The servicemen came to change my toilet from a standard one to a handicapped toilet. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and were concerned for my safety on the new toilet. The work area was left in excellent condition, and they went out of their way to make everything worked well for me. I appreciate them very much!

Being new to the state of Arizona, I needed to find a new home to reside. I’ve been looking around for the past few days without any luck. Every time I went to a community, everyone portrayed too busy to take the time to help me. I was blown off several times and treated poorly. I was ready to give up, until I met Bryant. Talk about welcoming!! His customer service was outstanding and his energy was contagious!! He took his time with me and didn’t make me feel rushed, like everyone else did. And trust me, I had a lot of questions. He went above and beyond with all the information and hospitality he provided. I am DEFINITELY going to choose Cortland as my new home thanks to Bryant!!

My partner and I recently moved into an apartment here at Cortland P83 and we love it! We have had the pleasure of working with Myannah and she has made this process so simple for us! She is very friendly and welcoming and was very informative when answering our many questions. Along the way we NEVER felt out of the loop or like we weren’t prepared for move in. Come move in day, she made sure we were prepared, happy and comfortable here in our new home. It was spotless! We really appreciate the time and care this location takes on their property, inside and out! We really can’t thank Myannah enough, she’s awesome!
