I have recently started touring to narrow down options for when I set a move date. I toured here a few days ago with Alexus and it was such a great experience! She showed me three 2 bedroom options. She was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I loved that she sent an email in such a timely manner about the units I looked at and the pricing options. Thank you for providing such a great experience! Also, thanks for not blowing up my phone for days after like other complexes have. Truly appreciated.

Alexus gave us a great tour of the Cortland New Albany community. She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the condos. She took her time answering our questions and made the experience comfortable and informative. We really appreciated her help and enjoyed viewing the community.

Alexus at Cortland New Albany is absolutely amazing! She truly goes above and beyond to make the entire move-in process smooth and pleasant. From the very first interaction, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Moving can be stressful, but Alexus made everything feel organized, easy, and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer every question (no matter how small) really stood out. Cortland New Albany is lucky to have her — she makes a great first impression for the community. Highly recommend working with Alexus if you’re planning to move in!

I’ve lived here for over five years, and when we first moved in it truly felt like a community. Having a property manager onsite who took ownership of the space made a big difference—someone who knew residents, planned events, and generally kept an eye on things. Without that presence now, the property feels less actively managed. You notice it in small but visible ways: cars that don’t move for long stretches, large pipes or equipment sitting outside garages, and an overall feeling that the grounds aren’t being monitored as closely as they once were. That said, maintenance deserves real credit. In my experience, they’ve almost always been excellent and quick to respond. Dustin and Kyle, who work onsite now, are especially standout. They are genuinely resident-centric, thoughtful, and invested in doing things right. They prioritize getting jobs done so you’re not stuck dealing with an inconvenience over the weekend (even if that means working late themselves), and they’re considerate when it comes to helping

We had our first tour of the Warwick Model Floor Plan in person, and we were able to book an appointment quickly. Alexus was so friendly and attentive! The model home is just the right size, and the attached garage with a small storage room is a huge plus. Thanks so much for taking care of us and for giving us all the information we needed about the floor plan.
