My move-in experience was definitely more chaotic than I expected, so I wanted to give an honest review of my experience so far. Originally, I was supposed to move into a different apartment, but the availability date kept getting pushed back. It eventually reached a point where I could have been without a place to stay for about three weeks. Thankfully, Stephanie called me at the last minute to let me know another unit had become available. Since I really didn’t have many other options at that point, I accepted it. Stephanie did everything she could to help me before going on leave for personal matters, and I genuinely appreciate her for that. Unfortunately, once someone else took over, communication seemed to fall apart. I still hadn’t received my lease to sign, and I ultimately didn’t have a signed lease until the actual day I moved in. I’ve been living here for going on 2 months and my experience has been nothing less than amazing! My leasing agent “Lacina”, has made my entire moving/living experience the best one yet! Leasing staff is very friendly and attentive to residents concerns, which I love! 10/10 experience so far! Thanks again

I toured this community with my Sister yesterday and i was thoroughly impressed. Had i not already signed a renewal lease very recently where i live, i would be applying here immediately. All their units have been renovated and are simply beautiful. Their grounds are well kept, their amenities are nicely maintained, and the rent prices are very reasonable for what you get (square footage, new appliances, etc.). I can't speak to the daily living experience as i only toured, but other than the congestion of the surrounding area, i believe this community is praiseworthy.

At this time I will like to give special thanks to Danielle, for being do patience and understanding with me and making my over all whole moving experience to an new apartment great.She was prompt and consistent with handling all of my needs with my new apartment, and her professionalism and one on one customer service was great,not at any time no matter how much I was bugging her and her staff about things that I needed she gave any attitude. She was very attentive on what my concerns where and I could tell that she was very sincere about concerns or problems that her tenants might have. So I've like to just give a big kudos 👏 to Danielle thanks 😊 and keep up the good work.

I had a problem with my ac and I called the office and I spoke to The manager she was very polite and very efficient and my ac is back working and she even called back to make sure it was working

I recently toured Courtland and had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Moore, the property manager. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to walk me through the property, answer all of my questions in detail, explain the renovations and highlight the amenities that would best fit my needs. Ms. Moore’s patience and clear communication made the leasing process easy to understand, and she genuinely made me feel comfortable about the idea of making Courtland my new home. Her professionalism and warm personality left a very positive impression, and I truly appreciated the way she went above and beyond during my visit.
