I contacted the office Saturday the around 10:30 am about my AC wasn’t getting cool or cold the next hour or so someone was at my door and resolved the problem quickly. Shout out to Carlos and maintenance staff that was on call they took care of the problem quickly great service

I want to give a huge shout-out to George in maintenance! He did an amazing job getting my air conditioner, lights, and roof leak taken care of. He made sure everything was cleaned up afterward and that my apartment was left in great condition. What meant the most to me was how thoughtful he was about my little Benny, making sure he was safe and comfortable while the workers were in my apartment. I came in on behalf of one of their corporate housing tenants and, unfortunately, my initial interaction was a little frustrating. When I explained the reason for my visit, the first representative stated that he wasn’t familiar with what I was asking about, without really taking the time to look into it. Gabby, however, noticed my frustration and immediately stepped in to help. She asked for my name, took the initiative to locate the information needed, and was able to assist me with the issue. What impressed me even more was her ability to deescalate the situation naturally. While working to resolve everything, she made small talk with me about the new driver’s license update, which completely shifted the tone of the interaction. I could tell Gabby is young and likely still early in her career, but she is already demonstrating skills that will take her far.
