Cortland at 2534 was a great place to call home for 3.5 years. From day one, the community was well-kept, quiet, and welcoming, making our time there very enjoyable. The management team deserves a special shout-out for being professional, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our lease. The maintenance crew was equally impressive—quick to respond, efficient, and always friendly when handling any requests. We recently moved out, but we’re grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend Cortland at 2534 to anyone looking for a well-managed community. LB & Rich C108 out.

In all my prior rental experiences, I’ve never encountered a management team as compassionate and attentive as Cortland at 2534. It’s not often you find people who go out of their way to make residents feel valued, even after we moved out last month. The front office is amazing with anything you may need, and this was such an easy, simple place to live at. If you need anything, the office/maintenance team is there to help you. I never had any issues when it came to the things i needed. Thank you again for your exceptional service and for creating such a welcoming and respectful community.

They’ve been incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient every time we've needed something fixed. They show up quickly and get the job done right. Just recently moved into Cortland at 2534 and I can not believe how comfortable my family and I already feel! Dee Dee is only a few months into her position here but she has been a blessing, amazing and helpful. My one year old daughter loves her and will try to go into her office to say hi whenever we are in the common area. Free lattes in the morning, many amazing amenities, spacious floor plans, quiet units, dog friendly ( dog park) and in a very nice location if you don’t like driving 15+ minutes to find a good restaurant or shopping center. Thank you Cortland for giving my family comfort and for maintaining a beautiful complex and a special shoutout to Dee Dee for welcoming us into the community and making us feel at home.

Cortland at 2534 provides an apartment that "feels like home" right away! The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always helpful. The grounds are beautiful with trees or bushes visible out each of my ground floor windows. The amenities of a large workout area, pool and jacuzzi, grills and open areas for gatherings are only part of the benefits provided. I'm fortunate to have found Cortland at 2534.

I lived here for a little over 2 years and there are a lot of positives to this community. The biggest positive is the staff. Patience knew each of my family member's name seemingly immediately and it we ever had any issue, concern, or complaint she would handle it immediately. Always was friendly and greeted us by name. The maintenance team as a whole was incredible as well. I don't remember their names individually, but every single one of them was awesome. Service requests were done within a day and when our AC/Heating went out they fixed it within an hour. They would even greet us while we walked around the property. Amenities are cool, but I didn't use them a lot. Pool was inconsistently heated, but I was able to use it in the winter some nights. The movie theater was a fun place to hold a movie night. The only complaint I have is that it was always too warm upstairs where the amenities are, regardless of season. (Pool excluded) When he was still at this location, Jessie was also amazing. Really glad we moved here! Walking distance to everything at JP, and only a couple minutes from The Promenade/Centerra shops and medical center of the Rockies. With I25 and 34 meeting right here, it’s easy to head out any direction. The amenities and community are top notch, best layout I’ve ever seen in a 2br, and the room have tons of space. The person (Patience) who initially helped us get our application started is the best, although all of the staff are very welcoming.

Amazing experience so far. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings so it feels more like a house. Great amenities like the pool/hot tube year round, big gym and tons of other stuff in the clubhouse. Best bang for your buck! Honestly have no complaints.

Absolutely amazing office staff that are willing to help with anything (I dropped an ID on our first day and they ended up returning it to us within an hour), so friendly, and pleasant to work with. Shout out Patience and Jessie. Great amenities including pool, hot tub, movie room, ping pong, shuffleboard, game room and more! Also community events and food trucks! Very quick maintenance staff and also friendly. One of the best apartment experiences!

This was a great place to live! The leasing office was very kind and communicative. Any repair requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The Cortland team always held events and fun gatherings to connect the community, such as food trucks and cookie days. There is an Amazon hub here as well, though delivery drivers usually had difficulty navigating the complex. The cost at move-out for repairs was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to others.

I didn’t know how good I had it until I left. I moved states and after spending just a couple weeks in the new apartment, I have realized that life was not bad at Cortland. I lived there for almost six years, long enough the complex to be known as “The Gateway”. Amenities are fantastic, with a decent pool, large hot tub, and beautiful grill area. I swear the walls are made of concrete, as you cannot hear the loudest of noises occurring in apartments next door. Even inside the apartment, any thud is dulled and I felt like I had privacy. The maintenance team was always prompt, and the office staff very kind and considerate. The grounds were well kept and maintained and their secure Amazon package hub is fantastic. Only complaint I ever have had was the lack of parking. If I didn’t choose to move 500 miles away, I would have stayed here in a heartbeat.

We moved here from a previous apartment that was bought out. We ended up having a terrible experience at our last apartment after that, the communication sucked and their customer service was terrible. After moving in here, it was a breath of fresh air. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and spacious, the community is amazing; everyone in the office is so kind and willing to help. They get back to you within an hour or two with any concerns you have which is something we completely lacked at our last apartment. Not to mention they do cute little events for their tenants. We are very happy we moved here and would highly recommend moving here.

Around a year ago, I transferred from a different Cortland in Lone Tree, and to be honest, my boyfriend and I were a little nervous given our experience at the other Cortland was a bit well...questionable.. but I must say, when we came to tour at 2534, we were IMMEDIATELY met with kindness. The whole team was so helpful during our transfer process. We are so thankful to have transferred to such a wonderful community! I have absolutely loved living here. Everyone is SO friendly. Both Patience and Jessie go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The complex is very well kept and all maintenance issues get solved almost immediately. Not to mention, the maintenance staff is AMAZING. They are all so so kind and accommodating. I am so glad that we chose this place to call home!

We just moved in on October 14th of this year and this has been the best experience we have had living in an apartment in the area! Patience has been so kind and helpful, they get back to you incredibly quickly if you ever need anything at all. We have the Galloway floor plan and it is by far the largest apartment we have ever lived in! We love all the windows, the valet trash and recycling as well as the location. We had a not so great experience at the last apartment complex we lived at so this has definitely been a breath of fresh air.

this Cortland 2534 is a great place to live, management prompt, friendly, always wanting to make sure to help when needed. they keep property clean, the maintenance team Trent Ken always are working hard to keep things picked up, up to date etc. The office Team Jessie, Patience and Brittany all are wonderful. Even though i may be a hassel visiting sometimes i know they make time for me. They have events and one t his morning for breakfast. Was so good. They let me bring a friend and were so kind to her as well. I give this place 5 stars and thank you for having a place to call home

I've lived at this properties for three years and i have loved every moment of it! The staff are very courteous and super friendly. The moment i walk into the leasing office i'm always greeted by welcoming smiles. The move in process was super easy because they walk you through step by step, very thoroughly, what you need to do. Great apartment in a great location. Maintenance and office staff are attentive and always friendly to work with. The pool and hottub are well maintained which is a big deal for me because my last complex the pool was always either dirty or not working properly so I hardly ever got to use it. I've used the pool and hottub here more since moving in than I have the whole time I lived at my last apartment. So far, loving it here.

Just moved out of my apartment here recently and couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly and understanding of my need to move out a little early. They were very flexible with working with me on my situation with my job relocation and made it nice and easy for me. If it wasn't for moving cuz of my job, I would've very much liked to have stayed here. Highly recommend to anyone who's looking or interested in living here.

Recently moved in and absolutely loving it so far. The staff was friendly and the move in was nice and smooth. My husband and I moved in recently and we couldn't be happier so far. We even noticed that they do resident events here which our last place didn't do so we're excited to be able to attend one soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. We are coming from out of state and the staff actually followed up with us and communicated with us like they were genuinely interested in having us whereas other places didn't even give us the time of day. Check them out if you haven't already and are interested in moving to the Johnstown/Loveland area!

Great apartment with great finishes. Can't beat the location since I work closer to Denver and my wife works in Greeley. The maintenance team here is fantastic. Anytime I have a problem, they get it taken care of quickly and professionally. Couldn't be happier with renting here.

Been renting with Cortland for a little while now. I've lived in another Cortland property before in another state and when I moved here for work, the transition couldn't have been any smoother. They were able to transfer me from my apartment in TX and it was almost seamless. Cortland seems to have something going for them because both the office and maintenance staff at both of the properties I've lived at so far have been amazing. Office staff is always friendly and maintenance was always quick to get my work orders taken care of. A few hiccups with some part shipping but otherwise, amazing. I was worried about not getting the same kind of service once I left my TX apartment but the staff here at Cortland at 2534 have been just as great and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Cortland for making this an easy move and for being a great place to live!

The maintenance guys and landscapers are incredible at making this property stand tall from the other properties in the area. They are always hard at work cleaning by picking up the trash and dog waste. I love looking at this place when I'm sitting at the pool and relaxing. The staff and maintenance team always treat me with respect. Its an amazing place to live!

This is by far one of the best places I've ever lived in. the amenities are great. the location right next to 2 major highways is prime. Staff both in the office and on the maintenance side are quick, knowledgeable and attentive. Resident events are also fun here!

Upon arrival of my scheduled tour Terrell was super friendly and welcoming. I was shown the lounge, gym, and pool; all super great amenities, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The apartment I was shown was perfect in size for one person (587 sqft). It has up to date appliances, good sized balcony, modern temperature control thermostat, and most importantly; in-unit washer and dryer justifying the affordable price of the unit. After touring 2 other Cortland properties in San Antonio, Terrell sold me on living here

The BEST experience with an apartment complex that I have had during our whole search for a home! We viewed all apartments nearby and this by far was the most friendly and welcoming one. They got us in during their busiest time, and worked with us with our very short timeline. EVERY agent in the office worked with us and worked very hard to get us what we were asking for. So far we love this complex. The staff is wonderful and understanding when you have an open line of communication. The amenities are wonderful. The heat is a little wanky for the three bedrooms. The heat doesn't disperse evenly to the two extra rooms due to blower issues when built but really not something that is a negative. When you have something that needs fixed maintenance is super easy to get ahold of and handle issues quickly. The only thing that is a bummer is the parking lot parking. If you dont pay to play you walk sort of far especially buildings A and B im sure other buildings too but i only can speak to those two.

Cortland is a great place to live . The amenities are our favorite ! Rent is competitive with apartment complexes around this area. Jessie is a great manager he is very prompt to resolve any issues and is always willing to help in any way he can. The only thing that we are not very happy with is that it is not very kid friendly we have 3 kiddos that desperately need a space to run around and play so a little playground area would be nice.

We just transferred from another Cortland property & couldn't be happier! This location is perfect for my hubby's job sites with easy access to highways. And the shopping center right next door has everything we could want! Upon move-in the apartment was immaculate. I'm usually the type to clean even if it looks clean, but I truly didn't need to, it was spotless. The dark wood features & modern appliances are gorgeous as well. The tall ceilings and wide open space is perfect for our growing family & I'm personally in love with the walk-in closets & storage space throughout the home. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed (lightbulb & disposal) but maintenance was quick to respond. The community center is comparable to most smaller resorts! We're looking forward to spending quality family time there this summer. We are so very happy to call this our new home for the next 15 months. My hubby and I just moved in. The move in process was great thanks to the office staff of Patience, Jesse, and Britney. They have been so helpful and continue to assist us with all our needs. We are seniors and most times we can't hear or understand everything that is explained to us but all the staff here are especially nice and patient with us. The maintenance guys, Trent and Ken have been awesome as well. If there are any problems or questions they are quick to take care of them. Even the mailman is nice, I just met him today. We really enjoy staying at Cortland apartments here in Johnstown. The amenities are always in great shape and the complex is very good at communicating when certain things, such as the pool, are closed for renovations or quick fixes. We've had a couple issues in our apartment but maintenance shows up same day and they are very helpful in getting your AC or refrigerator running normally again. I've only been here for 2 months, but so far no complaints.

Brittany May and her team make this home! We love Jessie, too, as the Assistant Manager. We’ve renewed our lease here twice and wouldn’t consider living in any other luxury apartment community. The amenities are terrific, but more importantly, the management staff is responsive, sensitive and easy to work with. Add to that that they respond to maintenance requests immediately and with cleanliness. Our dog loves Ken, our favorite Maintenance Member, who fixes the few issues we’ve had the first time with kindness to our pup. There is no place else to choose as home! Brittney gave me a call and it was dealt with in professional manner from Britney and her staff. Britney was more than fair with me. Cortland is a great place to live, and I would recommend Cortland to my family and friends. Again, Britney is a fantastic manger, and I am very happy we came to a resolution with my lease issue. I love living here! The amenities are beautiful, my apartment is beautiful, and the location is so convenient. The maintenance staff are attentive and professional and all so friendly with my dogs. The office staff is very responsive and seems to genuinely care! I love being here!

We just transferred from another Cortland property & couldn't be happier! This location is perfect for my hubby's job sites with easy access to highways. And the shopping center right next door has everything we could want! Upon move-in the apartment was immaculate. I'm usually the type to clean even if it looks clean, but I truly didn't need to, it was spotless. The dark wood features & modern appliances are gorgeous as well. The tall ceilings and wide open space is perfect for our growing family & I'm personally in love with the walk-in closets & storage space throughout the home. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed (lightbulb & disposal) but maintenance was quick to respond. The community center is comparable to most smaller resorts! We're looking forward to spending quality family time there this summer. We are so very happy to call this our new home for the next 15 months. BTW, I read some negative reviews about the parking before we moved, but so far we haven't had an issue at all. I love

My family and I moved here the end of September, before moving we knew about the parking situation and limited spaces. Since it was still warm out we decided to not get a covered parking or garage yet as walking doesn’t bother us when it’s decent weather and own a wagon. Once it was beginning to get cold we decided to reach out to the office and ask if there were any available parking spaces or garages near our building. Tatiana has been wonderful with keeping us updated on availability of parking/garages and within a month she was able to secure us a garage within walking distance to our building. We were previously located downtown Loveland where parking is required to be paid if you can’t find street parking. So this wasn’t that big of a change for our family financially but like I said we did our research and asked Tatiana plenty of questions before making our move. My fiance and I just moved in recently and we absolutely LOVE it here so far! The staff has been amazingly helpful with the move and they got us approved and moved so fast it was unreal! Maintenance is quick to respond, we just had a couple of small things in our apartment at movein and they came out right away to deal with it. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay here and hopefully will be here for a few years!

Just moved onto the property earlier this month. Move-in was super smooth and the application process took no time at all. The apartment features and finishes are all modern and look great. I love having the giant island in the kitchen seeing as I LOVE to cook, so having a large kitchen space was important for me. Had a few issues with my apartment but the maintenance team was in my apartment the next day to fix all of the small issues I noticed at the time of move-in. The office staff is always responsive and I love having all the great amenities here. I've already taken advantage of the year-round hot-tub/pool and lots and LOTS of coffee from the clubhouse espresso machine. I plan to hopefully start taking full advantage of the beautiful fitness center they have. The staff is top notch at Cortland at 2534! I am new to the area and therefore have ALL the questions. However, the entire staff has been super welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. They’ve been so great with our 2 kids and dog that my kids request daily visits to the front office just tell the staff “hi.”

This is home! We’ve renewed our lease here twice and wouldn’t consider living in any other luxury apartment community. The amenities are terrific, but more importantly, the management staff is responsive, sensitive and easy to work with. We love it here! Seriously!
