I’ve been here since July and I am obsessed. The entire front office staff is amazing. Any concerns we have they are quick to provide us with a solution. They really work hard to provide us with nice events that really bring our Cortland community together. This complex offers so much from amenities to just a positive environment ! The new leasing manager is a really nice man as well! 10/10 i would recommend anyone to move here! 2026 update: We have been here now for almost 4 years! Myannah and Christina are excellent! The girls are always so sweet and informative with any questions we have. It is really nice to live in a complex that offers so many events and even the staff shows up to attend them. Maintenance is always so kind and I think that’s a reflection of their supervisor Mr.D. A wonderful team here at Cortland p83

I’ve had a great experience at Cortland at P83, and I especially want to recognize Myannah for the outstanding service she has provided my family and I over the years. She is always friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely willing to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. Myannah does an excellent job making residents feel valued and taken care of, and her positive attitude really stands out. She gives you that "southern hospitality" that is missing from most people in customer service work. Having someone who communicates well and follows through makes a huge difference and she played a huge part in my family staying with Cortland for 3 properties and two transfers. Highly recommend!

I lived here 1 year, sadly I had to move because I am moving out of AZ. The staff are very friendly, the maintenance team is fantastic. The apartment has service that picks up your trash from your door. The gym was my favorite workout place because it is big and has many different equipment for use.

We’ve been here a year now, and we are so happy! Maintenance responds quickly, the office staff is great and they have little to no turn over, dog-friendly, awesome clubhouse, nice pool, amazing jacuzzi and gym too! They have multiple sitting areas on site with fire pits. Very relaxing, feels like a resort around here!

I don't normally leave reviews for viewing but this was an exception that had to be made. This was by far one of the best experiences viewing apartments I have ever had. Christina was next level with not just my walk in situation but other community members. They greeted everyone by first name and a smile. No one was turned away or dismissed no matter what they needed. It's hard to find a property that has consideration and concern for residence all the way round from the management team to the reception team. It was refreshing to see. I don't know if we'll become a member of this community just because they didn't have anything available for us at the time but if it's possible, mom and I would absolutely love to be here! Thank you guys for leaving such an amazing impression🤍

Cortland is most definitely held together and kept in high standings because of the people that work there… specifically the maintenance guys who usually go unnoticed . Any time ive ever had an issue, they are all super friendly and extremely helpful. My guy Matt is always up early making everything is working correctly, maintaining a clean environment, and never greets you with anything less the a smile…. A great place to live with a management team that actually cares and does their job well. The office staff were always very helpful and friendly, after dealing with terrible management at previous rentals, this was a breath of fresh air. Special shoutout to Myannah and Rose in the front office. Overall, it is a nice community with a prime location to most of what Peoria and Glendale have to offer!

My lease is up and I’m thankful for the experience at Cortland p83 Issues were resolved quickly, professionally. All of the staff and Maintanece have been very attentive and friendly. Parking was an issue at the beginning of the lease, as the lease continued it seems like the issues have been resolved due to the new rules they put in place. They also keep up the landscaping and cleanliness of pool and other amenities.
