I’ve been at Cortland Armour Yards for about a month now, and I couldn’t be happier! The property is beautiful, and my newly renovated apartment feels fresh and modern with top-quality appliances and fixtures. I’ve noticed they’re updating the common areas too (the hallways were just repainted), and I’m excited to see the improvements continue. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is always quick, and the amenities are spotless and well cared for. The community feels safe, welcoming, and truly like home. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived at Courtland at Armour since 2018 and couldn’t be happier with the current management. I've experienced different management, but the current team is a “Chef’s Kiss”. The staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives me peace of mind. The apartment is modern, clean, well-maintained, and undergoing further upgrades. I especially love the location and the peace of mind. My apartment is tranquil and within walking distance to my office. The appliances are all up-to-date, and the finishes give it an upscale feel. The community amenities are a big plus—a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and quiet shared spaces are great for working remotely. I also appreciate how safe and well-lit everything is, especially at night. Overall, I highly recommend Courtland to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live. It truly feels like home, all thanks to the head hunco-Wakeelah.
