I lived at Cortland Addison Circle for the past 4 years and have had a wonderful experience. The best part about living here is the incredible maintenance team. Paul and the rest of the team are 10/10 fantastic! They get things done quick, do an excellent job, and are super friendly. I believe it’s worth paying a little extra to live here because of the maintenance. Also, the front desk people have always been helpful. They changed to not being in the office every day, but you can always call the Cortland number and they will either answer or someone will call you back. I’ve lived in 5 apartments and this has been my best experience with maintenance and management. Even when management completely changed 2 years ago, it still has been a good experience for me. Spruill dog park, which is right beside the apartment, is also awesome to live next to if you have a dog! I just moved out because I got engaged, but I will miss living here.

We’ve toured the Cortland community a few times while looking for a new home and had an excellent experience working with Tyler Cantrell. He is such a nice guy—very professional, patient, and easy to talk to—and he made each visit comfortable and relaxed. Tyler took the time to walk us through different floor plans, answer all of our questions, and explain everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It didn’t work out here for us this time, but we’ll definitely come back again in the future. We truly appreciate his honest guidance and positive attitude, and would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone interested in the Cortland community.

I’ve viewed both complexes at this point and we still don’t know which is better. We love this one because it so close to everything! I think my dogs would love this one more lol but overall we’re happy with Cortland especially the staff! They are all very friendly and welcoming. I met with their maintenance team at Addison and they were also very nice seems like they know their stuff! Again! We’re still stuck lol making a decision soon. After touring I am really looking forward to living here. My review is based solely on my experiences with maintenance (Paul specifically). Paul and his team do an amazing job at responding to any tickets my unit may have and then some. I've been able to approach the maintenance team and ask questions/ get quick responses. Even with the limited office hours in place, I still think maintenance is on top of their game.

Great Property with Room for Improvement Pros: The property is in a fantastic location with plenty of dining options nearby, a park, and easy access to the tollway. It’s generally well-maintained, though some tenants occasionally neglect to pick up after themselves or their pets. The maintenance team is exceptional — five stars to them! They handle requests quickly and thoroughly. Special shoutout to Paul, who consistently goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. Cons: The previous management was excellent, but since the recent change, communication has dropped, and the new office hours are less convenient. Another ongoing issue is the gates. Some of them are not always locked, and the car gate at building one seems to need repairs at least twice a month — a major frustration. Overall, it’s still a solid property despite these minor setbacks.

We just moved into Cortland Addison circle about 2 weeks ago and must say this is a great place to stay in the Addison area. The team managing the facility is very proactive in taking care of any issues ( huge kudos to Jake Nelson who has gone out of his way to take care of us). While a lot of apartments are good at showing the community and signing new leases, only a few like Cortland Addison are good at making your stay enjoyable after you move in ( thank you once again). A little more about this apartment : There is a beautiful dog park in the middle and it makes for a great community spot to meet people. We met many friendly tenants so far ( felt very welcome). This community is also located close to multiple parks and walking areas - perfect if you have pets or love to walk. BTW, These are well designed apartment - for example, there is ample covered safe parking space which connects directly to each floor ( you dont need to park outside and then walk into your apartment). I want to commend Hannah on the Cortland Staff and Juan in Maintenance for outstanding work. Hannah remembered I wanted a particular apartment and she came through for me and I love it. She answered many questions I asked with great patience. Juan was a huge help in hanging my curtains. Sadly I'm not mechanically inclined or have the time due to work. The 30 day policy is an awesome perk Cortland has. I really have enjoyed the area too. Many trees and sidewalk cafes.

From the initial tour, to the decision making process, and finally the move in date, Whitney has been wonderful to work with, and we are so thankful to call this place home. The rest of the Cortland staff have also been incredibly friendly, thorough, approachable, and helpful. They are responsive and take the time to listen and answer questions. Whitney was so accommodating in even helping us move early Amazon packages into our unit before we even moved in. The apartment itself has brand new laminate floors and everything runs smoothly. The surroundings and environment is what stood out the most compared to other nearby apartment complexes we checked out. There are quiet and shaded streets, and it feels safe to walk around. I highly recommend cortland addison circle! Update: still loving it here, and just wanted to highlight the awesome maintenance crew and Paul. They’re timely, great with communication, and experts at what they do.

Moving from out of state with my dog and the team was more than accommodating from giving a virtual tour to going out of their way to make sure my car got shipped safely when it arrived a day earlier than me. The team was more than welcoming and very informative about the area which made my decision to choose living here even easier. The amenities are abundant compared to anywhere I've ever lived, and there wasn't a single issue I could find or would improve on. 100/10 would recommend living here and having friends and family live here.

We have lived at Courtland Addison Circle since Dec. 2022. I have found the on site staff to be extremely helpful,courteous, professional and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel that this is a " home" and not just an apartment. Hannah (front office) even happily participated in a treasure hunt I organized for my grandchildren! Amazingly, they even know the names of my dogs! In addition to this great staff, the maintenance team is truly exceptional. They are professionals who are quick to respond.( I think Paul can fix anything..and always with a smile.) This team can always be seen making sure that the landscaped areas around the complex are beautifully maintained. These are teams I truly appreciate and respect. I have been living here for over two years and I can say confidently that Cortland is the best apartment management I've experienced. Their customer service is phenomenal - they actually CARE about their residents, not just making money off of them. I recently visited Cortland Addison Circle, this property was amazing. Hannah made me feel like family from the moment I stepped in the door. Although it was a bit far from my job, this was the first time hearing about Cortland. Hannah took the time to assist me with information about sister properties around my current area that I was unaware about. My maintenance man, Paul, has been an absolute magician ever since I moved in and I just had to leave a review. Broken blinds? Same day fixed. Freezer down? Came right over. Drain clogged? Not for long. Oven door leaking heat? Replaced. He has gone above and beyond every time, and never makes an excuse. If Paul is fixing it, I know I'll have results I can count on. He never takes more than 10-15 minutes, and is always quiet and fast. Paul, you are the man.

I love this neighborhood and my apartment! The neighborhood and complex is very dog friendly and the location is perfect for being close to Addison Circle park but not directly in the traffic and loud crowds that can come with the events. The leasing agents Trace and Whitney are super helpful and kind and they always give my dog extra love and pets. Maintenance is always timely and the management is always on top of things. I love living here!

Cortland Midtown East has been a premium living experience. I have had zero issues with neighbors, the newly renovated dog parks are great, and the amenities are very nice and accessible. Jenna and Paige are the most helpful apartment admins! They are the sweetest people and have helped me to no end with my move to the Cortland. They have assisted me finding my apartment, making sure I understand how the rent and utility charges have worked and how to set up payments to avoid late fees and been so sweet to help get my maintenance requests completed in an orderly fashion. Jenna gave me great restaurant suggestions for when my family came to visit! I couldn’t be happier with the Cortland team and my new home!!!

For such a large scale of a community and working with commercial retail, and residents they are very aware and willing to help. When on property people are easily approachable and appear to be aware of surroundings (which is great). This place is a blessing! The staff and maintenance are so helpful. I was taking boxes to my storage unit and all five of the maintenance guys grabbed boxes and just stacked them up for me in a matter of seconds. That would have taken me 20 minutes and they just got it done without me even asking. It’s so nice to live in a place where the management doesn’t make you struggle just because they can. This really makes a difference in quality of living. I will recommend Cortland to everyone I know!

The staff here are amazing! When we put in service requests, they are always addressed promptly. Our heater stopped working recently and Lalo and Paul troubleshooted it until they figured out what was wrong, and were able to get it repaired. They were both friendly and professional.

I've been at this apartment a little over 1 year now and it's amazing. The apartments are so beautifully furnished and everything (well the important stuff) work perfectly. Ashlen was also super helpful, quick, and didn't waste my time in helping me move in. The hallways may look bad but the inside of the apartments are marvelous. The surroundings are also calm and peaceful with plenty of small shops and such. This place is worth way more than the rent! Highly recommend! This is the best apartment I've ever lived in and will definitely live here if I ever come back to Dallas. Thank you!

I have enjoyed my first year here! Enough to sign an additional 15-month lease. Below are a list of pros and cons, which I will update as needed. 1. The front office staff and maintenance team are phenomenal. They are attentive and make an effort to take of their residents 2. The apartments are in good condition. My fridge was having some issues and it was immediately replaced, no questions asked. Everything is solid and well built. 3. The location is awesome! It's perfectly situated in Addison circle with plenty to do within walking distance. Weekly, the staff will pick up trash around the complex and clean the floors. 4. It’s safe and secure. There are locked gates and security cameras; I have little to no worry about my packages getting stolen or stuff messed with. Valet trash is a nice bonus as well. 5. Parking is ample. Street parking or top floor of the garage is always available for guests. I’ve never had an issue. 6. In building three at least, everything is very quiet and calm. The pool and hot tub a

Since there was a fire back in April it seems that CORPORATE, not the local staff, have put any major upgrades on their roster of things to fix. We recently experienced an issue with our A/C unit - the blower motor died and had to be replaced. While the experience of having a temporary window unit in the TX heat wasn’t the best, the maintenance team was incredible! Paul, who is always ready to help and just a an all-around good guy, and Lalo did everything they could to get the situation taken care of as quickly as they could. It was not an easy job to remove, and especially to replace, the needed motor. They got it done! Just one more of the reasons we just signed our 4th lease with the property. Update 10/28/21: The Cortland Addison Circle team just continues to amaze me!! Over the past few days had some great experiences! We experienced a hiccup with the A/C and Jonathan was all over it, diagnosing and correcting the issue out the outside unit before coming inside. Had it back online in no time. DANTEIL really took GOOD care of me when I visited the property for the first time. HE went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect apartment for my needs. We walked several units and I decided to submit my application after the tour because the property had all the amenities I was looking for and customer service was outstanding. Moved in last weekend and so far, so good. Love my unit! Residents are really friendly. is very well maintained and there is a huge pet community here which is awesome because my dog child has made many friends. I definitely recommend complex.

I have lived here 4 months now and the staff here is incredible! I had a difficult time with my movers and the men here stepped in and took over and helped move my couch in. And then tonight I was moving my couch back out(because the movers ruined it) and Paul stayed after hours and helped us move it downstairs. Very thankful for that! We recently experienced an issue with our A/C unit - the blower motor died and had to be replaced. While the experience of having a temporary window unit in the TX heat wasn’t the best, the maintenance team was incredible! Paul, who is always ready to help and just a an all-around good guy, and Lalo did everything they could to get the situation taken care of as quickly as they could. It was not an easy job to remove, and especially to replace, the needed motor. They got it done! Just one more of the reasons we just signed our 4th lease with the property.

I am very happy with recent service I received through maintenance, specifically Daniel. We were called within 5 minutes, and taken care of within an hour. He was friendly the entire time, and never once acted like we were a burden. He provided us with exceptional service, and he made our experience living here even more positive.

Love this community and I love the team even more! The office and service team have it figured out! I have lived here for a long time and this is by far my favorite team! They keep the community looking good and running like a well oiled machine. I personally will not live at any other community. Cortland Addison Circle is next level living!

I would like to praise the community staff at Addison Circle for all of their hard work. It shows that the entire team truly cares about their residents, even in difficult times. I will not say issues do not arise, but I will say, when they do, they are addressed and resolved in a timely manor. I have lived in a lot of apartments, but living here and at a Cortland community has been the best experience I have had to date, and I am pretty old!

I have been with this community for 5 months now and love living here. The staff is so nice and always gets back to me so quickly with any issue I have. The community is kept so clean and feels very safe. The walkability to restaurants and parks is wonderful. I hope to live in this complex for a least a few years.

We've been living here for two years and will stay with Cortland for the upcoming years. The entire community is very clean, pretty and no pests. Our neighbors are friendly. We love the big pool, the hot tub and the modern community room. The location is great. It's within walking distance to restaurants and parks. The front office and the service team take extremely well care of this community. Especially Whitney, Danteil from the front office, and Daniel from the service team are very resourceful, respectful and always deliver excellent customer services. They make our living experience here awesome!

Fantastic complex. Very safe, great animal friendly neighborhood. The office staff are generally friendly, but the people who really set this place apart are the maintenance. With the unprecedented winter storm, they have worked tirelessly to keep the ice melted, the power and heat on, and the water. Even with a pipe bursting in our building, they were very responsive and professional. The pipe was repaired after only a few hours. They’ve been incredibly consistent the entire 3 years I’ve lived here. Could not recommend this complex enough.

Been a resident here for 9 years. Management and staff have definitely improved. Maintenance and work orders are done quickly. I've been lucky to have quiet neighbors so I have nothing really to complain about. Management is friendly and they usually take care of me very well. The new leasing office is very nice and the new amenities are great. I love this area and 15777 Quorums feels right at home.

I've been at this apartment a little over 2 weeks now and it's amazing. The apartments are so beautifully furnished and everything (well the important stuff) work perfectly. Ashlen was also super helpful, quick, and didn't waste my time in helping me move in. The hallways may look bad but the inside of the apartments are marvelous. The surroundings are also calm and peaceful with plenty of small shops and such. This place is worth way more than the rent (but please don't raise my rent lol). Highly recommend!

The apartments are spacious and pretty decent floor plans. The leasing office and maintenance staff are the best I have ever worked with. I was once stuck outside my apartment due to my dog jumping on the door and hitting the dead bolt. The emergency staff was very responsive and were at my apartment to help me in within 30 minutes. Absolutely recommend Cortland Addison Circle if you’re looking to live in the area!

Whitney is awesome!!! She gave me a great tour, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and continued to answer my phone calls/emails before I signed my lease here. The apartments are beautiful, and the area just seems super safe.

I love living at Cortland! They are SO much better than other Dallas communities, have honest staff, and are very clean. People flock here from other places due to their consistency and high standards of living. You get so much more than you pay for - like peace of mind! - 5/5 clean community — the community spaces, hallways, buildings are all well kept and clean. Staff regularly I Lexus and cleans garages, grills, hallways and facade. They manage trash pickup well and keep strict guidelines on residents. - 5/5 maintenance — the BEST part of the community! Anando is our regular helper, he goes above and beyond anytime we need assistance or repairs. He is kind, prompt,helpful, and our dogs love him! CORTLAND ADDISON CIRCLE has been a great place to live for the past 5 years, they kept up the property with the times and provided a great surrounding view by the upkeep. The entire staff is great and works as one unit from the associates in the office to the associates in the field who make sure all service requests are addressed in a timely manner.

I'm a new resident here at Cortland Addison Circle and just wanted to say, how helpful the manager Toni and leasing agent Whitney have been to me. I have no complaints and appreciate the space that I'm currently living in. My apartment is just what I needed. Paul with the service team came in today and did a great job at resolving my service request issues. He was polite and courteous, he wore shoe covers to keep my floors nice and clean, which I thought was so considerate. I give Paul 5 stars....... and 5 stars for Toni and Whitney as well. Cortland Addison Circle is a really great community. With great amenities and staff. Whitney gets things done right the first time. She is really good at her job. Stephanie in the leasing office is always willing to help too. What I wanna know is how Cortland is always able to hire people who care? All Cortland employees are really accommodating and helpful. I lived at 15777 for over 3 years. I had to recently move due to my father's terminal cancer. The community is wonderful. You are right in the heart of Addison Circle. The staff was exceptional! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful helping me with my lease break and the whole staff gave me a card. The maintenance staff is also wonderful! I had a couple of AC issues and the guys took care of everything and consistently asked if it was still doing OK. If it wasn't for my father's medical condition I would have lived here for years. Highly recommend this community!
