Love living in Johnstown location. Deedee is amazing and always helpful. Appreciate the clean community and the amenities. I recommend living here if you want to be close to places and near the highway.

A great place to live! Such nice apartments and amenities. Deedee is such a delight everytime I go into the office! She always welcomes me with a smile and is so sweet. If I ever have a question or concern, she will have the answer right away. I have never experienced such a kind and welcoming apartment office staff member out of all of the apartments I have ever lived in. She's a little ray of sunshine and I always leave the office feeling heard, understood and cared about. I could go on and on, she's just the best!!

I have been at Cortland since Feb 28th. I stayed in one bedroom first to wait for availability for 2 bedroom. I don’t care what I need the staff is on top of everything. I moved from a home and thought it would be tough to transition to apartments but I’m thrilled I did. Dee Dee is a doll and takes care of every request. Her smile brightens your day no matter what you are going through and handles your requests seemlessly! I never thought living in apartments again would be so enjoyable!!

My husband and I have lived at Cortland at 2534 for over 5 years, and it is by far the best-run apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. We’ve had literally maybe 1-2 spiders in our unit since moving in, which is insane and demonstrates how good the pest control is! The pool is regularly maintained (and open year-round!), as well as the gym. The office staff is incredible too! Our dog begs to go into the office to get treats whenever we walk by. Dee Dee and the rest of the staff are clearly proactive about keeping the community organized and well-run.

I did not end up moving here BUT thats ONLY because there were no Galloway floor plans open, Dee Dee is a joy to work with and this apartment was my top choice, im sad it didnt work out but 10/10 reccomend, just go check out the model, a dream of an apartment! so cozy

I have recently moved into the community and from day one it has been a welcoming and inviting experience. Dee Dee in the office is a pure delight to work with and even when I had an unpleasant experience with parking they handled it quickly and professionally. I feel safe, heard and love my apartment! The maintenance staff responds super fast too, which is a welcomed surprise! The accounting staff is extremely helpful with my questions. I have suggested the community to many co-workers looking for a place. Can't wait to enjoy the beautiful pool and other amenities they offer here. Its quiet and clean and after searching for 2 months for a place...found my home for the next 12 months and maybe beyond!

We moved to Cortland 2534 in 2019 and we wouldn’t think about moving. The management team is always eager to help, the maintenance team gets the job right every time and the amenities are amazing. There’s a superior pool and hot tub, grills for common use, a game room with pool table, video game hookups, a library/work room and a cinema room. Oh, and the coffee is terrific. Lol. Take a tour. I don’t think you can be displeased with this place!

We have been living here at Cortland 2534 for a few months now and LOVE it! DeeDee who is the “personality” of the office is just AWESOME’!! She is super friendly and we instantly connected with her! The amenities at this complex are beyond anything that I’ve ever had! The pool area is like a resort and they have the coolest room to play pool, ping pong or shuffle board!! There is not a hundred “hidden” fees like we have experienced at other places! The complex is clean and the people are really friendly! I have to say a shoutout to Brittni in the office also because she is warm and welcoming and I instantly felt like she is there for you. Come in and talk to DeeDee and see what I’m talking about! It’s SO worth it! 😊

The entire clubhouse is amazing. I attended a summer guest lunch and we were welcomed with smiles and gift samples from a nearby salon and outside the staff were cooking a bbq lunch. We were able to enioy at a table around the pool. Then we sat by the fire pit and visited with neighbors and staff. After, we went into the clubhouse and got to see the well maintained gym, movie theater and the games room. We played a couple of the tabletop games and ended with the nice seated balcony view of the area. I really enjoyed our time visiting that day.

Cortland at 2534 was a great place to call home for 3.5 years. From day one, the community was well-kept, quiet, and welcoming, making our time there very enjoyable. The management team deserves a special shout-out for being professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our lease. The maintenance crew was equally impressive—quick to respond, efficient, and always friendly when handling any requests. In all my prior rental experiences, I’ve never encountered a management team as compassionate and attentive as Cortland at 2534. It’s not often you find people who go out of their way to make residents feel valued, even after we moved out last month. The front office is amazing with anything you may need, and this was such an easy, simple place to live at. If you need anything, the office/maintenance team is there to help you. I never had any issues when it came to the things i needed. Thank you again for your exceptional service and for creating such a welcoming and respectful community.

They’ve been incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient every time we've needed something fixed. They show up quickly and get the job done right. We appreciate how courteous and respectful they are when coming into our living space. They always explain what they're doing, clean up after themselves, and make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. I moved into the complex in 2018 and couldn't have been happier with the experience. The apartments were well-designed, modern, and perfectly located for my needs — 50 minutes to DIA, close enough to Denver, Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, and Greeley to enjoy all of the arts, sports, and food options I wanted. The property is well maintained and is a place you can be proud to have visitors. The pool, gym, and common area amenities are fantastic. What really sets Cortland at 2534 apart, though, is the people. The maintenance staff is amazing and responsive while the office staff makes it a point to get to know you and accommodate where they can. Special shout-outs to Brittany and Patience who were exceptional throughout my time there. For me, a home is about the people and this staff helps make Cortland feel like home.

Just recently moved into Cortland at 2534 and I can not believe how comfortable my family and I already feel! Dee Dee is only a few months into her position here but she has been a blessing, amazing and helpful. My one year old daughter loves her and will try to go into her office to say hi whenever we are in the common area. Free lattes in the morning, many amazing amenities, spacious floor plans, quiet units, dog friendly ( dog park) and in a very nice location if you don’t like driving 15+ minutes to find a good restaurant or shopping center. Thank you Cortland for giving my family comfort and for maintaining a beautiful complex and a special shoutout to Dee Dee for welcoming us into the community and making us feel at home.

I lived here for a little over 2 years and there are a lot of positives to this community. The biggest positive is the staff. Patience knew each of my family member's name seemingly immediately and it we ever had any issue, concern, or complaint she would handle it immediately. Always was friendly and greeted us by name. The maintenance team as a whole was incredible as well. I don't remember their names individually, but every single one of them was awesome. Service requests were done within a day and when our AC/Heating went out they fixed it within an hour. They would even greet us while we walked around the property. Amenities are cool, but I didn't use them a lot. Pool was inconsistently heated, but I was able to use it in the winter some nights. The movie theater was a fun place to hold a movie night. The only complaint I have is that it was always too warm upstairs where the amenities are, regardless of season. (Pool excluded) When he was still at this location, Jessie was also amazing. Really glad we moved here! Walking distance to everything at JP, and only a couple minutes from The Promenade/Centerra shops and medical center of the Rockies. With I25 and 34 meeting right here, it’s easy to head out any direction. The amenities and community are top notch, best layout I’ve ever seen in a 2br, and the room have tons of space. The person (Patience) who initially helped us get our application started is the best, although all of the staff are very welcoming.

More of a 4.5 stars but it rounds up! Everyone has room for improvement. Absolutely amazing office staff that are willing to help with anything (I dropped an ID on our first day and they ended up returning it to us within an hour), so friendly, and pleasant to work with. Shout out Patience and Jessie. Great amenities including pool, hot tub, movie room, ping pong, shuffleboard, game room and more! Also community events and food trucks! Very quick maintenance staff and also friendly. One of the best apartment experiences!

This was a great place to live! The leasing office was very kind and communicative. Any repair requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The Cortland team always held events and fun gatherings to connect the community, such as food trucks and cookie days. There is an Amazon hub here as well, though delivery drivers usually had difficulty navigating the complex. The cost at move-out for repairs was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to others.
