I have lived here for almost two years and truly have not had any issues. I love that our complex holds events for residents and this is such a great way to meet our neighbors. This past Friday we had yet another event and it was so much fun! Thanks, Angelica for hosting this event. We all laughed so much and it was a great time!!!

Okay, I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and I will tell you this is one of the best complexes I’ve lived at. The office and maintenance staff are AMAZING and prompt in handling any issues. The fact that the office will call you back and leave a voicemail if they missed your call is insane! Last summer when I got home from work, I found out that the apartment above me flooded and water flooded my apartment. There was no significant damage but there were HUGE machines in my apartment working to get the water out and it was extremely loud. The manager IMMEDIATELY allowed me to stay in the apartment’s model unit until my apartment was back to normal. Not only did they do that, but they did not pressure me to go back UNTIL I felt comfortable with the end result. The events the apartment has are amazing and you can tell they truly care about the residents. Amenities are top tier and I LOVE their rule of only residents parking in the garage. I’m generally satisfied with life here. Since it’s a new apartment, it’s clean, and I think the interior amenities use high-quality materials. There were times when the service was poor, but it has improved recently. One concern is that many birds come because the lake is nearby, but aside from that, it’s comfortable.

My experience with Cortland at Castle Hills has been excellent. The friendly staff made the move in process easy and made me feel welcomed. They are always helpful and professional. The property is always clean inside, and the landscaping outside is always kept to look amazing. The property has everything you need from nice layouts of the apartment, a gym and a pool.

Moved in around 4 months ago and the living situation has been great so far. No issues during move-in, have felt very secure within the building, enjoying the garage parking, and all amenities have maintained it's cleanliness and upkeep. The front desk has been prompt and helpful with their responses whenever I have a question. Leaving at 4 stars for now as it hasn't even been 6 months yet, but happy here so far!

The move-in process was very easy. There was constant communication and they were very timely when answering our questions. Sanneh helped us tour and move in to our apartment. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone else we have encountered in the front office has been very nice and helpful as well. The amenities like the lounge, pool, and gym are very well kept and clean. Overall we have had a great experience and would recommend Castle Hills.

I recently toured Castle Hills and the office team was so friendly and relatable ! I toured with Sanneh and it was a great experience overall… I’ve been apartment searching for some time and honestly was exhausted from touring other communities and every unit looking the same smh, so, before I walk in my expectations was low but the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere got me feeling excited again. Plus they have lots of amenities and clean, spacious units and hallways! I love that it’s not far from the highway

Been here since Jan 2025 very easy move in process with Sierra only bad thing the service elevator was out so my movers charged me $100 more for having to come all the way around (bummer🥴). The fire alarms went off alot from Jan to March during the cold storms but hasn’t since then. The property landscape is nice & up keep around by the cleaning associates well done. They try to keep the hallways vacuumed, elevators & other areas mopped, trashed picked up but they can only do so much when some of the tenants act like slums. I’ve noticed the stairwell with trash, parking floors with residents throwing trash outta their vehicle, trash bags outside the door on certain floors outside the entry door on off trash days, people moving leaving their junk not taking it to the trash. I also have brought up the fact people drive through the parking garage like nascar & i’ve almost had 3 collisions because either they fly around the corner or use the space like it’s for one car only to drive through. Overall a great experience. Pool is fantastic. Dog park is great. Reserved parking makes sure we don’t have to search for a spot. Maintenance has been quick and responsive the few times we’ve needed something.

Although I can say for most of my residency here, the amenities were nice, my apartment itself is nice, and I THOUGHT we had management who cared about their tenants. I can now say this is not the case. They will not help with stolen packages whatsoever, when they finally do get around to reviewing the cameras in the mail room, they will not provide the footage to the police department (PER LEWISVILLE PD) and they do not provide lease violations to individuals CAUGHT ON CAMERA taking packages that do not belong to them. Your emails will be ignored for over a month and the manager will avoid speaking with you even though you hear him laughing and speaking with the workers who allow you to sit in the leasing office for 10+ minutes as they joke around. If you don't care about package security, this is the apartment for you UPDATE: New management is nice, more diligent in ensuring package room is secure. Even called me to discuss how they will be changing mail room practices to make it more secure against theft.

There’s always something happening, from food truck nights to community events, which makes it easy to meet neighbors and feel connected. Management and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, and quick to respond. Any issues I’ve had have been resolved promptly and efficiently. I also appreciate the secure package lockers and convenient location—close to shopping, dining, and major highways, but still tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Cortland is an amazing to live at despite some of the negative comments I see over here. Majorly because of its luxury living and also amazing front office team(especially Sierra) making every request easy and seamless. Thanks to Sierra the move in and setting in was all smooth and welcoming. P.S All you gotta do for not getting your car get towed is to not park in reserved spaces, not too hard i guess.

Celso, Jessica, and Zoey are fantastic 😊 I mean SUPER HELPFUL. Our tour was really professional, answered all our questions and didn't have us feeling weird or strange no matter what the question were. Newly built, looks amazing and clean. The pool area and the business center are probably two of my favorite places outside of our unit. If you haven't checked them out, you need to visit and take a tour and I believe you will love it as much as I do.

Since January 2025 when I first checked out this place I fell in love. I had a horrible experience my first year moving to Texas from California and Cortland specifically Sierra has been amazing. I moved in to my place in April and everything was SMOOTH! No complaints at all. The entire process was a breath of fresh air. I got to see my unit prior to moving in and even got my keys a day early since my move in date was on a Saturday. Sierra has been very responsive to all of my questions and making sure I was happy. Since moving in I feel at ease and safe. From the staff to other tenants everyone has been very welcoming and polite. I can’t wait to get 100% settled and explore all of the great amenities. 🤎

This property is beautiful, probably the best looking Cortland in the area in my opinion. The staff, especially the assistant manager Celso, is super friendly, even the maintenance crew goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a luxury feel for a fraction of the price, you definitely wanna come here. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have lived here for 4 months now. I love my apartment! My leasing process was great and the staff made it easy to lease and arrange key pickup with me moving from TN back to DFW. I’ve only had 2-3 maintenance issues and they were handled quickly. Nothing experienced here is anything out of the ordinary for mid-rise high-rise community living. Yes, there are occasional issues with the elevator, and elevator repair companies are notorious for dragging their feet on sending technicians and resolving issues quickly. Parking is simple and easy as long as you’re a registered resident and don’t park in a reserved space in the parking garage you won’t be Towed. Visitors parking is on the exterior and doesn’t require registration and none of my visitors have ever been towed. Staff keeps us well informed when things happen, or expected maintenance and I’m happy. I love the resident events when I’m able to make them. I am glad to call Cortland at castle hills home.

This apartment complex feels like a luxury hotel. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, it exuded high-end living. During my tour with Natalie Ramirez, I was introduced to some impressive amenities that I’ve never seen in an apartment before—a full-size gym with a Peloton bike, a pool area, a stylish common space, and even attached garages that allow you to drive up to your floor. My best friend, stay here. I love the setup. In side gym. Pool outside the area is always nice and clean. If you work from home and just want to get out of your apartment, the downstairs area is really cute and quiet. The walls are very thin, so no loud music or TV on volume is high. You will get a call from the office, but overall, I most definitely recommend this place.
