I absolutely love living here! I love my view. I love my amenities. I love that I could take my dog across the street to the doggie park. And Brandon was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and gave me all the information I needed For my move-in day and it went so smooth.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cortland Alameda Station. The community is well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient—especially being so close to the light rail and downtown Denver. The apartments themselves are modern and comfortable, and the property offers great features like rooftop lounges, a fitness center, and pet-friendly spaces that really make it feel like a community. What really stands out, though, is the maintenance team. CJ, Matt, and Todd consistently go above and beyond whenever help is needed. Ive lived here for a little over 2yrs and I’ve had a great experience overall. The community is well maintained, the amenities are always clean and accessible, and the location is super convenient for getting around the city. We have lived here for over 2 years now and it has been an awesome experience! Todd is the friendliest and most helpful maintenance guy you will ever find. Brandon at the reception area is the best! He always goes above and beyond to find a solution that works for us anytime we encounter an issue. Highly recommend this community and it's located right near the Broadway strip and a quick RTD ride to downtown to see musicals or games!

I toured Courtland at Alameda station with Brandon and had a great experience. He was attentive and knowledgeable, taking extra time to answer my questions and highlight the amenities in the area. Ultimately decided to live closer to work but would highly recommend checking out this property if you are on the market.

Best apartment to live at in the area! Brandon, along with all the front desk staff and maintenance are friendly, helpful, and considerate. Tight ship over here and maintenance is A plus. Groceries, parks, and the bar all a 5/10 minute walk right off Broadway. 2 dog parks, the light rail and bus station just outside. Also 2 outdoor private lounges with grills, 1 public garden and a sunset view.

Living in this community has been such a positive experience, and a huge reason for that is our community manager. She truly goes above and beyond for residents and makes this place feel like home, not just an apartment complex. She is always kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. Whether it’s a question, a concern, or just a quick hello, she takes the time to listen and genuinely cares. You can tell she takes pride in the community and works hard every day to make sure residents feel comfortable, supported, and valued. I’m truly grateful to live in a community managed by someone so dedicated and wonderful. It makes all the difference, and I couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

I didn't end up choosing Courtland Alameda Station, but I did tour there and had a great experience. The leasing manager, Christian is AMAZING at her job, and really knows her stuff. I also loved that there is a community garden, and you can tell the management really cares about the community.

Todd the maintenance Manager is just a Rock Star! I am a corporate housing manager and I submitted seven or eight maintenance requests That needed to handled as quickly as possible for a VIP check in. He was able to get all of it done same day, except for replacing the washing machine which he had done in four days over a holiday weekend! I so appreciate his partnership in working with me to take care of our guests! I hope his company realizes the treasure they have in him!!

Had nothing but less than a GREAT & AMAZING experience at this property. Every single person who works at the front desk is AMAZING & i felt like i was part of a family living here in a short time that I did. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I loved it here, and tell everyone how wonderful it is every chance I get. THANK YOU for all the staff making my time here enjoyable. Ms. Bianca gets things DONE. Every time i had an issue, they quickly turned it around and made me feel so seen , so heard. I lived in a townhouse & I loved every second of it. It's so spacious & the location is soooooo convenient. South Broadway has soooo many bars, restaurants, dispensaries and even grocery stores. Walgreens, Safeway, Pizza places, Karaoke, Gay bars, you name it. PRIME location!! Maintenance also is on every request if you ever need them to fix anything. I never had to wait more than a couple days to get anything fixed & they usually respond the same day. I really have nothing negative to say. THANK YOU 🙏🏾

I’ve been living in this apartment community for some time now, and I can’t say enough about how safe and secure it feels here. The property is well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of care from the management team. Bianca and Cole, in particular, are fantastic—they’re always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making this a great place to live. I love how centralized this place is, allowing for shorter commute time to most places. Living next to the train tracks has been fine for me. The freight trains are usually short and take about 1-2 mins to pass. The sound insulation is good, but won’t completely block train noise out. If, that is a concern for anyone, they might have better luck living in the suburbs or a rural area. There is going to be some type of noise living in an apartment right next to a light rail station in an urban area. The property staff does a wonderful job communicating any repairs or maintenance updates, whether it’s with the amenities or anywhere on the property. They

Incredible service through and through! In May, I was searching for a few apartments close to my new University (DU). I was looking for a place that would be convenient, reliable, and affordable as I focus on my studies. Let me say Cole was the man for the job in making sure I found just that. He gave me a fantastic tour of the place detailing a nice sky deck, beautiful view of the mountain, and a boat load of amenities. It was very important these things were up to an incredible standard because I was relocating. Area is right by the train! Which is a decent commute to my University! There’s a Safeway around the corner, a Sam’s Club, and close to a flurry of delicious food spots. I toured about 4 places during my initial visit in May and this was by far my favorite. I’m glad to finally call this place home as I’ve now moved in as of this review. Excellent place.

One of the better places I've lived. Generally pretty safe in my experience, regularly there is security around, but there isnt a heavy/oppressive police presence. It has been far from perfect (when renting, when is it ever perfect?) but when I've had a complaint or issue theyve acted swiftly and professionally to make it as right as they can.

My partner and I have lived at this location for 3 years, and it has been wonderful living here. The front office staff including Bianca, Cole, and Keith are superb and responsive to resident inquiries. Miles, our awesome maintenance service manager, is amazing. He rapidly responds to service requests and keeps residents informed about their progress. Likewise, Ursula keeps our community looking spectacular, and her hard work does not go unnoticed. The on site leadership is the biggest reason we have lived here for so long. Thank y'all for a wonderful 3 years!!! We'll miss you!! The location of this community is next to the Alameda light rail station which can lead to encounters with various types of people. The community is not gated, thus people can walk through the sidewalks. However, we did not have any break ins or car issues during our time living here.
