This community is very centrally located to nearby shops and restaurants. Love that it's also by a metro stop as well! The current manager, Kevin, is very professional and knowledgeable about the community as well as helpful to all concerns.

Cortland at National Landing was one of the nicest communities I visited during my apartment search. The property was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. Molly did an excellent job showing me around and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. She was approachable, patient, and provided all the information I needed without making me feel pressured. Definitely worth checking out!

You truly can’t beat the location of this apartment. While many residents mention the ongoing construction, it’s important to note that these upgrades are being done to improve the property overall. Management consistently communicates about construction schedules through email and text notifications, and the work is limited to standard business hours when most residents are typically away. Of course, this may be more noticeable for those who work from home, but the efforts to minimize disruption are clear. The hallways and building entrance have improved tremendously compared to when I first moved in a year ago. The staff has always been responsive, and my maintenance requests have been handled promptly often almost immediately. I genuinely have no complaints about living here. The team has been attentive, proactive, and open to feedback, which makes a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
