We used to live at Cortland South Mountain which is not too far from Cortland at Raven. When we were in the looks of a new home, we came across familiar faces and warm smiles from both Edgar and Sara in the front office. Edgar is such an awesome person! He’s always so helpful and helps with any task that we ask of him, we really enjoy how he manages and takes hold of a situation. Honestly he is probably one of the top reasons in us switching communities! That’s how awesome he is and truly much appreciated! We are excited to call Cortland at Raven home!

The management team care a lot about the people in the community. I had a water hose break at 11pm and I called for help, the maintenance team was at my apartment in no time to fix it. The care about the property, they bring in food trucks. The are awesome to work with.

I love love living at Cortland at Raven! Sarah, Jovahnai and Luis, are Amazing! They are Dream Team! Extremely kind, thoughtful, attentive, and is always willing to help! Can we talk about the amenities, trash valet, doggie world with a place just for them, beautiful pool, for relaxing, gated community but what’s makes this special is this Family and Peaceful atmosphere/community which makes the pricing more than worth it. Luis keeps this place looking Amazing and you feel safe living here. I just love it and highly recommend living at Cortland at Raven! Thank you all for making this place special 💜💜💜💜💜

Moving into Corland At Raven has been a positive experience from day one. The leasing office — Sara and the team — made the application and move-in process smooth and welcoming. Whenever I’ve needed anything, Sara and the team have been friendly, professional, and prompt. Luis from the maintenance team deserves special recognition — he responds quickly to requests, diagnoses issues accurately, and leaves everything clean after repairs. The amenities are well-maintained and the overall atmosphere is calm and safe.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE! The front office is very kind, quick to assist, and answer any questions or concerns! Sarah is very sweet and knowledgeable, while Jovahnai is very passionate and considerate. Luis is the best maintenance guy out there, literally see him working hard every day. Being here at Cortland has not only made me feel safe, but also valued and respected! Everything is well maintained, and the staff work very hard to ensure the community is kept nice and clean. Hubby and I love to take our morning walks here also, and its super close by to markets and restaurants. Cortland at Raven is an amazing place to call home 😊. We love it here!
