I toured this property and was immediately impressed by how beautiful and welcoming the community is -- it truly feels like home. I’ve lived Cortland at Buckhead Village for almost a year, and I’ve truly appreciated the improvements the new Cortland management team has made since taking over. You can feel the difference in how the community is cared for and how responsive the team is. I want to personally recognize Katherine, Dolce, Laidalis, and Danielle, they’ve all been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my time here. Their professionalism and genuine care really made living here a great experience. Although I’ll be moving soon due to personal reasons, I’m leaving with nothing but gratitude. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live in Buckhead.

We toured this building today and the amenities blew us away! The pictures simply don’t do any justice and the sauna/cold plunge were game changers. They are always quick in response and make sure your query or concern is addressed and go above and beyond to help. Not only they are friendly and warm, they are meticulous in bringing creative ideas to host community events and every event in the community is nothing but fun. I toured the Buckhead Village community last week and was impressed by the overall experience. The staff members in the leasing office were welcoming and displayed a high level of professionalism, taking the time to address all of my inquiries thoroughly. The unit I examined was clean, modern, and featured an excellent layout. I particularly appreciated the abundant natural lighting and the contemporary appliances. The amenities also stood out; the gym was well-maintained. Furthermore, parking facilities seemed adequate, and the neighborhood displayed a great deal of walkability. I recently had the opportunity to visit Cortland at Buckhead Village for a 2-bedroom apartment. The property made a solid first impression. From the exterior, it was clear that the amenities were top tier. Inside, the unit was clean and spacious, with an open layout that made it feel larger than the square footage suggests. The natural lighting in the living area was excellent thanks to large windows, and the kitchen was updated with modern appliances and sufficient storage. One downside was that the bedrooms felt a bit smaller than expected, but they were still functional. Dolce was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided additional information without being overly pushy.

Just renewed my lease and transferred to a larger unit, the complex is great! Fantastic location, the leasing staff is super helpful and friendly. Maintenance is also great, they have helped me with every issue quickly! The new maintenance supervisor, Aaron Jefferson, is wonderful, took care of all my requests urgently and made sure my new unit was perfect!

From the second I moved in, it just felt like home. The apartment is super clean, has great natural light, and everything feels modern and well taken care of. The current office staff is wonderful, and the concierge has been great lately. There are alot of upgrades in the works as well. I would say I cannot think of a better place in Buckhead to call home! When i first moved into this complex a year and a half ago I left a terrible review, I was so disappointed. Since then we have gotten new management and I couldn’t be happier. S/o to Danielle, she has completely changed the complex around for the better. I just resigned my lease because of her! The elevators now work, the common areas are well kept, and the new gym equipment is fantastic! I really have no complaints.

As a resident of this building for the past three years, I’m honestly disappointed with the current state of things—BUT TODAY THEY ANNOUNCED MANAGEMENT . YAYYYYYY Hopefully, someone somewhere is reading these reviews and actually taking notes. Because at this point, it feels like we’re managing ourselves. Let’s start with the amenities—or should I say, the lack thereof. The gym equipment breaks and just stays broken. The grills? Haven’t worked in over a year. I nearly blew myself up on Monday trying to use one, only for caution tape to finally go up after the fact. (Literally had to call the fire department) That entire area should’ve been shut down months ago. Also, can we please talk about the chaos that is the front desk? The staff is clearly overwhelmed( not their fault love them) trying to juggle Airbnb guest check-ins, sort resident packages, and somehow keep the building secure. It’s giving “hotel with a doorman” energy, not luxury living. If you’re going to allow Airbnb traffic, maybe hire additional

I had an issue my Microwave wkuld not wkrk. Maintance was called & they did an amazing job. They it up & runninh & now I eat popcorn everyday. Also I had been given the wrong information on where to place my tradh. They saw me on elevator with it one day & gave me the right information. I love this community and the ability to walk around Buckhead so easily. Great location, many restaurants and multiple gyms nearby. Crystal is a shinning star as the property manager in the office, her personality is something I felt this office lacked under previous management. Someone who listens to feedback and gets something done about it, not in one ear and out the other. Almost as if there is no task or need too large for her. When something needs to get done, Crystal is always on top of it! I am glad to call 3005 Buckhead my home and I look forward to many more years of being here.

We loved our unit at 3005, and had almost no issues with our unit while we lived. While there was a recent issue with elevators, that has mostly been resolved. The management team has been extremely communicative about the updates and progress. The amenities are nice (especially the gym), and the building is in the heart of Buckhead near a fetch - which was a super convenient.

I wanted to take the time to leave a review here. I visited this beautiful property not to long ago, and I must say the views are breathtaking. As I was waiting in the lobby for my friends, I was greeted by a Beautiful young lady sitting at the front desk named Laquita. She exhibited such a great attitude & warm smile as soon as I entered the building. She was super accommodating & offered suggestions on pretty good restaurants nearby. I will be visiting my friends again soon. I really hope to see her so I can tell her that the Fish Market was a great choice! Cheers!
