We moved in here a week ago and so far we really enjoy Cortland 3131! The location is excellent, super convenient to get to places, and is very quiet. The move-in process was smooth. We were greeted by Warren who is always super friendly and helpful. There were two minor issues in the apartment but Sam and his team resolved them expediently (once even on the eve of July 4th).

Although I did not sign with this property, Warren was very professional and gave a fantastic tour. He answered all of my questions and made sure to hit important details throughout the tour. If you decide to look into 3131 I recommend touring with Warren.

I've lived here for nearly seven years and have always had positive experiences with both the office staff and the maintenance team. When you live in an apartment, knowing your maintenance requests will be handled quickly, professionally and with genuine care makes a huge difference, and that has consistently been my experience living here! During the recent heat wave, my AC stopped cooling properly, and my apartment reached 86°F even though the system was running. The service manager Sam went above and beyond, gladly coming back despite having already gone home for the day, which I really appreciated because I was getting increasingly worried with the rising temperature. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and was very kind and communicative the whole time. He told me he thinks about every maintenance request as if it were his own home, and that rang very true from the way he handled everything. At the end of the day, it's employees like Sam who have made living here such a great experience!

I want to give special recognition to the new construction/maintenance manager, Sam, and his team. Sam is very considerate, professional, patient, and truly listens to residents’ concerns, even when the issue may be easy for others to overlook. I had a low vibration noise problem that was disturbing my sleep almost every night. Sam took my concern seriously, investigated carefully, explained everything to me patiently, and worked hard to identify the cause. He even scheduled visits and checked with other residents to help narrow down the source of the vibration. Thanks to his effort, we found that the issue was related to a downstairs ceiling fan, and now I am finally able to sleep well again. Sam and his team have also helped me with other issues, such as toilet water leakage, and they have always been responsible, respectful, and professional. Great experience at Cortland 3131. Warren was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions during the tour. The application process was straightforward and moved much faster than expected. The move-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very positive experience from start to finish.

I was unable to view the units I was interested in in person due to living out of state, but Warren was able to help me out with a video tour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend giving this place a look!

Not a review of the living aspect or complex as I’m not moved in yet. But I definitely wanted to leave a review for Michelle in the leasing office. She answered all my questions and helped me to locate the apartment I wanted to be in within the cortland branch. I wish everyone was as patient and had the customer service skills as her. Moved in Friday. Been a great experience overall. Better than every other place I toured. Nice safe location, conveniently located near everything, good price. Google reviews helped a lot. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision.
