I have lived at Cortland Alameda Station since April. I have absolutely loved living here. I have never written a review for any of the apartments I have lived at but decided to write one for Cortland due to their outstanding maintenance team. This is the first apartment I have rented where service requests aren’t an absolute nightmare. Today, I had no hot water in my apartment and submitted a service request. Their maintenance guy came out and had it fixed within an hour. The whole Cortland team has been absolutely amazing. ESPECIALLY their maintenance guy, Todd. He is genuinely one of the nicest guys and makes a point to make everyone here feel welcomed. The location is phenomenal. Walkable to fun places on broadway and the light rail makes going downtown a breeze. The bus and light rail do draw in some interesting people but I’ve never felt unsafe living here. My only complaint so far is that there’s very limited places for guests to park. My boyfriend is usually able to find street parking but it can so

Although I ultimately wasn't able to rent this apartment, I want to sincerely thank Brandon, the leasing manager, for his patience and kindness throughout the process. I was initially set on renting here, but due to timing and availability issues, I ended up leasing a different apartment instead. Even so, every time I reached out with a question, Brandon never left me hanging, he'd reply within a short time no matter how busy he must have been, and he took the time to thoroughly answer everything I asked. During my tour, I also loved how well-maintained the corridors were and how welcoming the overall ambience felt. I sincerely hope I'll get the chance to lease here next year. Thanks so much, Brandon, for your kindness, it truly did not go unnoticed.

I absolutely love living here! I love my view. I love my amenities. I love that I could take my dog across the street to the doggie park. And Brandon was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and gave me all the information I needed For my move-in day and it went so smooth.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cortland Alameda Station. The community is well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient—especially being so close to the light rail and downtown Denver. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable, and the property offers great features like rooftop lounges, a fitness center, and pet-friendly spaces that really make it feel like a community. What really stands out, though, is the maintenance team. CJ, Matt, and Todd consistently go above and beyond whenever help is needed. They are always courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents here. Having a maintenance crew that is not only efficient but also friendly and respectful makes a huge difference in day-to-day living.
