I have been living in this community for over 2.5 years. Recently, after Cortland started to manage this property, I have been very positively impressed by the constant professional attitude, friendliness and diligence of the management office members. In particular, Brianna and Danyell have been wonderful in every respect of management. I would like to congratulate and thank them warmly. We live at the Cortland Alexandria, and one main reason to feel so comfortable is the knowledge that requests for repairs will be managed efficiently and fairly. Last week, we faced a serious issue with the HVAC unit. The pro service: (1) arrived promptly after we submitted the request; (2) effectively assessed the scope of the necessary repairs; and (3) promptly obtained and installed the new equipment. Apartment's thermostat, fans, and heating & cooling systems now operate to make us comfortable in our home. Wonderful. Thank you, Mr. B.

Wanted to give a shout out for a recent repair, Tishami (office) and Barry (maintenance) went the extra mile in fixing my washing machine! Very happy with the service, washing machine working great and I've been running it with no problems. Makes my life a whole lot easier. I would say I have been getting very personalized service here at Clayborne, it’s not everyday the person in the leasing office assists the maintenance personnel in fixing appliances. I definitely feel like Clayborne is a close knit community.
