I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Cortland at Castle Hills! The community is beautifully maintained, and the landscaping always looks pristine. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed with high-quality finishes that really make it feel like home. The amenities are a major plus—especially the resort-style pool, fitness center, and resident lounge. There’s always something happening, from food truck nights to community events, which makes it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. Management and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, and quick to respond. Any issues I’ve had have been resolved promptly and efficiently. I also appreciate the secure package lockers and convenient location—close to shopping, dining, and major highways, but still tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend Cortland at Castle Hills to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

Cortland is an amazing to live at despite some of the negative comments I see over here. Majorly because of its luxury living and also amazing front office team(especially Sierra) making every request easy and seamless. Thanks to Sierra the move in and setting in was all smooth and welcoming. P.S All you gotta do for not getting your car get towed is to not park in reserved spaces, not too hard i guess.

Love this community. Went to a walk through as a future prospect. I love the attention the property has. It is clean and pretty. It’s definitely at the top of my list to move in can’t wait for June to come to make it my future home. I had to leave a review since I was very pleased with the service I received.

Amazing beautiful place, amazing 'Celso' this guy made my day. Very welcoming. The maintenance staff extremely nice, I loved the communication and how Olda the manager made sure everything was restored. I love the staff all if them and how clean everything is.

Celso, Jessica, and Zoey are fantastic 😊 I mean SUPER HELPFUL. Our tour was really professional, answered all our questions and didn't have us feeling weird or strange no matter what the question were. Newly built, looks amazing and clean. The pool area and the business center are probably two of my favorite places outside of our unit. If you haven't checked them out, you need to visit and take a tour and I believe you will love it as much as I do.
