My son and I had an excellent tour of the building and apartments with Arlen, our leading agent at Courtland at National Landing. He was professional and very thorough and took us through all of our leasing options at the building. I would recommend contacting Arlen directly for any information about Courtland at National Landing and also for a personal tour. He is first rate and exceptionally experienced and he made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Cortland at National Landing was a really nice community I visited during my apartment search. Great location. This building is amazing, fully renovated, clean units, warm friendly, welcoming environment absolutely amazing customer service and staff My son moved in today and we had the best experience throughout the Leasing process and the handover of the unit The unit is freshly renovated clean. The common areas are very well kept very secure building. We like the security system and the convenience of the amenities. I came here last week to tour their 1-bedroom units with Arlen, and I honestly think he may be a real estate agent. Arlen was very thorough in showing me the units, noting what I liked and didn't, as well as walking me through each step of the process until completion. Arlen takes customer service/care seriously which was something important to me. My experience while touring, including follow up, was a determining factor in selecting my new home, especially since I am relocating from another city. When it comes to sales, I wish I could only work with Arlen no matter what I'm purchasing. He understands trust, confidence, and making the experience personable for the buyer. This community is very centrally located to nearby shops and restaurants. Love that it's also by a metro stop as well! The current manager, Kevin, is very professional and knowledgeable about the community as well as helpful to all concerns.
