I didn't end up choosing Courtland Alameda Station, but I did tour there and had a great experience. The leasing manager, Christian is AMAZING at her job, and really knows her stuff. I also loved that there is a community garden, and you can tell the management really cares about the community.

Todd the maintenance Manager is just a Rock Star! I am a corporate housing manager and I submitted seven or eight maintenance requests That needed to handled as quickly as possible for a VIP check in. He was able to get all of it done same day, except for replacing the washing machine which he had done in four days over a holiday weekend! I so appreciate his partnership in working with me to take care of our guests! I hope his company realizes the treasure they have in him!!

Living at Cortland has been an AMAZING experience! The maintenance team is extremely responsive and professional and everyone in the leasing office is so sweet and will go above and beyond to help with any concerns you might have. For what I pay in rent this place exceeds all expectations and is WELL worth it!

Had nothing but less than a GREAT & AMAZING experience at this property. Every single person who works at the front desk is AMAZING & i felt like i was part of a family living here in a short time that I did. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I loved it here, and tell everyone how wonderful it is every chance I get. THANK YOU for all the staff making my time here enjoyable. Ms. Bianca gets things DONE. Every time i had an issue, they quickly turned it around and made me feel so seen , so heard. I lived in a townhouse & I loved every second of it. It's so spacious & the location is soooooo convenient. South Broadway has soooo many bars, restaurants, dispensaries and even grocery stores. Walgreens, Safeway, Pizza places, Karaoke, Gay bars, you name it. PRIME location!! Maintenance also is on every request if you ever need them to fix anything. I never had to wait more than a couple days to get anything fixed & they usually respond the same day. I really have nothing negative to say. THANK YOU 🙏🏾

The freight trains are usually short and take about 1-2 mins to pass. The sound insulation is good, but won’t completely block train noise out. If, that is a concern for anyone, they might have better luck living in the suburbs or a rural area. There is going to be some type of noise living in an apartment right next to a light rail station in an urban area. Incredible service through and through! In May, I was searching for a few apartments close to my new University (DU). I was looking for a place that would be convenient, reliable, and affordable as I focus on my studies. Let me say Cole was the man for the job in making sure I found just that. He gave me a fantastic tour of the place detailing a nice sky deck, beautiful view of the mountain, and a boat load of amenities. It was very important these things were up to an incredible standard because I was relocating. Area is right by the train! Which is a decent commute to my University! There’s a Safeway around the corner, a Sam’s Club, and close to a flurry of delicious food spots. I toured about 4 places during my initial visit in May and this was by far my favorite. I’m glad to finally call this place home as I’ve now moved in as of this review. Excellent place.

I'm going on living here for two years now. When I first moved in, it was just after the Cortland acquisition. Honestly, it's been one of the best apartments I've lived in. The maintenance always comes quickly. The front desk really shines, they've always been friendly and quick to help. They change pretty often, but the new staff who come in have always been very nice. The housekeeper who upkeeps the property is very kind, always says hello when I see her. The other tenants who live around me have always been friendly and it's a pretty quiet building. I've seen some mention of the trains outside, which do get loud, but it's only been an issue for me if I have door/window open. It's not really a big bother overall but that said, I did used to live next to an air force base (lol). It also really depends on what side of the building you live, in my first apartment on this property I never heard them at all. The team runs a lot of little events and things for the community too. One of the better places I've lived. Generally pretty safe in my experience, regularly there is security around, but there isnt a heavy/oppressive police presence. It has been far from perfect (when renting, when is it ever perfect?) but when I've had a complaint or issue theyve acted swiftly and professionally to make it as right as they can.

Lived here for over a year. Staff has been great. The only knock against this property is the homeless/addicts who loiter nearby. That being said, they do what they can with security/cleaning/etc. I've never felt unsafe here and would renew my lease if I wasn't given a better living opportunity.

I want to share my experience living at Cortland apartments. Since I moved here, I have been very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the accommodation. The Cortland staff has always been friendly and ready to help with any questions. They responded promptly to my requests, which was very important to me. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable. All the equipment and furniture are in excellent condition, and the interior is stylish and cozy. The location also deserves praise. The neighborhood is calm, with good infrastructure and convenient access to various shops and restaurants. Overall, I believe Cortland apartments are an excellent choice for comfortable and cozy living. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality accommodation and excellent service.

I really like living here. It’s really well managed. Very helpful staff, that go above and beyond. I have lived here for 5 months now and have had zero issues. The garage is better than most apartment buildings. I used to live at DECO @ university hills and it feels like moving to a whole different city, even though it’s only a couple miles away. DECO had all kinds of issues, fire alarms going off constantly, stabbing in the hallways, constant police presence, packages beings stolen from the mail room, in fact I remember a number of times everyone’s package was stolen from the mail room. Just last week, a friend who still lives there told me she has never seen so many cops in one place her entire life, the SWAT team was there. Anyways this is off topic. I am great full to having found Cortland alameda station. People care here. Cole is awesome!

I've lived in a few places around the Denver/Boulder area and Alameda Station has definitely been my favorite! The location is prime: light rail station, car shares, bus stops, and Broadway all within seconds, and the amenities are top notch! However, it is the amazing staff and the welcoming environment they create that truly makes this place special. The property manager, Jessica, does an especially great job keeping the property clean and modern while building a fun and relaxed community where neighbors can make life-long friends. Would highly recommend!

Great location, with a well-connected RTD station on the doorstep and the Baker neighborhood only ten minutes away on foot. Current staff at this location is great- Jessica is a personable and highly capable community manager. Ursula is amazing at keeping the long hallways and facilities clean and ready for use! Cortland appears to get community needs and priorities mixed- I know I would have preferred the mezzanines be repaved instead of the bright new exterior paint job, or fresh in-unit appliances over surplus, view-blocking Amazon lockers. The Platinum LEED certification is great on paper, but the main entrances aren't ADA-friendly. Keep resident service personal, beyond the free drinks at Friday's mixers! Overall this is a clean, safe place to live, with a good chunk of Colorado easily in reach via RTD. Most of the residents are young and polite or very private. If that sounds like a match, come live here!

Review Updated for 2023: I lived here from 2017 - 2023 and I have to say, despite the neighborhood and ownership changes, the staff at this place has stayed top notch and absolutely phenomenal. I only left because I went to move in with my partner. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Every place I've ever lived I always had concerns/complaints, often minor ones, about the apartment. Denizen is the first place I've lived that felt like I've never had to worry about anything at all. All of my concerns are addressed promptly, and the peace of mind knowing the staff is always on it, no matter what, is incredible. Edit: I just wanted to give props to the Denizen. They handled a rather delicate situation on my behalf with great care, consideration and effectiveness. The staff here is truly the kind to go above and beyond for their residents and I just wanted to update my review to reflect my gratitude for them.

My partner and I moved cross country and fell in love with Cortland Alameda Station apartments! We spent a weekend touring different properties in the Denver area and this one really felt like home. Jessica, the property manager kept in touch via email and coordinated with us for a couple weeks before we came out to CO so she could personally do a walk through of the property with us! The property is modern and industrial- there’s even a coffee bar where young professionals gather in the common space in the mornings and weekends. (Coffees actually good!) The location to the light rail is unmatched- it literally takes you anywhere in Denver! It’s a perfect community for people relocating to the Denver area. Jessica was so helpful by accommodating us and communicating through the whole process. We ended up signing a 15 month lease and love it here! The grounds are immaculate, residents are caring and responsible. Can’t wait for summer nights socializing on the sky decks and meeting more people in our community.

I can’t say enough positive things about living here for the past year. As many others have mentioned in the reviews, the community manager Jessica goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and address all your needs. I’ve lived in so-called “luxury” apartments with endless amenities that regularly disappointed me. Cortland at Alameda Station has been the complete opposite of that, thanks to Jess and her team. If you're looking for an apartment community that's clean, friendly, LEED certified, reasonably-priced, and conveniently located to the light rail and South Broadway, you will love it here.

Just wanted to leave a review for the inimitable Jessica after she helped me get settled in to my new apartment here last month. She’s made my move and the beginning of my tenure here a breeze, and has always made sure to say hello and ask how I’m doing every time I’ve seen her. Jess really makes this place what it is with the care, heart, and competence she brings. While the pricing on some of these units is frankly offensive (which is the fault of some out of touch corporate suits, not the office staff), the more reasonably priced apartments are definitely worth it. The building itself is in a fantastic location, the appliances and finishes work and look great, and the dozen or so neighbors I’ve met have been welcoming and friendly. TL;DR: Jess rocks and I’m just happy to be here.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment complex. Ursula keeps all the common areas tidy and free of debris. The hallways and elevators were regularly cleaned and smelled fresh. Overall, I felt comfortable and happy living in a clean environment.

Love the location of Cortland Alameda Station! You can jump on the light rail to get downtown, walk to the grocery store, and there are so many cute restaurants to choose from. Jessica is such a thoughtful manager, Cole is so helpful in leasing, and Miles and Craig are extremely efficient on the maintenance team! You’ll love it here!

Cortland Alameda Station is the way. I've lived here 3 years. Great location, great price (with amenities you get) and hands down one of the very best property managers there is, Jessica! She will go the extra mile and then some. I've lived in a lot of apartments all over the city and I've never experienced service from a property manager like have working with Jessica. She is THE BEST OF THE BEST.....! • The apartment itself is a little bit of a hidden gem. #1, it's possibly in one of the best locations in Denver. Compared to downtown there is very little traffic. Easy in and out access. You're a block away from I-25, Broadway and Santa Fe. 10 mins from downtown and 20 feet from the light rail. • Note, the City of Denver is going through a homeless apocalypse. You could live in one of the nicest apartments in Denver, but walk outside to a homeless village. It's not like that in this nook of the city. Being next to the RTD, Security does a great job managing the rift-raft. Compare it to 13th and Osage. lol De

We are considering relocating to Denver. After going through the website we loved all the information on floor plans and availability but wanted to visit the property. I am relocating to Denver and Cole did a great job at Cortland Alameda Station. I am very impressed with the amenities. The light rail nearby is a plus as is the Happy Hour Friday nights.! My studio apartment had plenty of storage space and new appliances. The apartment’s Happy Hour on Fridays was fun, and I made great friends through this event. Safeway grocery store nearby. Also I appreciated that the leasing office was inside my building. Jessica property manager was amazing! She was more of a friend than staff, always nice and helpful. I did not like the location of the apartments. Located next to the railroad and bus stop created a safety issue with many homeless and drug addicts wandering nearby. I was often woken after midnight to screaming and cursing outside. Parking fees were outrageous as well $125 and people will park in your spot.

This Cortland location is an excellent place to live! I came from out of state and have been so happy with my decision to move here. The location is convenient to get around the city and other places because of the easy access to the light rail. The appliances and amenities are all great as are the events. Also, the staff are all incredible and continue to go beyond expectations.

I moved to this apartment complex in January from Florida. I am very happy with my choice! The convenience of the location and being right next to the train station is great. The staff goes ABOVE and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly for you. The front desk staff is always extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The maintenance workers, especially Sergio, are extremely helpful and quick responding. I have had around 4 maintenance requests and he has come up to my apartment to fix things AS SOON as I ask. Every problem has been fixed within the hour of the request..unbeatable when looking at apartment rentals! I would recommend this place solely due to the staff and location.

I am not really one to leave reviews but I feel this complex absolutely deserves the compliment. Cortland is a lovely place to live. The light rail couldn’t be closer, which is incredibly convenient. The people are great and you can tell the ladies managing it genuinely care about all of their tenants. I have really enjoyed living here and everyone running it has made my transfer from Florida to Colorado much easier. 10/10. I lived here for two years and recently moved out just due to location. The staff here are amazing - Jessica and Skye were always very responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff though is probably the best I’ve experienced - Sergio always went above and beyond. Work orders were done extremely quickly and he was also just always super friendly when passing by. Definitely recommend for the staff/community in general. I just wanted to get away from the increasing homeless population and general transient area being right by the light rail. Also not the most quiet - I could hear my neighbors laughing/watching TV and then of course just a ton of outside noise due to area. Overall felt pretty safe/secure though and enjoyed my time here.
