I had an amazing experience touring these apartments! After touring many apartment complex earlier that day, Courtland was the last one on our list. After just expressing to my partner that management and the leasing agents who give the tours also make or break whether or not I want to move somewhere (because I didn’t like anyone who gave our previous tours) we walked in and was warmly greeted by Cassie. She was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartments/ townhomes are super nice with amazing features and layouts. We loved the fact that it comes with a pickleball court! The Warwick layout had EVERYTHING we were looking for! Huge walk-in closet, his and her sink, a garage, and not one but TWO balconies. Needless to say we have a move-in date coming up soon. Very grateful Cassie was the one to give us a tour. Highly recommend checking it out!

Cassie, the leasing consultant, has been nothing short of amazing! She is very communicative, and even if I didn’t get an answer right away ( because she’s busy with other residents or prospects), she always calls or texts right back! She is extremely honest - which I loved because I knew I could trust her to not just rent out an apartment just to make a quota. I didn’t feel like “just another number” with her. Definitely recommend!

We have loved living here so far. I walked into Cortland after experiences at other complexes that left me extremely unhappy about moving to the area. Without an appointment, Alexus walked me through the floor plan I was interested in, and told me about the amenities. She continued to keep in touch as I walked through other complexes and decided Cortland was the one for me to start our Columbus area journey. She is very knowledgeable about the property, responds in a timely manner, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend the Cortland. I give Alexus all the stars!!!

I have recently started touring to narrow down options for when I set a move date. I toured here a few days ago with Alexus and it was such a great experience! She showed me three 2 bedroom options. She was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. I loved that she sent an email in such a timely manner about the units I looked at and the pricing options. I’ve lived here for over five years, and when we first moved in it truly felt like a community. Having a property manager onsite who took ownership of the space made a big difference—someone who knew residents, planned events, and generally kept an eye on things. Without that presence now, the property feels less actively managed. You notice it in small but visible ways: cars that don’t move for long stretches, large pipes or equipment sitting outside garages, and an overall feeling that the grounds aren’t being monitored as closely as they once were. That said, maintenance deserves real credit. In my experience, they’ve almost always been excellent and quick to respond. Dustin and Kyle, who work onsite now, are especially standout. They are genuinely resident-centric, thoughtful, and invested in doing things right. They prioritize getting jobs done so you’re not stuck dealing with an inconvenience over the weekend (even if that means working late themselves), and they’re considerate when it comes to helping

We had our first tour of the Warwick Model Floor Plan in person, and we were able to book an appointment quickly. Alexus was so friendly and attentive! The model home is just the right size, and the attached garage with a small storage room is a huge plus. Thanks so much for taking care of us and for giving us all the information we needed about the floor plan.

I have lived here for over a year now. Some of the best parts about living here is the office staff and the maintenance crew. Everybody in the office is super friendly and very responsive! The maintenance staff here is excellent especially Josh and Dylan.I have never had a maintenance request go unanswered, and all requests were handled very professionally.

I moved in probably 6 weeks ago and I love it. Most recently lived at another Cortland property in Tampa and the staff here exceeds my past experience. I was Josh's first move in and had he not told me that, I would be none the wiser. Extremely friendly, kind and professional. He truly is the definition of hospitable. There was a hiccup within my first 5 minutes of entering my new unit with a leaky pipe, but he wasted no time and let the head of maintenance know. Dylan who is also new to the property was at my door within 90 seconds and fixed the leak. I also see Dylan on the property fixing things on his off days and late at night. Cortland New Albany needs to hold on to these two hard working gentlemen, because they have made my short time living here exceptional.

I have lived here for a little bit and when I was looking to upgrade I decided to stay and move into a bigger apartment. Some of the best parts about living here is the office staff especially Joshua Zaragoza and the maintenance crew. Everybody in the office is super friendly and very responsive! The maintenance staff here is excellent! I have never had a maintenance request go unanswered, and all requests were handled typically within 24 hours. Also I really appreciate how they check back make sure you’re satisfied with the service.

We recently moved into Cortland New Albany and are absolutely loving it! Their leasing agent Brittany was a big part of why we signed to live here. Her professionalism, energetic and upbeat approach and customer service were remarkable. She made us feel comfortable while keeping us informed throughout the process. The properties are gorgeous, we needed a filter switched out and maintenance came immediately. Were very friendly and quick! Pool and gym are beautiful.
