Every day I regret not renting here. Every day I think of this place. :( Staff was so nice and the residents were so chill and kind. The units looked great. It was just a little far from my job and I believed there was someone living below in the Poplar plan and I was looking for a true townhome plan with no one above or below me. Despite all of this, if the stars align, I'll plan on moving here for my next residence for the vibes alone.

A service request (Light fixture) was reported to the Maintenance Dept. [Now for the Best part!!] Maint. Personnel Jerome Jacobs, responded to my request in a very professional manner, and promptly stated he would address it. The problem was perfectly FIXED in a very timely manner, without any leftover debris or necessary clean up. NOTE: In my 70+ years, Mr. Jacobs is the most professional, courteous and efficient Maintenance Man I have ever encountered in my living experience. 100% Satisfaction. 2 thumbs up!! Maintenance personnel like Mr. Jacobs is one of the Top 2 reasons for Lease Renewals. Again, he is an excellent example to be high lighted.

Really loved touring this place. Super clean and well maintained. Spacious units. It would be dope to snag one of the units facing the park. Leasing was super nice and communicative. They were really patient with me. If you like serenity and being near a park and you don’t mind stairs, this is a great option.

After living in a nightmare apartment complex in Lewisville, this place has been a total safe haven. It is well kept, luxury style, everything is top quality, but most importantly, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS AMAZING!!! They handle everything so efficiently and any issues are resolved within 24 hrs. There are so many community events (weekly at minimum) and I feel genuinely valued. I will be a loyal tenant here and every employee here needs a raise to make sure it stays just the way it is!

This is the second time I’ve had service done in my apartment. Right after move in my garbage disposal blew a major leak. I called and Jose(I think his name was) was at my door within 10 minutes! Since this was a water situation, I was glad he came so quickly. Then he proceeded to fix other things on my move in list! Yesterday(2 months into my lease now)Jerome and Elder came and fixed my vinyl floor where it was lifting. They were able to replace the plank in minutes. They also removed my showerhead so I could put a handheld showerhead on. They arrived within 10 min of my request though I had requested they come in the afternoon when I got home, they did everything within 15 minutes and I was on my way! I am impressed at the fast response to service requests at Cortland Arbor Hills!

First of all, this is our impression of the tour. We didn't live here. We just moved to the US from Europe and have already looked at over 25 apartments in the Plano neighborhood. These apartments were absolutely the best. Very high quality kitchen, the apartment was a pleasure to be in. No odors, dirt, dust or anything else. Probably the only apartments that have lockers with closers in the kitchen. Why didn't we choose this place? Because the elementary school is not the best, and for us it is important.

Building drain was clogged and water backing up through the kitchen sink (first floor) apartments above me were running water and it kept coming through my sink and flooding over my counter top. Jerome ran a pipe snake and cleaned out the build up. The drain seems to be working fine so far

Sunday afternoon while washing the dishes in the kitchen, the black hose inside the faucet fell down under the sink and began to drip. While trying to turn the water switch off, the pipe snapped and the strong current of water started flooding the apartment. Following my call to the maintenance team, Jerome and Elder promptly arrived and switched the water off centrally. They used suction machines to remove excess water and installed powerful fans to dry off the apartment. Following this, they removed a piece of the wall behind the sink, replaced the pipe, put the black hose up in its place in the faucet and tested that it works fine switching the water back on. Throughout the process, Jerome and Elder acted very professionally and worked hard to mitigate any negative consequences. I am very thankful to them for their support in working through this emergency.

I’ve been at CortlandArbor Hills for 2 years now, and it has been a wonderful experience. Apartments have been updated with great appliances and fixtures and they have lots of storage space. The community is nice and quiet. Maintenance team is quick to respond and are always efficient and friendly. Landscaping and property upkeep is great. I haven’t had to reach out to the management team often, but when I do, they have always been very professional and helpful. They make an effort to recognize and address the residents by name. Communication about upcoming events (and there is always something going on), alerts and reminders is tremendous. The property has a beautiful pool area, great work out facility and offer exercise classes. Add all of that to the fact the you have quick and easy access to North Dallas Tollway, Hwy 121 and George Bush Expressway. Right down the street from a fabulous medical facility in Presby Plano as well as being surrounded by wonderful entertainment venues and restaurants!

On my move in weekend, as the water was turned on, a neighbor noticed that there was the sound of water dripping in the wall connecting to my new apartment. My new apartment was still empty and so they called the emergency maintenance line. At 2am, Jerome went out to the apartment and discovered that the water heater was leaking. Because of his quick response to the matter there was little to no damage, and any issues that were caused by the leak were quickly handled with great care and communication. Jerome and Elder were back the very next morning to replace the water heater/lines, and make sure that everything was good to go. A+ response, and professionalism all around. Much appreciated!

Wonderful customer service. Though we decided not to lease here for financial reasons, I would like to give a shout out to how great the leasing office was. They answered every question we had and were very prompt with their responses. I received emails back within a hour. If you can afford this complex you will not be disappointed in the customer service they offer. It is night and day compared to our current complex. I am getting nothing out of writing this review other than knowing that there are good people out there who do seem to enjoy their jobs and enjoy helping people.

I had to submit a two separate maintenance request for the same issue… broken dishwasher. The first request was attended to timely, but the maintenance person was too busy running his mouth and blaming residents for being the problem instead of listening to what actually happened. The second request (the purpose of this 5 star review) was answered by Elder. He came out, listened to the issue and immediately knew it was the circuit board on the dishwasher and not necessarily the resident being stupid. Elder ordered a new dishwasher and installed it within 24 hours. Elder always provides excellent maintenance and very friendly!

We appreciate the prompt and professional assistance from all team members, including the office personnel and maintenance team members. April, the Resident Experience Manager, ensures that our questions and concerns are addressed promptly. Devon, the Front Desk Receptionist, is always attentive and willing to help. Jerome, Elder, and Jose, the Maintenance Team, respond to our maintenance requests as quickly as possible and always provide regular updates on the status of our requests. I love the team at arbor hills preserve who take care of everything when asked. Love the beautiful area facing the preserve which is a quick walk. Love how close it is to awesome restaurants and grocery stores. Amenities are amazing from bbq grill to the coffee and pool table for residents.

Edward, a member of the maintenance team at cortland arbor hills, was so incredibly helpful, he responded to a service request submitted at 5pm within an hour or 2 to assist with problems we had with our shower and toilet. Very kind and happy to assist us with our troubles! Very happy that he is part of the team here.

Been here since August, this is quite literally the best apartments I’ve lived in. They are clean inside and out, maintenance is great, it’s a quiet community. And the office is always clean and wonderful staff. Location is great, I never see any doggy poo problems. And I think the only issue I can think of is sometimes I feel like I live underneath a bowling alley bc my upstairs vecinos but i am very happy living here! I highly recommend.

I've been living here almost half a year, and the maintenance staff have been wonderful the whole time. Not only are the support staff knowledgeable, but they're also very kind. Jose and Edward are professional and great at their job. Edward helped with a broken water heater, and he had a new one installed in less than 8 hours. Talk about great customer service! Hopefully Cortland pays their staff well as they contribute immensely to the positive experience at Cortland properties.

This is my 1st review since I've arrived here since this August. This came through when I needed a apartment immediately after leaving the base. The apartment size is bigger than I expected. Great view from the balcony and privacy. Safe gated environment. Location is even more perfect to travel to work. In the midst Great options of shopping areas and malls, restaurants, and options of nearby theaters to chose from. Only 30 mins the most from the airport. I think I did a good job choosing this as my 1st place to rent.

I’ve lived here 3 years and the staff have all been very helpful. For example my car wouldn’t start and Edward saw and saved me by jumping my car. He saw me messing with it and came right over unprompted and helped. The nature and proximity to the park brought us here. The staff keep us from wanting to leave.

Elder is always prompt when making service request repairs... Great Maintenance Staff! The staff at Arbor Hills is absolutely marvelous! Always friendly and there to help with all issues that come up... Just love them... Maritza, Amber and April... YOU GO GIRLS! Woohoo! Recently, I noticed that wasps had built a nest between the window and the screen. They must have entered after hail damaged the window screen. Being highly allergic to bee stings, I called the office and they sent Elder Morales here within an hour or so. Elder removed the hive and repaired the screen within 30 minutes of entering my apt. Thank you so much Elder for everything that you do....garbage disposal, kitchen fluorescent light bulb replacement, assisting Nebraska Furniture on the installation of my washer and dryer and the water pressure in main bath. You're totally AWESOME!

We've had a few issues since moving in with our power but the team and management have always been extremely helpful in getting things resolved and quickly. I love how much they communicate with me and make sure I'm in the loop. In regards to the area, I love our neighbors, very kind people we love around. Pet friendly community where everyone likes to talk with one another, including the dogs lol! I feel comfortable and happy, just wanted to leave the review after being here for about 3 months :)

The Arbors is my favorite place! I feel like I live in a beautiful park,surrounded by mature shade trees, where families of turkeys graze in the morning and evening. My "house" has a big storage shed and a front fenced in patio and a back yard covered & fenced in patio. I feel safe waking my dog at night or day. They have a nice dog park, but I prefer to walk my dog so we both get exercise.

Eaglepoint is delightful apartment complex. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills in the wonderful small town of Cheney. There are great places to get food like the Mason Jar as well as your Safeway, Taco Bell, McDonald's and the like that are no more than a mile away. The apartments look just as nice as they do online if not nicer in person and look more roomier in person as well. Everything from the appliances, rugs, walls, electrical outlets, you name it is clean new or like new and functions very well. The rent prices are very reasonable. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and answered our many questions even after we called them incessantly. When trying to manage when and if our mattress and other shipments would arrive before we got there, there were very accomidating in handling these challenges and went out of there way to help in any way they could. They have great amenities, a nice roomy work out room, movie room, pool, quiet room for study/work and free coffee. I don't think there's a better apar

But that's because the first choice I saw was Plantations and I was in love. Mariah was so helpful and kind when I first looked into the apartment. The process to apply and move in was super easy to understand. Everything was done online which is good for me because my work hours are the same time as the office hours. This might be long but if you're considering moving here - DO IT! I have been at Cortland Arbor Hills for a little under a month. Eric was my leasing agent and he was amazing! I'm sad he's no longer here but the other office staff is amazing as well. So far I really do love it! The community itself is very peaceful and I have to say PERFECT location! Here you are literally so close to EVERYTHING! 10 minutes from Walmart, and Target. 1 minute up the road from a hospital and Kroeger, there's a CVS right down the street and so much more. It is such convenient location. I am new to Texas (moved here from Florida) so this is IDEAL for me. The community is super clean and everyone is very friendly and polite but not over friendly where they are annoying lol the office staff and maintanence is very friendly and helpful. When I first moved in there was a couple of hiccups. I arrived from Florida around 1 am to find out the key that was picked up by my friend from the office earlier in the day wasn't opening my apartm

My fiancé and I would have had to fight with our old complex to even get someone to call us, not alone come out and fix it as fast as Edward did! My husband and I just recently moved from Southern California to Plano, TX and after careful consideration and reviews with many communities/properties, we chose Cortland - Arbor Hills for our new home! We are so impressed with the professionalism, genuineness, and transparency with our leasing agent Eric Cruz. Also specifically all or our maintenance requests were handled with "kit gloves" with "Edward" the Maintenance Manager, who scheduled our requests via a phone call, which was very surprising to us, and we had an outstanding/professional experience with him handling all of our move-in inspection requests with his teammate Jose. We were also surprised that this amazing community allows for a one-hour COMP time to assist with hanging TV mounts or curtain rods....OMG!! Dishwasher wasn't emptying, was concerned of standing water smell, called maintainance made a call and within 10 minutes and Edward and Jose were here on the coldest day to repair. I was not aware there was a button to hold to drain if it didn't within the cleaning cycle Hold 3 seconds close door and DRAINED! THANKS GUY'S

I’ve lived in Arbors Hills now for a few years. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to live in Plano. The location is amazing, the apartments are nice and spacious and the staff is very responsive. The maintenance team is very helpful, especially Edward who took time out of his day to help me carry some packages up the stairs. So if you are looking to move to Plano, this place should be at the top of your list.

Maintenance (Edward specifically) was amazing. Super friendly and got to my work orders super fast. Area is very nice and quiet (exactly what i wanted) and close to everything! Eric (leasing agent) was welcoming and communication was always easy! Would recommend!

We moved in in early August and there were a few issues I had, the model they showed us wasn’t what we got, (I’ve added the pics under photos)...however, I give it 5 stars because everything else about the place we love, the staff is always accommodating even when we complained about the kitchen...Edward is always hands on deck, even put in a service request and he came the same day...neighbors seems nice as well, no issues with parking...if everything stays like this we’ll be renting again next here

The Maintenance Team is one big reason I continue to live here. Today I submitted a service request to check my heater and within 45 minutes of the request, Edward and Elder were at my front door, despite the pouring rain! They are always professional, knowledgeable and willing to help!!

Recently moved into Cortland Arbor Hills and have had a great experience so far. We had the pleasure of working with Nevada throughout the rental process. She was super knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure any issues we had were resolved. The apartment was recently renovated, so it looks brand new. Service request system is also easy to use and maintenance team has been very prompt in addressing any requests.

I have only lived here for approximately six months, but my experience so far has been great. Since I initially came over to get information on the units available, Eric was friendly, helpful and great to work with in order to get the the leasing process done. He and everyone else in the staff have also been great. The times I have had had to get help from maintenance, they have also been great. Just earlier, Edward promptly came over took care the service request and as soon as it was done, he reached out to let me know it was done and explained what he had done.

I visited Cortland Arbor Hills as I am planning on moving out by March next year. My wife and I moved to The Preserve after we sold our house in McKinney over 3 years ago. We didn't plan on living in an apartment for a long time as we were looking for another house but in this tight real estate market we decided to take our time. The Preserve is different than most apartments, we consider this home. The staff is great and Maritza has been especially helpful and attentive to our requests and needs. She always greets you with a big smile and is genuinely happy to help in any way to make living here at The Preserve so wonderful. The maintenance crew is very timely in answering maintenance requests and they always do a great job. We probably will move into a house at some point but as long as we live in Plano The Preserve at Arbor Hills is our home.

We had issues with the A/C not working. When I called someone he came right on over to check. A part had to be ordered, but would be in the next morning. The gentleman was there by 10:15. Within 45 minutes the issue was resolved although they were having problems with the wiring. He came by a couple of hours later to make sure the A/C was still cooling which it was! He was very polite & very well mannered. The fact that he came right on after we called was surprising! His name was Edward. He is an asset to your company!

I’ve lived at the Arbor Hills for 9 years and love it here! Huge trees, beautiful flowers and landscape. The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance staff responds quickly when you need something done. Friendly office staff. I spend the summer at the gorgeous pool with a waterfall fountain 😎

Edward responded quickly, when I put in a work order regarding my AC. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and explain what was going on very well. By the next day, my AC was fixed, and he had also replaced light bulbs that were out. Ed is efficient and professional. Thanks again!

My AC had not been cooling properly and I was lucky enough to have Edward come out to personally take care of it. He has only been at this community for a few weeks but I can already tell he is going to be a huge asset! He personally called me back promptly after i submitted my request and informed me on what steps would be done to correct the problem. He arrived when he said he would, asked questions and listened to the answers i gave him and told me what he would be doing while in my apt. A few short hours later he had completely replaced my failed blower unit and the air was cooling again!! Edward is a friendly guy and he clearly knows his stuff. I dint feel like i was getting excuses or he was here to do the quick fix. Unfortunately in the past that hasnt always been the case as past maintenance would only put a band aid on the problem. Edward fixed it for good! I feel confident that he will be able to address any issues that may come up in the future. Im very very happy he is part of this community and h

We just moved in from out of state into a renovated unit sight unseen. The availability map was so helpful. Knowing that we would be the first residents post renovation made us feel extra confident and safe signing a lease from remote before getting vaccinated. Leasing: everyone is very friendly and patient. With 330 units or so .... don’t expect them to remember every detail of each application step. You need to follow up on every step like application approval, receipt of security deposit, lease signing..etc. Eric C. was incredibly patient with multiple virtual tours and walkthrough of the unit. Hopefully, they will be able to add photos of units with fireplaces also. We were concerned about space in the living room for more than a couch and a chair as pictured in the Cypress model. Amber was a team player pitching in when Eric wasn’t around. April was incredibly patient spending literally hours updating inconsistencies in the lease vs lease addendums. Everything is done online through an applicant portal.

Edward, one of the maintenance staff, did a professional and efficient job of fixing several outlets that were not working post-remodeling. (The complex is undergoing extensive remodling and upscaling.) He notified us of his arrival, arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, explained his work and instructed us in basic wiring, and completed the job very quickly. Edward is an asset to Cortland and the Preserve at Arbor Hills. He is one of the key people making life at the Preserve worry-free and very goodl.

Strong sense of community We had an issue with our shower valve and the maintenance man Edward came after hours to shut off the water, then returned back next day with a new part to replace the broken one. Awesome service!

When I first rented my apartment at Arbor Hills, I loved it there. You got a great size apartment for a decent price. I rented there because of Josh and Ciera. They were awesome. I enjoyed living at this complex and miss it everyday. The maintenance staff was amazing, and such a nice guy.

I moved into this complex last February and absolutely love it! I am single and have several friends who are Plano Police officers and when I told them where I was moving they all told me that it was a great complex and they were rarely called here for incidents while they were on patrol. Best decision I ever made! The entire office staff and maintenance are awesome! They continue to improve the property by painting the buildings and building a dog park. I highly recommend this property!

I have lived at Arbor Hills for 3 years and just renewed my lease. The location is ideal and enhanced by the adjoining nature preserve. Plenty of trails for walking, jogging or exercising your dog. Arbor Hills is a well landscaped mature complex. Many of the apartments overlook the adjacent nature preserve which creates a natural environment. Cortland has taken on the task of methodically upgrading each of the units. This is in addition to repainting the exterior of all buildings and walkways, creating a dog park and improving other amenities. All of this contributes to a pleasant and peaceful apartment atmosphere which is unlike surrounding complexes. The maintenance crew (led by Dennis and Elder) is prompt and professional. I have never had a problem. They take pride in their work and show a genuine interest in acquainting themselves with the tenants. Since Cortland began managing the property at the beginning of 2020, onsite management (led by Yardley, April and Amber) has been very responsive, friendly
