I have visited several different complexes to live in as I am moving from out of state. This is one of the most beautiful communities I have ever visited. The gates are always closed and the community is clean and quiet. Even more, Briseida has gone above and beyond to help my family and I with all of our questions and concerns. The staff here are wonderful. Briseida’s knowledge and expertise is outstanding but her kindness has made my experience one that I will never forget and appreciate! 5+ stars if I could.

First time living on my own and Briseida made the transition super easy. Had a bit of issues with the system not giving us our first month rent free but Briseida was able to come to the rescue and override the issue! Super neat! Property is very clean, modern, and quiet. Property has access to a walking trail and mini dog park. Also, Briseida is easily accessible and makes it easy for you to come to her whenever you have any questions or concerns. Couldn’t ask for a better leasing property!

I have lived here for a month and have no complaints. Michael and Briseida are very polite and punctual, and more importantly, friendly and they do their jobs very well. They text the community if there are any issues and keep us informed. Upon checking the apartment at move in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they were fixed within a day. The apt. complex is very quiet and very clean and there isn't anything to complain about. The apartments are updated and I honestly have not heard my neighbors, so the walls must be good and I havent heard even my upstairs neighbors. There is ample parking and no issues so far with the gates. What I like are the BBQs that are located close for you to use and the other people keep them clean. The gym is better than any place I have lived. It's located on the canal so there is biking and a walking trail, which is nice to escape too after a long day of work. I can walk to Raven golf course from my apartment to even hit balls on the driving range. Driving is

Update: after living here for over a year, the one big downside I have is that residents are forced to use Cox Community Wifi which is unreliable and goes out every week. Bad service overall from Cox, which makes it hard for people who rely on internet to work from home.

Cortland at Raven is an amazing small community by South Mountain in Phoenix. The staff is friendly and know residents by name. Value for location and amenities and newly upgraded units is great. Maintenance is great and gets to emergencies really fast and regular work order’s usually within 1 day.

The apartment is modern on the inside and mostly well-maintained. The community is quiet and this is a nice place to live overall. My major complaint is the sound deadening for those on the first floor. Sure you get a garage, but this comes at the expense of having to hear your neighbor's footsteps. God forbid you have noisy neighbors or individuals who like to pace around in the middle of the night. If management could make sure everything works and is clean upon move in I would give 5 stars. I had a non-functional garbage disposal which was eventually replaced. Management is helpful as well as the maintenance team so no complaints there. For the price, this is a good apartment, though beware of the additional fees that you will need to pay. Rent, valet trash, electricity, water, and internet (non-negotiable). With all that said I'd still recommend and this is probably one of the better complexes in South Phoenix.

I just moved in a little over a week ago and the staff has been amazingly helpful and accommodating. From start to finish, Briseida has been a huge help and made the application and move in process very easy for me. Maintenance is also very friendly and helpful (Shout out to Andres for all of his hard work!) I love the valet service the community provides that comes almost daily to pick up our trash and boxes right from our doorstep. The pool is beautiful, the gym is fresh and the property is very well maintained. Lovely amenities all around. This area is close to practically everything and I don't have any safety concerns either. Plus a beautiful golf course is basically right in our backyard! Cortland has truly earned every one of their 5 star reviews!

We have been living here for almost 6 months. Apartments are remodeled and the complex is very nicely kept. Staff is responsive and maintenance is prompt. They bring food trucks and do events for the residents which is a plus. We have enjoyed out stay here at Cortland. Update: After almost a year here the only issue is lease renewal, current tenants are not offered any lower rates when renewing a lease! But aside from that, we love it here!

Took a tour of these apartments and I was amazed at how clean and beautiful everything was. The pool is large with a nice water feature. I really liked the gym which had more than the normal apartment complex equipment. The large dog park is also a major plus! I definitely would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

This complex is the epitome of luxury and when it feels like to live on a movie set! From the beautiful spacious living areas to the immaculate well kept lawns! Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 6 years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter, and just had renovations and upgrades to the pool area. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations, stocked with waste bags and a trash cans throughout the community and a Bark Park where pups can play off leash. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. The end of August we got to move into a remodeled unit and we are loving all the upgrades!! Lexi and Bresida and the rest of the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with all aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. My 3yo little girl loves riding her bike to the office to say hi to them everyday and they are never bothered her! Louis a

I love living here. I have been here for five months. The property is very clean. I’m always seeing staff cleaning and landscaping. My apartment is fully renovated with the best appliances and laminated flooring. The amenities such as the gym and pool are awesome. The gym has all new equipment including the best treadmills. The pool is always clean and looks inviting. I love the office staff they are very personable and always putting together events for us. Also, they are always available and are very consistent with communications. My favorite aspect of this place is that it’s very diverse which makes me feel safe and comfortable. I love how well lit the community is especially at night.

My fiancé and I just moved in the beginning of this month and it has been nothing but wonderful! It is a beautiful place to live, and we appreciate the management who has been transparent from the very beginning. The staff, especially Luis, the service manager really go above and beyond to fix anything I have problems with and to make my stay much more enjoyable I love it here now. Luuis fixes things quickly, efficiently and he's always fixing it the 1st time.They've repainted all the buildings white so I'm not paying for a ton of air conditioning from the old Catholic school Brown that it used to be. They really have improved the property since I've gotten here. I just renewed for another year, the remodeled apartments are really nice. They've been very accommodating and the property has been very upkept and clean. I would highly recommend moving here.

From the first day we moved in, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue at first with a car parking in our reserved spot when we first moved in and the ladies in the office were on it and had the issue resolved right away. Any maintenance requests we’ve had have been quickly resolved and haven’t been an issue. The pool was also remodeled shortly before we moved and I will say that has been one of my favorite amenities at this complex. The grills are also often upkept and the complex always looks great! Added bonus, also have occasional food trucks and fun events frequently, which I’m a huge fan of. The only con at first was limited parking but they are now adding more parking which is great. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Living here was amazing! Very clean and friendly. My first time ever renting and Briseida really helped me out and was there for me whenever I had questions. Luis is awesome too. Only has 1 issue and it was with our AC, I did have to stay at a hotel for 1 night which they took care of but the new manager Marissa tried playing me and having me pay for the hotel first.

On move in day, we had trouble with the garage door and the maintenance man fixed it immediately and even offered help to move some heavy items. After living here a month I can say the level of service has not decreased, this community is always looking for an opportunity to improve and they succeed every time. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the property here. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely fell in love with this place!! I love how every unit is furnished with a fridge, washer and dryer, Microwave, and stove. Everything looks soo modern which I love. The pool area makes me feel like I'm at a resort. I love how everyone that worked at the front office was soo friendly and helpful, which ultimately made our decision to move in a lot easier. The application process was fast and easy. I just can't wait to move in!!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the entire staff at Cortland at Raven. I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and everything from the tour, to the application process, to the move in was beyond exceptional. When we came to pick up our keys, a folder was given with all the information of the property and the proper contact/setup sheets for everything. They also had a little pink puppy basket filled with treats and other goodies for my little fur baby Bella. Miss Marissa the property manager is such a doll and so kind, literally love her! The maintenance team is so amazing as well. This community is not only gorgeous on the outside, but the staff is what makes it shine even more from the inside. Keep up the amazing work Raven!! We have been living here for almost 6 months. Apartments are remodeled and the complex is very nicely kept. Staff is responsive and maintained is prompt. They bring food trucks and do events for the residents which is a plus. We have enjoyed out stay here at Cortland.

Cortland at Raven is one of the best upscale places to live by south mountain area, without over charges, easy access to shopping, restaurants and the management by Briseida Manzo is outstanding everything is easy and make you feel at home since the first day. Cortland at Raven has been a great place to live in. I have always received timely and friendly assistance. My lease was expiring this year and I wanted to move to another apartment. Bresieda Manzo helped me throughout the process. She gave me various pricing and kept in touch about all the details that I needed for making my move smooth. I also wanted to know if I could get the keys to my new apartment by evening so that I could start moving early morning next day. Even If Bresieda had personal commitments, she still ensured that I get the keys by evening. That made a lot of difference for me. Service requests are handled very smoothly as well. Luis, the maintenance person is quick and efficient with any maintenance requests. It is quite clear the staff at Cortland really enjoy their work and want people living there to have a great experience. Thank you!

Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 6 years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter, and just had renovations and upgrades to the pool area. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations, stocked with waste bags and a trash cans throughout the community and a Bark Park where pups can play off leash. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. The end of August we got to move into a remodeled unit and we are loving all the upgrades!! Marissa and Bresida and the rest of the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with all aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. My 3yo little girl loves riding her bike to the office to say hi to them everyday and they are never bothered her! Loui

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. The living experience here for us is pretty good. Maintenance crew is great, office staff is friendly. However I sometimes feel that their hands are tied a bit by corporate management. The playground needs to be spruced up so that it is a safer place for the kids to play. The wood chips are so low around the swings and the jungle Jim that the landscaping material is exposed and weeds are growing. One swing has been missing for at least two years.The tables, grills and benches are in bad shape as well. A little attention to this area is needed. The gym is probably the best thing in the whole complex. It is always pretty clean. The rent here is high as well, but I guess it's high everywhere.

I loved my experience. Maintenance is super quick and friendly. Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

Summit at San Marcos has been my home for four years, and I'm truly happy here. I always feel safe and secure, the modern apartments are beautiful and roomy, and any concerns and issues are always addressed quickly by both the management and maintenance teams. I can walk to downtown Chandler and we're close to Chandler Fashion Square mall & food stores. Crystal and Jackie, our front office managers, are incredibly friendly, caring and professional. They've really made our little corner of the world a safe and clean environment. Joe and Edith are our maintenance heroes! I haven't had to submit many maintenance tickets, but when I have needed help, the issues are always resolved on the same day as the submitted request, or the next day. I love being here, and look forward to remaining a tenant for a good, long time :)

I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. Positives: Nice apartment for the price. Gigantic closets, large bathrooms, ample storage. No roaches in apartments. Nice landscaping. Good location. Neighbors aren’t partying types. Negatives: Forgot grubhub doordash etc. The delivery service will never find you or be able to get in. This place has fob access and is super complicated to navigate but has no concierge to accept deliveries. Well, despite that security is abysmal, see below. New security system is a must or get rid of it. As is, it annoys on all levels. As of 8/21/22 The “security fob controlled” door outside my apartment won’t shut on its own unless you yank it shut. If you walk through and let the door shut on its own accord, it won’t shut and will stay propped open. This has been going on for over a month despite multiple complaints and work orders and the door is therefore left perpetually propped open. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking room to room very easily. Ear plugs and better yet noise canceling head phones necessary to sleep.

This is my first time living in an apartment. I’ve heard the horror stories of apartment living and the management and living conditions that can happen. That is not at all true for the reserve at kingwood luxury apartments. I’ve lived hear 6 months and every request has been taken care of in less than 4 hours. The management is excellent at communication. The staff is very professional and I would recommend this apartment facility to anyone looking for your home away from home. I’ve never experienced any high noise levels. It stays very quiet and peaceful around here. The gym is also always in tip top shape.

Clean community and quiet community. Noise only heard when people are at the pool. Enough parking space. Problem is false secured community sales. The doors are broken. Anyone can literally get in. You don't even need an acces key. One of the major reasons why I got this apartment was how secured it was. All the access doors need to be fixed. That's false advertising

I am a first time ever apartment renter in South Florida. Plantation Colony apartments stood out on top from the time that I visited as a prospective renter. Their front office staff with Cathy and Shontell were so welcoming, accommodating and stellar when providing the information needed to assist me in making a very easy decision to rent with them. They were very patient and not pushy when I asked for time to consider. The facilities are well kept and the apartments are exactly as advertised online.

We have lived here for 1 month. Our apartment is great and so is everything else. The pool, hot tub, social events, card games, crafts, educational seminars and entertainment and residents are all wonderful!! Brian helped us find the perfect apartment, Rebecca helped us with our move in, Mike and John have taken care of any maintenance issues and Diana has helped to provide wonderful events for us to enjoy. They have all gone above and beyond and we appreciate it very much. We moved here from Virginia Beach to be near our grandchildren and love it. The Town Center is great with all the restaurants, shops and even Wegman’s within walking distance. We are very, very happy here!!

Beautiful building. Great concierge. Olawale, Darren, Stephanie, and Dennis are very helpful, kind, very attentive, and go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Rebecca in the leasing office is a freaking jewel and helps solves any issues that you may have quickly. All in all the staff here is great and don’t get enough credit. I have lived here for one month so far and I love it! It is in such a great location - I easily walk to parks, hiking trails, the grocery store, bars/restaurants, the mall, and public transport. It is super clean and well maintained. Something that was really important to me about living in an apartment was finding a building where I couldn’t hear my neighbors because I work night shift a lot. I live on the second floor and have never heard people walking above my apartment or in the hallways or anything. It is a really solidly built building with thick walls/floors so it’s definitely quiet and feels more like I’m living in a house rather than a huge apartment complex. The management/staff is also great - Brittney will solve any issue you may have!

I've been at Eastbank at Waterside for 16 months now and into my second lease term. There was a change in management about 4 months ago, and I am noticing a very positive outcome. My boyfriend and I moved to Raleigh this summer and prior to our move we toured another apartment complex and had a terrible experience. We came to Wakefield Glen after and had a completely different experience. The staff was very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. This building is fairly new. I have been here for a few months now and I chose the apartment for the location. You can’t beat it! I feel things are going a lot better. There has been more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness and even getting a prompt reply for any of my concerns or questions (Candice was helpful). Outstanding architectural masterplan from the grand entrance to the covert plaza gate and multi-level central garage, a near utopic community of residents from numerous corners of the globe all seemingly pleasant and respectful. Mesa Verde is better than expected. We moved from NYC, where we paid the same for a studio apartment with zero amenities and even worse experience with our landlord/super. Now we’ve been spoiled with a gorgeous gym, two swimming pools, and amazing neighbors. I also appreciate all of the activities Mesa Verde puts on. I wasn’t kidding when I said we’re spoiled :) Recommendations: - Go back to sharing important update via email. I can never remember my password to the app so I never log in. I’m only able to see the first line of updates sent through email. - add a reflector or a light at the back gate turning point. It’s so dark at night it’s hard to see the turn. - exclude the shipping app fee. I don’t think we should have to pay for an app we’ve never used.

Kinstead has been as quick as possible to resolve any issues. My son and I love the ammenities, and how quiet it is. My favorite part about living here is just sitting on my balcony at night. Living at the Overture Domain is like living in the Museum of Fine Art. There is a prevailing feeling of joy and contentment. Everyone always says hello or asks, "How are you feeling today?" Symphony is a very pretty place to live. The residents are nice and so are the workers on the complex. Biggest concern with Symphony is the amount of time it takes to get things fixed. I moved into an apartment that was not "maintenance ready", therefore we had to put in a couple requests to get things fixed... the day we moved in, and some of those things still have not been fixed.

So obviously things were very wrong from the beginning. Luis, the maintenance supervisor fixes things quickly, efficiently and he's always fixing it the 1st time. Briseida is very knowledgeable and has helped make my stay here so much better. They've repainted all the buildings white so I'm not paying for a ton of air conditioning from the old Catholic school Brown that it used to be. They really have improved the property since I've gotten here. I just renewed for another year, the remodeled apartments are really nice. They've been very accommodating and the property has been very upkept and clean. I would highly recommend moving here.

The ladies in the office are great. I've been here for about a year and Briseida so polite. Always smiling. Always kind. She's honestly one of the best customer facing people I've ever met. I've interacted with the community manager, Sara, a few times as well. She is awesome. I've had a few issues and she solved them quickly and completely. I love living here and couldn't possibly say anything bad about it.

Cortland at Raven is amazing the management is making the place so much better, the pool has new furniture ,they have food trucks come almost every week and they do a lot for us residents the apartments and grounds are well taken care of and everybody from the office and maintenance are polite and profesional I really enjoy stoping by the office and chat with Briseida.

My name is Alexandra & I just renewed my lease. This is my 2nd year living here I haven’t had any issues maintenance is great the staff is so helpful & quick to respond. The up keep of the area is great. It not loud my children and I enjoy the complex very well. The price of the apartment is very affordable especially for a 3 bedroom.

I have been living here for 2 years and honestly I love it, the commute to everything is right where I like it. The office staff Briseida, Sara, Crystal and the maintenance are all great. If anything ever needs fixing they jump right on it. I feel they are more of a family environment here compared to Mark Taylor. The grills are nice, the pretty plants throughout the community, and the SMOKE FREE community is the best part about this place!! I honestly love it here and possibly considering a three bedroom soon!

We moved to Arizona from across the country & we signed a lease- site unseen! We have a 3BR/2BA on the second floor & LOVE it! We love Briseida- the leasing agent who is always so nice & a pleasure to talk to. Maintenance is usually very quick to respond to issues, & work on first come first serve basis. (which is fair) I love living in Cortland at Raven.

Briseida is amazing. Had to rent apt from across the U.S. Over the internet. I had 5 hard amenities that I needed. I was told from other apartment communities that I could not find a place with all that. Briseida found it. She got all 5 amenities for me. All of the ground crew, maintenance crew and the office personnel are great. They always say hi and have been more then helpful worry answering any questions that I have.

I've had a great experience while living here. Management has always been good and very responsive. The people in the community have been fairly decent to live around. Maintenance has been timely with completing work orders. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing! My family and I had easy access to the walking trail right behind the complex. I absolutely loved living here and would highly recommend to anyone!

Overall, not a bad place, definitely a pretty good first apartment. Everyone keeps to themselves and the amenities are overall not bad. Parking is the only issue but they are working on that and trying to improve. The people in the office do try to get in contact and work with us with anything we've needed fixed or if we've had any complaints and that has been one of the things I appreciated most.

I really do enjoy living here! They are quick to do repairs now that covid restrictions have lightened up. The parking situation is not the best but we have been told it should be better by next year as they renovate the property and add more spaces. There’s little to no crime, and I hardly ever hear the neighbors. The rent is pretty reasonable especially considering the amenities they offer. Sure do love the pool and bbq areas! And they worked with us even with a poor credit score and bankruptcy in the past! Close to shopping, schools, parks. All in all, a Wonderful place to live, and a wonderful management team!

Amazing Luxurious apartments, very affordable for the area and the amenities that they offer, full gym, super clean and heated pool that you can enjoy all year round in a Family atmosphere. Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 4+ years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations through out the community. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. Sara and the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Covid has restricted direct in person contact but they have continued to be there for us. Maintenance recently changed staff due to Cortland buying the community and they are Great! Best maintenance team yet - they listen and get any maintenance requests resolved correctly and quickly! The washing machine started making a terrible noise and they had a brand new one ordered that day
