At this time I will like to give special thanks to Danielle, for being do patience and understanding with me and making my over all whole moving experience to an new apartment great.She was prompt and consistent with handling all of my needs with my new apartment, and her professionalism and one on one customer service was great,not at any time no matter how much I was bugging her and her staff about things that I needed she gave any attitude. She was very attentive on what my concerns where and I could tell that she was very sincere about concerns or problems that her tenants might have. So I've like to just give a big kudos 👏 to Danielle thanks 😊 and keep up the good work.

I recently toured Courtland and had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Moore, the property manager. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to walk me through the property, answer all of my questions in detail, explain the renovations and highlight the amenities that would best fit my needs. Ms. Moore’s patience and clear communication made the leasing process easy to understand, and she genuinely made me feel comfortable about the idea of making Courtland my new home. Her professionalism and warm personality left a very positive impression, and I truly appreciated the way she went above and beyond during my visit.

The location is perfect, maintenance and cleanliness is always up to par , the management in the building are always friendly and helping especially the building manager Wakeelah, she goes out of her way and beyond to help me and anything I may need assistance with. I’ve been living here for about a year and have seen some really positive changes. Not sure if there’s new ownership, but the updates, especially the renovated spaces and newer appliances have made a big difference. The location is super convenient, being close to downtown, and the staff is always responsive to questions and maintenance requests through the portal. Overall, I’m really liking what I’m seeing so far. Let me say this, Stephanie , Danielle and Wakeelah are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They really worked with me to make sure everything that needed to be done, was done!! Wakeelah, I can’t thank you enough!

My experience was warming. I felt like I already lived at this community. I met with Laci. She answered everyone of my questions with top notch customer service. I’ve visited a lot of apartments and went on tours but Laci’s customer service was excellent. A lot of times communities make you feel rushed when touring but she took her time with us and I greatly appreciate how warm she made this experience is especially when it’s already stressful moving

I’ve been at Cortland Armour Yards for about a month now, and I couldn’t be happier! The property is beautiful, and my newly renovated apartment feels fresh and modern with top-quality appliances and fixtures. I’ve noticed they’re updating the common areas too (the hallways were just repainted), and I’m excited to see the improvements continue. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is always quick, and the amenities are spotless and well cared for. The community feels safe, welcoming, and truly like home. Highly recommend!

They're always incredibly polite and helpful! It's a nice change from a lot of complexes where they just seem constantly irritated to even be dealing with anything.

I lived here for a year. Can't beat the location being right next to the highway and the price is pretty good. It's nicely right next the start of the beltline. I'd say if you're looking for a place that's pretty good quality for a cost effective price that's near some good restaurants and activities, it's worth it. Also, shoutout to Velvet in the front office! She is very polite and helpful. I had a dispute with my deposit and she was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Property going through renovations. I’ve been here for 6 months now and new management took over within my first month. Negatives: random apartment checks with short notification, gate is always broken, construction workers taking main level parking, charging for parking is ridiculous, main doors being left propped open and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night/ early morning, and a ridiculous charge of a $75 fee for valet trash violations. Staff community is friendly and helpful at times. Velvet was helpful in regards to a fee concern.

I moved to the Cortland in March & I must say my experience has been great. The property is well kept & secure. The leasing agents are extremely helpful & attentive. Khaylob is my absolute favorite! He doesn’t miss a beat, he has exceeded all expectations. From making my move in process went smoothly without any mishaps down to anytime I need something done in my unit, I inform Khaylob because I know he will make it a priority to ensure things get done with a sense of urgency. I’ve lived at Courtland at Armour since 2018 and couldn’t be happier with the current management. I've experienced different management, but the current team is a “Chef’s Kiss”. The staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives me peace of mind. The apartment is modern, clean, well-maintained, and undergoing further upgrades. I especially love the location and the peace of mind. My apartment is tranquil and within walking distance to my office. The appliances are all up-to-date, and the finishes give it an upscale feel. The community amenities are a big plus—a beautiful pool, a well-equipped gym, and quiet shared spaces are great for working remotely. I also appreciate how safe and well-lit everything is, especially at night. Overall, I highly recommend Courtland to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live. It truly feels like home, all thanks to the head hunco-Wakeelah.

I absolutely love and appreciate my CWS community. Starting with my Luxury apartment I am so grateful I found it when I did. I wanted to give our new management team a good review because they are making a lot of positive changes. This building was full of trash crazy pool parties and junk cars everywhere leaving some of us no where to park. This places is a lot better than it has been in a long time. Keep doing what you all are doing. The negative people will fall in line or move out and mess up somewhere else. This is home for a lot of us and we care. Great job new staff!!!!
