Great community all around. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the amenities are a nice bonus—especially the pool and common areas. Management and staff are professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a big difference. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to live—highly recommend!

I have lived here for one year, and it has been a wonderful experience. It’s a quiet and nice place to live. The maintenance team is amazing and always very responsive. The leasing office staff, Felicia and Nac, are excellent—very respectful, helpful, and always supportive. 😊

This complex has its flaws. Frequently broken laundry machines, pests on the lower floors, and the ancient A.C. system can't handle a Virginia summer. But I think the other reviews on here are misleading. Roosevelt Towers is by far the best rental deal in the area. The neighboring apartments are all more expensive and I hear they have all the same problems. Unlike any of my past landlords, the Elm management team is communicative and helpful, not to mention friendly. The on site management and staff truly do the best they can with the resources they're alotted, and with a pretty small team. The area is clean and safe and close to the metro and I have neighbors who have lived in this building for decades, which says something.
