Although I wasn’t able to secure a unit due to availability, I had a great touring experience here. Yami was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully. She showed me two different floor plans and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. The community was very clean, and I loved the pool area, gym, and overall aesthetic. The service alone left a strong impression.

I moved to Cortland Allen Station back in September and have loved everything about it since! The place is consistently clean and has lots of amenities along with it. The leasing office, especially Kimberly and Lady, have been extremely helpful with my move-in process and making this place feel like home. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any request. Lastly, the location of this apartment is very nice as it is located right next to highway 75. Additionally, there are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and furniture stores within 5 minutes of driving!

Lady Martinez and her team made the move a lot less stressful for us. The apartment was ready to move right in when we arrived here after a long drive. They have all been so helpful and kind.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! I’ve been here for 2 months, but the service before move in was exceptional. Kevin assisted me with my tour. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Kimberly assisted me with the application process and several other issues (she’s great!!). Shout out to Lady Martinez as well. The neighborhood is great, amenities are always accessible according to their operation times. Complex is clean (maintenance mops the halls weekly). This is great especially since this is a pet-friendly complex. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I have no complaints for the staff or complex and will find it hard to find a better apartment within the same price range & withholds the same excellent service. Only thing is I wish residents wouldn’t speed in the parking garage.

My first visit to Allen Cortland Station was such a great experience! The place was super clean, the area is beautiful, and the vibe overall just felt really welcoming. We moved here two months ago. We had some hiccups with the contract and its revision which took sometime to sort out, but we have been very happy with the amenities and the high quality that the living spaces have. Corridors are neat and clean. Thee is ample parking g space. The pool is kept clean and usable for the last two months that we have been here. I think the company is doing a good job keep the place in shape.

I’ve lived at Cortland Allen Station for over three years, and it’s truly one of the most comfortable and convenient apartment communities I’ve experienced. The property is consistently clean, peaceful, and well maintained. One of the standout aspects of living here is the exceptional service provided by the maintenance staff. They’re always available and remarkably responsive to work orders. I’d especially like to recognize Julio Lainez, who has helped me with everything from minor fixes to more involved requests throughout my time here. Not only is he highly skilled and efficient, but he also brings a consistently pleasant demeanor and upbeat attitude to every interaction. His professionalism and warmth make even the most inconvenient maintenance issues something I don’t mind dealing with. At the end of the day, it’s the people who make a place truly special—and Julio is absolutely one of those people. Well done, Julio.

Besides the nightmare of trying to get them to fully fix my AC (6 temporary fixes and many complaints) it’s actually pretty quiet and nice. Parking structure is a little inconvenient if you are on the top floors and package delivery is a little problematic but otherwise I think 4/5 is about right.

Living here was great. The only complaints that made them lose 1 star is that during the summer the pool area can be loud (even at night) and during the winter sometimes the freezing temperatures make the fire alarm go off (multiple times per day, maybe 3-5 days out of the year)

My husband and I have lived here since August 2024. In the past 7 months, we have experienced nothing but positive things from Cortland Allen Station and the staff! The front office staff always have a positive attitude, and they are EXCITED to help you resolve any questions or concerns. We’ve hosted an event in the clubhouse, and everything went smoothly. The cleaning staff do an amazing job at keeping the building looking and smelling great! We’ve put in two “service” orders including an Ethernet connection and lightbulb replacement. Both of these were resolved same-day. We have not experienced ANY bugs (not even an ant) since we’ve been here. We live on the third floor next to the trash chute for reference. All of my neighbors are super friendly, too! This community is a great place to live if you prioritize convenience, safety, and comfortability. After living in three other apartments, my husband and I have finally lucked out with Allen Cortland Station!

I moved here at the end of December after 30 years in a large house. Initially, I was worried about living in an apartment, but I honestly feel like I live in a resort. My relationship with Leah, makes me feel part of a family; she always greets me with a smile and listens to my needs. The community offers everything I need; the grills by the pool, where I love to make dinner by the fountains and relax with friends or alone. I also appreciate the various WiFi-enabled work areas and relaxing spots to go work when I just need a change of environment. We recently moved into this apartment and we absolutely love everything about it! The appliances in the apartment are modern and interiors are great! We needed to coordinate a lot of things virtually before the move and Kyara was extremely supportive of all our needs during the process. The location is accessible to Target, HEB, Homegoods and some restaurants. There’s also a walking trail just outside the apartment that leads a lake. We are so excited to call this our new home!

I’ve lived here with my wife for about 3 weeks and have nothing but positive things to say. It truly does feel like a resort when experiencing the pool and community areas. The business center is a brilliant addition and the conference room is even more so. I can work from home comfortably in any of these areas, or just relax. Service requests are addressed extremely quickly. Daniel, the Service Manager, is extremely responsive and quick to work. He was able to terminate our Ethernet connections to our internet box the same day we put the service request in, and he actually follows up with tenants if the tenant has a conflict in scheduling for service. We’ve got 12 months to go in our lease, but nothing but positive marks currently. I’m confident we’re gonna keep loving it here and likely renew our lease!!

Sadly im moving from this location, but going to the Sky Rise Cortland in Downtown Dallas and I’m excited for that one as well. Like to take another opportunity to brag about the staff here at Cortland Allen Station, specifically Lady, Karwan and Julio. I recently reported a couple of maintenance issues and before I could get them entered through the resident portal, Lady informed me she entered them for me. Maintenance personnel responded very quickly. While in my apartment taking care of the initial issues, Karwan and Julio took it upon themselves to help me get some other furniture put together. The two of them went above and beyond, which seems to be the motto of Cortland Allen Station.

Cortland is a wonderful place to live. Staff is very friendly, and neighbors all seem very nice. The amenities (two large pools, 2 level fitness area, and awesome clubhouse) are amazing. I would highly recommend living here.

Angel has gone out of her way on several occasions to help me with several issues. Recently she helped me track down a missing package. She stopped what she was doing and searched the Luxor area and then the mail room. When we couldn't find it, she helped me file a claim with Fed Ex for the lost package. Although we ultimately didn't choose this place for personal reasons, Kyara went above and beyond by refunding us half of the application fee we had already paid. All of the staff are so kind, the complex is always clean, and maintenance is always so helpful. The staff even went out of their way to retrieve a bag of clothes that my husband accidentally through down the garbage shoot thinking it was trash! The Cortland team goes above and beyond for their residence ALWAYS. Also, honorable mention to the amazing amenities, how safe and secure the complex feels, and that it is walking distance from target and top golf.

After touring many apartments, as I walked into the leasing office at Cortland Allen Station, I knew that this was the one! Since the moment I was greeted by Iman with the most welcoming smile she was very kind, patient and answered every single question. Recently moved in. Very satisfied with our new home. Clean, nice, serene community, same day response requested maintenance. Convenient location. HEB, Target, Kroger are less than 5 minutes away. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores near by. Especially NO cockroaches in my apartment at Cortland Allen Station. (I lived in 2 different apartments prior to moving to Cortland Allen Station and there were a lot of cockroaches at the previous places). Esteban at the leasing office has been always super helpful with accommodating our requests, so friendly and nice, makes us feel very comfortable. Ask for him to be your next leasing consultant.

Very happy with our new home, the pool area makes it feel like we’re at a resort and so much near by shopping is so convenient. Target and H-E-B are less than 5 minutes away. This is an update to our previous review. Again, the apartment, amenities and location are perfect. There have been some opportunities for improvement over the last 18 months, but it seemed we were unable to find resolution under the previous manager. From our perspective it didn't always seem as though the property management staff was focused on resident satisfaction. To be clear, each of the concerns expressed in the previous review been addressed, corrected and/or have a fix in the works. Yes, I was passionate about my concerns/issues, as in the past they seemed to fall on deaf ears. But, I allowed my frustration to drive me to the point that I stomped into the office and blurted out a laundry list of issues, with no regard for the staff. I interrupted their day, with expectations they would drop everything and cater to my concerns. That's just not fair to anyone. However, today we had the opportunity to sit down with Lady and Kevin to discuss our concerns. It was a wonderful experience. We both left the

I just moved in few days ago and I have had the best experience with the leasing office team at this place. Shout out to Kyara for helping me with everything that had to do with the leasing process, from the day I signed the application to the day I moved in. I wanted to also mentioned Kevin from the leasing office. He helped made my moved in extremely smooth. I had some issues with my sofa delivery long story short, my sofa was delivered but they couldn’t take it to my apartment unit. Kevin told me not to worry and he personally took care of it by taking my two boxes to my apartment. One box alone weigh over 200lbs. I watch him sweat early in the morning. I have a good feeling about living here already. Thank you so much Kelvin!!

In addition to always being punctual, he always explains why things go wrong and how to prevent them in the future, rather than just ticking the problem and departing. After completing another emergency request(which wasn’t marked as an emergency initially) Edward took the time to explain how I can use the emergency maintenance request call center and where I could find more information to receive aid faster. The staff and amenities more than make the stay worth it. They are very friendly and informative. There’s a pool that’s always clean and a coffee machine for everyone to use. The gym is a little small but everything you need . Best apartment my wife and I have ever had! Edward came by in the middle of the night just to fix our AC unit as soon as possible.

This review is for the amazing maintenance staff who are super helpful and prompt with the service requests. Our thermostat stopped working and I had posted a service request on a Friday afternoon. Edward was here by evening, he replaced the entire dust filter, found the blown fuse, fixed the connected circuitry up on the building roof by late Friday evening. And got the air conditioning working in 96 degrees Fahrenheit Texas weather. Thank you so much!!

From a person who has traveled around a bit from different apartment complexes, take my word this is the best one I have been to. The staff are very professional and very transparent to talk to. Cortland Allen is a great place! There are extremely nice facilities, pools, work spaces, and it is very clean. The other tenants are respectful and quite. I have been living here for the past 2 years now and I must say that my experience has been amazing! The property is clean, peaceful and secure. Leasing office is extremely professional and will go beyond your expectations to help you out, specially Esteban. Also, the maintenance team is very prompt in fixing issues. It's been over a month since I've moved here with my wife and we like it a lot.The building looks great. One of my favorites amenities is the Theater Room and the Coffee Bar. From the apartment perspective this is a nice place. Good Gym, Facilities etc. But there are issues 1. The fire alarms are super loud. The fire alarms have been triggered multiple times for no reason. IN my 4 months of stay it has gone off multiple times. 2. There is ample parking place but its cumbersome depending on where your apartment it. The biggest challenge is for delivery folks. Most of the time they complain they have to walk a lot or they have even cancelled the deliveries as they have been unable to find the way. Easy access for these folks from back side would have been helpful. Lot of my friends with old parents chose not to come as the walk is just too much. On top of this the guess parking is on 5th floor. Again extremely cumbersome. Apart from that The office & team itself is good. The maintenance staff is very helpful. Special Kudos to Seewan Hamahameen who ensures that that service tickets are attended by him quick & fast. The place is very close to some of the shopping area which is little

This residential community is a well organised, friendly place to live, situated close to key highways but surprisingly quiet. Minutes away are popular retail outlets, restaurants and a wide range of shops and services. Also nearby is a lake, park, trails and sports facilities. The apartments are clean, stylish and well-appointed. The complex has attractive common spaces, gardens, pools, barbecue areas, a business center, meeting rooms and a good sized gym. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. The management and maintenance teams are very helpful, friendly and keen to make you feel at home. The communication with residents is excellent, headed up by Esteban Silva, leasing consultant, who works hard with his team to keep the community safe and well informed. Living at Cortland Allen is my first experience of living in America and it has been a very positive start to my life here, for which I am very grateful. I can highly recommend it.

Close to everything for a good price! We started our search because we were working in Dallas and we're looking from anywhere from Fort Worth to Terrell. We had viewed many apartments online and in person and hadn't quite found what we wanted. One day we went to Brio Tuscan Grille and really liked that a lot of the shops we like to go to were in the area so the next morning I googled apartments in Allen Texas and Cortland was the first one that popped up. Everything stuck out to me, the community and the apartments looked clean, and it had the feel that we had been looking for. So we did an online tour and instantly my husband said that he wanted to apply online. Instead, I called the apartment to schedule a tour. It was great because they were willing to do a same-day tour which had been a problem with other apartments complexes. With other places it was difficult to get a tour unless you had scheduled it days or a week or so out due to them being short-handed or something. But Cortland was able to get us in

Excellent experience moving into Cortland and working with Esteban! The area is awesome for shoppers like me and super close to the highway (literally about two minutes down from the moment you exit the gate). I had one minor complaint and they fixed it in no time- I love my new apartment and the front office team is absolutely fantastic! I would like to take a moment to rave about my experience with the Cortland Allen Station staff…. Especially Mr. Esteban. I recently moved from Florida to Texas and let me tell you.. Esteban exemplified excellent customer service. He helped to make this move a smooth transition and was with me every step of the way to ensure proper set-up. All of this was being done while I was still in Florida dealing with the recent death of my mom. His response time was amazing when it came to addressing my concerns. Even though I changed my apartment multiple times, he never let that deter him from providing great customer service. He was the big reason I decided to make the Cortland Allen Station my new home. He made me feel welcomed with open arms and was very attentive to my concerns. Although all of the staff was amazing.. Esteban delivered world-class customer service…. Great job!!!!!

Not very many places that have fast maintenance. This place is an A+ on getting anything and everything fixed. In the summer the AC went out, they came out the next day and it was fixed. Very impressive. I have an electric car and the chargers in the garage are so nice. Only down side is that the chargers where wired wrong so it splits power. when two cars are on the Changer the per hour is halved. Either need more chargers or it rewired to speed up charging. There are quite a bit of electric cars and 7 MPH is a little slow to get all the cars rotated. takes over 24 hours to get fully charged with the split power. However we are lucky enough to have them and do appreciate it. Facility is clean and very quiet, can’t ask for much better.

I recently transferred units at Cortland Allen Station as I needed more space. The team is amazing to work with from leasing to maintenance. Brett and Hannah are amazing property managers who are invested in the property and their tenants. They take time to listen and then they take action. Daniel and his maintenance staff are awesome. They are always willing to address anything that needs to be attended to not only in my unit but around the building. They are friendly, courteous, and always have smiles on their faces! Cortland Allen Station is by far the BEST! This apartment complex is very well maintained. The leasing agents really care about their residents. Any concern or question they resolve it in a timely matter. I have personally interacted with everyone and they are all so kind and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure all of their residents have the best experience. I love how they have residents events every month! They truly care for their residents. The service team is incredible. They always greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. They complete work orders very quickly. I love all the amenities and the fun area in the clubhouse. Long overdue review. I recently moved into this beautiful community and the leasing team especially Esteban were great throughout the whole process. I encountered some minor defects from my unit and there was an issue with getting my internet setup on time due to the previous resident, but Esteban displayed world-class customer service and ensured these things were treated with urgency and care. It took little to no time to have these things resolved and I am very appreciative that Esteban took it upon himself to make things right. Give this man a raise for the hard work and dedication he has for this community!

The Arbors is my favorite place! I feel like I live in a beautiful park,surrounded by mature shade trees, where families of turkeys graze in the morning and evening. My "house" has a big storage shed and a front fenced in patio and a back yard covered & fenced in patio. I feel safe waking my dog at night or day. They have a nice dog park, but I prefer to walk my dog so we both get exercise.

The rent is getting expensive, (this year in particular). So hoping it will level off again soon as my plan is to stay. A key improvement would be better care of the landscaping in a few areas.

Great quality experience living here. Only thing of note is the two guest limit which I feel should increase to at least 5 but I’ll just go some where else during the holidays to celebrate with family. Amenities are high quality and makes a big difference. I’d like to see the coffee machine stocked with coffee cups however and the rooftop lounge with some products in the fridge to make it more convenient. Appreciate the business center and gym and normal events the most! Makes the most difference and gives a feel of coming together. Keep it up.

I am handicapped they installed bars I purchased in my shower, allowed me to move to closer parking spot when came available. I have always felt safe here it’s been a community of friendly people. The appearance is kept nice & clean, pet situation is under control. During time I lived here there have been many water line breaks with water having to be turned Off. That has gotten better.

We lived in Cortland Allen for 14 months. Like any other apartments, it has Pros and Cons, but it has more Pros to me than Cons. It is a beautiful property in great location. Everything you need is just right at your fingertips. Their facilities are great, two large pools, club house, gym, dog park etc. It’s very close to parks if you want to go for a walk or run. They make some events for the tenants that will make you really feel that you’re in a good community The best part of the apartment is the management. Lady, Kiara, Esteban, Deshaun & the new community manager, Brett. They all deserve 10 stars! Everyone that works there will just go above and beyond to help you when you need some help. I highly recommend this apartment specially if you like to live close to everything

Seewan saved the day. we lived here for 2 years and most of things are going well. but last night the AC broke. called the maintenance and in 30 minutes Seewan came to check what the problem was and replaced the malfunctioning part. its 103 outside but thanks to Seewan it's 74 inside. that's what i call exccelent customer service.

Rodolfo from maintenance is SO AWESOME. He was super fast and extremely reliable. I was having issues with my garbage disposal and he almost immediately fixed the issue as well as helped me with my AC filter issues while he was here. Gave this 5 stars just because you have one nice employee who is making extremely excellent customer service. His name was Esteban. He is the only person who walked me through the leasing process from the move-in to move-out with great support and assistance with whatever questions I had. YOU SHOULD SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASE HIS PAY RATE! Other employees kind of incompetent, some of them have been asked me for sending a copy of my SSN in order to verify my identity, which is unlawful and probably violates one of the TREC laws. The apartment itself was fine. The complex had some issues which could be tolerated. But it is a very personal experience. Some people got worse experience some people even better than I got. It all depends. Nice location. You can walk to Target and Best Buy on your legs within 5 min. Shopping center literally across the street. Rudy's BBQ and Cabelas are close enough to not drive a car. Briefly speaking: Nice location. Good infrastructure. Good apartment. Appropriate price. A bad employee

I want to take the time to write a review about Allen Station. It seems like in today’s times we only read about the bad and not the good. We have lived here for 3 months and it’s been a pleasure. The staff is so kind and helpful making me and my wife feel at home. Parking is great and we never have to worry about finding a spot. We love the fact that the property is well taken care of. When we moved in, our apartment was amazing, all the way down to cleaning. I really love the area. There are so many great spots to eat. I just love this place! I wish I have more time from work to enjoy everything this place offers me. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Across the street you have Target, and a big market place, like 5 min walk. The parking lot, is great, not crowded at all, big thumb up!! This year, they organized a big party for us + there were a lot of prizes too (I won a Instant Pot), was a good food and nice games.

This is a new property with great amenities, good looking and good sized apartment run very efficiently by the very friendly and professional management. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Allen area!

I'm proud to live at Cortland Allen Station. The apartments are beautiful, and are very well maintained. If you need anything at all, the office staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure all of us residents have the best experience. They schedule events for the residents, like pool parties, or a weekly food truck, and this really makes it feel like a community. They've also provided breakfast on many occasions, including Chick-fil-A on the way to work. It truly feels like home. Fortunately I've only needed to call maintenance once, but they were there in a flash. The area is very quiet... and I don't ever hear any noise from the neighbors (which you would expect when living in an apartment). The location is extremely convenient to all of the shops and restaurants at the Village in Allen. Looking to make this place home for a bit!

Cortlands amenities are so great! I enjoy using their gym and pool regularly. The study lounge space is great if you work from home and there are so many little nooks and sweet spaces throughout the property to relax in. They also have events they have thrown for residents like wine tastings, chickfila breakfast drive thrus, and food truck Thursday’s which were all complimentary. Also, Taylor has been a joy having in the office. Moving in was smooth and any question I have she responds quickly and with such a great attitude. Great staff to be around and great place to live for sure!

I moved in about 5 months ago and couldn’t be more happy! The apartments are new and beautiful. Also, you have everything you need crossing the street, restaurants, stores, bars etc. I really recommend Cortland if you are looking for a luxury place to live!

Moved in about 2 weeks ago. We love it! Everything we need is in walking distance, nice people, tons of amenities. We moved here temporarily, but we love it so much, I think we are going to stay here longer than we expected. This place is like living at a resort! Office staff is super nice and always helpful, Estaban, our leasing agent is the best! In my time I have lived in many different Apartment Communities, this one is by far my favorite.

I am pretty happy here, it is quiet enough to work from home. Staff does help when needed. Your never going to be truly satisfied with everything at an apartment complex because you are living around people. But it is a nice place and feels homey.

Taylor and the other people in the office are great to work with! They are kind, very responsive and handle issues quickly. I enjoyed living here, the complex is clean, the maintenance people are fast, the amenities are great and I rarely ever heard noise from neighbors. I would highly recommend this complex! A++

Though my experience was not the best at Cortland Allen station, due to the construction of the building allowing you to hear your neighbors like they’re in your living room. I do have to say the new management is great they allowed me to leave my lease early (for health reason) and returned all of my security deposit they were polite and very flexible upon my exit from the apartments it was a really great experience.

I just moved into these apartments and I must admit they are one of the best I've ran across. First, the leasing agent Kyara, was a rockstar. She was very helpful from the time I walked in up to my move in. She answered all of my questions and removed all of my concerns on the spot. I was looking for a communal feel and this has it! The people here are so generous, and the office offers monthly community gatherings-virtual of course. Lastly, the community amenities along with the modern appeal within the units are stellar all by themselves. If you're thinking above moving here. Do it! And be sure to ask for Kyara.

Cortland has been Great since they've taken over. The staff in the office is super personable. I've had good experiences with Marilyn and Taylor, and the whole of the maintenance team is very good quality. Property cleanliness is just as good as it was with Davis. It started as a luxury property and still is. Best of all, they keep the coffee machine in the office full of yummy liquids. I'm usually down there at least once a day grabbing something delicious before work, and the staff is always sweet. Keep up the great work y'all!
