The staff, especially Sara, Jovahnai and Luis, the service manager really go above and beyond to fix anything I have problems with and to make my stay much more enjoyable I love it here. Luuis fixes things quickly, efficiently and he's always fixing it the 1st time. They really have improved the property since I moved here in 2021. I just renewed for another year, the remodeled apartments are really nice. They've been very accommodating and the property has been very upkept and clean. I would highly recommend moving here.

We moved to Phoenix from across the country and we had the absolute worst luck finding a place to rent. The two places we found prior to Cortland ended up being absolutely horrendous. Given these experiences, it was the biggest breath of fresh air to have Sarah and Jovahnai's help in finding a comfortable place for me and my family. The layout of our apartment is gorgeous and we absolutely love the community here, but the staff is truly what makes this place what it is. Between the office staff and Luis in maintenance, this place would not be what it is without them.They have all truly become like family to us and we are so thankful to have such a wonderful office staff in the place we call home! Moving into Corland At Raven has been a positive experience from day one. The leasing office — Sara and the team — made the application and move-in process smooth and welcoming. Whenever I’ve needed anything, Sara and the team have been friendly, professional, and prompt. Luis from the maintenance team deserves special recognition — he responds quickly to requests, diagnoses issues accurately, and leaves everything clean after repairs. The amenities are well-maintained and the overall atmosphere is calm and safe.

Sarah is very sweet and knowledgeable, while Jovahnai is very passionate and considerate. Luis is the best maintenance guy out there, literally see him working hard every day. Being here at Cortland has not only made me feel safe, but also valued and respected! Everything is well maintained, and the staff work very hard to ensure the community is kept nice and clean. I absolutely love living here. I just wrapped up the first year of my lease and extended the next term of my lease for the maximum 15 months. Sara, Jovahnai & Luis are all absolutely wonderful, the staff here have been nothing short of amazing. I toured quite a few apartments, trying to find the perfect one before giving birth, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision made. Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 9 years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations, stocked with waste bags and a trash cans throughout the community and a Bark Park where pups can play off leash. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. Sara and Jovahnai and the rest of the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with all aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. My 6yo loves riding her bike to the office to say hi to them everyday and they are never bothered by her! The units are small. I think our unit is overpriced. There is only one pool area. The entire property being smoke free to me is ridiculous and I absolutely dislike it. The overall property is clean, I guess. It's ok. Parking and driving in the property are difficult, there really is not much visitor parking or room to maneuver. My balcony is like 10 feet away from the neighbor and their balcony, it is just awkward to even be out on.

At Cortland at Raven, with almost 2 months of living, my experience is good. I like the privacy where I have everything I was looking for: a pool, jacuzzi, pet area, gym, grills, clubhouse, etc. There is a billiards area, the bad thing is that they close at 6 pm. The apartments are a good size, they are not cheap, but it is quiet.

Out of the six apartments I have lived at over the past 15 years, Cortland at Raven has the best staff I have ever seen. The maintenance team if fast, polite and informative and the leasing office team is amazing. If any team deserves to be celebrated it is them. The only issue I have had over the past two years is, as a bottom floor resident, hearing a bit to much of my upstairs neighbors.

Me and my boyfriend visit Cortland Raven when apartment searching it was our first place we looked at and we really loved it. It was nice, clean, and it felt safe and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We continued our search for our new home and looked at 6 other places and found our way back to look at Cortland again and we finally agreed that Cortland was going to be our new home. Had a bit of issues with the system not giving us our first month rent free but Briseida was able to come to the rescue and override the issue! Super neat! Property is very clean, modern, and quiet. Property has access to a walking trail and mini dog park. Also, Briseida is easily accessible and makes it easy for you to come to her whenever you have any questions or concerns. I have lived here for a month and have no complaints. Michael and Briseida are very polite and punctual, and more importantly, friendly and they do their jobs very well. They text the community if there are any issues and keep us informed. Upon checking the apartment at move in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and they were fixed within a day. The apt. complex is very quiet and very clean and there isn't anything to complain about. The apartments are updated and I honestly have not heard my neighbors, so the walls must be good and I havent heard even my upstairs neighbors. There is ample parking and no issues so far with the gates. What I like are the BBQs that are located close for you to use and the other people keep them clean. The gym is better than any place I have lived. It's located on the canal so there is biking and a walking trail, which is nice to escape too after a long day of work. I can walk to Raven golf course from my apartment to even hit balls on the driving range. Driving is

Update: after living here for over a year, the one big downside I have is that residents are forced to use Cox Community Wifi which is unreliable and goes out every week. Bad service overall from Cox, which makes it hard for people who rely on internet to work from home.

Cortland at Raven is an amazing small community by South Mountain in Phoenix. The staff is friendly and know residents by name. Value for location and amenities and newly upgraded units is great. Maintenance is great and gets to emergencies really fast and regular work order’s usually within 1 day.

The apartment is modern on the inside and mostly well-maintained. The community is quiet and this is a nice place to live overall. My major complaint is the sound deadening for those on the first floor. Sure you get a garage, but this comes at the expense of having to hear your neighbor's footsteps. God forbid you have noisy neighbors or individuals who like to pace around in the middle of the night. If management could make sure everything works and is clean upon move in I would give 5 stars. I had a non-functional garbage disposal which was eventually replaced. Management is helpful as well as the maintenance team so no complaints there. For the price, this is a good apartment, though beware of the additional fees that you will need to pay. Rent, valet trash, electricity, water, and internet (non-negotiable). With all that said I'd still recommend and this is probably one of the better complexes in South Phoenix.

From start to finish, Briseida has been a huge help and made the application and move in process very easy for me. Maintenance is also very friendly and helpful (Shout out to Andres for all of his hard work!) I love the valet service the community provides that comes almost daily to pick up our trash and boxes right from our doorstep. The pool is beautiful, the gym is fresh and the property is very well maintained. Lovely amenities all around. This area is close to practically everything and I don't have any safety concerns either. Plus a beautiful golf course is basically right in our backyard! Cortland has truly earned every one of their 5 star reviews!

They bring food trucks and do events for the residents which is a plus. We have enjoyed out stay here at Cortland. Update: After almost a year here the only issue is lease renewal, current tenants are not offered any lower rates when renewing a lease! But aside from that, we love it here!

I recently signed my lease and will be moving in the week. From the moment I entered the property, it was like walking into a different world. Everything was so clean, well maintained and looked amazing. The staff is very outgoing and is completely focused on YOU and not distracted. Took a tour of these apartments and I was amazed at how clean and beautiful everything was. The pool is large with a nice water feature. I really liked the gym which had more than the normal apartment complex equipment. The large dog park is also a major plus! I definitely would highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I moved in about 2 months ago. Briseida (leasing agent) made the process very smooth. She was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. The property overall is very nice and clean. No issues with maintenance, and if any the maintenance issues are addressed very quickly.

Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 6 years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter, and just had renovations and upgrades to the pool area. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations, stocked with waste bags and a trash cans throughout the community and a Bark Park where pups can play off leash. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. The end of August we got to move into a remodeled unit and we are loving all the upgrades!! Lexi and Bresida and the rest of the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with all aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. My 3yo little girl loves riding her bike to the office to say hi to them everyday and they are never bothered her! Louis a

I love living here. I have been here for five months. The property is very clean. I’m always seeing staff cleaning and landscaping. My apartment is fully renovated with the best appliances and laminated flooring. The amenities such as the gym and pool are awesome. The gym has all new equipment including the best treadmills. The pool is always clean and looks inviting. I love the office staff they are very personable and always putting together events for us. Also, they are always available and are very consistent with communications. My favorite aspect of this place is that it’s very diverse which makes me feel safe and comfortable. I love how well lit the community is especially at night.

The staff, especially Luis, the service manager really go above and beyond to fix anything I have problems with and to make my stay much more enjoyable I love it here now. Luuis fixes things quickly, efficiently and he's always fixing it the 1st time.They've repainted all the buildings white so I'm not paying for a ton of air conditioning from the old Catholic school Brown that it used to be. They really have improved the property since I've gotten here. I just renewed for another year, the remodeled apartments are really nice. They've been very accommodating and the property has been very upkept and clean. I would highly recommend moving here.

From the first day we moved in, the leasing office has been extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue at first with a car parking in our reserved spot when we first moved in and the ladies in the office were on it and had the issue resolved right away. Any maintenance requests we’ve had have been quickly resolved and haven’t been an issue. The pool was also remodeled shortly before we moved and I will say that has been one of my favorite amenities at this complex. The grills are also often upkept and the complex always looks great! Added bonus, also have occasional food trucks and fun events frequently, which I’m a huge fan of. The only con at first was limited parking but they are now adding more parking which is great. Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Living here was amazing! Very clean and friendly. My first time ever renting and Briseida really helped me out and was there for me whenever I had questions. Luis is awesome too. Only has 1 issue and it was with our AC, I did have to stay at a hotel for 1 night which they took care of but the new manager Marissa tried playing me and having me pay for the hotel first.

Beautiful community, it's clean quiet and welcoming. Jovahnai our leasing agent was outstanding, showed us all our options and was very professional. She helped us through the process and made herself available to answer our ongoing questions. On move in day, we had trouble with the garage door and the maintenance man fixed it immediately and even offered help to move some heavy items. After living here a month I can say the level of service has not decreased, this community is always looking for an opportunity to improve and they succeed every time. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the property here. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely fell in love with this place!! I love how every unit is furnished with a fridge, washer and dryer, Microwave, and stove. Everything looks soo modern which I love. The pool area makes me feel like I'm at a resort. I love how everyone that worked at the front office was soo friendly and helpful, which ultimately made our decision to move in a lot easier. The application process was fast and easy. I just can't wait to move in!!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the entire staff at Cortland at Raven. I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and everything from the tour, to the application process, to the move in was beyond exceptional. When we came to pick up our keys, a folder was given with all the information of the property and the proper contact/setup sheets for everything. They also had a little pink puppy basket filled with treats and other goodies for my little fur baby Bella. Miss Marissa the property manager is such a doll and so kind, literally love her! The maintenance team is so amazing as well. This community is not only gorgeous on the outside, but the staff is what makes it shine even more from the inside. Keep up the amazing work Raven!! Cortland at Raven has been a great place to live in. I have always received timely and friendly assistance. My lease was expiring this year and I wanted to move to another apartment. Bresieda Manzo helped me throughout the process. She gave me various pricing and kept in touch about all the details that I needed for making my move smooth. I also wanted to know if I could get the keys to my new apartment by evening so that I could start moving early morning next day. Even If Bresieda had personal commitments, she still ensured that I get the keys by evening. That made a lot of difference for me. Service requests are handled very smoothly as well. Luis, the maintenance person is quick and efficient with any maintenance requests. It is quite clear the staff at Cortland really enjoy their work and want people living there to have a great experience. Thank you!

Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 6 years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter, and just had renovations and upgrades to the pool area. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations, stocked with waste bags and a trash cans throughout the community and a Bark Park where pups can play off leash. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. The end of August we got to move into a remodeled unit and we are loving all the upgrades!! Marissa and Bresida and the rest of the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with all aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. My 3yo little girl loves riding her bike to the office to say hi to them everyday and they are never bothered her! Loui

We sold out house and are now empty nesters with 2 dogs. If you like waking up and having water views and awesome sunsets this is the place. Besides the indoor gym, common area, rooftop deck and outdoor pool and BBQ, the staff and support we get from the team here is great. The bldg Mgr. Joseph goes out of his way to solve any issues and make sure you are happy. Usually people act like it is an inconvenience if you come to them with a problem but Joseph knows my name and follows up that the problem has been solved. He and his team make the place even better.

We have really enjoyed living here! Management was very helpful during the move-in process, handling shifting logistics with grace. The amenities and gym are well-maintained and convenient. The apartments themselves are open and airy and thoughtfully designed - in-unit laundry is so nice to have for this city, and there's even a special stove for a wok! Location couldn't be better (on top of Fulton station, good food on every block). Hello Alfred handles tidying/grocery shopping/dry cleaning - ideal for a busy professional. Hoping to stay for a few years!

I love the location of Left Bank building and the proximity to river walk. The CTA is also a block away, which makes it super convenient to move around the city! My favorite part about the building is the super helpful and friendly staff. They truly make you feel at home and welcomed :)

Left Bank has everything I wanted for my next home. The amenities looked nice and well maintained. Do not hesitate to make The Henry your home! There are amazing amenities here and the location is great! The best part about this complex is the incredible Leasing Staff!!!! We worked directly with Rachel who is amazing. She answered every single question that we had, big and small, with an amazing attitude. That goes for Mallory, Jordan, and the rest of the team as well. Best customer service we have had, of probably all time! Nice apartments that are very well-maintained. Every now and then there will be food trucks that will set up in the parking lot around dinner time and they're always great. I have entered my second year living here at Elan City Center and I couldn't be happier! I adore so many things about living at ECC, to name just a few: -- the location, which is close to downtown Moore Square, the Museums, the local Publix grocery store, wonderful dining, beautiful parks and Oakwood Historical District among many more attractions! -- The first-rate appliances, amenities such as the gym (which has a water bottle refilling station), billiards, clubhouse facility where frequent events are hosted, complimentary printer access, pool and grill area, Luxor lockers for Amazon deliveries, a dog park and more that I know I've forgotten! -- Best of all is the staff - Ashley, Brianna, Jacob, Justin and Devin all go out of their way to ensure that living at ECC is seamless and worry free. At the heart of living here are the "hearts" of this wonderful staff. This is by far the best apartment living I have ever experienced and I plan to stay here as long as I can! :-)

The living experience here for us is pretty good. Maintenance crew is great, office staff is friendly. However I sometimes feel that their hands are tied a bit by corporate management. The playground needs to be spruced up so that it is a safer place for the kids to play. The wood chips are so low around the swings and the jungle Jim that the landscaping material is exposed and weeds are growing. One swing has been missing for at least two years.The tables, grills and benches are in bad shape as well. A little attention to this area is needed. The gym is probably the best thing in the whole complex. It is always pretty clean. The rent here is high as well, but I guess it's high everywhere.

Security is some what okay just dont leave anything unlocked it will get broken into some residents have woken up to cars missing in the lot. The grill policy is a bit strict as you cannot have your own grill any more like where are we supposed to store it at now plus covid is still ongoing why share a grill for the whole community. Only thing apartment carpet needs to be taken out off the kitchen area. Other than this residents are calm and friendly

Summit at San Marcos has been my home for four years, and I'm truly happy here. I always feel safe and secure, the modern apartments are beautiful and roomy, and any concerns and issues are always addressed quickly by both the management and maintenance teams. I can walk to downtown Chandler and we're close to Chandler Fashion Square mall & food stores. Crystal and Jackie, our front office managers, are incredibly friendly, caring and professional. They've really made our little corner of the world a safe and clean environment. Joe and Edith are our maintenance heroes! I haven't had to submit many maintenance tickets, but when I have needed help, the issues are always resolved on the same day as the submitted request, or the next day. I love being here, and look forward to remaining a tenant for a good, long time :)

I am rating the complex 5 stars for one main reason. Mary Anne has been the most helpful leasing agent I could have ever asked for. I moved to Austin not knowing anybody, but I felt like if anyone had my back it was her. The rooms are nice, and the amenities are cool - but working with Mary Anne is what makes this place different than the rest.

Positives: Nice apartment for the price. Gigantic closets, large bathrooms, ample storage. No roaches in apartments. Nice landscaping. Good location. Neighbors aren’t partying types. Negatives: Forgot grubhub doordash etc. The delivery service will never find you or be able to get in. This place has fob access and is super complicated to navigate but has no concierge to accept deliveries. Well, despite that security is abysmal, see below. New security system is a must or get rid of it. As is, it annoys on all levels. As of 8/21/22 The “security fob controlled” door outside my apartment won’t shut on its own unless you yank it shut. If you walk through and let the door shut on its own accord, it won’t shut and will stay propped open. This has been going on for over a month despite multiple complaints and work orders and the door is therefore left perpetually propped open. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking room to room very easily. Ear plugs and better yet noise canceling head phones necessary to sleep.

This is my first time living in an apartment. I’ve heard the horror stories of apartment living and the management and living conditions that can happen. That is not at all true for the reserve at kingwood luxury apartments. I’ve lived hear 6 months and every request has been taken care of in less than 4 hours. The management is excellent at communication. The staff is very professional and I would recommend this apartment facility to anyone looking for your home away from home. I’ve never experienced any high noise levels. It stays very quiet and peaceful around here. The gym is also always in tip top shape.

I have lived here for one month so far and I love it! It is in such a great location - I easily walk to parks, hiking trails, the grocery store, bars/restaurants, the mall, and public transport. It is super clean and well maintained. Something that was really important to me about living in an apartment was finding a building where I couldn’t hear my neighbors because I work night shift a lot. I live on the second floor and have never heard people walking above my apartment or in the hallways or anything. It is a really solidly built building with thick walls/floors so it’s definitely quiet and feels more like I’m living in a house rather than a huge apartment complex. The management/staff is also great - Brittney will solve any issue you may have!

Mesa Verde is better than expected. We moved from NYC, where we paid the same for a studio apartment with zero amenities and even worse experience with our landlord/super. I’m only able to see the first line of updates sent through email. - add a reflector or a light at the back gate turning point. It’s so dark at night it’s hard to see the turn. - exclude the shipping app fee. I don’t think we should have to pay for an app we’ve never used.

Kinstead has been as quick as possible to resolve any issues. My son and I love the ammenities, and how quiet it is. My favorite part about living here is just sitting on my balcony at night. It’s so peaceful. We have had maintenance issues (nothing super serious when it occurred), but they were all handled promptly. I appreciate that.

I love my place. The main selling feature was the gym. I cancelled my memberships soon as I moved in. The roof is beautiful and everyone including the staff is so friendly. I got lucky to get a east facing apartment with lots of light. I work from home so designed it perfectly to my personality and needs. This place is truly my sanctuary!

Ocean 500 is the best designed building on Revere Beach. Ocean 500 provides everything anyone could ask for. Fancy restaurants, the beach, & easy transportation. Ocean 500s community is one of a kind with friendly neighbors & a well qualified staff that always says, just let us know if you need anything. I've only lived at Gallery Bethesda I for a couple months and so far, my experience has been great. I find the staff to be friendly, professional and ever present if something comes up. I've had a few maintenance issues that have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The building and surroundings are always clean and the surrounding area is a great neighborhood to live in. I feel very safe and secure in the area as a whole.

Living at the Overture Domain is like living in the Museum of Fine Art. There is a prevailing feeling of joy and contentment. Everyone always says hello or asks, "How are you feeling today?" I am constantly busy and never lack for some activity that is always available. The building is immaculate and cheerful. I just love living here.

Symphony is a very pretty place to live. The residents are nice and so are the workers on the complex. Biggest concern with Symphony is the amount of time it takes to get things fixed. I moved into an apartment that was not "maintenance ready", therefore we had to put in a couple requests to get things fixed... the day we moved in, and some of those things still have not been fixed.

Hampton Greens in Bellevue, WA is a safe well maintained community. It's like living in the South Hamptons. You have pools, tennis court, new gym and easy access to work and play. I highly recommend as now a resident for awhile.

Since we’ve moved in to Cortland at Raven it has been nothing but amazing customer service with the leasing staff. The little issues we’ve had were taken care of promptly and professionally. Jovahnai is SECOND TO NONE compared to some of the other leasing agents at other properties we've toured! She made great conversation and ultimately was one of the main reasons we decided to move here and it was a decision we don't regret! Maintenance team is on point too. Keep up the good work guys!

I love my apartment and I love all the staff. Everyone has been so helpful. This is my first apartment on my own and they have been there to answer any questions. Also the maintenance team is phenomenal as well. Every time I put in a ticket for anything they come out the same day no later than the next day. Very respectful and give good tips for a first time renter. Thank you guys for being the best!

I'm a current resident and absolutely love living here. The property is safe and always well kept and clean. I was here during the ownership swap and couldn't be happier with the staff change. Leasing staff is amazing and go out of their way to make you happy. Recently got a new maintenance team and they are on top of everything. Thank you Sarah, Rachel and jovahnai for always being there for all my questions and concerns. I have lived here for a year now and things have gotten so much nicer here. When I 1st moved in the property had just been bought so I was caught in the vacuum of covid and the change of management. So obviously things were very wrong from the beginning. However, the staff and especially Sarah the manager really went above and beyond to fix anything I had problems with and to make my stay much more enjoyable I love it here now. Luis, the maintenance supervisor fixes things quickly, efficiently and he's always fixing it the 1st time. Briseida is very knowledgeable and has helped make my stay here so much better. They've repainted all the buildings white so I'm not paying for a ton of air conditioning from the old Catholic school Brown that it used to be. They really have improved the property since I've gotten here. I just renewed for another year, the remodeled apartments are really nice. They've been very accommodating and the property has been very upkept and clean. I would highly recommend moving here.

The ladies in the office are great. I've been here for about a year and Briseida so polite. Always smiling. Always kind. She's honestly one of the best customer facing people I've ever met. I have been living here for 2 years and honestly I love it, the commute to everything is right where I like it. The office staff Briseida, Sara, Crystal and the maintenance are all great. If anything ever needs fixing they jump right on it. I feel they are more of a family environment here compared to Mark Taylor. The grills are nice, the pretty plants throughout the community, and the SMOKE FREE community is the best part about this place!! I honestly love it here and possibly considering a three bedroom soon!

Briseida is amazing. Had to rent apt from across the U.S. Over the internet. I had 5 hard amenities that I needed. I was told from other apartment communities that I could not find a place with all that. Briseida found it. She got all 5 amenities for me. Overall, not a bad place, definitely a pretty good first apartment. Everyone keeps to themselves and the amenities are overall not bad. Parking is the only issue but they are working on that and trying to improve. The people in the office do try to get in contact and work with us with anything we've needed fixed or if we've had any complaints and that has been one of the things I appreciated most.

I really do enjoy living here! They are quick to do repairs now that covid restrictions have lightened up. The parking situation is not the best but we have been told it should be better by next year as they renovate the property and add more spaces. There’s little to no crime, and I hardly ever hear the neighbors. The rent is pretty reasonable especially considering the amenities they offer. Sure do love the pool and bbq areas! And they worked with us even with a poor credit score and bankruptcy in the past! Close to shopping, schools, parks. All in all, a Wonderful place to live, and a wonderful management team!

Cristal and Sara were absolutely amazing to go through the process of finding our new home with.. they went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect move in date, and the perfect apartment for the two of us. We really appreciated their friendliness and how accommodating they were for us. We’re so excited to be living at this beautiful place. Highly recommend!

Haved lived in this community for two years. Nice community, not perfect, but what apartment community is, right? One constant has been Sara E. in the office. She has always been attentive to concerns, always willing to help and always open to listen to concerns. Good management is hard to find, and Cortland at Raven has it!

Amazing Luxurious apartments, very affordable for the area and the amenities that they offer, full gym, super clean and heated pool that you can enjoy all year round in a Family atmosphere. The staff is amazing, super friendly, Briseida Manzo is always available to help with everything, she is very responsive in messages and calls and she is always at the office.

Sara Effinger, the community manager made living here so easy - Great communication and always prompt and useful responses. All requests both service and questions are handled very professionally. It is like the management and staff care about the people how live here and want their experience not anything less than the best.

Cortland at Raven is a very nice, quiet, smaller Community, I have lived her for 4+ years and still love it! Location is great - by South Mountain. The grounds are beautiful with grass, big mature trees, and beautiful flowers. Big beautiful resort style pool that is heated in the winter. Pet friendly with several dog walk stations through out the community. Units are spacious and we have an attached garage. Sara and the Management Staff are always friendly and always willing to help residents with aspects of everyday apartment community life. They always make sure to follow up on calls and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Covid has restricted direct in person contact but they have continued to be there for us. Maintenance recently changed staff due to Cortland buying the community and they are Great! Best maintenance team yet - they listen and get any maintenance requests resolved correctly and quickly! The washing machine started making a terrible noise and they had a brand new one ordered that day
