I moved in probably 6 weeks ago and I love it. Most recently lived at another Cortland property in Tampa and the staff here exceeds my past experience. I was Josh's first move in and had he not told me that, I would be none the wiser. Extremely friendly, kind and professional. He truly is the definition of hospitable. There was a hiccup within my first 5 minutes of entering my new unit with a leaky pipe, but he wasted no time and let the head of maintenance know. Dylan who is also new to the property was at my door within 90 seconds and fixed the leak. I also see Dylan on the property fixing things on his off days and late at night. Cortland New Albany needs to hold on to these two hard working gentlemen, because they have made my short time living here exceptional.

I have lived here for a little bit and when I was looking to upgrade I decided to stay and move into a bigger apartment. Some of the best parts about living here is the office staff especially Joshua Zaragoza and the maintenance crew. Everybody in the office is super friendly and very responsive! The maintenance staff here is excellent! I have never had a maintenance request go unanswered, and all requests were handled typically within 24 hours. Also I really appreciate how they check back make sure you’re satisfied with the service.

Overall Cortland New Albany offers roomy, modern, and well built apartments with good appliances and amenities. The landscaping and overall grounds are beautiful and they provide a lot of activities, and easy to access and use pet waste stations. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, respectful, and they do a good job of addressing concerns.

We recently moved into Cortland New Albany and are absolutely loving it! Their leasing agent Brittany was a big part of why we signed to live here. Her professionalism, energetic and upbeat approach and customer service were remarkable. She made us feel comfortable while keeping us informed throughout the process. The properties are gorgeous, we needed a filter switched out and maintenance came immediately. Were very friendly and quick! Pool and gym are beautiful.

It’s been good. Friendly staff. Great location, neighbors are nice. The Cortland app messaging to management needs to be fixed. They aren’t notified and so they don’t see my email. I have to go inside each time I have a question which is a pain.

Cortland New Albany - A Community Where You Belong When I first started looking for apartments in the New Albany area, I was immediately impressed by Cortland New Albany. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. But what really set Cortland New Albany apart from other apartment complexes was the staff. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly and professional leasing agent, Alana. She took the time to learn about my needs and preferences, and then she showed me the location of a variety of units that she thought would be a good fit. She was never pushy or salesy, and she really seemed to care about helping me find the perfect place to live. Once I moved in, I was even more impressed with the staff at Cortland New Albany. Apartments are newly remolded, and the facility amenities are great! Alanna is the property manger and she is super responsive and wonderful to work with. Always there to assist in any way possible. There are various events run throughout the year that are fun and engaging. The property is in a great location, ease of freeway access and close to the heart of New Albany. Overall, it's a great place to live within New Albany.

We lived at Berkeley Apartments for nearly three years and would like to take a moment to share our positive experience and review of this amazing community. We specifically chose this apartment complex because it was one of the few options accepted by the New Albany School District, as we wanted our daughter to attend the New Albany School. The management team, demonstrated a high level of professionalism. Alanna and her staff were attentive and promptly addressed any concerns or issues we had, ensuring that our needs were always met. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained, and the amenities provided great convenience. I have lived at Berkley Park for over three years, and I absolutely love it here! I have an attached garage and gas fireplace which is hard to find and they welcome our pets! It is well maintained and very quiet. Alanna the manager is a true professional, super friendly, and always there to help. The maintenance team are always very responsive when needed. Alanna is always organizing events for us like weekly yoga, wine down, Wednesdays, a DJ, with line dancing, etc. 5 stars from me!!

Berkeley Park at New Albany overall is the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed. Been her for a little over 3 years and have loved every minute of it. We have the scenery, events, convenience, community, and so much more, however, it’s the staff that makes this place so better. Our fantastic property manager, Alanna, has provide us with top notch services that you can’t find anywhere else. This place is my #1 recommendation.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a well run facility with excellent management. Alanna Morgan (Manager), is the ultimate professional that follows up with courtesy and consideration. Along with her staff, they have created a great sense of community and being a part of a larger residential family. There are several opportunities provided to enjoy the Berkeley Park spirit. For example, yoga on Tuesday, wind down Wednesdays, or a DJ party on Friday. Also, I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team as they have exceeded my expectations. With the new roof/gutters and now repaving all our interior roads; it is worthy of all 5 stars in this review.

I’ve been a resident since 2017 and I love it here. Berkeley Park has been very responsive and professional to the few maintenance requests during this time. Alanna is the best. Always with a smile. Always friendly and professional. I love my apartment with it’s attached garage and fireplace. Two amenities that are difficult to find. The location is close to shopping with New Albany Market Place just a short drive away. Do I recommend Berkeley Park ? Absolutely !!

Great community and very responsive staff. Maintenance request takes less than 24hrs to complete and Alana and her staff always there to answer questions. I love the pool and the gym and community activities. The townhouse are upgraded with granite, the pictures on the website is what you get. I would recommend the community.

I was recently decided between which place to move into. Berkeley was actually the number 1 contender, however even though I make a lot of money, I wasn’t willing to pay the price, as it is quite expensive. That being said, if you can afford it it’s a great place to live. Alanna was the property manager who has shown us around. I have nothing but great things to say about her as she is wonderful. She has a positive, friendly demeanor and was very hospitable. I actually can’t praise her enough for all of her help. It’s a bummer I had to choose something different.

Berkeley Park is a centralized location in New Albany just a short drive from every store you could want. It has beautiful finishes, a lot of space for the pets, at an affordable price point. It has been a great step up from previous apartment complexes.

I have been living here now since August 2021. Andrew and the maintenance team got a call from me to help me fix my furnace on a very cold November evening. I had a phone call within 15 minutes and they were her in under an hour and out the door 15 minutes later with everything fixed. All I can say is I was so impressed how professional and friendly him and his team were. If you are looking for a nice place to live this is the place to be. The culture of the staff at this community is too notch.

Beautiful community to live in and a great location. The price is a little high compared to others in the area but if you can afford it I would recommend this community over others around it. Maintenance is quick in responding and the amenities are nice. Definitely the nicest looking apartments in new albany.

Moving to Berkeley Park has been a great experience! Kelsey was so helpful with tours and getting us all we needed prior to move in. A couple things had to be done for service and Zach was able to help us quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly and following all of the COVID guidelines so safety has not been a concern. I also love that they offer free outdoor yoga on the weekend. And we get monthly “events” to do at home, like cooking classes over zoom and at home paint night.
