I have had the best experience working with the team at Cortland National Landing. Macey Shonyo, Assistant Community Manager, has gone above and beyond in taking the stress out of Apartment transfers and lease renewals. Her professionalism and understanding and response to resident needs is the gold standard to follow. I really enjoy living in this building. I have lived here for 10 years and , I am looking forward to many more years in the brand new renovated apartment.

The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. The building is well-maintained and feels like home. One of the biggest highlights is the location — it’s convenient, safe, and close to everything I need. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment.

It is a good apartment complex and the location is really good. Management people are really responsive. The apartment has hardwood floors which could be polished for a smoother finish and the garage access control could be managed via button based fob. Overall good apartment complex. Would definitely recommend.

I was browsing the area for apartments when I stopped into Courtland at national landing the concierge was very friendly and welcoming and with no appointment for a tour the leasing office although busy we’re still able to oblige me and answer questions and even arrange a tour that day! Molly in particular was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have lived here since 2018, and it is because the location and overall amenities work for me well. It is perfectly situated between Harris Teeter and Whole Foods, a minute's walk from all the dining and shopping, steps from the Pentagon City Metro, minutes to DCA, and a quick 10 minute walk to Crystal City Water Park area. It has a great rooftop gym, friendly staff and respectful residents. Love it!

Residing at Cortland at National Landing has been a superb experienve all around. This community offers a best in class building with high-end ammeneties, including a Top Fashion Mall literatlly in the back yard. Amazing location overall, with an aray of gastronomic alternatives to meet all tastes with flavors from around the globe. The apartment is spacious and has beautiful updated finishings, with breathtaking views of parks and city life. Only minutes away from the airport and easy access to hiqhways, not to mention a quick skip away from Downtown DC, Alexandria and Rosslyn. The management team is wonderful as Jordan, Macey and Natalie, as well as the concierge team lead by Earl, provide alongside their professionalism, a warm and caring environment making the experience of living here remarkable!
