Hi! I moved in less than three weeks ago, and one of the first things that has stood out to me is the exceptional service from the maintenance team. I submitted two maintenance requests for 2 different things, and I am incredibly impressed by how quickly they responded. I had the pleasure of meeting William while he was helping with one of the requests, and he couldn’t have been anymore exceptional. I truly appreciate the prompt service and excellent support from the team!

I’ve been living here for almost a year, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is quick to respond to any inquiries. It’s also conveniently located, and you can walk to almost anywhere you need to go. And the nail salon downstairs is a hidden gem. You should definitely check it out! Buckhead Nail Lounge

I’m ONLY leaving this review for concierge and concierge only and specifically Ciara & Nick. Their customer service is unmatched compared to past concierge personnel, their attentiveness, and kindness deserves more than this review. Honestly, they’re so helpful, always have amazing customer service, attitude, great work ethics, and always there when assistance is needed. I feel safe and secure with them being at concierge. They make sure my packages and deliveries are correctly labeled and safely put up. Also, they KNOW what they’re doing. If you guys keep anyone to make this apartment complex running smoothly I suggest Ciara 10000% & Nick. They’re amazing through & through. I had to give them their flowers. 💕✨

I recently moved into this building and the experience has been great thus far. The location could not be better and the upkeep of the building and its amenities has been excellent. From the moment we arrived, Leidalis, the community manager, along with the Shay, the leasing consultant welcomed my daughter and I with open arms. They have gone above and beyond to address our questions, priorities and provide quick, thoughtful solutions. The concierge, Nick, has also been helpful and overall I feel very safe here, which means a lot to me as a mother. The neighbors I have encountered have been friendly and welcoming, which has made the transition even more enjoyable. I am truly excited to live here and experience everything this building has to offer!

I recently moved here, I think the property it very beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are nice and the new renovations really steals the show. The property manager, Leidalis was very professional and helpful. She went over and beyond to make sure my move in process went smoothly. Highly recommend!
