This apartments are very beautiful. I just hope that management is pretty good cuz when there's good management there's good apartments. The management means a lot because if there is bad management then their apartments are not going to look nice and that one has caught my attention. I would like to know how much a three bedroom cost and two baths and connections for washer and dryer

I had a great experience with the staff at Cortland at Fredericksburg. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They made the entire process smooth and stress free, from answering questions quickly to making sure every detail was handled with care. The team truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and welcomed. Their excellent customer service and positive attitude make a big difference. I highly recommend this community because of the outstanding staff and the great experience they provide.

Overall, we’ve had a good experience living here. The only concern I would like to mention is the entrance gate. It hasn’t been working properly, and since the area is very busy, fixing it would really help improve the safety and security of the residents. UPDATE!!!! The gate has been fixed! Just two days after I spoke about my concern, it was already repaired. Wow, that was fast! I have never lived in such a beautiful place where they truly care about their residents. I feel completely at home and safe here with my family, which is the most important thing. They definitely have my 5 stars. Everyone on the team here is wonderful, and maintenance is very quick. I especially want to thank Kristen, who is excellent at her job. She truly cares about every detail and is always attentive to residents’ concerns. This place makes me feel heard, and I am very grateful. It’s definitely a place you should stop by and visit.

Great Apartment community to live.. Staffs are friendly and maintenance teams rocks with on-time fixes. I would recommend this community for a quiet and ambient living with a sparkling pool and Gym Amenities.

When confronted with the daunting task of temporarily relocating from El Paso to San Antonio for medical purposes, I felt overwhelmed and uncertain about where to begin. I was in search of an affordable, serene, and wheelchair-accessible haven, preferably close to University of Texas Medical Center, that would provide a safe sanctuary for myself, my grandbaby and daughter By divine providence, one day after numerous doctor appointments, we stumbled upon Cortland Apartments. We were immediately captivated by their stunning landscaping and warmly greeted by the courteous office staff. To our surprise, we were able to tour an array of model apartments, each offering a range of room options and sizes, with or without garages, upstairs or downstairs.
