly and very competent. Very nice club house and many activities. As one of the many Senior Citizens who live here, I appreciate the attentiveness I have received by the very friendly staff, the ease that we are able to move about the complex with my wife's wheelchair and the mostly quietness of the complex.

Extremely pleased with my visit at Cortland at ten mile in meridian. The property is very well maintained and taken care of! I am not from the area, but toured the community with my sister who is looking to move to Idaho. Compared to all the other apartments and townhomes we looked at we were most interested in Cortland. I toured this property with my son a few weeks ago, and it was absolutely beautiful. There were so many grassy areas throughout the community for games and enjoyment. We noticed that the parking situation was by far the best out of the 7 communities we looked at in the area. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. During the tour we ran into two residents that our guide greeted by name. We were pleasantly surprised by the sense of community.

Since the day we moved in, Emma at the front office has been so kind and helpful! Additionally, the rest of the Cortland at Ten Mile management team is responsive to concerns and issues. We enjoy the location, amenities, and convenience of living here.

I love living at Cortland! It’s a nice experience for dog owners as the complex is rather big to walk around. Also, them having a dog park is awesome. Excited for once it gets warmer so I can enjoy the pool with my family and friends!

The team at the Cortland at Ten Mile have always been super awesome and friendly to my wife and I. We had one hiccup with communication while trying to move units, but that was quickly resolved. We love how whenever we have a question, concern, or need a maintenance done, they are quick and professional to get it done. Everyone in the office is super nice and professional, especially Emma and Heather. Also CJ on the maintenance team is awesome! He has been the one to get done any of our service requests, and has always been super friendly and professional. CJ answers any questions we have regarding repairs. Cortland at Ten Mile has been a well organized, clean and suitable place for me, my wife and happy pup. This location has been quiet, but close enough to anything we need or want and has been really great for our pup. He loves the dog park, all the grass and places we can walk/jog around. This place has a good feeling of safety and friendliness. The management is very responsive and care about our experience and satisfaction while living here. There are plenty of cost effective internet options and the pool/jacuzzi and gym are open all year round. There is a smart package pickup area that is secure and open to residents 24/7 with your key fob. There always seems to be enough parking for a few guests if needed as well. This place has been even better than we initially expected when we moved in.

As a new tenant at Cortland at Ten Mile I can recommend this community to anyone looking for clean, spacious, with a variety of floorplans, and excellent customer service. Their team is always there to answer any questions even if you think they're silly or obvious. This community offers a variety of amenities including a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, grill area, gym, dog park and much more.

I lived here for about 14-15 months before I got orders to go overseas. The area is kept up year-round and the staff is helpful. I had two maintenance requests and both times they were quick to respond. I can't speak for everyone else, but my neighbors were quiet 99% of the time. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to make the building letters more conspicuous. Whether it’s UPS, Amazon, FedEx, DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc., they sometimes get lost and deliver it to the wrong apartment so you may want to be specific on your delivery instructions.

Really clean and the workers are so friendly! If something needs fixing, they’re usually over that day or the next, ready to find a solution. The landscaping is 👨🏻🍳💋. The community and pool area are awesome and a great way to spend time with the people you’re close to, having the opportunity to meet up with new people as well! The inside of the apartments are very nice, too.

Cortland at Ten mile right now has the most amazing community manager and office staff. They always have a smile, they are friendly. They listen. They get things done with professionalism and grace. Maintenance is just a call away and responds rapidly. The complex is very clean and well taken care of. The amenities are amazing and there are always fun events going on. I helped my daughter and son in law move into the Cortland apartments on Ten Mile. I noticed how nice the grounds are and the apartment has a great lay out and is very up to date. My daughter gave me a tour of the amenities and the pool area is fabulous. It has a great atmosphere and is very spacious.

The management (Brooke) at Cortland at Ten Mile is nothing short of amazing. I was looking for an apartment due to a toxic living situation. Brooke stayed after her shift was over to tour a demo unit with me. She answered any and all questions I had to make this transition into my first apartment very comfortable. While I haven’t moved at the time of writing this review, I’m sure the future is bright with working with Cortland!!

I have lived here since January 2019. The management team is an 11on a 10-scale! The amenities are outstanding! The 24/7 gym facilities, the awesome hot tub/jacuzzi, the many planned events are all together simply outstanding! Every year this place gets better and better, and the best thing about living here is I feel “at home”…safe, valued and taken care of 🥰

Just recently moved in from renting a house and into a smaller space but absolutely love it! The property is always in great condition and very clean. I have no idea how the grass is as green as it is in every area of the property not one dead patch. Also largest apartment pool and community area i have seen by far! Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I needed to find an ADA {Americans with Disabilities Association} apartment after having to leave our home. We were lucky to find a unit in a beautiful and well maintained complex at The Courtland at Ten mile apartments. The apartment was nice with an open floorplan which makes it easier for my Wife's wheelchair to move around. We were fortunate to get one of the roll in shower units. The staff are friendly, helpful and competent. There are many amenities, pool, exercise room, dog park, club house, and play ground. This is an excellent and safe place to either raise a family or, in our case, to grow even older.

I’ve been with this community for 3 plus years and have only had wonderful interactions with the staff and fellow residents. The community offers an amazing dog park, with a huge pool and the biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen, with a large gym that is open 24/7 on a lush green property that is kept clean and safe year round.

I helped my Father-in-Law move into this phenomenal facility which is now Cortland. Out of all the times I have helped him move, this place is by far the Greatest. Started with Great professional staff, Greeted with smiles and a care to Assist and help. The pool area Is clean and well maintained, great atmosphere all the way around. Plenty of parking for having 2 cars, spacious garage for him for storage. The apartment was very clean upon move in, nice lay-out and perfect. The Management Greeted us while moving in and making sure everything was goin good and if we had any questions. It was nice to know that the Management and Staff actually care and want to make sure you feel at home. I would recommend anyone to live here. Great job to Management and Staff for making this painless and stress free. Keep up the Great work.

A new company called Cortland just took over management and it’s been incredible to see their team step up to the plate. I disagree with the negative reviews. Since moving here I’ve felt extremely safe and comfortable. The amenities are all clean and taken care of and the grounds are especially clean. Even the dog park is clean. I’ve been really impressed with these apartments.
