Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Coalton and the management team. I hadn’t lived in an apartment in over 20 years and wasn’t sure what to expect. Not only do I love my little apartment, the floor plan, the amenities, the location…but the responsiveness of this management team is on point! I’ve been here a few months now and I feel like I always know about any potential issues in advance, any time I’ve reached out I’ve gotten a quick and helpful response, and when I’ve chatted with any of them in person, they are warm, kind, happy people. I don’t have a single complaint. I love living here and am grateful to the amazing team that helped make it happen!

The pool and amenities are all lovely! Joseph was so friendly and helpful when we were moving in. Jonathan does great work and responds quickly to maintenance calls. Overall great team and nice place to live :)

September 27th, 2025: I’ve been living here since June and I have to say this is the best apartment I have lived in. Joseph is amazing and is always super kind to me when I see him. The maintenance team is also great and super kind and do great work. The complex is always very clean and I’ve rarely had instances of it being dirty. Overall super happy with the apartment so far, they are some of the nicest apartments in the Broomfield area and great for the price. Also the area is lovely and clean and there are so many options for food and shopping. Costco is less than 10 minutes away as well! If you are active there’s lots of places to run and bike with 36 being super close so you can avoid cars. They are also super communicative about things going on around the apartment and proactive. There was an issue regarding loud cars in the Walmart parking lot and they were able to connect with Walmart so they can address the issue and I haven’t heard loud cars as often before so it has improved! The complex feels safe and located in a great, quiet neighborhood. We’ve visited a few times and always enjoy coming here as guests. The serene atmosphere, well-maintained grounds, and convenient amenities make it a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

I absolutely love living here! The amenities are great, the location is just perfect (FlatIron Crossing Mall and Walmart are literally 1 minute away) and the mountain view is truly unbeatable. Joseph and the whole management and service team are amazing. It's such a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to live! The community is very safe, quiet, and well maintained, and the neighborhood feels secure. The location is amazing - Walmart is within walking distance and there’s a shopping center nearby. Management and office staff are very friendly and always helpful. Maintenance responds quickly and resolves issues right away. The complex is large, has plenty of parking, a beautiful pool, and a great BBQ area. We had a great experience living here and highly recommend this community.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin — this place has been such a special part of my life. The apartments have incredible views, the area is absolutely gorgeous, and as an artist, I found this community truly inspiring. There’s something about the light, the surroundings, and the atmosphere here that just feels creative and alive. No matter where I went, I always found myself coming back — nothing compares to this place! What really makes it feel like home, though, are the people. Joseph is truly the best manager — caring, attentive, and he treats everyone like family. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the community. Stephanie is wonderful as well — kind, professional, and always helpful. In four years living here, I haven’t had any real issues. And even small things — like a clogged sink — get fixed the same day, faster than you can imagine! The maintenance and management team are incredibly responsive. I was able to focus on my art and did not have to worry about anything else :
